1-10 for taste I’d give a 7. The Whiskil Taco was $5.75 which is pretty steep especially with the demographics taken into consideration. The taco was the only vegan friendly option so still got it anyways. The portion was way too small for the price. Squash is less expensive than meat which is funny, anyhow not worth coming back. Kids love the kids taco combo.

our man at los taquero mucho hooked it up!!! we ordered birria tacos, carnitas AND carne asada tacos, as well as their PHENOMENAL nachos (with chicken). the food alone altered my life for the better and the green salsa had me in awe. per the before and after photos, we enjoyed our meal thoroughly and we will be back. lives were changed, wigs were snatched — and i will never forget this day as long as i live. (p.s. love to our girl neli)

We got there when they first opened so we didn't experience a long wait. Ordered a watermelon Fresca and a pork belly mulita. Meat was tender and juicy and the flavor profile on point. Plus the presentation was adorable. I would eat there again.

Amazing food! Chicharron and pork belly tacos are the best. Tortillas are amazing - do not get soggy either. All tacos are great. Cannot go wrong. We keep going back at every opportunity. Great people too! Love the set up of all food places with outdoor seating. MUST EAT HERE IF YOU HAVEN'T YET!!

I stopped by here without reading any reviews just because I was nearby and a meeting was postponed, but this place was a great find! I got the 3 specialty tacos: the mixta taco is really fresh and cochinita pibil taco is just delicious. The el cremita was interesting. Not my absolute favorite because I don't like pomegranate but the meat still tasted really good. I was surprised there was a vegan option too.

Where should I even start? This team of chefs are amazing! They season and cook their food with great care and when you take a bite, it honestly feels like it’s a home cooked meal for a loved one. The meats are juicy and tender, the salsas give it that extra kick, and their sides are the cherry on top. Oh but their drinks are also so SO good! I’ve hired them multiple times and my guests ALWAYS compliment me on the food. My family and friends have hired them and have nothing but good things to say as well which means, they are consistent which is a great thing. Now their service is the other thing that sets them apart. They’re genuinely nice, amiable, and kind not only when you book them but during your event with guests as well. I’m very picky and I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!

Review is a bit overdue. Ordered takeout from here. I've only once tried cochinita pibil. I was craving a burrito, and so I found this little spot and decided to try it. Ohh myyy goodness. The flavors were better than I imagined. I can't eat much, but had a good few bites and gave the rest to my husband. He too enjoyed it and really liked the cochinita pibil choice.

This place was a random spot I found on the way to the AMC in Montebello, but I was not disappointed! My lady and I ordered the pork belly cochinita pibil tacos, the El cremita, the Mitxa taco and the chicharron with some blue corn chips and guac and of course 2 Mexican cokes. Our favorite was the cochinita pibil tacos with a little kick from the habanero. The Cremita was decent but a bit too saucey so I couldn't really taste the other ingredients and it made the pomegranate seeds out of place. The mixta and the chicarron were not bad either. The blue corn chips and the guac were a nice bit of added texture and rounded out the meal. Overall I'll give it a 4.3/5...mostly because of the $5 price tag on decent tacos. Still...I'd come back and try some other items.

This is a food stand like a shack in a courtyard with other similar vendors with common outdoor table seating. I was a bit surprised at this arrangement, and had a "real restaurant" in my mind when I found this in Yelp. I considered leaving but decided to stay based on the reviews. I am glad I stayed. The specialty tacos are on the "more luxurious/creative" side of the spectrum, and quite tasty. In addition, they offer "agua fresca" (horchata and watermelon (sandía) when I was there), for a complete meal. Thee service entails them to provide you your food and drink at the window.

These tacos were super good way better than your average taco spot. The price was good. The location was tucked away in a small corner parking is limited. The tacos tasted good and we got the normal one I need to come back to try the speciality one offered here. The service was quick but rhe wait took a little long for tacos. I'm assuming because it fresh tortillas. Loved the carnitas and pastor the most. Bf loved the carne asada the most. I would definitely want a little more seasoning on the meat it would make it perfect in my book.

So delicious!!! This place is inside of the BLVD MRKT dining hall. My husband is a fan of the Al Pastor and the Pork Belly. My favorite is the creamy chicken taco. Their agua fresca is perfect too! Not too sweet, you can tell everything is REAL FOOD. We will definitely be back :)

Came here on a Friday around 2 for a late lunch. After being in the area and yelp for a good burrito I may have had high expectations after seeing an average review of 4.7 stars. The burrito was smaller than I expected for $16. I got the carnitas with cheese and guac. Got about 1/3 of the way eating and wondered when I would get to the guac. Needless to say they forgot to add it. When to the counter to ask and they gave me a side of each. Not really the same. Tried to add them myself to the burrito and just made a mess. Even with this miss the burrito was nothing to write home about and the rice in it was rather dry and crunchy. On the plus side, the aqua Fresca was cucumber lime and that was really good. The outside seating was pleasantly shaded as well. Not sure I'd come back for a burrito here but may come to try one of the other food stands.

Yelp check-in = 15% off! Quality/Quantity - Burrito - Half Carnitas and Half Asada - 4 stars, the salsa verde and rojo was on the side. Not picture perfect... A little dry in my opinion, but my daughter liked it. She also felt that it was a good quantity for what I paid. The salsa rojo was my favorite, but my daughter preferred the salsa verde. Chile Verde Breakfast Burrito - 3 stars, my daughter and I both felt this was dry, good thing they gave us 4 containers of salsa. Again, it was NOT picture perfect. Three Specialty Tacos - El Cremita, Pork Belly Cochinita Pibil & Mixta Taco - 4 stars for presentation, 3 stars for food. This was my order. Now this is picture perfect, instagram worthy, probably what they are really known for. My favorite was the Mixta Taco with the salsa rojo. My least favorite was the El Cremita, just not one for pomegranate seeds in my food. Atmosphere - Open 6 days a week from 9am to 8pm or 10pm, closed Mondays. Breakfast today from 9am to 1pm. Service - Got rung up for the wrong item, but they corrected it. It did take them a while. Counter service, order at the window and when your pager goes off, come pick up your food. Price - $41. The Yelp check in 15% off helped, otherwise I would feel they were overpriced for what we got. My daughter felt that it was a good value (for her burrito), but I did not see her offer to pay, LOL. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2019 and since 2021 at this location.

The tortillas were absolutely delicious. Of the three that I got I loved two. My third one was some sort of sausage taco and the flavor just wasn't hitting it for me, still glad a I tried it though. The salsa was the perfect amount of spice. Order came out promptly, staff were nice. Absolutely delicious.

Executive chef !!! My ass !! Ordered pastor burrito and asada burrito and pastor nachos.. I got purple stale chips hard chunks of all pastor ... Asada burrito was junk meat to I don't know where this guy states he's an executive chef .. Really !! Cmon ....

Vendor located at the BLVD Market. Their tacos are on the pricier side but thats because they are 'fancier'. Definitely not your typical taco truck or taco man taco but an elevated one. They are unique and definitely worth a try.

This place has everything you are looking for in a top tier food cart. What makes it worth it is the quality of the food, the taste, and the price. The location is pretty nice as it is inside a courtyard with umbrellas and tables. One of the better asada burritos I have had but definetly one of the better priced at 11.99 and they didn't tack on extra for sour cream and salsa. Great enviroment for group/more people as multiple other food options.

I always come here for their Specialty Taco trio ! I really love their chicharrón, pork belly & chicken tacos. Always tender & flavorful and the salsa verde is my go to. Service is brief and your food comes out pretty fast as well. Overall, i always enjoy spending time at the Blvd Market! It's a chill spot to be during weekdays and busier on the weekends.

We both LOVED the tacos here. The homemade tortillas are perfectly chewy and juicy. Our favorite was the chicharron & pork belly tacos. These are gourmet tacos so I think it's definitely worth the price. I was skeptical about the sign "best tacos in town" but this is top 10 of my favorite taco spots hands down.

I've been coming to this container site since they opened. Today was the first time I got to try Los Taquero Mucho. Tacos are one of those simple stripped down foods that you either do it good or not. This was not simple and it was really really good. I tried three of their tacos, sausage, chicharron, and vegetable. The sausage was done very well. What I loved about it is that it came with red cabbage that was soaked in jamaica. The subtle sweetness really brought out the flavor of the meat. The chicharron was done so great. Crispy and full of flavor on a nice bed of cabbage. I am not much for vegetarian options, but their calabacita was done perfectly. Not mushy had a nice firmness to it, but cooked well. I really would order again. Harping on what i said before, usually tacos are a dime a dozen, especially when you hit East LA. When I think about the quality and product that they offer here it makes me rethink that statement completely. I will definitely be back to try more and I will fill everyone in on updates!

