The ambiance was nice, not a very accessible venue. The food took forever, and tasted less than average bar food. The drinks were expensive, the chairs were so low for those with disabilities. No vegan options were available. Nice to network, but no wifi was handed out. I suggest eating nearby.

I have been to Lot45 several times in the past, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. We arrived at 9:55 PM and were forced to wait outside until 11:15 PM before being let in, despite the venue’s advertised 10:00 PM opening time. This was because of the 10:30 free before charge that the establishment offers. To make matters worse, when attempting to resolve an inflated and unjust cover, the bouncer was unnecessarily hostile and demeaning, harassing us while we tried to complete the money transfer. This kind of treatment is unprofessional, unacceptable, and reflects extremely poor management. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience. The lack of organization, unprofessional behavior, and disregard for guests ensure that I will not be returning. It usually has a great list of DJs but this lack of organization for its patrons turned me off.

I had an incredible time at the restaurant. The food was simply delicious, and the view from my table was breathtaking. As a delightful surprise, they offered me a delightful ice cream with macarons at the end of the meal. It was a perfect ending to a perfect dining experience. I can't wait to go back and savor those wonderful flavors again.

Waited in line for an hour before being told we needed to pay $20 even though we were there as soon as it opened. We had successfully RSVP’d and did everything appropriately but the service we were provided with was abysmal, not to mention, we did what we were supposed to.

We had a great time here. For sure not for the 30+ crowd. It's a $10 cover. I recommend bottle service if you do not want to stand all night ladies. There's no where to sit but VIP. We had a good time though on a Saturday

Really loved this spot! Went Friday RnB and early 200s music! Some 90s, some 80s even lol! Love! Was there at 11pm and easy to get in! $20 at door!

Not bad once you've finally made it through the line (and then the line for the ATM, and then the line for the coat check) and into the club itself. I was there for the Drake vs. Beyonce event, and the DJs kept the crowd in it. Drinks weren't as expensive as I thought they'd be, but of course, expect a long line to grab one since the bar is directly adjacent to the dancefloor.

Went to Lot45 on a Saturday for a day party. The music was great, the DJ played a mixture of soca and reggae. The bartenders were very attentive, which was hard since the bar was extremely crowded, but they did a good job at getting to everyone in a timely fashion. The cons to this place is that the inside is not very big and there were way too many people towards the end of the party to dance comfortably. Many people were hot and sweaty because there wasn't, or didn't feel like, there was any AC. Overall I had a good experience here and will be coming back, as the vibes and people were great.

Rude and disrespectful bouncers. Was excited to try it but would genuinely never spend a dollar of my money at a place that is so awful to their customers.

Came here for a friend's birthday and night out. We had an awesome time! The DJ was great, playing lots of throwback hits from the 90s and 00s. Was busy with lots of folks dancing, but wasn't too crowded and overwhelming. A great vibe!

Never liked it here much. Bartenders are pretty unconcerned and pretty P.O. Most of the time. When they went full "Clurb" i wae fully out. Now you hosted Eric Adams for whatever nonsense excuse-fest. Times up.

I've past this place a few times & finally made it inside, not bad .. we came in since we were looking to just hangout, get some drinks & listen to some music. Drinks , I had Tito's & Seltzer not bad , Some Johnny & Seltzers decent drinks over all. Funky looking place , DJ was ahh sounded more like he wasn't sure on what to play ? he get a decent beat going & just kind of let it died the music was not flowing properly. place is pretty chill inside , plenty of seating if u are lucky to grab one , some open space for dancing. Decent vibe inside , it was good for grabbing drinks.

Came for an event with some friends. Decent space, nice stage area and good drinks at the bar. NO parking around lol. It was a fine time. Why not.

I had an end of year party for my staff and we all enjoyed it. We were able to have the place opened 1 and half earlier just for us. This venue is huge two big rooms the back room is larger and have a stage and many couches. Think of a old so warehouse turned hipster cool and laidback. The oysters were on point here and so were the wings. The sauces that comes with the oysters were delicious. They even changed the music to our liking. I've been here twice before for nightlife and enjoyed it. Various days of the week they have different genre music played.They have great happy hour specials and good AC in the back room. I wanna thank all of the staff from the bartender, cook, and the owner for your generosity. I'll definitely be back soon.

