Extensive beer selection, great cocktails, smash burgers & pub fare

"Opened as part of the airport’s first renovation phase (which debuted in August 2024), the central mezzanine beer-forward restaurant offers tasters and 12-ounce pours of local beers like Pfriem pilsner, Wayfinder hazy IPA, Occidental hefeweizen, and Little Beast wheat ale; the food menu covers pub classics such as Bavarian pretzels served with mustard or cheese sauce, burgers, sandwiches, and Olympia Provisions sausages, and even a corn dog frankfurter that is dipped and fried to order (with a vegan version available)." - Janey Wong

"Opening its second location in downtown Beaverton on Saturday, November 13, this ChefStable bar is known for 99 taps pouring Oregon beers and ciders and has been built into the renovated Spanish-colonial-style Bank of Beaverton. The team added a 150-seat tap room, converted the bank vault into a private dining room, renovated upstairs offices into a smaller cocktail bar, and turned the parking lot into a 100-seat patio. Like the Portland location, it will offer 99 Oregon brews, but with a slightly altered model: 72 on draft and the remainder in bottles and cans. A grand opening will be held at 4 p.m." - Alex Frane

"A beer bar that is slated to open a Beaverton location this year, joining several other breweries and beer-focused venues expanding into the city." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden

"I saw that beer bar Loyal Legion has chosen a spot to open in Beaverton and will include a cocktail bar on the second floor." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden

"Initially a spot had been set aside for Loyal Legion, a beer bar, but that location was replaced by Tasty at Mercato Grove; I was told Chefstable is still seeking other expansion opportunities for Loyal Legion in Vancouver and Beaverton." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden
