Went here with a friend.and we got the.2 bowls. One had sweet potato noodles, mapo tofu, bok choy and roasted chicken with ginger scallion sauce The orher had char siu pork, bokk choy, egg plant and sweet potato noodles. Both werw $15.50 each before tax and werw large portions. Tasted great. The food hall itself at jacx and co is really nice. Looks more like a lounge. Definitely going back

Google
Pretty good lunch spot in JACX & Co food court! I got the seasonal bowl with: 8 grain rice, braised beef, mushrooms and garlicky bok choy. It is a lot of food and worth it for the price paid. I even had enough to bring some leftovers home. The braised beef was not super tender but the flavor of it was similar to that of the mushrooms. I think they might use the same sauce. The mushroom was just a bit on the salty side but that's why I had some rice on the side too. For dine in, the food is served on a large (kind of heavy) plate and comes with a metal fork and knife. They also have chopsticks available too.

Here’s an update. Lotus + Cleaver is now using disposal plates & bowls. What a disappointment. Portions are now substantially smaller while prices have risen. The way they serve the congee bowl now is so unappetizing. Everything is just piled together. The staff at the counter was so unpleasant Original review: Nice spot inside Jacx&Co with a variety of bowls. I got the mixed congee bowl. Congee is a traditional comfort food so I love how they incorporated fusion elements with traditional flavors. This bowl adds texture to a congee with ramen toppings and congee condiments. The result is a comfort food with a twist. Will definitely be back to try other items on their menu.

Google
I’m surprised by the one star reviews, this place is a godsend. You are paying only 15 dollars for a high quality bowl with huge portions (2 veggies, one meat, one card or veggie alternative) and can eat it at Jacx & Co which is a beautiful modern food court. Since it’s a food court you can even bring your own rice and eat it with their a la cart meats. It’s such amazing value and the founders have done a wonderful job. Yes they are a bit understaffed so there is a wait, but for good reason. You may notice that this restaurant is the only one with a line in Jacx & Co. Also do keep in mind that if you show up within one hour of closing, they run out of items so be prepared to have alternatives.

This place is inside the new food hall on Jackson Ave, Jacx & Co.. The food was really delicious. I got the chicken topped with scallion oil and mapo tofu and long beans as sides. The chicken was moist, tender and fell off the bone. The scallion oil was yummy. The mapo tofu was good, not overly spicy. And the long beans were good too. Portion was big. If I had to compare to traditional Chinese food from Chinatown, this place tastes healthier. There's definitely a difference in type of ingredients used but that's reflected in the price of course.

Google
It was a lot smaller than expected. I thought their “bowls” would be like dig inn. I got their crispy fish but it only came with 2 pieces of fish, and 2 pieces of bok choy. You’ll have to get a separate base and separate vegetables which will run you $25+ And just a heads up the fish actually melted the container the included sauce comes in so ask for it separately

Google
I have two stars because the workers were pleasant. This was suppose to be a healthy option, but my lo mein was swimming in oil when I reached the bottom. Paid $17.00, and had to throw the food away when I go to the bottom.

Google
I've ordered from here several times now through Doordash. In my last order last week, I found a piece of what looks like dental floss in my food, which was really gross. I don't know what it was. I emailed the business to let them know. It's been almost a week, and they have not responded or acknowledged my email, which is shocking. The food is also inconsistent. The first time I ordered the mapo tofu, it was so bland and flavorless, like the spices had just been cooked with the tofu for 3 minutes. The second and third time, the mapo tofu was pretty good. Still not as flavorful as I'm used to, but better than the first time. The first time I ordered, they gave me a generous portion of rice, and the salmon was fresh. The second and third time, the rice they gave me was so small in portion, the char siu pork was dry and tough, and the red braised beef too tough and full of gristle.

