LOT 12 Rooftop Bar

This is one of our favorite spots when in Fort Worth… great atmosphere with great views.. perfect for large gatherings or even just a date. Service was super friendly & upbeat. Thanks to Charlie for the extra limes every time I ordered :) Service with a smile. It’s a must - visit when visiting TCU.

Having been here over nine times, at this point my experience has not changed one bit. The food is always excellent, the atmosphere is always excellent, and most importantly the staff is always excellent. I just want to deliver on how inviting this place is, there have been times where I have walked in to this place with straight up basketball shorts and a graphic tee and sitting next to a family with a suit and tie apparel and received the same service and attention that the other family has received. I don't know what it is about the staff here but they truly are some great people. Every single one of them having a great conversation and attitude. Even if the food wasn't great, the atmosphere wasn't excellent, your staff and how you treat people Is always going to be a driving force as to why people come back. However, the food is excellent, the atmosphere is excellent So this place is all around just the best place to be at. I have seen people of all types of background come to this venue and be treated equally. I truly feel that this place is never dismissive of anybody and makes it a point to let everybody know just relax and take it easy. Make no doubt about it. This is the premier spot to hang out and chill in Fort Worth, I hope this place remains as nice and inviting as it is for years to come. I will always be back here and make this my number one destination for sports viewing and just to hang out with friends. My only complaint is feeling bad for people who didn't get to experience this place prior to its opening. Fort Worth was in desperate need of a place like this. Shout Out TO THE BEST BAR STAFF OUT THERE!

Every time I come here the service, food and drinks are AMAZING!!! Simon is my favorite but I adore Cat, Jackson and Alex! They have amazing energy and great smiles! Seriously! It’s a hidden gem! Overall the view is great, the establishment is clean and welcoming. 5 stars across the board! PS- The Frog 75 does the job every time 😉

Fantastic service, great food, wonderful staff, and excellent management! We held a 50th class reunion (Fort Worth Paschal) at Lot 12 in April 2024 for 235 classmates. The managers, Addison and Reagan, were wonderful to work with over the year leading up to the reunion, helping us walk through each step of the evening plans. We reserved the venue because of the beautiful outdoor patio and the fantastic views of our high school, TCU, and downtown Fort Worth. Unfortunately, it rained over 3” that day, but with the great help of the management and staff of Lot 12, the party was smoothly moved inside, and it couldn't have been better! We had two dinner buffet lines set up and we heard nothing but compliments on all the food items. The Purple Panther Margarita was well received as our specialty drink. Every single person working for Lot 12 was friendly and helpful. We would like to give shout outs to: Alex J, Alex H, Simon, and Cat for their hard work behind the bar making sure those margaritas kept flowing. And to Patrick and Steven for working the entire space to make sure the buffets were well stocked, and that whatever we needed was handled. We cannot give enough compliments to the staff and management of Lot 12 for helping us put on a memorable 50th reunion!

Fantastic Rooftop Spot with Great Vibes! This rooftop bar/restaurant is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is laid-back and fun, beautiful views of TCU and downtown Fort Worth, and a lively yet relaxed crowd. The food is delicious, the drinks are great, and the bartenders (Alex, Kat, Pat, and Simon) are amazing. Whether you’re here for a casual dinner, happy hour with friends, or just to enjoy the view, this place delivers.

Lot12 is a nice lil gem tucked away inside the Hyatt hotel. They play a great selection of music at a low enough level to catch your ear but not loud enough to drown out your conversation. The staff was very friendly and great with service, especially the guy with the locs at the bar. The seating outside is cozy and cute with a couple games to play with your friends or your children. The food selection was ok but pretty tasty. I only had one drink this go round however, I think my overall experience was good enough to go back 😌 I do recommend adding a little more queso to your stadium nachos though 🤔 they were so good but that drop of cheese on the side almost made me postal 😆😆 so minus a star for that.

Love Fort Worth and its restaurants, but I end up eating in my hotel here at the Lot 12 rooftop bar most of the time. The food is fantastic and the view from the roof is beautiful. Cat, Alex, Patrick and Simon always make me feel at home. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff and nice seating areas. The Green tea shot and frozen peach margarita were amazing. Lemon pepper wing’s were delicious as well!

The best thing this place has going for it is its ambiance. It's fantastic. The food was ok as well for standard bar food. The drinks are pricey ($10 for a glass of Tonic Water.). I get it if you don't want to pay then don't go. It's the service that really kills the place. Very poorly run. Might be worth going to chill and watch a game. It's a beautiful location.