First & last time! Don't waste your money on this terrible establishment. Rats are welcomed in there as well as water bugs. Overpriced drinks that are not even mixed well. Quick story time. Security let me in the first time. I came out to have a smoke break and was not allowed back in but nor was I given a reason as to why they did not let me renter. Maybe it was because I brought the rat situation up with the bartender. Who knows ? One thing I do know is I will NEVER step foot in this place again.

I went here for an rnb party and was surprised by how much space there was for people to mingle. There was food and readily available drinks as well as clean bathrooms.

Really really disappointed at this place. Was excited to come here after hearing it was a a great place for POC to lounge. Went in and the cover was $20 at 11 pm!! It was extremely overpriced. This should have been my first red flag, however, we proceeded to enter and our fears were confirmed. The music was awful, crowd was much older, and not very fun at all. The woman at the first also collecting id and cover was very rude. Overall would recommend avoiding this place if u want to have a fun time.

This place is mediocre at best. Came here on a Saturday night for a friend's birthday. She made reservations for 8. At 8 when people starting arriving there was no other patrons In the establishment. I arrived around 9:15. After checking my ID and vaccination card I go to walk in and I'm asked if I'm here for a party. I say yes and point to my group of friends. Then I'm told it's $40 to get in. Forty dollars! Are you mad?! To get into a place that is 75% empty. The only people here are my friends. I tell him I'm not paying. You should be paying people to come In here. The manager is called and I get in. A had a chicken taco that was dry. I had two drinks that didn't really taste like much. My experience here was meh. I wouldn't come back.

This is such a nice venue. Though kind of rustic looking, which is pretty standard for the neighborhood, it has a great layout for parties. Upon walking in, there is a food takeout place to the right and lots of space in that area that is kinda outdoorsy but not really (I think this part was for the smokers). There is also seating in that area. Coat check, which was run easily and seamlessly is to the right as well just before entering the party area. There's a stage to the back and that's where the DJ and them were. To the left and toward the back are individual unisex restrooms with a huge sink right outside the bathrooms. They also have a full-length mirror in that area. The event I attended had a nice vibe and it seems like that's the vibe of parties in the area anyway. Also, security was sure to check my ID and do a pat down on people before they went in. Now that I've given a full floor layout...overall, good vibes.

Great food their tacos and burgers are freshly made it gets pack when they have events and the bartenders are really friendly

I've heard so much about the venue and had to see what it was all about. I went with some friends for an R&B party and it was super fun. The venue itself can get pretty stuffy and hot after some time, but they have what I would call, a lobby, that you can chill in and still enjoy the music while taking some time to breathe. They had food and available for purchase and coat check. The staff at the door and inside were very personable which was a pleasant surprise (you know how NYC experiences can be at times lol) I look forward to attending more events here.

This place has 2 large rooms, both are very cold. Plan on being there in the summer, though I get the impression they won't use a/c.

Seemingly a lot, like in it's name, transformed into a restaurant, bar, beer & music hall. I can't say anything about the restaurant. Here's the bar, beer & music hall description. Got there in the early evening and there's a 50 count line of people. The lined was not a long wait and it moved not slow and not fast, just right. So, security must be doing something right to get the line moving. I get up to the ID Check and pass. Immediately 3 guards ask to check my backpack, which is fine and I move in, minus spill out my water in the bottle, not allowed. Second defensive lineman says I have to pay a bar fee. I'm like what? No else paid one. So, I feel like I'm being hustled. I ask why and he says I need a RSVP ticket. I show him my ticket and I am in the party. Just a note for anyone attending this place, have your proper checks in hand or they will State Trooper you. Lot 45 is a two section divide. Right by the entrance and further in where the bar and stage is. There is one gender neutral restroom. There is a handful of beers of tap but a full line of stronger alcohols. The place allows for a mid-sized crowd and on the night I visited had a decent DJ playing. This night had $12 whiskey as a marketing night. There was no dancing this night just some head bobbing and light shaking. Still a half decent, clean spot to spend a few hours really. It isn't dingy or anything bad about this local Bushwick, Brooklyn hangout.

