Yelp
Yum yum yum yum yum yum yum. (and maybe add a few more yums). We came here based on the Yelp reviews, and we couldn't believe it was so positively reviewed. My husband and I recently moved from southern California, and we were completely prepared to make a quality Mexican food for quality Asian food trade-- but now that we know about this place, we don't have to! The hype is not overstated, and this place would be a winner even in SoCal.
My husband got the wet chorizo burrito, which by the way is HUGE, and it was a symphony in your mouth. The chorizo was perfectly spice and cooked, the rice was so flavorful, and the sauce divine. I was more than happy to help him finish it (or steal some from him- as he might argue).
I got the asada torta based on a photo I saw on Yelp and it was one of the best tortas I've had in a long time. The pickled jalapeños with the guacamole, and the perfectly tender asada made for a perfect meal. I cannot wait to go back and try more of their food! Unfortunately, they were out of horchata, so we couldn't try that on this trip, but definitely will try next time!
This place is perfect for comfort food take out, but probably not great for eating there. They have 2 small tables and it is next to a fairly busy road.