Amazing tacos and burritos, my favorite all around spot. This is the go to that never disappoints

I usually come to this location for the Alchemy Craft. We were a little hungry and decided to try this place out. The food here is to die for !. We had the 3 specialty tacos. My favorite was "el Cremita". It had so much flavor and I had not had a chicken taco this delicious. The tortillas are hand made and make all the difference. I had to order some to go because it was that good and I wanted my fam to try it. The sauces were very good too. Lots of great flavors must try. The service was great !. The cashier was friendly and attentive. She was also very helpful with our order and patient as it was our first time there.

Ordered Green Chilaquiles and a Champurrado. On my way to be seated at a table the boiling hot champurrado opened a burnt my chest and hands. The cup was extremely hot and burned just holding it. Well bathed in champurrado I went to the window to let the cashier know it was too hot and spilled all over my hands chest and clothes. My hands and chest were burning so bad that I lit my appetite and couldn't eat with the discomfort. Food has always been good ,Just be careful with hot liquids.

Really great tacos! Hidden gem in Montebello, you actually get good carne asada and hand made tortillas. Their cucumber lime agua fresca is super good and refreshing. Friendly customer service and great atmosphere. Highly Recommended!!!

First timer! I was craving some tacos and decided to try this place by my job. I was craving tacos other than the typical carne asada. Gourmet tacos I would call them. I got the 3 specialty taco combo. 1 cochinito pibil and the other pork one and the other was w the Guatemalan sausage. Tortillas are delish to start off...hecho a mano! My favorites were the pork tacos. So fresh and delicious and not stingy on the meat. Perfectly portioned and the flavors are amazing! I raved about it to my co workers so I'm sure they will be going soon. Pricey but worth the price. And nowadays everywhere is pricey and that's just how It is. I am def coming back again. I also got the agua fresca pepino con limon. Sooooo refreshing and delicious and not drowned in ice. Employee was very nice. It took me 15-20 to get to work and eat my tacos and even then we're they so delicious. Next time ima eat them fresh at there outdoor patio. Also don't skip on the chips and guac. Guac is very good and fresh. Highly recommend this place. I'm surprised I didn't know about this place sooner but I usually bring my lunch to work so this was a treat. You must try! Side note: green salsa is not spicy at all so prob get the red to get a kick on your tacos.

I got an al pastor burrito. I got it for here instead of to go. The burrito was okay. It was a little bit cold for something that I just got. The service was fine. The ambiance is also fine.

Absolutely LOVE this place. I'll be honest, it looks trendy and I was prepared for the food to not taste the greatest but I was wrong. I was looking for good tacos with tortillas hechas a mano and this place popped up and not gonna lie the heart shaped mulita caught my interest. Gave it a shot and now I order from them at least 3-4x a month lol it's super close to my house too which is convenient. The staff is always nice and accommodating. The meats must be high quality because they fall apart almost melting in your mouth and tastes soooo good! I'm a big fan of their el pastor heart shaped mulita. It's so cute and tasty. And their quesa birria tacos are soooo good! their regular tacos are also fireeee. My only complaint is that the green salsa could be a little plain and i'm a salsa person so I usually use my own salsa but other than that I give this place a 10/10

Work across the street from this place and they kill it every time the green sauce is fire and everything is in huge servings 10/10

Beware ... got these guys to cater my daughters wedding.. LISTEN to me closely, I paid them about for 100 people, probably about 60 people were in attendance.. first the presentation of the food was not the same as the food they push out at the restaurant, they sent us 2 workers,,, first they ran out of forks, then after the first round of tacos , there were going to serve quesadillas.. probably after a couple quesadillas they run out of cheese... they start cleaning up .. then it's brought to my attention by the wedding coordinator.. that one of the workers said there was a lot of meat left over which was never cooked.. but taken back by them ... complete clown show.. your better off getting a taquero from the street .. save your money and choose wisely for your next event.. but would not recommend them

Amazing flavors! Regret not capturing a photo before digging into my nachos. I was craving nachos but not just any nachos. Most places serve nachos with artificial orange cheese and beans. Not at Los Taquero Mucho's nachos dons homemade creamy Oaxaca cheese, beens, and guacamole. Layered with generous portions of everything. Recommend getting them with asada. Shareable for sure. A must try!