Yelp
Previous 5/5 1. Portions have gone done. 2. Food is more expensive ($2 more expensive for the bowl option). 3. Food variety and availability have decreased and been less consistent. For example, they offer multigrain rice, 5 spiced tofu, or potato noodles as the base for the bowl option. On my past two SEPARATE visits over the past several weeks, the potato noodles were always unavailable. The guy just said "we usually have them, we just don't have them today." Wow. For some of the other offerings, ie the mapo tofu or mushrooms, the customer in front of me just took the last scoop. When I wanted those toppings, the guy was like we need to cook them. You will have to wait; we are "still cooking them." If the side offerings are running out, don't you think you should have been cooking them and prepping them when they are in low quantities? Simply put, a little disappointing in my past few visits. And to an extent, I understand that it's a small business. I just cannot rely on Lotus and Cleaver as I have previously done so in the past for good, reliable Asian food.

Yelp
One of my go-to spots whenever I'm in LIC. The quality of the food is amazing, and it tastes fantastic. Shoutout to the worker on June 12--she gave me a generous scoop of beef without hesitation. The staffs here are always so nice. This place is perfect for post-run or post-gym meals. Highly recommend.

Katrina W.

Yelp
OMG I got the Beef Noodle Soup here and it was sooo good. It's the best I've had in the city so far. The beef flavor really came through and it was not too salty. There was a nice kick to it as well and the noodles were cooked perfectly/the meat was tender. I also love that they serve it piping hot. 11/10

Yelp
I got the Choose your Mixed Bowl here for dinner! It comes with a Main, Grain, and 2 sides. Main - Red Braised Beef - Grain - sweet potato noodles (the type you have in japchae but with chili oil) Sides - Eggplant and green beans I ordered the red braised beef mainly because it was the one dish I saw they had just finished cooking and loaded into the main serving bowl. All the other bowls were nearly empty. It could have been a busy dinner time, but it felt like the other mains had been sitting there for a while, and if I did order them I'm not sure if I would have gotten the full portion. The red braised beef is very good. It actually tastes a bit more American, maybe because there's a bit of sweetness that it tastes like it could be made with ketchup (or at least go really well with Ketchup). The green beans and eggplant were quite good (but I feel like I could cook something similar at home). I was a bit disappointed that the sweet potato noodles are served cold, because the red braised beef comes warm as well as the others sides. It would have been nicer if all were a similar temperature. It was decent, and good portions overall, but I'm not a huge fan of the mixed bowls concept because not everything can really go together. The spicy chili oil taste from the noodles didn't seem to go with the other dishes on the plate. And as I mentioned, since most of the options were nearly down to the last bit of portions, the sides were lukewarm - the only dish that was hot and tasted fresh was the beef.

Yelp
This is right inside of Jacx & Co. I've been meaning to try it out. I was debating between getting the market sides or the seasonal bowl, and I got the bowl. It was priced for long island city so it was nothing out of the ordinary. You can't expect prices to be cheaper, especially in this neck of the woods. I didn't buy a drink as the food hall gives you free water. For the bowl, you choose either rice or noodles, and I got the sweet potato noodles. You get a market side with the order, and there's plenty to choose from, which I got the ma pa tofu and a protein. All in all, I liked this place as it is no frills but still pretty tasty.

Yelp
I really wanted to find this place to have a bowl of congee, but walked around for 15 minutes, and checked in JAX - could not find it

Nikki L.

Yelp
I've tried the char siu chow mein about two times. The noodles are Cantonese style, stir fried and crispy. Other than the noodles there's some char siu and not much vegetable at all. I find it a bit greasy but it's quick, easy fast food and conveniently located in the food hall.

Yelp
I've given this place a shot twice now and both times I've been disappointed. The short ribs the first time were definitely taken out of the pressure cooker too early and basically a ball of chewy meat. The pork tonight was straight fat and extremely tough. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the sides are decent. For the price and considering meat is the main part of the bowl, I'd expect better quality.

