Tito’s distillery in Austin is a must-visit. The tour is laid-back and informative, giving you a real sense of the care that goes into their vodka. Friendly staff, great vibes, and a chance to taste some of their best products. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by — and grab a bottle to take home!

February 2025 Love, Tito's is a cool shop to purchase your favorite branded Tito's merchandise. They do not sell Tito's here but do sell non-alcoholic drinks like sparking water. It has a great atmosphere and want you to just hang out especially if the weather is bad. For a tourist is worth checking out and the staff was very friendly.

Awesome experience all around. They don't allow drink tasting which is sad. However they do sell some cool awesome Novelties for Tito's gear that you don't always find. I bought a shirt, hat and a Shakers tin It's a cool store to check out for some cool merch

If you like Tito’s vodka you’ll love this place. Lots of souvenirs, drinks, and lovely decor. The net proceeds of your purchase goes to the charity of your choice.

We drink a ton of Tito's so it was only fitting to stop by while in Austin. Cute store with a small but cool selection of items. Everything you buy, the money goes towards charity so we selected a pet-friendly charity for our $85 purchase. The store employees were really cool too.

Cool shop, not too many options and it’s a little pricey. Wish you could get a drink here. Place smells really good! The plus is that proceeds go to charity. Friendly staff too.

My husband and I LOVE Tito’s (so much that it’s actually in our wedding vows) so we had to stop here! The staff was so nice and fun. We loved that all the proceeds go to a charity of your choice too. Can’t wait to wear my new shirt and hat while using my new cup and golf supplies. Haha

This store was so cute, especially if you are a Tito's fan. It has a very cozy sitting area along with a beautiful chandelier of Tito bottles. It has a lot of swag that you can purchase and rep. The items were priced reasonably too. If you are in the Austin area I would definitely check it out.

-Service and greeting was nice!! -Few tshirts and merchandise to choose from, wish there was more. My tshirt was $25 but proceeds go to charity which I thought was awesome! -By Texas Law they are unable to serve and let customers sample vodka or any drinks which was sad!

Super cute little spot to grab up some Tito's swag in Austin. Love, Tito's is located downtown and is easily accessible. I grabbed up some bandanas, socks, stickers, & some koozies. There are no consumption areas at this location, just Tito's merchandise! The staff is super friendly & inviting.

Perfect store for Tito's lovers. Why would you not want to go here?? No alcohol to purchase but tons of merch. T shirts, bar sets, candles and golf merch. Cool to walk around and especially a place to stop if you are visiting Austin!

This was a nice store, just overall a confusing concept. I wasn't sure what the purpose of it. No actual Tito's available, no drinks, just merch. If you are looking for a glass, clothing item or other Tito's accessory, this is your place. If you want a Tito's drink, go to the bar. They did have this cute balloon backdrop though.

I love Tito's. I love Tito's more now. Here's the scoop. You won't get tipsy here because they don't serve alcohol. State law. That's okay because 100% of proceeds go to a good cause of your choice. They have some good quality products to choose from to share the Tito's love.

Love! This is the merch shop for Tito's vodka! All proceeds from this store go to charity, so it's worth it to splurge if you're into Tito's, or dogs, or just vodka! Tito's is a unique vodka- they're a very charitable brand, giving lots of money to good causes. They're also very, very dog friendly- bring 'em in! They have all kinds of vodka themed dog merchandise. Be sure to check out the vodka-themed chandelier, made of hundreds of empty vodka bottles. The prices were a bit on the steep side, but the merch is super quality. They have things like silk handkerchiefs instead of the synthetic-blends bandannas that they give out at concerts and stuff. They have leather and canvas tote bags instead of the regular ones you see that they give away if you catch their copper airstream trailer. Unfortunately, due to stupid TABC rules and such, so they say, they can't serve you any vodka here. No samples. Also, Tito's doesn't offer any distillery tours. So if you want to fanboy out on their awesome product, this is the only place you can do it. There's no other flavors, other than vodka-flavored, so there's no need for a tasting room, I guess. Be sure to sign up for their fan club email - they send out cool stuff occasionally!

Super cute store in downtown Austin. We got a couple shirts and novelty items to bring home to family. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

There wasn't much here. I was really hoping for more selection :( if you're near by it's definitely worth popping in to see but I wouldn't make a trip or go out of my way to see it.

Visited Austin for work. Wanted to see buckees, eat salt lick and go to the home of Tito's vodka. Disappointed in the store front. Worked seems miserable to be there, store was empty with no energy. All the apparel was out of a stock company store playbook. Need to change of their marketing to include custom designs exclusive to their flagship location. I'd pass if you're visiting the area.

This was such a cute spot! I wish they had a distillery to visit though. So many cute swag items to buy. Very happy we got to visit!

I'm a huge fan of the Tito's brand, so I was excited to check this place out. It's beautifully designed inside, and they have great swag for people and pups.

This little storefront was so charmingly decorated with Tito's memorabilia and color theme! The woman manning the place was a great ambassador for Austin and for Tito's. The merchandise was charming and reasonably priced with a bit of a lagniappe thrown in. And, the proceeds all went to charity. What a great find! I'll be bringing all my out of town visitors here.

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Don't expect to go in and buy Tito's, Texas liquor laws are crazy. All in all it was a fun experience and the store was beautiful!

love this place!! The store is beautiful and the staff was super welcoming and helpful. They've got everything from shirts to dog collars to guitars. They do not have vodka (womp Texas law), but they have a bar finder that shows you spots around town to get a cocktail. Definitely worth stopping in for a picture and some cool merch! They have a dog photo op too!

Love Tito's flagship design is stunning. They created a huge chandelier out of Tito's vodka bottles. The merch changes periodically but everything is awesome. Right now (for the holiday season) they have little mini Tito's bottle ornaments (SO CUTE). They also host events for the nonprofit community here and I just love that! Thank you Love Tito's for setting the standard high for any other retailer!

Such a cute "Austin-y" shop, that's also dog-friendly! The attention to detail in the shop is impeccable and they really thought of everything for merchandise. They also have the sweetest and friendliest staff. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the city, to support a local Austin business!

Not only can you find cool and unique Tito's merch, but I love that 100% of the net proceeds from purchases go to charity!

I am missing spray top from 375 ML freebie from the 2020 Cap 10K packets. Cap 10K will not help and clearly Titos has a surplus of sprayers. Giving Titos only 1 star because although they make amazing vodka, their customer relations is not dependable.
