This bakery is serving up some unique flavorful delicacies at an affordable price and great customer service. The honey glazed barbecue pork is so tender and juicy. While the black sesame seed filled bun and red bean filled sesame balls will make your mouth water after the first bite.

Only had the opportunity to try out the pork bun and egg tarts, but they might be some of the best I’ve had. The price is also incredible. Will definitely be coming back for more.

I special ordered the roast pig and it was delicious! Give them a week’s notice and you’ll be happy you ordered from Lucky Bakery. I ordered a 44# pig which was more than enough to feed 28 guys for a picnic. I think the minimum is a 35# pig so be aware that you can’t get anything less than that. However, if you can get enough people together, it’s worth it.

Fantastic always good items whatever they have available for the day nice and quick service fair prices. Pork buns go crazy

The closest authentic Chinese bakery outside of Chinatown. There are amazing tarts, sweet cakes, and other traditional treats. Our family's favorites are the steamed barbecue pork buns, honey pork, sticky rice packs, and almond cookies the size of your head! So delicious.

This place is fabulous. I don't think docking them their rating has anything to due with their posted hours. It's so confusing though. One day I would see open- Friday, Sat, Sun, Monday. Next thing I know they're only opened on Friday, Sat, Sun. I drive up on Sunday evening to see them shutting down early, granted items may have sold out and my Little was bummed as she wanted a sesame ball. Great bakery, wished there was more in the display and varieties to pick from. I know in Chicago for China/Viet town the bakeries down there are stacked! Wished it was like that here too even some of the items we normally don't see here would be cool. shrimp rolls they use to sell, sponge cakes amongst other things. Still a great place.

Everytime I'm in the area, I always make a trip to Lucky's for their crispy roast pork. I only wish they had more options in the bakery. Nonetheless, you will not be disappointed with their egg tarts (of you don't mind the eggy taste). I also enjoy their steam BBQ buns and their deep fried pork dumplings. 😋

This is a pretty awful and sleazy place. My family and I have patroned this establishment a handful of times, and each time was, memorably, a very unpleasant experience. The food is SOMETIMES good, so we've returned in the past because we wanted to give Lucky Bakery & BBQ the benefit of the doubt. But today is the last time. The main woman who (I assume) runs the establishment is outstandingly mean and rude. And unfortunately racist. Racist in the sense that she DOES prioritize Chinese customers over others. This specifically happened to us today. My dad and I were in line, along with others, waiting patiently. She dealt with everyone coldly. A Chinese customer entered, literally jumped everyone else in line to place her order and got effusively friendly and special treatment. Everyone noticed this. The main woman is a cheat. She's cheated us almost every single time we've come in. She'll either run the bill up more than the value we purchased for, or the she'll short-change us on food. For example, we'd pay for 3 lbs of roast pork, go home, weigh our purchase, and it would be only 2.5 lbs. Or we'd buy 6 pastries and she would charge us for 10. The receipt is deliberately not itemized so she/the establishment can escape accountability. If you go in, bring your own scale, count your items, and check if she/they has overcharged you. When I've asked other friends/family if they've had similar experience, they've confirmed it.

Yelp
We were visiting from Chicago and surprised to see a small enclave of Chinese stores here! Weren't expecting much of a bakery in Wisconsin but was really impressed after trying a bunch of their goodies! Even their cha siu was better than some places in Chicago's Chinatown. (I just wish it wasn't dyed as red.) Otherwise it was very tender and delicious! Moon cakes were also delicious. Can't wait to return and make this a weekend trip staple of ours!
google avatar

Yelp
I liked their pork cake and honey bbq pork. It's def on the pricier side but it's hard to find good Asian pastries around here. They seek to sell out of things fast so def stop by earlier in the day than later!!
google avatar

Vikki Y.

