Luci's at the Orchard

This place is pretty cool. There is the coffee shop on one side with a great breakfast, a tavern on the other side, and a splash pad in the middle. I was there for breakfast and got the lux bagel, which was really good. My buddy got an omelet, which he said was also really good. I'd suggest going there if in the area. The staff was also extremely friendly!

This place is amazing! I absolutely love the outdoors, and everything is so cute! The indoor space is wonderful too, especially on those hot days. There are so many adorable items to browse and shop for. Plus, the food and drinks are simply delicious!

Luci’s at the Orchard is a great place for a group to eat. We brought 44 people and the space was perfect. The service and food were great as well. The shaded areas and breeze made it comfortable to sit outside in 98 degree weather.

Honestly nothing wrong with this place, just wasn’t worth the money that they are charging. And the service and cleanliness was seriously mid for the amount of great reviews and people that were there. I think that Luci’s can do better for customers to make an even better experience. I would come back to try the tavern and have another experience but would love if it was cleaned up. Food was well cooked and nothing wrong there. Just had a value issue.

Best place to visit during Arizona summer. It’s so green and well maintained. Will definitely visit it again for the greenery which takes you away from the feeling of being in dessert

Get in line, order some delicious food, hang out on the outside patio, chill out, and enjoy the food ! The outdoor patio feels like you're part of an event, tons of good people, and good food. Go with a big group, a date, by yourself or with your kids! it has something for everyone !

We have wanted to dine here but it was always too busy. We stopped in during the week and it was still very busy. There is plenty of outdoor seating but it was cold out so we took our order to go. The nourish salad was excellent! I must say, I like the atmosphere of their Luci's Grove location more!

We arrived right at seven, just in time to have the morning to ourselves. The Arizona air was cool and quiet, and we sat outside under a lovely tent, sipping oatmilk lattes and fresh pressed juice as the day slowly came to life. My Spaniard omelette was perfectly cooked, full of bright, fresh flavors. My son's chocolate banana protein smoothie didn't last long, and neither did his Traditional Breakfast. While waiting, we picked up some sweet little toys for the nieces and nephews from Cutter's gift shop, a hidden gem of its own. The staff was warm and quick, making us feel cared for without ever feeling rushed. Luci's is a peaceful, charming spot, the kind that stays with you long after the last bite.

In a very cute little shopping area with a couple shops, tons of outdoor seating, shelter, and dog friendly! However was very surprised walking in here after church to their incredibly explicit and crude display of "funny" socks. I didn't find it humorous. Or any of their other little trinkets. Very inappropriate especially for young kids. Their workers are all minors. The food was out quick. My chicken sandwich was delicious the chicken was very good. They gave me 2 filets because they didn't fill out the sandwich, which I thought was nice. $16 for my sandwich, fries, and pickle. Probably won't be back because it wasn't anything incredibly special but it was good

Really the ambiance and relaxation of this whole area is what makes it even better! We went for lunch after a day at the botanical gardens. My bf had the green chili burger-it does fall apart because it's so big, but it was good. I had the spicy chicken also really tasty. The fries are delicious! We had tea to drink- wish there was a bigger size, on a warm day you go through it so quickly! The patio area is pretty, plenty of covered seating and different size tables. We got gelato after. Definetly recommend for a relaxing breakfast or lunch!

Our group of friends was looking for a fun brunch spot on a Sunday morning and came across Luci's. This is such a unique place as it's both a restaurant and small market. Once you take a peek at their menu, you can order at the counter and then snag a table inside or outside. Their menu is quite extensive and is also vegetarian friendly. I ordered a Iced Chai Tea Latte and the Egg Sammie on a Bagel. The drink was just ok, but the Sammie was delicious. I do wish entrees can with a side, what you order is exactly what you're getting so be aware of that. Staff was friendly and attentive and were on it when it come to making sure tables were clean and ready for patrons. The outside patio is absolutely beautiful and their market showcases a lot of fun food and gift options to take home.

I really liked this place! If you go outside it feels like you're eating at wedding venue. Tons of greenery and water misters but bugs are pretty apparent. Birds were foraging too lol. I got the lean machine power bowl and it was delicious! Ingredients were fresh and it came out fast. You order at the counter and they bring it out. overall 10/10!

Had an awesome experience at Luci's today! Ordering was a breeze, and it was busy on a Sunday afternoon. I love the open-concept layout and there is plenty of seating inside and even more available outside. The gluten free bread was a bit small but the sandwich itself was delicious; I ordered the turkey lurkey. Perfect weather, the vibe was lively and fun... a great place to get together with friends or family.

