"Lost & Found in Hollywood occupies a stretch of adjacent buildings on Yucca Street, which is tucked away above Hollywood Boulevard. It’s there that you'll find one of L.A.'s best shopping destinations. While there are spaces for women and homes, we particularly love the kids edit, which revolves around feathered headbands, papier-mâché masks, and t-shirts emblazoned with everything from motorcycles to birds. The new outposts in Santa Monica are huge, offering more floor space to men's and women's clothing, along with even more delights for little ones. (Plus, a great edit of home.)"

Dermalogica’s Founder Thinks People-Pleasing Leads to Mediocrity | Eater

"An L.A.-focused incubator and funding initiative created by the founder’s foundation to identify, fund and incubate local small-business entrepreneurs—particularly often-invisible neighborhood operators like bakeries, salons, florists and small restaurants—by connecting them to financing, educational partners and city resources. The program aims to pilot a two-year blueprint that regenerates inner neighborhoods through entrepreneurship and community-building, then replicate that local model in other U.S. cities via partnerships with civic offices, family foundations and national funding organizations." - Amanda Kludt

They have a worker their that has my card number. How did that person get card number I don't know. I had to track this place down to see why everyday they charge my card for lyft when I have my own vehicle. They need to find out who is the thief in there store. I'm located in SC Never been to CA. Fix the issue. This is everyday issue. I have to make sure my card is lock because of these people keep trying to use my card for a lyft.

This shop has great stuff, but I will only be going to the Santa Monica location from now on. This shop consists of 6 smaller shops that are not connected, but there were only 3 people working so only 3 shops could be open at the same time. I was shopping in the kitchen store when the employee asked me to leave so she could take another customer to another shop. I wasn't sure what was happening so I walked out and she locked the door. After she let the woman into the children's store, I asked if I could go back to the other store to continue my purchase. She said no one was available and I'd have to wait, as if it was completely unreasonable to ask. A rude employee usually doesn't stop me from going to a place I like, but being kicked out in the middle of shopping does.

Style leader in Los Angeles. I thank Lost and Found for establishing an effortless chic for women in Los Angeles. L&F is often the first to carry European brands that will soon dominate the racks of other stores. If Jamie is carrying it you know it's high quality and evergreen. I invest in her pieces because I know I will be wearing them years from now. Her fashion edit goes for timeless and hip. How she finds that sweet spot is a real talent and the reason why she has been a style leader for so long. I was inspired to write this because I was shocked by the two 2 single star reviews. There is no better clothing store in Los Angeles. AND you can find wonderful artisanal home wares and jewelry.

Google
Friendly but I wasn’t able to find anything in a large/ extra large size. Odd because the employee was my size and may have been the owner. Also very expensive for what was offered. I’ve only been there once. It was a little confusing because there seems to be two shops and were a bit checked out with only one other customer in the store. Perhaps an off day. Good luck average sized humans.

Love this shop of wonderfully curated men's, women's and children's clothing, jewelry and housewares. I have been shopping here for years and have always found the staff to be super helpful and polite. I highly recommend shopping here for yourself and gifts for others. Support this small business!

An eclectic array of clothing, both men and women and housewares. All the items are interesting and handsome. I love this store and all the items in it. Go shop there.

I've lived in this neighborhood for three years and the folks who work here have been consistently not nice and today were flat out rude. Will be shopping at stores that treat people better.

This store has several treasures inside I was visiting the area couple weekends ago & the owner was very kind-Thank you!

Yelp
This is hands down my favorite store on the planet. It has the most unique and beautifully curated selection of pieces that you do not see everywhere else. The girls who work there could not be friendlier or more helpful. I literally want t buy everything they have! I also ordered a gift online for a Christmas gift and without me even asking, it showed up perfectly in tact and beautifully wrapped. They really care about their merchandise and their customers. I wish we had a store in San Diego! I only wish I could give 10 stars.

Yelp
I like this store a lot. There are several different offerings within the block. There is a men's store, and home store that I'm a bit obsessed with. Staff was incredibly helpful and I will be back for sure.