Yelp
I really wish there were more Asian food places in Wisconsin but due to the smaller Asian population, it's really difficult to find decent Chinese food places. Panda Express and mall court Chinese food is NOT representative of Chinese food. Trader Joe's orange chicken is actually better tasting IMO. I really wanted yummy Chinese baked goods- think custard egg tarts, Chinese pastries, moon cake (for the Mid-Autumn festival) and I was elated to find this Bakery. It's located in a strip mall with an Asian grocery store and a couple of decent Chinese restaurants (for Wisconsin standards). Lucky Bakery has a variety of baked goods and their moon cakes were delicious albeit a little pricey. I opted for a couple and they threw in a cute red gift box. The recipients of my mooncakes really liked them so I will definitely return to try that- and the BBQ meats. I definitely recommend checking out this plaza if you're in SE Wisconsin and want to try some Asian food/buy some Asian groceries.

Yelp
This is probably the bakery that we visit most often in Milwaukee. The owner is always friendly and helpful. The Cantonese style buns and pastries are authentic and fresh. They also make special traditional pastries for Chinese traditional holidays. Mooncakes for Mid-autumn festival, Zongzi for Dragon Boat Festival, Sweet Rice Cakes in gold fish shape for Lunar New Year... In addition, they serve savory Cantonese style traditional dishes for take-out. As Cantonese, we feel lucky to have a bakery like this in Milwaukee.

Yelp
So happy to have found Lucky Bakery on the occasion of Mid Autumn Harvest Moon Festival. They have such a wide selection of yummy moon cakes (my favorite is the red bean paste moon cake). They also have a ton of different baked meat options and full pig roast. Lucky also specializes in Egg Tart and I definitely recommend them.

Yelp
The best roast pork, duck and bakeries. Our family is a regular and we loved it. Thank God it's not too far from my home. This place saved me from driving to Chicago China town. Friendly staff and an amazing service as always. I'll be coming back again. Thank you!

Yelp
Duck is still amazing. The other meats look super authentic too - but I'm sticking with duck because I have to drive out of the way to come here and when I'm here I always just want the duck. And by the time I've added the buns, I can't justify spending more money for just me and hubby. Steamed pork buns are always filled with tons of meat. Sometimes I get them at supermarkets and they have so little filling that I'm left with more than half of just plain bun. But not these - I can enjoy my meats with every last drop of the bun. The fried red bean buns are also soooo delicious. Super chewy, also filled to the brim, and good even the day after. Or the next. Also a note on COVID - they are very conscientious. They've actually built a transparent plastic wall to separate the staff from the customers. If there are a lot of customers inside, you can wait outside. What an effort! You won't be making small conversation with the staff here (unless you speak Chinese). But picking out what you need and relaying that info is straight forward and easy enough.

Yelp
I love the selection and variety of options for sweet and savory treats. If you can, arriving early is always best - once an item is sold out, that's it for the day!

Yelp
I stopped by the weekend before Lunar New Year and the place was packed with individuals waiting to pick up their orders. Unfortunately, everything was rather picked over but what was left looked good. The mooncake was delicious and has me wanting to try additional things. I'm hoping to make it back not on a holiday weekend so I can get a more typical experience! It's in a strip mall so parking is easy and free.

Yelp
Very lucky to have a place like this in Milwaukee. I would drive to Chicago for bbq pork and buns but now I can drive 15 minutes!! The owner is so sweet. I try to practice my Chinese with her every time I go. Also, I always end up chatting with some really amazing customers while waiting in line. Highly recommend pork knuckle, bbq pork, crispy pork, and steamed bbq pork buns. The owner recognizes me and usually knows my order, that's how attentive she is!!

Yelp
I've gone here a few times and the other times were fine. However, I intentionally planned my trip back home (5-hour drive) around when they would open on a Sunday to hopefully grab some buns for the long trip and before they run out! To my surprise, they had no buns available at 10:30AM (opened at 10AM). They still had their wife cakes in the display along with some of their other flakey cakes that can be kept for a few days, but baked or steamed buns? None. I asked if they were going to make any for that day and said they would have some in the afternoon. I hate to be THAT person, but if you only open a few times a week and consider yourself a bakery along with selling bbq foods, you would think to have some bakery goods at the time of opening? I love their buns (especially when it is the only place in the area with this type of stuff) and would love to keep supporting them, but keep your expectations low!!!!