Such a fun place to come hang out with friends! We always have our screen actors, guild meetings here once a month on the outdoor patio. We grab a drink inside and sit outside in the sunshine and enjoy watching birds nibbling away on snacks left behind on the tables. There's a good selection of hot drinks and cold drinks as well as snacks and breakfast items. On the inside there are very cute things to purchase from books to small gifts, clothing, cups, etc. Definitely would recommend this location, especially out on the patio since it's speckled with trees and shrubbery, they also have a splash pad for the kids and a dog friendly patio.

My friends and I decided to go to Luci's after a hike and it was honestly so worth it. We were exhausted, tired, and hungry. Both the food and the ambiance here was energizing and refreshing. It has great outside scenery perfect to sit and eat outside, but there is also space inside as well if that is to your liking. It was a very vibrant brunch experience with warm and welcoming service. The chilaquiles I ordered were flavorful, paired with crispy tortillas balanced with a satisfying drizzle of white sauce. I also ordered the chai latte but it was decent--pleasant but not exceptional. Staff service was great and easy to work with, they added to the relaxed, welcoming vibe. What makes this place unique is 100% the atmosphere. Being able to dine amidst such a large area of lush greenery and the orchard's natural charm made the experience unforgettable. Perfect for group gatherings.

Food and coffee was amazing. SUPER busy on the weekend but worth the wait. Very casual quick serve place with lots of outside seating. Cute little shopping area. Parking was a bit of a pain.

I love Luci's. I usually go to the one in Scottsdale, but I was working in the area and checked them out a few times. This is a huge campus, they have a nice outdoor patio area. Plenty of inside dining, you can also order online and they have designated parking out front for to go orders, and they also have a drive thru!! I ordered my usual, a burrito bomb and a Toxin Boxin. I also tried their Iced Matcha Latte. Everything was delicious, Staff was friendly, and my order was ready when I got there. This location also has a little market too, with some fun gifts & things. Great location. When I'm in the area, I'll definitely be checking them out.

I would give this a 3.5/5 stars but went for the four because the place itself is beautiful, service is pretty fast, and I like the random items in the store. The food is where I am disappointed. I had the acai bowl and it was just okay, nothing special. The bowl it came in was pretty and I appreciate the presentation but I would not order this again. My mom had the avocado toast and was not a huge fan, said there was a lack of flavor. She didn't have the cheese on it so I know that would've helped but she also didn't really like the eggs and she's a bigger egg fan. I like how the fruit bowl isn't just melon, there was pineapple and grapes. My dad had the gluten free French toast, and he said it was pretty good! Still nothing super special but the bread wasn't crumbly and dry which was nice. Obviously not as thick bread as the non gluten free version, but that's just gluten free bread. We came to the conclusion the food was "ordinary".

This is our second time at this Luci's location and thus far we have had great food! We opted to try their new wrap, it's not even listed on their online menu yet. It had crispy chicken, tomatoes and bacon on a sundried tomato wrap. It was really good and full of flavor. The fries were perfectly crispy, no complaints at all. We also tried their cinnamon roll which was soft and doughy, with plenty of frosting on top. I am assuming it's made from Noble bread company since I saw the staff removing it from a box labeled with their name. Inside is very welcoming and the outside offers plenty of seating and a fun splash pad for the kids. Only off putting thing, for some reason this is the second time we walked into the restaurant and it smelled like sewage? Not sure what's with their pipes but they definitely need to fix it because the smell is horrible.

A great place to bring friends and family. A very friendly and community oriented atmosphere! The salads are very good. Their lemon bars (& other pastries) are amazing. They even have a cute gift shop with unique and funny gifts!

Cool interior when we got here, we sat outside and ate and had a great experience. The food was great for every meal we got and they had a ton of options to choose from. The workers were nice and knowledgeable as well.

Lucis is such a hit or miss for me. I've been coming to Luci locations for ten plus years? The ambiance is usually the appeal here. It's got a bunch of cute stuff inside - good location - the orchard has a great vibe outside. However the food is just okay. And sometimes the coffee - the dirty chai has a weird medical test. Today it was good but my oatmeal was just okay. It's still a place I frequent but it's never like so good - we gotta go. It's more the vibe. Service is always good. And I'm also interested in the jelly cat collection.