I found this bar on Yelp. It is a bar/restaurant inside of Hyatt Place. They also have a top golf inside of the hotel on the same floor. They have plenty of parking, which is nice. It was a little challenging to find the bar, but if you follow the signs, you will make it. They have inside and outside seating. The day I went outside, it was hot, but I still chose to sit outside because of the view. They did have fans, but it did not do a lot to beat the heat. They have a lot of seating and televisions so it would be a great place to watch sports. They have a bar area outside, so you can order food and drinks without going inside. A waiter came by before I made it to the bar and took my friend and my order. I got old-fashioned and brussel sprouts for an appetizer. My drink and appetizer were so much better than I expected. It was like I was at a fancy restaurant instead of a bar. The brussel sprouts were cooked perfectly, and the sauce on it complimented it well. I then ordered the fish tacos, and I continued to be pleasantly surprised. The fish tasted fresh like they had just dropped them, and the toppings tasted fresh as well. Same for the chips and salsa. The chips and salsa tasted homemade, and the chips were warm. The later I was there, the prettier the view. As it got later, it also became more crowded. I didn't feel like they had enough staff to support the crowd. There is not a bathroom outside, nor is it inside the bar. You have to exit the facility and use the bathroom in the hallway. I will go back, especially when it is cooler.

Stopped in on a Friday evening and it wasn't packed at all! The rooftop atmosphere is really nice and their is various seating options ( couch, chairs, high tables). It's also a really nice view as the sun goes down. They even have an indoor area. Now on to the food. Those cheese sticks were soo good! The Brussels sprouts were good as well and though I like them crisp it's a fine like between crisp and burnt. Some of the pieces were a little burnt but the glaze on them helped to balance it out. I believe I had the brisket tacos and they were very juicy and well made. The drinks were decent but didn't find one that I loved. I'll be back though!

Excellent service! Great tasting food! And nice view from the roof top and overlooking TCU campus in Fort Worth Located inside the hotel Hyatt Place. Highly recommend their hummus spread, margaritas and their chicken salads.

Service is good but confusing, didn't know where to order or how to once we figured it out the staff went to work we had our food and drinks in less than 10 minutes. Food is good, the garden is really good and contains pears, nuts and feta it has a really nice flavor. The wedge salad is marginal and will not be bought again. The onion rings and a slight disappointment but passable. And the nachos are a big hit even with the dried pulled pork. The roof top is inviting and fun, a bowl game was playing on only one tv but we enjoyed talking with others visiting for the weekend.

I came to Lot 12 for a closed event. They were offering a make your own taco station, featuring carnitas (?) and chicken, various toppings, quesadillas, chips, and churros. The tacos were overall pretty yummy and customizable based on a large variety of toppings. The quesadillas weren't bad but the meat inside was a bit dry. Food aside, the space was cute. There were musicians dressed in Mexican attire and playing Mexican tunes. The restaurant is on the 6th floor of the Hyatt Place hotel and offers views in 3 directions. There are also 2 golf simulators!

Came to Lot12 Rooftop for a birthday brunch, and it was the perfect spot. Music playing at a decent volume, comfortable seating both inside and outside. Some of the patio was covered with fans above (appreciated during these hot summer months). Great views. The bartender and waitress worked well together to take care of our table. Drinks and food came out as ordered, everyone enjoyed their meals. Definitely will recommend and return back soon. Thank you Alex (bartender) and the waitress (sorry I didn't get your name) that was there today 11 AM- 2PM (6/3) y'all were both fantastic.

Good location and vibe. Average food. Horrible service. Expect 30+ minute waits at the bar on a Gameday. Don't sign up for Top Golf. It is overpriced and you have to leave the bay and go wait at the bar for 30 minutes and not get to spend time with your group because you don't get waitstaff.

Cat is the best. All food and Service is excellent. Can't have a better time when in ft worth. Thanks again

Lot 12 is perfect for football game days. You can't beat the space with the rooftop views and they have live music. During the TCU football season, expect it to be packed inside and outside. If you're wanting to watch a game, note that there are only two tvs outside and one is slightly blacked out due to the amount of sun rays. There are many lounge areas to choose from to chat with friends. During the summer months, they serve coconut mojitos that are delicious. I highly recommend those! If you're staying at the hotel or just want a rooftop bar outside of football season, expect Lot 12 to have a much more chill vibe with fewer people. I am a little surprised that more people don't come here because when the weather is nice, you cannot beat the outside area. Lot 12 does have a good looking light bites menu, but they can be low on ingredients some times. For example, my wedge salad arrived as a spinach salad and they did not warn me in advance. Check with your waiter that they have all the ingredients ;) I did really like the chipotle chicken quesadilla. Overall, Lot 12 is an excellent bar choice for rooftop views, outdoor seating, good drinks and light bites.

We had a great time at Lot 12. Alex and Alex, the bartenders took great care of us. The music bingo and trivia nights are super fun also. We had food and drinks and while a little pricy, I would not trade the fun we had. Friendly staff and super helpful and it made all the difference!

Lot 12 Rooftop Bar provided excellent and attentive service. The nachos were delicious and the serving sizes were large. The rooftop is large with plentiful seating.

The food was great and Pat was SO sweet and made our experience even better. We will definitely be back!

This place is a hidden gem. Well... maybe those in the area know it, but we travel to get to it. Nice lounge seating inside and out on their huge patio area. Multiple TVs and they will play your choice of games. The bartenders are amazing, friendly and professional. Drinks are made well. The food is really good. I wish they would bring back the pork belly bites. Sooo good!!

