Lowlander Brewing

Lowlander just opened and is still figuring itself out. The vibes inside were high energy and electric, with a cool bar setup and a decent amount of seating. Frankly I just didn't love my beer or my hot dog - but maybe it was an off night. Will try again in a couple months to see if anything has changed once it is more established.

High expectations, lowlander reality. You'd think they'd hit the new to market with a bang and to be fair we only tried one thing but why even bother selling a clearly frozen pretzel? At least make it homemade (you do make donuts across the way and the buns for the sausages) or procure a higher quality product. This space is absolutely beautiful despite the unbelievably ginormous tv. The sports bros and their kids will love it here. It's not a destination for food or drink in a way you would expect. It's boring. Next time we might try a sausage but even then what's the point when you can hit the $8 street vendor for a Seattle dog? QR Code ordering ensures little to no service interactions and turn and burn atmosphere.

Already incredible! The menu is limited currently, but I honestly prefer it. I went opening day with some friends. They make their own sausages and buns! I highly recommend the Italian Sausage paired with the Pilsner. The Pilsner was incredible- crisp, bright, and a little sweet. The Italian sausage comes with a citrusy aioli and mama lil’s hot peppers on it that pairs very nicely. It’s fatty, spicy, and bright. I don’t even like aioli and I will be ordering it again. Even though the place was packed, we were able to grab a table and enjoy the football game while playing a card game. Service was fantastic and I’m wholly impressed.

Amazing staff, service, brews, and food!

Awesome new spot by the stadiums! Tons of TVs, their beer is tasty and they had wine and cocktails too for my friends that aren’t beer drinkers. Love the huge windows too, this place is a vibe before a game!! Perfect addition to Pioneer Square!

Great food, great vibes & atmosphere.

The pretzel and sausages are delicious. Very casual atmosphere. We lingered to watch the game a little. You can bring over the pizza from next door. Definitely will frequent.

Cool new brewpub that recently opened in the old FX McRory's building. I came here on GameDay (TNF vs the Rams) so it was understandably packed, but that didn't affect the service provided by the staff whatsoever. The woman who helped me was super friendly and even hooked me up with an additional beer for the amount of time I waited which I did not expect. The food is good. I got the hot Italian sausage ($13.50) and the thick cut fries ($9). The fries were as-expected (standard) but the sausage was really tasty with a good snap and flavor. I'd go back just for that. The canned brewed pilsner ($10) is also crisp and refreshing! Only knock is that the prices are kinda expensive for the food, but the flavor is there. If you're in the area I recommend stopping by for a brew and bite, just know it'll probably be crazy on game days.

Recently opened. Stopped in for a beer before the Underground Seattle tour. Nice digs. Order from the QR code and get your beer quickly. Nice selection and prices.

Seemed like a nice place from the outside. Every tv tuned to the Rams game, would not change a single one to the Kraken. Plenty of other spots to get a beer that support our local teams.