Yelp
I have lived in the neighborhood for 30 years and am a longtime stylist. I have been coming here for the last 15, and was excited to visit with my best friend from back east. I honestly cannot recall a worse shopping experience, and I have done a lot. The younger employee was lovely, chatty, helpful, patient and kind. The owner could not possibly have been more put out to bring us to the various storefronts. She was rude, and condescending when I tried to make small talk while my friend browsed. We were polite and kind and I was quite confused as to why she would be treating anyone visiting her business this way. I'm sad to say that I have unsubscribed to emails, will no longer be visiting for work or personal shopping, or recommending to friends both local and visiting LA, as I have done for years.

Yelp
Lovely curated gifts and clothing! I bought my friends an anniversary present, a friend a birthday present and going back to buy something to wear for a Christmas party!

Yelp
The hours are bad, and it's frustrating to have to ask for various spaces to be opened up so you can shop. It's not a customer friendly environment - it's sort of a situation where you are made to feel like they are doing you a favor by letting you look at clothes. Pass!

Yelp
There's simply no better group of stores in Los Angeles. The enduring taste, unique aesthetic and casual elegance of L&F is unrivaled. The customer service is Always perfect, it harkens back to a time of individual care and pride that are tough to find anywhere in this town. I'm so grateful this store is around, and taking every measure to keep their customers safe and happy.

Yelp
There was a review in here that I needed to respond to! To the person who was annoyed that the sales person had to accompany them in the store I wanted to clarify something as a frequent patron. There are something like 7 store fronts (that are not connected on the inside) that are all a part of the store. The sales gal told me that there are only 2-3 workers at any time. That's why they're traveling with you! They want to help you get into all the different stores while also giving you a personal shopping experience! I found it charming and unique. While I'm sure theft is an issue with any store - it's fair to say no shop owner wants a customer left alone in a locked shop! It's not a good business mentality! If you're uncomfortable with this great, personal experience definitely try bigger stores like Nordstrom or Bloomies!

Yelp
I've shopped at both locations and ordered online. Very professional with a great selection for men and woman. The Santa Monica location is a little easier to shop at, its all contained in one store. Hollywood is four separate stores aligned next to each other. I can always find a great pair of pants and really nice white shirts, I'm addicted to white shirts it seems.

Yelp
I like the selection, set-up, and location, but the shopping experience is really terrible (nothing personal). First the various doors have to be unlocked by one or two sales people who then have to keep busy while you try to browse (do they not know that part of shopping is simply "shopping" and browsing, which actually results in more sales, and which is impossible to do when someone is looking at you the whole time and pretending to fold clothes and obviously waiting to lock the door behind you). Also, while the staff don't say so explicitly, the reason they are watching is so you don't steal (seriously, for what other reason must there be constant surveillance... to keep me company). So my advice to Lost and Found is, either hire more workers for each boutique or just finally move on-line where you don't have to worry about people stealing (or what ever the reason is that you linger and watch the entire time.. and please don't insult your customers by claiming it is to provide service). So if you do go to Lost and Found (which makes perfect sense since it is a decent row of boutiques), remember, it really is not you, it's them.

Yelp
I am very reluctant to write a negative review, but i think potential customers might find the following information important when deciding whether or not this company can be trusted. I ordered a $410.00 blouse from Lost &Found on April 17th. It didn't work out so I returned it the day after it arrived, using priority mail. On May 8th I checked on the status of my return via email. Here is the response I received "Your return was received and is being processed, please allow up to two weeks for the refund. There will be an email confirmation to follow." On May 26th, I asked for an update, since I still hadn't heard from them or received a refund. Here is the response I received: "Your refund has been processed I will check in credit office and get back to you, Lizette." It is now June 9th. I never received the promised email or a refund. At this point, it has been approximately 8 weeks since my order was returned and I am unable to receive a refund. I will update this review weekly and let you know if I am able to get a refund without taking further action.

Yelp
Lost & Found has a long strip of boutiques associated to this listing, but I'll focus on the Men's store. I was quite surprised to see that this place wasn't booming with reviews, the styles and brands were truly a treat to find in California. They had a nice set of items from Hartford, a French company that I'd normally be drooling over on Mr. Porter. They also had some great slim-fit cashmere sweaters from Christopher Fischer - for a string bean like me it was like Christmas morning. From what I saw they have 4 other stores connected to this one, with women's, kid's and home items as well. Pay them a visit, you're in for a treat.