Absolute crap! I went there for lunch and had a burnt chicken quesadilla. I didn't complain as the joint was getting amped up for the TCU playoff football game. Since I was staying in the hotel I decided to give them another chance after the game. Ordered the Lot 12 Burger minus the special sauce (mayo based I was told). Again it was terrible due to over salt and way over cooking. I wouldn't expect a Texas cook to destroy a burger like they did, but to honor beef. At least you would think. However, on the bright side the two young ladies working at the bar were terrific. Attentive, and determined not to let the empty keg deter them from getting me the flavor I ordered. They were the highlight of my visit. This place won't get my top vote, but I might give them one last chance and try something that no one can screw up.

The place is cool but I'm not sure if I went on a bad day but there wasn't anyone there. The beer isn't really cold to my liking. The view was great but not sure if I'd go back.

My dad and I loved Lot 12. Great place to see a sunset. The staff and margarita's were awesome.

I've been to Lot 12 a few times, the drinks are ok and the food is good. However, recently, it is almost impossible to get a drink. This place has such potential and could be fun if people could actually get served in under twenty minutes. I've been twice when I've waited so long for a drink that I ended up leaving. Wish the service was better, but until then I will not be returning.

The vibe of the place is great, but the service is horrible! They ignored us at the bar and gave us eye rolls when placing a larger order or multiple drinks. We had apps and entrees, both pretty mediocre. Would come here much more if the service was better.

What a great spot! You wouldn't normally pick a place in a hotel for drinks and apps, but the Hyatt Place has done a great job with the use of this space. Awesome views, decent drinks and food. Be sure to ask about the daily special (the guests know!) and you can get half price app or a deal on a specific drink...Beware not to go when in a hurry...they were very short-staffed the evening we went. We will definitely try this place again. OH...and they have valet parking but there is plenty of room on the street, so opt for that!!

Pricey but amazing views and atmosphere. Perfect for TCU fans, family, and alumni! Will be a great spot for game days.

Terrible service, bar manager avoids customers. Waited 30+ minutes only to be ignored by 2/3 of the bartenders. Just terrible

Great staff and very tasty food. Met some buddies to watch football and had highly attentive servers and delicious food. We ordered the wings, bacon guacamole and the loaded fries with pork. The food was delivered quickly and all of the selections were hot and tasty. It's a great place to watch the game and have the option of sitting outside on the scenic patio.

I have to say, this bar's atmosphere and views from the rooftop are amazing. It's a great spot to come for a drink to relax. The only thing really holding this bar back from being great is the service. After trying to get a drink twice, the bartender refused to service me until I pulled out a picture of my passport. The reason she didn't serve me is because she said they're afraid to lose their liquor license due to underage drinking, but they had no electronic scanners to proof the validity of their customer's ID's. Very turned off by this rooftop bar and hope new management comes in to run this sweet hangout better because it has so much potential! I'd also appreciate an apology since none of the bartenders issued an apology even after providing them my passport.

Pretty setting. appetizers were tasty We ordered the nachos, which menu reported as being half price on Fridays. When the bill came,they were not half price. waitress said "oh, those aren't the nachos that are half price.". Menu did not show different types of nachos.

The bartenders are horrible. They tried to confiscate the ID of one person in our party who is 21, the bartender took the ID to the manager who claimed the ID was fake but refused to scan it and claimed the DMV messed something up on his driver's license when he realized it was a legal ID. 20 minutes later another member of our party showed up and the bartender took the ID to the manager and the manager just said not to serve him without scanning it once again. He stated it was "ridiculous" that he was getting denied without them even trying to validate it and they responded by yelling at him. When they realized his ID was a legal ID they did not apologize, but discounted the beer he requested when an apology would have been more desired on our end. Horrible customer service.

Lot 12 is awful, not only were our REAL IDs denied but the service was absolutely awful. They took over 15 minutes to even come up to us and then after they took our IDs and almost did not give them back. I just flew in from out of state to stay at the hotel and the service was unacceptable and completely rude. I would never recommend anyone to stay here is because of solely the staff.

Lot 12 is a hidden gem in Fort Worth! Cat is phenomenal at the bar, she makes fantastic drinks and is very attentive. The food is delicious. My recommendation is either the chicken quesadillas or chicken sandwich. If you go to Lot 12 you will find great food, a fun atmosphere, gorgeous views, and awesome people.

We went to get a glass of wine and the bartender told us after 20 minutes that she was "going down the line" but she served two people twice at the bar. After I asked her if we could get a drink she pointed to me and made an x saying not to serve us. The service was rude. We left because we waited 45 min for drinks.

They are so slow taking your drink, mid day it's 30 mins in line. At night it's an hour

Fabulous location! Food is always great! Anything from the hummus, to the wings and the best tailgate fries! Extremely clean environment and the view of the city is absolutely spectacular! Bartenders are amazing, friendly and always take care of us! Make sure you check out the virtual Top Golf room!

Good vibes and good times. Drinking here is chill and I don't about the food too much but for you and your friends to come by for a place to drink, would definitely recommend.
