The 16 Best Restaurants In Nassau, Bahamas - Nassau - The Infatuation

"This family-owned coffeehouse and restaurant gives you a peek into what the French Quarter would feel like if it sat cozily in the Caribbean. Louis and Steen’s is the first specialty coffeehouse in The Bahamas and does New Orleans dishes with recipes that have been passed down through generations. The best thing here is the Caribbean Creole bowl with Louisiana red beans and rice, andouille sausage, plantains, stir-fried vegetables, and blackened shrimp. Head here for breakfast, brunch, or lunch—they even have a French Quarter-themed market if you want to pick up goods for later." - ashleigh sean rolle

When meeting the owner her presence spoke through her decor and her beautiful personality. I enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend and encourage people to visit and enjoy some of the best fresh juices and amazing grits. There is more than just food. There are places to relax and sit, pull out your laptop and post a lovely review about your personal experience here. There are clothes, coffee beans, purses, hats, earrings, and some delicious looking hot sauce lines. There is a real New Orleans vibe and home atmosphere. Enjoy the vibe, good music, and beauty that has been absolutely detail oriented from the tiles on the floor to the murals and homage to family members before throughout the walls. Thank you, for creating a space that feels like your home and welcoming an entire island and its visitors to experience.

We came several times during our stay in Nassau, the best food ever and an amazing service ! We had the French toast, the beignets as well as BLT avocado and Ceasar salad and everything was 10/10 (especially the beignets!). Definitely recommend for an amazing breakfast and lunch 😄

Great Cafe restaurant. The gentleman who served us was very patient and talked us through the menu. We ordered the po' boys on recommendation - one sausage po' boy and one Philly cheese steak. Seasoning and flavour was perfect. Absolutely delicious complimented with sweet potato fries coated with Cajun spices. We also tried an ice tea and ice latte. Both super delicious!!! A nice change after the Meat and rice heavy cuisine here in Nassau. Would definitely visit again.

Gavin and his team took over the latte bar at ILTM conference at Baha Mar and have worked tirelessly serving hundreds of us over the last 3 days, all with a smile and warm service. Thank you so much for keeping us fueled for our meetings all day. We appreciate you!

Absolutely enjoyed my time at L&S Market Orleans. The restaurant and shop was so gorgeous. I ordered the Bourbon Chicken Wrap and the Triple Berry Nola Lemonade. It was absolutely delicious. The place has such a perfect ambiance for chilling outside. Also after lunch, definitely get their ice cream. The cookie monster and their espresso chip ice cream is so good.
