Lucki's Cheesecakes - 6 Mile

I was told they moved their business to another location in Michigan. I used to always love their cheesecakes, my favorite ones would be purple rain, Superman and key lime cheesecake sadly there aren't no more individuals so you would have to order whole cakes instead 🤷🏽‍♀️

All the hype about the amazing cheesecakes they have is true! The shop is easy to find. There's a parking lot beside it, but you'll need to be very careful as it has some really big holes. The shop is fairly wheelchair friendly, but the doors aren't automatic. There's a table inside where you can enjoy your tasty cheesecake, which I thought was very nice.

The Owner was amazingly nice. Great conversation. The cheese cake was absolutely delicious. We tried just about every flavor and had no complaints. This is a must visit place if your in Detroit.

2025: 1st, the superman s.free b'day cake on the website is mine! It got a lot of views & brought a lot of biz to them along with many ppl I sent there cuz they advertise they make s.free 🍰. Tried 2 place order for a b'day 🍰2 1/2 wks early now after I hv bought several cakes from them & was told they aren't making any. Offered 2 bring my own sugar substitute & I was told cuz they are getting biz now from " other biz" I couldn't b serviced. Nvr has ay biz ever said that. The lady kept spinning me cuz a valid reason was not given. That is why 4 the past couple of years KETO KATZ BAKERY in Macomb has been taking care of me. My b'day cakes from there look like wedding cake & taste amazing! I was trying 2 support black owned but this is how I was treated unfortunately 😔 . Never again UPDATE: ORDERED A SPECIALTY CAKE EARLIER THIS YEAR FOR A VERY SPECIAL EVENT AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I FEEL IT WAS RUSHED AND IT WAS NOT LIKE IT WAS PICTURED ON THE SITE OR EITHER TOLD TO ME OVER THE PHONE WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER. WHEN I ARRIVED TO PICK IT UP I FEEL AS IF A SALESMAN WAS TRYING TO SELL ME A BAD USED CAR, AND I PAID FULL PRICE AND WAS GIVEN NO TYPE OF EXPLANATION WHY IT WAS THE WAY IT WAS OR NOT OFFERED ANY TYPE OF DISCOUNT OR ANYTHING FOR THE INCONVENIENCE BECAUSE IT WAS NOT READY ALTHOUGH I HAVE PLACED IT EARLY. THE PERSON THAT I DEALT WITH WAS ACTING LIKE I HAD DONE SOMETHING WRONG AND I'M THE CUSTOMER. SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. And that is unfortunate because I had already referred several people who have purchased cakes from this place. So very disappointed because I had very high hopes.

Lucki's made my mom's 70th birthday cake, it was very pretty & taste really really good. Thanks to Lucki's my mom's cake left in no time. I will be looking for the to back for my next event. 🎂💜🎉

We are from toledo and drove by this place and stopped in. He had several options of cheesecake and regular cake. The prices weren't bad, 45$ for a whole cheesecake, which I feel is pretty reasonable as cheesecake is usually pretty pricey. He (the owner) was very nice and friendly and recommended banana pudding cheesecake. We took the recommendation and was glad we did. It was excellent. Banana pudding, only cheesecake. We also got a piece of German chocolate cake. The cake was unbelievably moist and also very good. I'd say if you're going to a function, bring one of these cakes and show off. We will definitely make the hour drive and come back! I really want to try the strawberry or superman cheesecake that were also options.

Literally the BEST cakes I have EVER had. Last time I went in, I got the brownie bottom cheese cake and Oreo cheesecake. Definitely no complaints. I got the strawberry swirl and strawberry crumb cheesecake for my husband and he LOVED them. I’ve also had the yellow cake and the chocolate cake. Both are absolutely phenomenal. They taste so fresh, moist and just delicious. I can’t say enough about how great these cakes are.

So incredibly delicious it's worth the trip from whatever side of town you are from.We got the Sweet potato cheesecake very smooth creamy and just enough sweetness to satisfy your sweet tooth.The owner who took my order over the phone was very sweet and likable.I see why they are so popular. They have all the right ingredients for success.