Yelp
I love this place. Been shopping here for years. Always find things that are well made and unique. True hand made products great service good Indy store.

Yelp
A pretty interesting place actually, there's a lot to learn about it from talking to the owners about celebrities who had been in the store [no less]. It's not simply one store, but several stores that all sell different things, mind you if you're looking for something in particular this shouldn't be the first place you go. As someone who prefers clothing marketed to men rather than the clothing marketed to women, this is a great place for me personally. The women's boutique is not quite arranged as well as I'd like. But, all in all I can't really complain about my overall experience. I would, for sure, come here again.

Yelp
Just letting you know that I was looking to buy some clothes for a photography session. So you just drove away someone who was going to buy a whole bunch of clothing. Hope you like that clean air. I'm sorry for smoking in front of your store: I'll just take my business elsewhere......

Yelp
Lost and found is this great hip boutique shop, there are about 4 or 5 shops all connected together with very cool and sweet things to buy. there are great men's clothing, women's, children's, home decor, art, jewelry. This is my new place to go for that different jewel that you have been looking for. Can't wait to come back again for a gift or just to spoil my self in a Hollywood haven hot spot!

Yelp
I ordered accessories online, and received the order confirmation by email. However I haven't heard for a few days from them, I asked for tracking #. Then they finally responded that the item I ordered was sold out. So I asked them for refund. Their response was only " Your order was cancelled at your request. Please reply to this email if you have any question or concerns." That was a pity customer service.

Yelp
Went in to get an item i asked a friend about after seeing her wearing it. Once there the owner, possible the most horribly rude pretentious person on the planet told me they were sold out of it and then that was it....just noting, no help just walked away. I ended up getting it at another store, who gladly ordered it for me. Horrible snobby service, seriously who does this women think she is to act like that with people...? Get over your self, you are not curing cancer.... Better to shop elsewhere people.

Yelp
Beautiful row of boutiques filled with gorgeous but not fussy things for children, adults and your home. I started coming here when it first opened when my kids were tiny tots and there was only 1 store. It was a bit out of my range back then but my boys lived in and loved those deliciously soft, brightly colored cotton peace t-shirts and floral draw string pants. I love how the boutiques have multiplied over the years and I even love the quirky shopping experience there. There are 4 or 5 separate boutiques now and there are usually 2 people working there so you need to wait to be taken to which ever boutique you want to shop. Everyone is always very nice and helpful but not pushy at all. I don't go in there frequently because it's too dangerous for my wallet. When I do drop in, I usually find too many things "I can't live without" and they usually become my very favorite pieces that I live in and love wearing just like my boys did with their colorful peace t-shirts.

RJ S.

Yelp
I've been to the women's boutique a handful of times, and I'm not kidding - every time I've been there, the saleslady (or possibly the owner?) was name dropping about whatever celebrity came in to buy the piece that I was casually looking at. It's bizarro. I thought it was sort of a flook the first two times, but the third time it just became a total turn off. They do have nice stuff, but after that third time I was out.

Yelp
Despite a peculiar set-up of five individual storefronts, each of which has to be entered from the sidewalk, I fell in love with this place immediately. The buyer does an amazing job of finding truly unique things, from clothing and jewelry to home decor and small furnishings. I work in retail and attend lots of trade shows, so I often feel like I've seen everything out there, but Lost & Found had many items from local craftspeople or foreign brands that I hadn't seen before. In this era of proliferating chain stores and repetitive web sites, it's so refreshing to see a distinct point of view. There was only one salesperson working when I was there in February, but she was friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Absolutely beautiful items in all stores. Women's boutique always has incredible, well-edited and tasteful items. Beautiful selection of scarves and hard to find boots. I have bought many things from them over the years and am always so pleased with my items. Customer service is impeccable and I always feel well-tended too but never overwhelmed. L and F carries many things which I never see anywhere else. One of my favorites in L.A.!