The audacity. Charging people $30 to party on an empty dance floor. Lady at door: "$30 each". **us New Yorkers giving each other a crazy look** lady at door:" oh I will admit you in for 10 each. " I had a feeling party was empty...because why else would you reduce the fee that low. Something told me to just askto use bathroom. She let me in. Place was empty as fuck and weird vibe. Young, college scene with a sh*tload of hipsters. Welcome to the new bushwick. Didn't pay anything and left. Lot45 you are losing your customers .....

#I'm actually not a fan of this place for the music or nightlife. Just not my scene. But they have a pretty good #happy hour with $1 Oysters. I thought it tasted good and it was pretty quiet. So great if you hate people. Ran into a #couple I used to know. We sat down and talked for quite a while. Throughout that conversation, I don't think we remembered each other names or how we knew each other. It's very possible we never knew each other?

Great burgers and seating arrangements. They have great covered areas for dinning n excellent service. Great lounge n dine spot.

There really needs to be a way for you to leave negative stars for a business, as this place doesn't deserve 1 star. I, and a group of friends came to this bar for a party that was being thrown there on Saturday 7/9. Upon arrival, to an empty line by the way, we were immediately turned away because of one of our friends (a black man) apparently didn't have the proper attire for entrance. We understand dress codes, and the need to enforce them but the way this particular security guard went about it was all wrong. We were told our friend didn't portray the image they were trying to give out and under no circumstances was he going to be allowed in. Mind you, there were two men sitting at tables inside the seemingly empty establishment wearing the same style of clothing our black friend was turned away for. If that isn't bad enough, when confronted about the prejudicial discrimination the security guards were dismissive, intolerant and one in particular assaulted a friend who was only trying to record the egregious and embarrassing encounter. He placed his hands on HER knocking her phone out of her hand and cracking her screen. Never in my life have I been so humiliated. From the reviews below, it seems like this place needs some re-staffing, diversity training and new management to avoid situations like this. If you are going to be in a minority community, catering to black people and other people of color, the establishment needs to reflect that and work better at communicating with its patrons. I was in from out of town visiting, but this place will NEVER get a dime out of me and I will do my best to make sure no one I know goes here.

If I could leave no stars I would. Not only is the security so rude and biased but they lay hands on you! I was harassed by a male on line and the security guard did nothing but laugh and this was before I even got inside. While waiting on line I tripped over a guy and he punched me in the chest and pushed me. Then when I got inside to show my stamp security grabbed me by the arm to let his friends he knew inside. Laying hands on a woman? And being rude? Also beware there's a 20 dollar cover charge. There's an ATM but cover must be cash. Will not be returning. This place is exactly like freehold except freehold is so much better.

Lot 45 is wack! Gentrified af! So my friend and I arrived and the security guard let us skip the line cool whatever. We get inside to the booth where you pay.. mind you the shit is empty af so we are kinda deciding if we should go in or not. The chick collecting the money is 100% rude to us for no reason, maybe because she's at work while the rest of the world is having fun but whatever. She immediately ask why are we googling on our phones.. mind your business and we are googling a new location because Lot 45 is hella wack! security walks over and says we can't come inside unless we apologize to the girl collecting the money.. you have got to be kidding. Lot 45 you cannot have these kind of people working in your establishment, you can't not talk shit to people and get offended. Idk what lady is working the front but she won't last long in Brooklyn, take that energy to Manhattan. Anyways I know Williamsburg sucks in general but it's far better places that are actually fun!