How is it I've lived here for almost 10 years and have never been here? Well a dear friend took me for lunch today and we had a fabulous afternoon sitting outside while eating our meal. Ending that meal with dessert from the gelato shop! From coffee to sweets to breakfast and lunch this is the place to go. Parking can get a bit dicey but I'm looking forward to going again.

Food: Excellent, I ordered the turkey lurkey sandwich, although I meant to order the turkey burger, but the sandwich was delicious. I had them add jalapenos, which added a nice & spicy kick. The fries were disappointing, not hot or fresh, but I was with colleagues, so I didn't want to be the one complaining about the food, since I was the one to recommend this restaurant, plus they are normally great. I live in CA but travel to AZ for meetings & love coming here. Service: Excellent, everyone was professional and friendly Ambiance: super cute and casual place with a little store, full of stuff to buy, great place for small gifts. Price: moderate

Fresh ingredients in freshly prepared, made to order entrees. Great selection of healthy meal options in a clean, casual, reasonably priced setting. Servings are a bit small, so a side dish is appropriate. Selection of smoothies as an alternative and they have a separate ice cream counter for a sweet treat. Very laid back with lots of covered, outside seating. The birds are very annoying, but to be expected given the way they are set up.

Busy day! This place is always popping on the weekends! I first visited in college for brunch with friends and fell in love with the cute items for sale and the outdoor patio area. I've seen several events or parties hosted here and is also a great spot to come to study during the weekends or mid day times. Food wise, slightly pricey but I'd say 6/10 delicious, but obviously depends on what you order. I have some dietary restrictions so I felt like I had a hard time selecting something without making modifications.

Let's talk about one of the coolest finds to date. How did it take us this long to get here?! SBL and I have been doing a coffee crawl all through the city to find the coolest eats and the very best coffees. Every Saturday we go out and try two new coffee shops and a lunch place. Luci's was in our route and it was the best find we have had in a few weeks. (Minus Deseo Coffee Shack.) This place had all the right things. An open giant sliding window garage door situation for us to soak up the morning sun. All kinds of hilarious and crafty goods. A bar, a sit down place to eat, pastries, and a dog friendly environment. It was like if Etsy was a real life establishment. It would have all these types of vendors, amazing coffees and books, soaps, funny socks, hand crafted coffees and all things good in the world. Wile here I found a super fun coffee money wallet made from recycled materials and SBL got a fancy protein bar. I also asked for an iced coffee. I talked to the girl about their tasty flavors and she said she could make me a shaken brown sugar espresso with cinnamon, oat-milk and dark caramel, um yes please. We sat for a bit and kept looking around and my drank was ready. One sip and I knew this is what coffee shops in heaven were going to be like. I told SBL I didn't want this moment to end as I held the coffee to my cheek. It was the perfect sip, made with the most love, from the most talented barista. It was so good it called for a new meter of goodness measurement called : The Am I In Heaven or Am I In Phoenix Because This Drink Is So Good It Has Me Wondering Meter?!? Today I'm giving my meter reading a whopping 154 feet off the ground. I was flying high on that beautiful espresso. (Literally the cup had wings) I am beyond thankful for the staff who took care of us and for the adventure this entire place is. I think a scavenger hunt would be fun in there, just sayin. Great job Luci' you changed my life today in the best way possible.

The food is go, ok but The restaurant is waaay overpriced. $26 for a steak salad & is very small portion. Then the food took a very long time and the waiter's disappear. There is another section the Luci's across the way where the menu is more extensive and more reasonable prices. Maybe the service will be better than inside the restaurant.

Luci's has a cool vibe and sells random and fun items. Counter service, take a number and pick a seat inside the small eating area or on the large outdoor patio. The food arrived quickly. I had the avacado toast which was just meh... eggs had no taste and the ava was too chunky. My daughter had the açaí bowl which was nothing out of the ordinary. My husband had GF French Toast which was prob the best of our 3 meals. Nothing special here so will pass on eating here again.

This place is so cute! It had a big outdoor seating area with cute decor- perfect place to eat when the weather is nice. We got the tuna wrap and lean machine bowl. The foods were decent, the salmon in the bowl was a bit dry but it came with a decent amount of vegetables which was nice. The fries we got with the wrap were cold which was a bit disappointing. And because of the pickle they came on the side, made the fries soggy as well. We also got the pear lemonade but we did not like it.. Overall it was okay, may want to come back for other menu items

We liked the set up at Luci's at the orchard. there's area for the kids to run around, a little splash pad set up and there were tents and misters outside that helped cool off in the heat! The set up is place your order find a spot to eat. The line seems long when you get there but it moves fast. The team has things down to a T. The kids had a blast at the splash pad and the ice cream shop! Strawberry was the fav!