Got the asada, not bad at all. Good thick steak chunk tacos, Nice patio seating on a sunny day. Cucumber lime agua was also very tasty and not too sweet. Will return when I'm in the area.

Have to say first time trying this place & the tacos were a 10/10. I ordered 3 specialty tacos , El Cremita, Mixta Taco & Cochinita Poblin taco , left me wanting more. Also order a asada mulita that came in the form of a heart. Will be coming back and excited to try the rest of the vendors here at the Blvd Market .

10/10 hands down the best carne asada tacos I've had in my life. The meat was so juicy and flavorful. The tortillas were fresh and delicious.

Taquero Mucho is part of BLVD MRKT's food hall concept in the heart of Montebello CA. Locally known for their food truck, the outfit now sits in a container space on the north end of the property. The menu is brief but tantalizing, offering a few choices of standard tacos (asada, pollo, al pastor, carnitas) and creative speciality tacos. I ended up getting the Cochinita Pibil, El Cremita, and Chicharron Tacos, all plated in one of those Instagram ready taco holders. The container box storefront, the exposed brick, and these very social media centric platings might have you second guess being here but they only serve to provide an adequate thirst for those that partake in Tikkity Tok videos. Of course, the real star has to be the food and Taquero Mucho's tacos deliver. As good as they look, they taste even better. All the tacos were excellent. The Chicharron was prepared just as I had asked, a lil crispy and crunchy and excellent flavor; anywhere else this would be the star of the plate but remarkably the other tacos surpassed it. The Pibil taco was spot on and very well executed, with the pickled onions and cilantro playing off the beans; the pork belly brings it all together for a great textural experience in a tasty taco. El Cremita was wild; I'm mot a grilled chicken fan tbh but with the melted cheese and the special house white sauce, pomegranate seeds, raja de jalapeno, and cilantro.... this is the one. Trust me, pomegranate on a taco sounds so damn boujie you wouldn't be wrong in throwing some salsa my way for liking this but all this heavy taste and texture is punctuated with the crisp pomegranate and complements it spot on. All three shared in variations of a nixtamalized version of the corn tortilla. I've bemoaned the fact when excellent proteins, toppings, and salsas are stymied in the group party by a Debbie Downer of a tortilla. Not here as tortillas have rough edging, irregular shapes, and thick body ready to incase your taco option. The owners source their masa locally and has someone deliver them fresh batches which they use masterfully. The agua de limon was really good and anywhere else would prolly be the standout but here it plays second fiddle to the taco experience. Of all the tacos I've had in my travels across California, these tacos are truly elite and special and may be the best yet. It's no surprise with the amount of care BLVD MRKT has put into its offerings that the tacos are a great choice when you get here in Montebello. Pro tip: I'd recommend not getting the combo (which includes the drink) and get a beer instead from Alchemy Craft. If you really want to try the drink, get the combo but opt to get the agua fresca later after your beer.

They had four specialty tacos and have a deal where you can get 3 for $13... kinda pricey for tacos... about $4.20 each? ayyyy. lol but I feel like that's pretty standard for these kinds of tacos... for what you get, its a pretty dang good deal. I got three tacos: pork belly cochinita pibil - habanero infused black bean base, topped with pickled onions and cilantro. El cremita - melted cheese, grilled chicken topped with special house white sauce, pomegranate seeds, raja de jalapeno and cilantro Mixta taco - guacamole with guatemalan style sausage stuffed with ground pork topped with jamaica pickled red cabbage and cilantro. I don't recall the pork belly being too spicy despite the habanero. I don't remember too much of the pork other than it was nice and soft... the pickled onions were SO GOOD. but then again... they're always good. I love a good pickled onion. Cremita was probably my favorite... super ooey and gooey and cheesy. chicken was aight but the creaminess of the... cream and the acidity of the pomegranate seeds really made the dish. mixta was pretty good. it had a nice smokey flavor but was a little dry. wasn't my favorite but i'm glad i tried it. Also the service! all the people working there were so nice and friendly and lots of laughs were had. Everyone in this market is so supportive of one another and they all get along. Def coming back when i'm in the area.