Avoid this place if you can. Anywhere else is better. I visited Lot 45 on July 6, 2019 for their "Stranger Things" party. I will more than likely never return. 1. The girl at the door refused to accept my tickets to the event and instead charged me $20 per person to enter. 2. The place was an overcrowded mess and had empty cups all over the floor. 3. They ran out of ingredients for their specialty cocktails early on. 4. Projecting Stranger Things season 3 on the wall is NOT a substitute for decorations and spoils the plot. 5. The bartenders were woefully inefficient and more concerned with texting than actually serving customers.

Andrew and Danny were wonderful servers. The chef had amazing dishes everything was fresh and delicious. The food delivery was fast the service was quick and the overall experience was safe clean and CDC friendly. This was our first time dining in since the beginning of the pandemic and we had a very wonderful and good time. Their brunch is definitely worth the price and the staff is very helpful with any questions. Check out the Apple cider whiskey frozen drink or the Irish cream cold brew they were wonderful. This restaurant stands out for sure at the Jefferson stop. Are unique and delicious experience!

I don't write bad reviews.. but had a bad experience at the door. Purchased tickets to hear some nice DJs.. I get there and get medically searched like I'm bout to board a plane back from Afghanistan or some shit. Are we in hollywood yo.. why we getting pressed like that, sets all the wrong tone as if you do not trust people... Anyways I had some medicine (ganja) in a discrete container for a smoke break later. I get checked so hard the cat asks me about a little cologne oil stick I had.. needless to say he finds the medicine container. Puts it inside his jacket pocket and says "come see me before you leave for it"...... Aight I get that. I wasn't trying to do any smoking whatso ever in the club, but whatever.. I drop it. KNOWING these pricks gonna take some. Later I get another bouncer into a huff cause I did take a smoke break and came back inside the club. 'You can't be comin all in and out again like that'.. Dafuq kind of mood is this. Anyways I drop that too..... So I'm leaving for the night. DJs were nice, have little to no hope for the crowd/venue though. I go and ask about my container. The guy searches his pants pockets for it as if it was his belongings.. He goes into 'the office' for it, comes back and has the balls to ask 'do you have $20' T_T Asked me to pay him for holding the container he confiscated from me.... get 'the' fuckoutahere with all that.. that's some ol boy bul' shit cause then I check and they took half my medicine. Then asked me to pay for that. No respect for that Never again.. Rest In Power bushwick

Went here for a tropical party ...... far from any typical tropical party that I've been too but the crowd was fun and kinda unusual. Just about everything I expected from the Bushwick area and party . 20-30 something years old crowd and gentrified; blow up palm trees being throwing around and above the crowd, lighted up hulla hoops . Yep. Bushwick . None the less, the vibes were ok for a night starter. Wasn't thrilled with the drink options. Location is an mix of bar, lounge, art space . Negative: The party was promoted to be free, after waiting in a line for about an hour or so that damn near wrapped around the block, we paid $15 at the door. Wasn't worth it. Would have been better a free party instead of a bait and switch that wasn't worth the hype.

Waited in line for over three hours to not even get in and for the cover charge to go up by 15 dollars, wouldn't bother going again

So.... came to Lot 45 for Halloween. Admission was free before 11pm which was cool. The place was pretty full which was fine and the space itself was big and pretty cool. What was not cool were: the drink prices ($12 well drinks) in BUSHWICK, fer chrissakes; the DJs were mediocre at best, and last but certainly least, the MC (literally) said, "Can I hear from my JERSEY peeps?"....SERIOUSLY?!? Way to take this bar straight down into two star territory. I absolutely do not need to go out to the smack-dab middle of Brooklyn to commune with the bridge and tunnel crowd and pay for overpriced drinks while doing so. No.