Yelp
This is the best CANTONESE STYLE CHINESE FOOD in LIC. While there are many Chinese restaurants in LIC at this point, this is the only Cantonese style Chinese place. Located in the JACX & CO. food hall in LIC (right off the Queens Plaza subway station), it is located in the back of the hall near Taim. For starters, this is an excellent choice for lunch and quick foods and the only option in the area for Cantonese bbq. While the food here is not entirely authentic it does taste great and it is a close approximation. Note that the prices here are a little high ($15-$20 for a lunch depending on what you buy and what add-ons you get), however it is about the same price as all the other food options in the area. LIC prices are pretty much Manhattan prices. While there are stand alone orders, most people order the seasonal bowl which is served Chipotle style where you choose one main (meat), a grain, and two sides. (there are vegetarian options with just sides and grains or just sides). Mains: 1. Char Siu - this cut of char siu is not that fatty and is on the leaner side, I think that the cut maybe some pork shoulder or butt. The flavor is excellent but I would like a little more char to it. They ask if you want sweet soy sauce with this and I recommend it. 4/5 2. Rotisserie chicken - as expected, the chicken was moist and it was done well, I kind of wish this was soy sauce chicken or scallion ginger chicken. They do provide scallion ginger oil which is great. 3/5 (because its rotisserie chicken, not because its bad) 3. Crispy Pork Belly - otherwise known as Siu Yuk or Fuo Yuk, is an excellent choice. This dish is made well and the meat is moist and the skin is crispy. The meat choice here has a cleaner taste and no char on it either. Note that they do not provide Hoisin Sauce for the meat, however the soy sauce is a good choice. 5/5 4. Red Braised Beef - Not a cantonese specialty and is more like Taiwanese braised beef. This braised beef is excellent and tender and not too salty. I would recommend it if you are feeling something hearty. (note that this dish is an additional +$1 if you choose it for the lunch option) 5/5 Grains: 1. White rice - the most basic choice but I find it to be a hit or miss here, sometimes it is too wet which ruins my lunch 3/5 2. 8 Grain Rice - a good choice for a heartier meat, its best with the braised beef however I find that it takes away from the Pork Belly and the Char siu. 3/5 3. Chilled Potato Noodles - Not a traditional Cantonese option but my favorite option out of the grains. This cold potato noodle is never overcooked and is an excellent choice. There is a mild vinegar taste to it that helps cut through the fat of the pork belly and the thicker red braised beef. While the menu notes there is chili oil,I cannot taste it. 5/5 The sides here are excellent and fresh, you will not find it sitting around for long because theyre all very popular. The veggies are seasonal and I have seen cabbage, mushrooms, bak choi, yu choi, eggplant, and mapo tofu (3/5, wish it was spicier and used silken tofu). If you are feeling hungry, I also recommend adding a local soy egg which is excellent although somewhat expensive or what it is. This restaurant also offers stand alone dishes such as multigrain congee, fried rice dishes, noodle soups, chicken wings, salmon stir fried noodles, and chicken soup. Out of these dishes I have only tried the chicken soup which I found to be delicious and helped a lot when I wasnt feeling sick (5/5), the flavor was there and it wasn't overly salty. If you're in LIC and you are in JAX and CO, I highly recommend this restaurant for your lunch or dinner choice.

Yelp
The quality of food is not the same as before. It's more like togo place. Lady who takes order wasn't nice. Pls be more friendly and kind.

Cara B.

Yelp
I order this beautiful bowl of porridge!! I was so tasty and nostalgic to me. I order it through the app so I didn't have interaction with the service.

Clara P.

Yelp
Super greasy. Felt like cheap Chinese takeout masquerading as an authentic fast casual restaurant. Would not come back. - chicken: so dry! - sweet potato noodles: literally dripping with oil - bok choy: also dripping in oil, and lacking flavor

Liz C.

Yelp
***Highly recommend, Quick service, Delicious*** I am obsessed with this place. I've tried their market meal items, the congee, and their noodles. Very large portions and the service is very quick. As it's located in a food hall, there are plenty of seats.

Josephine L.

Yelp
Beef Noodle Soup review: Oily, oversalted, with too much soy sauce and not enough beef essence. The beef cuts were on point (more tendon-focused than fat-focused), but the store-bought thin noodles were not what Mama Taiwan makes.

Nathaniel P.