I've been wanting to come here forever and finally stopped in this afternoon for a quick lunch with a friend. It was 2pm on a Saturday and there were only a few people in line in front of us. We were able to get our orders in pretty quick, and the cashier was friendly and patient while we decided what to get. We both ordered sandwiches and poked around the little market inside while we waited for our food. Food came out pretty quick, but allowed us a few minutes to look at all their fun trinkets :) We opted to sit outside since it was such a beautiful day. They have tons of outdoor seating and i love their chairs. They have lots of string lights, so would be so cute at night. The *only* downfall of being outside was there were a lot of birds walking/flying around. We thought it was funny and didn't mind. If this is something you might be triggered by, perhaps check outside before deciding where you want to sit. Loved our experience and will definitely be back to try their Tavern (later hours?) as well as their ice cream and coffee!

Amazing winter venue with loads of outdoor seating. Watch out for the birds. Turn your back and they'll steal a French fry. Order your food at the counter inside. Wait for your drink then someone will bring your food. The birds love this place since people don't bus their tables and the birds get to clean plates before the busser arrives to clear it. Good amount of parking with beautiful landscaping that makes you feel like you're entering a secluded oasis in the middle of the big city. The Swiss style oatmeal and yogurt was excellent. Hearty enough for lunch but didn't leave me feeling stuffed. They messed up on my stepdad's sandwich but it was quickly replaced. The Dirty Chai iced was very good.

A cute space to enjoy a meal! The interior has a small market with the dining tables surrounding it. The front end tends to be pretty warm so most people eat towards the back. We ordered the chicken sandwich with fries, which was okay but dryer than expected. We also ordered a chicken wrap with a berry yogurt parfait, which were both really good! The vanilla latte was also light and refreshing. The space could be cleaner as there were small fruit flies around the water dispenser. Overall, still a solid place to spend some time in and maybe even get some work done as they have plenty of window seating and snack options.

First time at Luci's and it was so cute! The Orchard itself has Luci's, a tavern next door and a small courtyard in the middle where you can eat and relax. Inside, you will find a little area of things to buy, I saw soaps and toys and different things available for purchase. You get in line to order your food and they bring it out to you. I went with a new item, The Gobbler, the sauce it had was interesting and it took me a while to get used to but otherwise, the sandwich was pretty good. Outside they had a mini version of the water tower where they had a mini library and I thought it was the cutest thing!

Great food and plenty of options. outdoor seating was pleasant. Can't wait to go back.

Take a drive down Glendale Avenue to 12st and you will find Luci's at the Orchard. Fun place for a family day, girls day, and heck my teenager even loved it! You can spend the day chilling in their nice outdoor area, sweet treat at the ice cream shop or yummy food inside. While we didn't eat anything this trip we did enjoy some coffee. If you have littles there's a splash pad to cool off and get together with friends for a play date. Service is good and we had our drinks in no time. Wish I'd taken more pictures, but we were enjoying the day.

I met a girlfriend for lunch and we had a great time. The out door patio was lovely. The shade was necessary and the misters were turned on as it warmed up during our visit. The gift shop is so fun to look through and we found a few treasures. The food was delicious! We got the Turkey Lurkey and the Chicken Ranch wrap. The potatoes salad was fun and the fries were beautifully seasoned. We loved it here and will be back!

A lovely place to hang out and have bite to eat. There is lots of seating outside and some inside. Outside is a splash pad for kids to play in the slammer and heaters available with a shade from the sun. Pet friendly! Inside there is a little shop with cute gifts and Knick knacks to browse. Visiting Luci's at the Orchard has me wondering why more places like this do not excite in Phoenix!?! The food and coffee options are amazing and such a great location. The location is the perfect setup for parents to visit with toddlers/younger kids and enjoy brunch without worrying about the little one(s). I love the splash pad set up and so does my little one. I've visited with my non- mom friends and they also love the location. Another thing I love, is the food comes out quickly. You order inside and provide a number and the servers will bring the food out once available-- drinks are picked up at the counter inside. Overall love Lucí's!

I love the food and intimate vib. It reminds me of my childhood. Never had a bad experience. I highly recommend Luci's on 12th Street.

