I've been going to this salon for 2 years now. Jennifer has been cutting my hair exactly how I wanted and has been extremely friendly everytime without fail. I decided to change my style recently and got recommended to Jane. Jane has been super patient and even allowed me to return when I wanted slight adjustments. 10/10 experience.

Jennifer was great and did an amazing job with my split ends, giving me a beautiful layered haircut, I left with much healthier and bouncier hair! Highly recommend and the prices are very reasonable.

I am a light blonde from the US. My husband and I are are on holiday. On a walk we spotted the store front. Very cool. Stopped in on a whim and met Jack. He did an on the spot assessment and after calling my salon in the states for the formula saw me the next day! I felt very confident from the start and he explained everything. His partner Jane is also very impressive. Erin topped the experience off with a shampoo/scalp massage that almost put me to sleep. From beginning to end it was amazing. We are back in London regularly and this will be on the agenda every time!

This salon used to be a favourite of mine but for various reasons I won't go back there. They don't listen to you, rushed jobs done of hair colour and also inappropriate comments about customers and up selling of products. I have had to return twice or more for a root retouch or where the colourist hasn't listened or realised what strength colour should be put in first place or where grey roots have shown after as little as 2-3 weeks. When I voiced my concerns it appeared they listened but when I returned again, no they hadn't listened at all as same mistakes were made again. You have to ask a few times for a cup of tea! Hectic frantic salon. A couple of the other stylists are ok. Cuts have been good in the past.

First to review, YAY!! So I'm pretty particular with my hair, and haven't had a proper hair cut in around 2 years (I trim the ends myself), but I wanted a huge change and wanted a hair dresser who I could trust. I searched and searched for a salon around my area who was not only recommended but was a good price. I stumbled across Love Hair, I checked them out on line, and even emailed them to make sure I was booking the right option. I used the online booking system- Treatwell, and ended up with a same day appointment, YAY! When I arrived at Love Hair, I was a tad early, so was happy to wait. Unfortunately I ended up waiting around 30-45mins, which was beyond Jane's control. Luckily, Jane and Jack are both super friendly, and were keeping me updated the whole time. So onto the cut. I LOVE IT! Jane really listened to what I wanted, and took a great pride in her work. Even though she was now running over 45mins behind her schedule, she did not rush me or the cut at any time. Love Hair Brixton is a reasonably new salon, and in a sea of salons their friendliness, passion and skills is what will bring me back.