Yelp
TLDR: ordered braised beef bowl and cucumber side for pick up. Did not expect to be so impressed with this place! Was working at the wework nearby and ordered the braised beef and cucumber side for pick up. I honestly was not expecting much; I often find Asian food to be less authentic in places like this, at least without a hefty price. However, I was surprised when I opened the lid and the beef was full of tendon and smelled just like I was in Hong Kong again. The very first thing I noticed was that everything was so TENDER. The beef could easily be split apart with my chopsticks, as well as the carrots and daikon. The egg was nicely seasoned and I enjoyed eating the yolk with the saucy rice. Eggplant was also delicious. It was tangy and sweet as it should be. Sesame cucumber side was also great. I didn't expect there to be dill, but it worked! Rice was a great texture as well. Not over or undercooked or dry or wet. The portions are quite large. I don't think that you need any sides! I'm glad to have found a great take out place near wework. I can't wait to try something new!

Alresch J.

Yelp
Located in the back of the food hall the menu is pretty uncomplicated. Not a lot of pictures up top for a newbie but once you get to the top of the line and get to look at what the food is, you can consider it to be the upper echelon of Panda Express. The roast pork is the star here but everything else that I managed to sample stands out on its own. If you're going to get the pork belly have it to stay there rather than go if not it gets a little chewy depending how long your ride is. They're very generous with the servings and if you are into that sort of thing you could probably ask for a scoop of rice less than they usually give you. The ginger scallion dressing on top of the bok choy was amazing.

Jennifer P.

Yelp
My favorite vendor within the Jax & Co food hall. They used to offer leftover meals on too good to go and really hefty meals too but it seems like they stopped. I really like their: - Chowmein noodles with bbq pork - braised beef - glass noodles - their chicken/hen is okay (too dry for me) - mapo tofu

Allen H.

Yelp
Authentic tasting Chinese food in a convenient Chipotle-like style of picking exactly what you want on your plate. After having been disappointed by most of the NYC restaurants I've tried, Lotus + Cleaver was a breath of fresh air. All the mains and sides that I've tried have exploded with flavor and left me licking the plate (figuratively). The char siu pork was tender, sweet and savory. The ma po tofu and clear potato noodles brought the mouth numbing, addictive mala spice. And the green beans reminded me of the green beans that my mom makes at home - I can give no praise higher than that. I have been to Lotus + Cleaver twice in three days and have no doubt that I would hit this place up all the time if I lived in Long Island City. Thumbs up.

Qme L.

Yelp
I was in town to visit some friends and I noticed this food court across the way. I was excited to see so many different options in Jacx & Co but ultimately ended up at lotus and cleaver. I ordered the Cantonese style char siu chow mein and the red braised beef bowl. Ordering process and pick up was easy - cafeteria style. We waited about 15 minutes and we had dishes straight out of the wok. I wanted to love this place but the flavors weren't there. It felt like both dishes were missing important ingredients but I couldn't put my finger on it. I imagine this would be a great place to grab a quick lunch or dinner but I'm not sure I'll be back given the abundance of other options in the area.

Chuck K.

Yelp
I was excited to try Lotus + Cleaver based on social media posts, especially the Char Siu Chow Mein which resembles a noodle dish I loved at Rutgers. While the flavors of my dishes were good, I felt that both types of pork that I ordered were a bit cold & dry. I would definitely give the place another shot and update my review.

Kelsey A.

Yelp
I'm constantly impressed by this place. Every item I've tried is great. They have a wide selection of sides and proteins which means you can make a different bowl every time. My favorite thing they have is the mushrooms. The sauce is smoky and incredible. I also love the eggplant.

Lily C.

Yelp
I order the congee bowl from this place for delivery and it was so freaking good. Still hot, toppings separated, and overall it was seasoned/marinated so well. If anything it was a bit too salty but just add less of the sauce

Gab G.

Yelp
Lotus and Cleaver is located inside the JACX & CO food hall. Ordered pickup and had a great experience. The Heritage Pork Char Siu Bowl was delicious, as was the side of eggplant. Also got a Thai Basil Watermelon Lemonade, which was tasty, if maybe a little sweet.

Jenn N.

