The Best Restaurants At LAX

"LA might have the best Mexican food in the country, but at LAX, respectable options are few and far between. Head to Loteria for a decent breakfast burrito, crispy taquitos, and a fruity agua fresca." - brant cox, sylvio martins

Pretty basic when it comes to food. Not too busy and it’s right by the gates. Which we needed since Spirit likes to delay their flights and we wanted to stay close. We got a burger and fries. The burger was small in my opinion. Tajin fries were extra, and it was literally fries with a bit of tajin sprinkled on them. Service was great though.

This was a good, semi-healthy, quick option for an airport meal. The food was ready relatively quickly, especially considering how many people were waiting. The area was clean and had open tables. The food was good and fresh.

Chips, salsa and guacamole were so good! The drinks were extremely strong. Our server Martha was super sweet!

I had the American Breakfast at 6:45 am it was a dine in and not to go plate but food was served in a to go box, potatoes are not fresh they were brown look like they been sitting for a long time eggs are not fresh came from a cartoon, bacon was hard the only thing was decent was the bread, I don’t not recommend this place at all.

The food is excellent, and the service is great too! The portions are good, with quality ingredients and fair prices. I don't understand why they have less than 3 stars. Sometimes, it feels like people only appreciate junk food. I got a plate with rice, beans, chicken, guacamole, and salad.

I dont understand how this place doesnt have more stars. My boyfriend and I split the nachos and each had a drink. The nachos were delicious and more than enough for 2 people to share. The drinks were made well and very tasty! I would gladly eat here next time I'm at LAX!!

Businesses with policies like this shouldn't be allowed to exist. Was coming in on a late flight from Memphis and they didn't serve any decent food on the aircraft. That's fine. Hungry and tired I spotted this place and politely ordered a burrito/salad just before they closed. A lot of people from my flight were in there. Every table was taken but there were only 2 people sitting at the bar with all the rest free and open. With a 20% tip included I spent just under $30 for a Burrito and salad. I sat down at the bar intending to quickly eat my food and then rush to get a ride share to my hotel. No sooner did I sit down at the bar the bar tender gruffly asked me what I was drinking. I said, I'm just here to eat my food thanks. He then curtly told me I couldn't sit at the bar and that I had to sit at one of the tables. Admittedly I'm very hungry and indignant as I had just tipped 20% for food I ordered at a counter. I looked behind me and said "Where exactly do you suggest I sit?" Keep in mind there were no fewer than 10 empty barstools at that bar, it wasn't exactly like I was keeping the man from his precious tips. It's not enough to charge $27 for a burrito, now I can't even eat it without an additional shakedown? I almost threw my food away I was so mad. I left and found a place well outside the restaurant to quickly eat what ended up being an 'okay' meal. I fly in and out of that terminal a lot and I will never set foot in that establishment again.

It was a mad dash to the airport. Long lines, delays, too. Loteria Grill is just close enough to view my gate. I'll be flying Spirit to Cleveland. I had the Mexican Breakfast. Eggs, beans, potatoes, and tortillas. Top it off with Coffee. Not bad at all. I'll be here next time I fly out of LAX Why not stop in for a meal. Tell them Joe sent you...they will say Joe Who ...that's Me 😁
