First let me say that the food was ok, but please be careful if you are planning a lunch at this business.
I had gone there, the week before, with a family member, for pricing information because I wanted to plan a funeral lunch for my mother's passing. Initially, I though the information, which we were provided with- was accurate and so subsequently, I decided to have the funeral lunch at this restaurant.
However, upon our arriving and Ording at the restaurant, I discovered that information was not properly previously disclosed. Initially, we had been told that a party under 20 would have to order from the menu as opposed to price fixed arrangement.
What we were not told was that we could not order from the lunch menu at 1:00 in the afternoon. We had to order off the pricier dinner menu. Although, the portions were quite large, we really did not require all that food at the high price. Had I known, and had this information had been disclosed to me, when first went there to inquire, ("that needed to order off the more expensive dinner menu at lunch") I would have gone elsewhere.
On the day of the funeral, I could not move my relatives to another place and was stuck. Another complaint I had was that the wait staff seemed inadequate for my guests and myself.
My heart is broken by the sudden passing of my mother, and it is also broken by the inhumanity that I experience at this restaurant, during my grieving. When I called today, and spoke with John, who I had been dealing with, I was told that it was a business and he thought this was fair. Well, there is nothing fair about "bait and switch" to a family in mourning.
