"A now-closed Logan Square tiki bar that was the first to host the Chick-Feel-Gay pop-up in 2020; the Pride Month event was led by sous chef Dani Kaplan and directed proceeds to a local LGBTQ nonprofit, helping establish the pop-up as a model for community-focused, activist dining events before the venue shuttered." - Ashok Selvam
"If you still have unpleasant memories of spring break and the terrible, sugary cocktails at Senor Frog’s, you might not be excited about going to a tiki bar. And Lost Lake in Logan Square is full-blown tiki - including bamboo chairs, floral wallpaper, and a long menu of not-too-sweet tropical drinks. But the nice thing is that they all usually have about 78 ingredients besides alcohol, so you get rid of the booze and they still taste good, and (most importantly) come in their fun-shaped glasses. Hopefully, a trip here will help you move on from that terrible vacation once and for all." - adrian kane
"Like Three Dots And A Dash, Lost Lake in Logan Square is a full-blown tiki bar (complete with bamboo chairs and floral wallpaper). They’re very similar, but the main difference here is that the space is small and doesn’t have big booths, so it’s not as good for large groups. You’ll almost definitely have to wait outside, and then for a table, but just think of that as a good opportunity to strike up a conversation and/or eavesdrop." - adrian kane
"Noinaj formerly helmed the kitchen at Lost Lake, a tropical bar that has since shuttered." - Ashok Selvam
"Decorated tiki spot Lost Lake is slinging to-go cocktails through walk-up window in Logan Square. Offerings include “Bunny’s Banana Daiquiri” (Overproof Jamaican rum, Guatemalan rum, spiced rum, banana, coconut, lime, demerara) and “From Where to Where” (blanco tequila, mezcal, Navy Strength Jamaican rum, hibiscus, falernum, cold brew coffee, lime, absinthe)." - Naomi Waxman
