"Pitmaster Roy Lotz was forced to stop his barbecue operations after his food trailer was stolen in December 2024 and later recovered in Elgin, sustaining significant damage. Months later, Lotz is back in action, serving his signature tacos (brisket, pulled pork, and wagyu jalapeno and cheddar), sandwiches, including a stellar Cajun turkey breast, plus smoked meats by the pound. Triple Threat sandwich is truly a masterpiece yet simple! You get to bite juicy variety of meats and inspire my taste turns into wet-mouthing. Lotz of BBQ served with respectful for top-notch meats and offered us to order take-out or pick-up so we all can enjoy eating anywhere. Awesome food truck! Catering is also champ! I am confident in saying that catering business is the best overall in Austin! The owner knows best about quality of meats!

Delicious brisket that just keeps getting better! They're getting creative with their dishes and sauces too--I always order extra brisket to enjoy with fried eggs in a tortilla for breakfast. Plus, the service in American Sign Language is a unique and awesome touch!