Yelp
Best Chinese Bakery in town hands down. The char Sui and roast duck are excellent as well! Update: 03/01/2020. It's been awhile since I've been back here living in the opposite side of town. But things are still as tasty as I remember. The workers don't speak English very well but hand gestures go a long way. If you haven't been or are in the area definitely worth stopping in!

Vangie P.

Yelp
It's like going to Los Angeles or Houston China town for dim sum . Good quality , but limited in selection because it's a small operation . I love the fresh duck , barbecue pork , chicken and egg tarts . Problem is that it runs out fast . It's a small place . Excellent foods !!!!!!!

Yelp
Lucky Bakery & BBQ is my go to place to get Asian flavored meats to go. It's also the only place in the Milwaukee area that has these specialty meats. You can expect to find a whole roast pork pig, roast duck, chicken feet, bbq pork, boiled whole chicken, etc. I came here Friday after work around 6pm and they were out of roast pork and roast duck. I recommend coming in early on the weekends for the best selection of meats and baked goods. Don't leave this place without picking up some baked goods. There are bbq pork buns, egg tarts, red sesame bean balls, rice crepes etc. If you're craving dim sum, you can find some of the common dishes here. You can find this little gem tucked in a strip mall with many other Asian restaurants. I recommend getting your order to go as this isn't really a dine in place (no servers) but you can find a few tables inside for a snack break.

Yelp
I've been to this place a few times and I have kept it a secret because i want it all for myself! Everything is delicious. Even better that it's so affordable. First off, their whole roasted ducks are $21 each. I know! It's unheard of. You're not getting a tiny duck with no flavor. It's the exact opposite. It's a good size duck; juicy and tender meat. You may call ahead to order but I went on a Sunday morning and was able to get 2 even if the 6 people ahead of me each ordered one too. Secondly, their roasted pork is exactly what you want it to be. Succulent. Seasoned. Beautiful crispy skin. Perfect fat to meat ratio. It melts in your mouth. You won't be able to resist after a bite. It's located in a strip mall between Pho Cali and an Asian food market, so parking is plenty. The establishment is tiny and can be packed. There is always a line so make sure you wear your mask and distance yourself. They accept cash and credit.

Yelp
Came here for the first time last week back and right off the back, I'll definitely be coming back. Heard about this place thanks to some friends, so i went and checked it out. Its in an unassuming little shopping plaza so it could be easy to miss, but you should really stop by. Didn't try out any of their baked goods, only went in to buy some of their cook meats. They were real darn good. On my first trip I only got the Roast Pork w/ Crispy Skin and the Honey Glazed BBQ pork. the roast pork w/ crispy skin, the skin itself wasn't as crispy as I would've liked, but the pork so so darn good. it felt as if it melted in my mouth. The Honey glazed BBQ Pork was quite good too. If you ever had BBQ pork from other Chinese places, this is basically what it is. but it was nice and tender, right amount of fat and meat to make it succulent as heck. My only regret was not getting more as they sell it by the pounds. So whether you're buying it for a party, or just for yourself I definitely recommend coming here to get some food.

Yelp
Still classy, still excellent food and quality! I had their sesame balls and minced fried pork dumplings, and WOW!! It was even better than I remember. Their egg tarts are perfection as well Of note, their chicken feet are a tad salty, but still very tasty.

Yelp
Stumbled upon this place before stopping for dinner next door at Sze Chuan. I actually did not realize the place was closed (I came in at 805), but the friendly lady still allowed me to buy baked goods. Having only moved in two days ago and coming from a place that has really good Asian bbq/baked goods, I was ecstatic to find this location by happenstance! Bought the bbq pork bun and hot dog bun, along with sesame balls. I did not get to try the bbq, but this will be a must for the next time I come in! I see myself frequenting this establishment quite a bit. From the great service to the smells reminiscent of home, I am happy that the area offers a place such as this :)

Yelp
This Asian Bakery has a good selection of" buns " with meet fillings. Plus they make several different kInds of chicken to serve You don't have to go to China Town anymore Only problem is that a majority of any the signs are written in Chinese
google avatar

Sherwin C.