Yelp
Lots of food for the price, and all of it was pretty tasty. I had the bowl with the char siu, Chinese eggplant, and cucumber salad. All three dishes were good, though the cucumber salad was a touch too salty. I also had the hibiscus tea, and it was nice. Not too sweet but sweet enough.

Carol L.

Yelp
Surprised by how good this place was! It's in the JACX & CO food court. I wish there was an option to "pay more" to have additional sides added to the combos. The combo (build your own bowl) was the perfect amount of food. The line moves pretty quickly, but I opted to order online instead. The food was on time (in fact, they overestimated the time it would take). I really wish I lived here still so I could try a chicken and tender beef bowl. Their congee also looks SO good. Portions are a really good size for the price and this is truly a very elevated Panda Express-esque place that I would love to open everywhere. I would say when I was walking through the food court, it did look like people who ate inside got slightly more food than I did in my bowl, but I was still very happy and satisfied. Honestly, if you're craving Asian food in LIC for lunch, but like fast casual - this is definitely the place to go.

Hoang H.

Yelp
Food Poisoning Alert: I was a frequent go-er here. The food is decent in my opinion. I got my lunch here on Saturday 1/14 around 1pm - I had the chilled 5 spiced tofu and mushroom as the sides. The mushroom tasted kinda weird so I didn't finish all of it. I didn't eat anything afterwards. Around 5pm I started feeling sick and having diarrhea. Around 6pm, I was so tired that I decided to go for a nap. It was constant vomiting and diarrhea for me that night and the day after. My body was very fatigue as well. And all of what I vomited were food from my lunch at Lotus + Cleaver, specially the mushroom and the tofu. I won't have any meal at this place again.

Tracy S.

Yelp
I really enjoy coming here for lunch during my work week. I've tried their chow mein so good and so worth the price because it's a huge portion size! Their harvest bowls are good too like their braised beef and char siu pork. They have this watermelon lemonade drink that I always go for to pair with my choice. It's basically a homemade chinese meal and it's healthy but flavorful!

Zack B.

Yelp
I don't have the whole story, but I was about to check this place out for the first time, and saw that a customer mentioned something about the food being wrong (?) and the lady working during the Sunday lunch shift and serving the food completely lost it on the customer for some reason. I'm sure there's more to the story, but she was screaming at the top of her lungs in front of the food, and didn't have a mask on Can't say I know what caused her to lose it like that, the customer seemed visibly shaken, and at no point was the customer yelling or from what I could see being rude. Yelling aside, I know it's hard hiring right now, but the employee should not have been screaming into the food and at the customer, which I think is a sanitation/health issue, even if COVID wasn't a thing I ended up going somewhere else. The employee seems miserable and considering how she was yelling, I wouldn't think it's sanitary to eat the food

Annie K.

Yelp
Food was not very good and didn't taste anything like real chinese food. Flavors were off. The girl who plated our food was super rude. It's one thing to look like you hate your job but it's another thing to give attitude to customers. We could not hear her at first and mis-ordered. We asked her to switch out rice for noodles because we thought the noodles were a side. All we heard was white or brown rice. We were confused and we apologized but the girl came back saying we should have listened and looked at the signs. She was really annoyed and although we apologized she still argued with us saying we should have known and made us feel really bad. This was our first time eating here and it will also be the last. If a new customer comes, they should be more understanding of us not knowing the menu instead of making them feel stupid.

Megan L.

Yelp
I'm pretty conflicted on this place because the idea of Cantonese food is so good, but the execution is not there. I was really impressed with how kind the worker who took my order and also ended up giving my friend and myself two free beef noodle soups, but the food itself was a miss. I ordered a braised beef rice, but it tasted exactly like the beef noodle soup in rice form. The beef was the same cut and seasoning except over rice. The beef noodle soup wasn't very impressive either and lacked a bit more complexity. I waited a really long time for my food.

Mason S.