This hidden gem is located at the Blvd mrkt. It's a very unique food haul. This restaurant is located all the way to the end. We had their nacho which is different from what we normally had before. I like cheese they used and there's some white beans and the beef that we chose. It's also topped with the guacamole which we love the most. The taco has purple tortilla has some sweetness and perfect with the meat. Another good place to open my taste of the Mexican cuisine! Recommend!

The food, amazing. The service, even better. The ambiance, it's an open area with a lot to choose from. The portions of the nachos are way more that you can ask for. Can't wait to come back!

Visited their location at BLVD MRKT and tried their mixta taco, which you can get 3 for $13. Seems like you can mix and match their specialties if you wanted to also. I've never had longaniza in a taco before, so this was a unique thing to try. It's really colorful, and well-balanced flavors while not spicy. The guacamole base was what made me try this. It's also pretty filling for 3 tacos and a good size for the price point. Will see myself back to try other things on the menu!

Holy crap these tacos are legit as good as they look. When I walked up, I was greeted by a really sweet lady with a beautiful smile! She help me pick out the most delicious tacos! I asked her what her favorite were, she said the pork belly ones were a hit! I got two. She was not lying, and these tacos do not disappoint!

With such a cute name, we had to try it! (taquero mucho... te quiero mucho... ha ha ha). They'll be at the eventual BLVD Market whenever that opens, but for now they just have a pop-up outside. It's a bit pricey but their flavors seem unique so we had to try it. We tried 4 different meats and, I can't believe I'm saying this, but the Asada was my least favorite. That's just to say how good the other meats tasted. My favorite was the Conchinita Pibil taco, but my husband enjoyed the Mixta taco with longaniza the most. Their al pastor was also delicious which I had in a mulita. While the food was delicious, I think my favorite part was speaking to the owner while we waited for our food. She was friendly and it was clear that this was a family owned and operated business. It gave me a sense of joy to see her getting started on her restaurant with hopes of thriving even in a permanent location soon in the midst of this pandemic. She had a gorgeous baby girl with her while she was working, which made me even more grateful to have given her my business. I can't wait to visit them again. Hopefully it will be soon in the BLVD Market when it opens, but for now, you should check out their pop-up. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but it doesn't feel unwarranted. It might not be the place to go if you want quick, easy, good tacos, but if you want something a bit more special, you've gotta try this.

I had the perfect tacos. El Cremita were delicious. They had deliciously seasoned chicken, a blue corn tortilla, crema, pomegranate seeds, and I don't know what else but whatever else is in them make them absolutely perfect. 3 for 14.99 may seem a bit pricy but they were well worth it. The champurrado was perfect for this weather.

$3-4 extra for their only vegan (chayote) burrito vs regular meat. I ended up paying over $20 for one burrito that was good but nothing special. The salsas are pretty good. The crazy upcharge for not getting any animal products is insulting and ridiculous. Sincerely hope the owner takes note of this review and provides reasonable options for customers who don't eat animals.

Hugh quality meat. If you're looking for good tacos this is the spot. Little did we know that this place was to die for. From the tortillas to the salsa. Definitely recommend the asada tacos. Will be coming back soon.

If I could give this place a 10 I would. This taco spot is bangin'. Located inside the blvd mrkt this taco joint is bringing the classics but with a twist. So I got 3 tacos. One of them was the pork belly taco which was my favorite and scrumptious. My sister loved the chicharron taco and we both enjoyed the mixta taco. For those that don't know and I'm sure is many of y'all, mixta is a poor man's taco from Guatemala. It's traditionally made with a weenie and loaded in guacamole with a cabbage curtido. Here, they use a sausage instead but it is still delicious and worth a try. My sister devoured her mulita de Al pastor and my friend shared his amazing loaded nachos with us that came with asada and Al pastor. Probably the best damn nachos I've had thus far. Come check this place out and enjoy!

Best tacos we ever had. I'm so glad Uber eats recommend them. We had carnitas, asada, chicharrón and pollo tacos, they were out of this world! The red salsa was nice and spicy. The green salsa was milder than the red but still a nice kick. The tortillas were flavored well, right size, and not too thin not too thick just right. I'm a fan of single tortillas for my tacos, I usually have to split my one taco into two but this place has the right meat to tortilla ratio. 10/10 recommend. Wish I'd taken a pic, they come in a leak proof container that holds the heat well for delivery. Next time we'll get the full experience and eat there instead of delivery. Can't wait for my next visit.
