"Pitmaster Roy Lotz was forced to stop his barbecue operations after his food trailer was stolen in December 2024 and later recovered in Elgin, sustaining significant damage. Months later, Lotz is back in action, serving his signature tacos (brisket, pulled pork, and wagyu jalapeno and cheddar), sandwiches, including a stellar Cajun turkey breast, plus smoked meats by the pound.