Yelp
Some people might have had a bad experience but I came here recently for the first time with an open mind and I ordered what I'm familiar with. Ordered the beef (wish it had more flavor), white rice, long beans (nicely seasoned) and this cucumber salad (liked it a lot). I thought the overall meal was very good with healthy portions and it was something different than just eating pizza or chipotle. I like the food hall here and the people here all seemed friendly. You don't get any of the crazy people you see in the streets in here. Very relaxed and comfortable setting and the ambiance is very welcoming. The selections have improved and Lotus + Cleaver was the one eatery with lines on a Saturday afternoon. I liked this place a lot and I will definitely return soon. UPDATE: Sometimes the food looks fresh and sometimes it doesn't. After much thought, I think $18 is a bit of an overspend. It's still good when it's fresh but I have been visiting this food station the last couple days and sometimes what's in front of you doesn't look fresh and I'll just leave. The older lady who serves the food, she just seems moody.

Grace H.

Yelp
I really struggle with giving out this one star review, the reason is below. Hear me out. I was happy that I finally brave enough to start eating out in a restro. Trotted there on a Saturday night. After seeing what Jacx and Co. had on offer. We decided on the Lotus + Cleaver. We ordered only two dishes, because we already pigged out on lunch. I had a Sauté Noodles Cantonese Style with Pork Char Siu, and my other half had a Cumin Pork Ribs with Rice. Since I am the one who is writing the review, and my noodles was really missing most of the star ingredients the Char Siu. I kid you not, the whole bowl of noodle at $15 + two taxes had 8 pieces of shredded roast pork strips. Really thin strips! I thought they were on the bottom. My other half sweetly suggested to take it back. I thought we better not, their brand name is Lotus and Cleaver, I definitely do not want to see someone running after us with a Cleaver. Be fair, the pork ribs is ok, thought it feels like it had been boiled before hand rather than slow cooked. Also give credit when credit is due. The noodles are nicely done and favored, rather authentic. Just like what you would have in Hong Kong. There you go, the reason of the one star review. BTW, we did tip well even we ordered at a counter and carry our own food to the table.

Zihui H.

Yelp
Worst dinning experience in the food court. The manger is super rude. And the food is very oily, not healthy at all

Jenny W.

Yelp
The food here is tasty, if a bit oily. I've found myself generally disappointed by most Chinese fast casual spots, but Lotus + Cleaver is one of the better ones. Perhaps it's because the concept is more fusion Chinese, with a rotisserie chicken main and sides like roasted baby carrots, so it's more interesting and I'm not drawn to make direct comparisons with the cheaper, traditional Chinese takeout spots in Chinatown/Flushing. My favorite main is definitely the red braised beef - it's super tender and flavorful - while I think I found the chicken a bit dry and the char siu only ok. But I think what they do well here relative to other spots are the sides - the carrots were creative & interesting, and the mushrooms were tasty. I don't really care for a ton of meat, so I like that you get a couple different sides in your bowl.

Tom J.

Yelp
I cam to mention that there's a lady who works on the Sunday shift who serves the food, and will yell at you for little things. I came here to echo what the other person said, about her yelling at a young customer at the top of her lungs, when the customer said that the order was wrong? Not sure what happened, but she's often rude to me and I think it's time I stop coming here, as the food isn't as good as it used to be. Not sure if this review is going to matter, as the owners don't respond to Yelp messages. I think there are plenty of places to go, and I don't think I'd come back again until things get better, especially the food. They also started using smaller bowels, and you get less food now vs. when then opened. Not cool

Mel B.

Yelp
This place was nestled in that new food hall near Queensboro. It might've just been me and the whole place was very much not crowded at all, but seemed like it might've been one of the less popular restaurants in there? I have no idea, but wanted to give them a try. The workers were so friendly and the food was amazing. I recommend the char siu. It was my favorite kind - not too fatty or sweet. Only downside was that it was all a little too expensive for mostly ready made food that was sitting out and scooped into a bowl. My salmon however, was freshly made and took a few minutes. Not enough to remove a star.