I do weekday lunches here with coworkers and vendor partners once every couple of months, and am always pleased. Counter service with indoor seating as well as expansive covered and uncovered patio seating options. Lots of mature trees to provide natural shade outside. The menu is replete with fantastic sandwiches, burgers, salads and soups. Everything I've had here has been delicious. Bonus, there's also an ice cream shop on site and a bar that opens late afternoon / early evening.

This is such a joyful environment to share a meal with loved ones or alone. The breakfast options are a delicious .

You know a place is child friendly when there's a physical sign reminding people to please monitor their children and also don't change diapers on the dining table. I live within walking distance of Luci's Marketplace and questionably within walking distance of Luci's at the Orchard (it's about a mile but that's acceptable for the stroller brigade). The menus are very similar (possibly identical?), but settings are very different. Luci's Marketplace is more corner bistro style. Luci's at the Orchard has a huge outdoor area with picnic tables and room for roaming children (hence the sign). I heard rumors that there's a splash pad somewhere on property in the summer, although I've yet to explore and see if this is true. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait for a picnic table to open up since this is definitely a happening gathering place on the weekends. Hits of the menu in my mind include the breakfast frittata (if you want to be healthy) and the acai bowl (if you want to pretend to be healthy).

Caucasian demographic. Many trinkets around the joint. Very expensive but very easy to steal. Another one of god's little tests.

Service was great and the food was served with a smile. Everything is so fresh and you cant beat the quality. Great place to hang with friends.

This location is so much fun! You'll find the rad Luci's features found at the other location, you know what I mean... unique toys for kids of all ages, nifty gadgets and local treats. The menu boasts an array of breakfast and lunch sandwiches, burritos and bowls. I tried the green Chile cheeseburger with fries and a giant iced tea. They have a coffee bar and also local beer and lemonade among other options. The Orchard has a splash pad that was hopping on a Wednesday afternoon in August. There is also an ice cream & candy shop... but it was not staffed when I visited. That mint chocolate chip will have to wait. The midday crowd is eclectic with mom/toddler combos, remote workers with laptops in tow and retired folks meeting up with friends. Be back soon, Luci's at the Orchard!

This was a really cool spot! I only came once or twice (the other Luci's locations were closer to me) but it had a great vibe. There was an awesome retail area, indoor/outdoor seating, great food menu, plus a super tempting ice cream shop inside. I think I worked remotely once and enjoyed sitting by the window overlooking the courtyard area. I had an egg white omelet with fruit and breakfast potatoes. It was order at the counter. Food came out pretty fast and was tasty/filling. I probably would have come here more if the marketplace hadn't been only a block away from me!

What a great/cute spot! Luci's is split into small different locations all inside one. There is the ice cream shop, then you have the restaurant area, then the bar area. What's really cool is that inside they have a small shop with really cool random items to purchase. There is indoor and outdoor seating. It is a come first type of spot, you don't wait to be seated. We wanted to come out because they do have a splash pad that opens during the summer. The kids can play, make other friends and parents can enjoy a drink and a bite. They do have umbrellas and covered patio seating. There is also misters outside. The splash pad was great but be aware it is the same recycled water so it's not always the most sanitary but hey kids had fun. The food was super delicious, with a lot of great healthy options. My husband really enjoyed their beer too! I would say for sure come on by!

Amazing service and food. I absolutely love the outdoor seating here, very kid friendly with the splash pad but also just a great place to stop and pickup coffee and a bite. 5/5 definitely returning. Prefer this location to the one in Scottsdale due to service!

Cute cafe with lots of seating outside and inside. Breakfast is til 3pm. They serve wine, beer and have a huge coffee bar and ice cream served around the other side of the restaurant. The ambiance and vibe of this place is my type of cafe! Good breakfast and coffee. Line was long to order but went by really quick. You order and pay at the front and will be given a number to take to a table of your choice and the waiter will bring your order out to you. You then leave your plates at your table and they'll clean it up for you. Overall cute cozy experience

Love the location and the park-like open space. The interior is warm and inviting. The staff is great! However, the food is not as good as it used to be. We stopped by for breakfast yesterday. The "Burrito Bomb" was not good. The scrambled eggs were like rubber, the potatoes were mushy, and the sausage was gummy and bland. Only one option was offered for French Toast was the "Funky Monkey" which was very, very sweet.

Luci's is so/so. It would be nice if they could invest in lids that fit their to-go coffe cups so I wouldn't spill it all over me and my car. Next...