Only one word to describe this place--abysmal. If your looking for a club with tired 'shabby chic' interior, washed playlists, aggressive men and the opportunity to spot a rat scurrying between people this is the place for you. Oh! And you might even spot a drunk driving since everyone who comes here decides to drive.

a. I came here to celebrate with a friend for her birthday. To me the staff was okay, I guess because I arrived earlier than some other people in the party. However, I was not to enthused to hear the lack of consistency in when they started charging door prices and the sliding price scale. They tried to charge two of my friends that entered about 15 minutes apart from each other different amounts just to get in; One was asked $35 and the other $40. Upon entering they did ask to see my vaccination card, whether they matched the names on the card and my ID who knows. I didn't like the fact that I had to travel to the bar to place a food order then travel back to the little alcove where they were frying everything up. The bartender barely had any people to help but was so distracted because he messed up my drink twice and it was only a Corona with a food order. That little alcove they were cooking food in was probably as big as a train station ticket booth even set up like one (I'm not even going to think about food safety standards). Given the setup I can see why they had such a limited and pricey menu. I mean really why is a burger ($8) the same price and an order of fries that you have to buy separately because they don't come together. I don't know if it was just that night but the rotating DJs had no originality because you barely even noticed they switched off because the music was still the same. The drink menu was a bit limited and pricey as well. Overall that place gave me the energy that you basically have to put a lot into the place and atmosphere to have a really hyped good time which means spending a ton of cash at the bar to get wasted enough to start liking the music.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I was so excited to try out this place, it was my first time ever here. Here's the break down: 1) Service is TERRIBLE! We sat at the bar, which was pretty empty and the bar tender took forever to even acknowledge us. When he finally did, we asked for the food menu. When we finally got his attention again and order he said they didn't have almost half of the items from the menu. Why didn't he said anything when he first gave us the menu?! Also, we had to order drinks several times because the guy kept forgetting. 2) I ordered their "burrata cheese, with micro GREENS, and a TOAST". When the dish came It was only a small portion of cheese (the size of half hard boiled egg) and a small BURGER BUN (not even toasted) and NO greens! That was supposed to be a main dish and they charged me $10 for that. Completely careless! Don't waste your money or your time going here. The pretty decor is not worth it.

I am absolutely in love with Lot45. This place has so much going for them, let me list the ways: - Free comedy show on Tuesdays at 9 (so fun). - Happy Hour 5-9. - Massive and fully stocked, beautiful bar. - Huge venue/lounge space adorned with red plush couches, glam chandeliers and a stage - super sexy vibes. - Entertainment galore: board games at your disposal (the fun kind too: Jenga, Connect 4), ping pong and fooseball tables out front. - Delicious Algerian spiced food in their food truck. (That Djenna burger tho? The fish tacos? Out of this world.) - Amazing hand crafted $10 cocktails. What I really like about this place is how chill and unpretentious it feels. I've been here 3 times in one week and it always feels like I'm visiting an old friend for drinks. Every single detail here, down to the pictureless huge frame at the stage, the WC neon sign over the restroom door, the gorgeous mural of a regal Victorian woman by the bar, the food truck in a shipping container, was carefully thought out and so appreciated. Things to note: There is no wait service. You go up to the food truck, order and pay for your food and they'll bring it to you. You also have to go inside to the bar and order your drinks there. They will, however, find you and bring your food and/or drinks to you - wherever you're sitting. The fried chicken only offers drumsticks. No thighs or white meat. The bar could use more bartenders. There was this one guy (tall, blond hair - super nice and cool) holding it down, crazy overwhelmed while others just stood around. I'm guessing they're new and in training or not bartenders but stand there anyway. Get this sorted out, please. Welcome to the neighborhood Lot45! You're a wonderful addition!!

The nicest server I've had since restaurants began opening. Server was really sweet & attentive. Drinks were good and so were the chicken tacos !

Went here as a pre bday turn up for my friend. We enjoyed the music as it was a mix between Hip Hop and R&B. There was something there for everyone. The drinks were good but they only had Hennessy and no Crown for us dark liquor drinkers. This place had a real artsy feel. I met some really cool people here!

Absolutely wonderful Staff!!!!! Alissa the hostess is the BEST! Very attentive and moved us to a warmer spot next to THE MUSIC!!!!! The food was great and made this covid recover Dance Dance Dance!!!!! Thank you Alissa!!!!!!