Yelp
I came here for takeout lunch on their opening day at JACX & Co food hall. We ordered two char siu bowls for takeout. The atmosphere seemed like American fast casual dining so I was surprised initially that it was a Chinese restaurant. As a Chinese American from Flushing, I am very picky when it comes to the taste of Chinese food. The char siu bowl had pork, wood ear mushrooms, bok choy and brown rice. It tasted authentic, flavorful yet subtle and as far as I could tell, it had no MSG. The only downside that I can think of is that there were only 5 pieces of pork for $14 and too much rice. They gave us plenty of bok choy though. I would like more pork for the price but since we are in a pandemic economy I understand. I came here because I wanted Chinese food not cooked by me and to support local small businesses. They seem to have a few locations in other states as well. What would be really great is if they could sell the char siu by the pound so I wouldn't have to go to Flushing or Chinatown to buy it.

Yelp
Yum! The new food court is so cool! Tables are well spaced out. It's a fast casual bowl-set up, something akin to a Cantonese-styled Dig Inn. The braised beef is SO tender, highly recommend. It is on the pricier side for $14.

Yelp
1st time , Very welcoming Red Braised Beef , green beans, cucumbers comes with 2 sides . Food court setting. tender beef good flavor but one of the pieces of beef was all fat and I couldn't eat the last big piece no meat. $16.59 .

Yelp
Came to the food hall for lunch and was quite pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. Ordered the seasonal bowl with crispy pork belly, 8 grain rice, sesame cucumbers, mushrooms & egg and the Cantonese-style char siu chow mien. Both really really good. Not salty, all freshly made, definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Yelp
Great service and very delicious food. We were super impressed by the manager on staff, he was friendly, polite, and completely remade the dish when we asked if they had a microwave (not even cold really!).

Yelp
Wanted to check out JACX and decided on this place for dinner. We ordered the Char Siu and Market fish to go and expected the usual meat/veggie/rice bowl. Or so we thought. Was a bit surprised when we got home to just a mound of char siu and the fish with some bok choi, but no rice. Took a look at the other photos and the menu again and quite confused and many of the photos showed the whole bowl. I guess when you order during dinner it's a la carte (as I later saw on the menu after looking at the website)? I understand Chinese places are like this usually in a restaurant setting but was a bit surprised from a casual dining option like this. Maybe it was our fault for misunderstanding. The actual taste of the food itself was amazing though. Was not disappointed by the char siu or the fish. Sauces were very tasty too. Would definitely come back for the food. Just docked a star due to the sauce container that melted sitting next to the fish. Probably wouldn't happen for dine in. A little disconcerting and just want to make sure the containers don't sit next the piping hot fish out of the fryer again for other customers. Not the most appetizing cutting away fish with melted plastic.

Yelp
Had a really good meal the other night. Beef was tender and delicious, the eggplant was caramelized and super flavorful. Also had the bok Choy which was delicious.

Yelp
Phenomenal. I've only ordered here a few times so far, but everything has been outstanding and delicious. Clean, fresh and so nicely seasoned with amazing texture on all of the dishes. So far I've had: Taiwan cabbage Sweet potato noodles Squash and zucchini Fried rice Cucumber salad Garlic bok choy Pork char siu Crispy pork belly Chow mein And ALL OF IT WAS GREAT Again, I think they're going for a light & fresh QSR concept for Asian cuisine and I'm so here for it! This means if you're looking for everything to be smothered in sauce, this isn't the place for ya. They've gained a forever customer. Honestly looks amazing on the inside too! Can't wait to try more and visit!!!!!

Yelp
So glad I discovered this Cantonese spot in Jacx and Co food court. This was my second time trying this place, and now I can definitively say this place is definitely worth checking out. They have a variety of Cantonese dishes. The flavours are super authentic. And delicious. And the ingredients are all very well made. Texture is right on too. It's my go to spot during a weekend lunch. Right now it's not so crowded. The food court is swanky. the staff keeps the place impeccably clean. And you will need to show proof of vaccination in order to dine in. You can order via QR code at the table and someone will bring the food to you once it's ready. The only downside is probably the price. Each dish ranges from 15+.

Yelp
Insanely good & still healthy!! In particular, the pork was marinated so well and the noodles were delish!! Will be coming back to try more soon ASAP. Fit my diet plan & my budget.

Yelp
Excellent Cantonese food at great prices! The congee was on point with a lot of little sides. The charsiu was also super on point. I highly recommend this place and dine in at the seating area also
