I like the selection, set-up, and location, but the shopping experience is really terrible (nothing personal).
First the various doors have to be unlocked by one or two sales people who then have to keep busy while you try to browse (do they not know that part of shopping is simply "shopping" and browsing, which actually results in more sales, and which is impossible to do when someone is looking at you the whole time and pretending to fold clothes and obviously waiting to lock the door behind you).
Also, while the staff don't say so explicitly, the reason they are watching is so you don't steal (seriously, for what other reason must there be constant surveillance... to keep me company).
So my advice to Lost and Found is, either hire more workers for each boutique or just finally move on-line where you don't have to worry about people stealing (or what ever the reason is that you linger and watch the entire time.. and please don't insult your customers by claiming it is to provide service).
So if you do go to Lost and Found (which makes perfect sense since it is a decent row of boutiques), remember, it really is not you, it's them.