Lovely warehouse bar, it's spacious and comfortable with an outdoor garden. Excellent place to watch the World Cup, the bartender even brought out chips and peanuts while we watched the game. There aren't any draft beers, only bottles and cocktails, yet still very reasonably priced. Each bartender was super friendly. I will be coming back again.

This place easnt bad. Was a little dead when I got there and I didnt have a totally bad experience however I'm a little upset that I was charged twice !!!! I had to leave my card for a tab but I told the var tender I was going to pay cash at the end of the night. He assured me that it was fine... I paid cash and gave him a tip and I check my bank accoubt today and I was charged again! And. $1 was charged seperatly. I'm HIGHLY upset that I was charged twice!!! Dont leave your card if u intend paying cash they will still charge your card .

I dig this place. A ton. I like that it has space. I like that is has music. I like that the drinks are reasonable for the hood. The staff are very very attentive and nice. Hard to miss on this place. Great spot to have a gathering. Great date spot. All around dig it. I look forward to the next stop over here.

MY FRIEND WAS PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! On 7/6/19 my friend's and I were profiled upon entry. My friend was denied entry into Lot45 because he was wearing athletic shorts. We were told that was not the "image" they were trying to portray at their establishment. We had no problems with them having a dress code, my friend even went home to change, but as we were waiting on him to come back we saw there was a white gentleman with the exact same shorts on. As we were trying to explain to the bouncer that his choice of words was offensive and asked why it was ok for the white man to wear athletic shorts but not my friend who is a black man. He grew angry and even boasted about how they can refuse entry to whoever they want. As we walked out my friend was recording our interaction and the white bouncer knocked her phone out of her hand. cracked her screen and laughed about it. The other bouncers, who were all black men, stood around and did nothing. We posted the incident on our social media and commented on their Instagram page, instead of apologizing they deleted our comments and blocked us. Lot45 is a racist establishment who employs bigots. As a three year resident of Bushwick, I'm disgusted that this place is in my neighborhood. Supporting Lot45 means you support racist and do not support black men and women. I urge you never to go here! If I could give zero stars I would.

Disappointing new year's party Bartender not giving you back the credit card (had to go to ask another one for getting it). Not only waited an hour and a half for getting my jacket back but they also forgot my hat and scarf in it. This establishment lacked either organization or got overwhelmed by their success. Very mediocre music. Wasn't so diverse for a LGBTQ party, did not really feel welcome by the people.

I've been here on 2 occasions (both were a Friday night) and this place is so much fun! The vibes are awesome and on both nights, the crowd was super lit! The cover was $10 after midnight for both men and woman. The drinks are reasonable, $10 for shots and $12 for mixed drinks. The bartenders were all attentive and moved at a quick pace so you weren't waiting long for drinks. This is definitely a good weekend kickoff spot.

A cool place to go and have some fish tacos. The DJ played great 90's music. So all in all it was a good place to have a bit of fun.

Only go to Lot45 if you plan on being disrespected and dehumanized by the bouncers before you even get in. The bouncers inappropriately touch women, grabbing and pushing you for absolutely no reason. I've been verbally harassed by bouncers and stalked by them once inside the club throughout the whole night. They go on a power trip, being super disrespectful, rude, and inappropriate literally every time I'm there for NO REASON. Even if you have a good time inside, plan on being treated like dirt at the door before you get in. The bouncers there completely take advantage of their position. They either need to be let go or face some consequences for their actions. It's unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Nothing but pure trash! Don't patron this place. They blatantly discriminates against black people. After refusing entry for a guy friend, who was dressed "inappropriately", the bouncers allowed a group of white men dressed almost identically in. When confronted on why, the White bouncer spat racial insults & slapped another friend's phone out of her hand (cracking her screen) while she recorded the entire attack. Bouncers of other races looked on quietly, never once intervening. We left peacefully. When questioned about this blatant racial attack on social media, Lot 45 chose to block instead of starting a dialogue and apologizing. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere where people of all colors are respected and treated like humans!

Great bar. The bartender was great. The happy hour specials are terrific. The drinks were priced great and the oysters and cerviche were tasty. I loved the ambience and the music was great.