Yelp
Portions are large but the quality of the food, textures, and flavors are mediocre. The BBQ pork I tried was very lean, with a simple sweet sauce, and no char. It didn't seem to be marinated much and was a bit overcooked. The buns are fairly bland overall, not even close to the quality of bakery goods you'll find in Chicago Chinatown. Not bad, but something you'd really only eat if you had no better choices available. With that said though, prices are pretty low -- so if you don't feel like cooking, grabbing a bunch of bakery items here is a solid choice.
google avatar

Kaden C.

Yelp
This place is crazy delicious and crazy cheap. I got a whole roast duck for only $21 which I think is extremely affordable considering most ducks you find at the grocery store are over $30. I also got a bbq pork bun which was massive, extremely tasty and only $1.25. It is about 12-20 minutes outside of downtown Milwaukee depending on traffic but definitely worth the drive. It is a true hole in the wall with many different option of roast chickens, ducks and pork. I will certainly be be back to try more items on their menu.

Yelp
I love Chinese Bbq and I realy would like to get over more often to patronizing the business because as far as I know it's the only authentic Chinese Bbq in Milwaukee and the woman at the counter does an outstanding job as the face of the business. It's been more than a year since I last stopped by and I have been trying to get over for a while. The place was full with Asian people as always and I had to wait in line and when I got my turn the woman says long time no see so I said to her, you still remember me after more than a year and she says yah. I ask her how is business and she says good because I can't eat here all the time but when I do I want you to be here when I do. The place is still the small place with take out only and they now have a nice big sign with pictures and prices. I was going next door to the Asian store to get some duck wings to make Asian duck wings and I notice a new item on the menu, brined duck wings so I got some to take home. The duck wings are not very meaty just so you know but I like them and the brined duck wings had a thick flavorful glaze which was very good and I instantly thought of using them for a rich base Pho broth while adding some othe Asian flavors like ginger, soy and hoisin sauce to name a few. The broth ended up being rich and flavorful and will be great for Pho. With the hot Asian sausage, dumplings and noodles with some veggies from the Asian store next to them I should be able to make a good simple Pho at home. I love that this place is next to an Asian store and that between the two you can have rear Asian food from your kitchen.

Yelp
If you are looking for Traditional Asian fare, the BBQ pork with a simple sauce is delicious and the crispy pork is a family favorite. Definitely a neighborhood go to when you don't feel like making dinner. The staff are very friendly and visiting the location in a strip mall, in a way, transports you to Asia.

Yelp
I feel the calling..... That roast duck and roast pork is calling my name.... Those to items is like "meat crack" to me. I can not resist, good thing I do not work there!!! Seriously if you want to order, call it 8n ahead of time. They sell out quick. And it's not because of the quantity they cook, its that a ton of orders go flying out. Call and reserve is the way to go, if you want really good food here.
google avatar

Yelp
I just love this place. Everything is fresh and people are so friendly. You'd love the food and the process are very reasonable. I recommend the BBQ pork buns
google avatar

Yelp
As legit as it gets. Lucky takes no shortcuts and makes truly quality authentic Chinese that takes Milwaukee's Chinese scene up a big notch all by itself.

Lilo S.

Yelp
I really dislike their business days...but when they do open, their prices are cheap and reasonable, and their food is really delicious. I love ordering my family some roasted duck.
google avatar

Yelp
It's best to call the store and pre-order your food beforehand. I love the roasted duck a lot! Best place! Really recommended. Also check out their whole menu they have a lot of good food!
google avatar

Yelp
Fresh and delicious! Definitely try the sesame balls (we got red bean and BBQ pork), both amazing! Crispy, chewy, and amazing flavors.

Yelp
Stopped in and got some takeout. We sat at a table insde and ate as we were so hungry and it was too clod for a picnic. We ordered the half cripsy peking duck which was sooooooo good and the pigs feet. The flavors were so on point and the meat was fall apart tender. Egg tarts which I love were fresh - perfectly sweet and great texture. I also got some great mung bean moon cakes and a green mung one which I think I actually liked more than my usual red mung bean ones. The sesame balls we crispy, light and still warm. I will be back!

CK N.

Yelp
Really a nice neighborhood gem of a place where traditional and well made Chinese buns and pastries are not readily available. Really good toasted pork and char siu. And the roasted duck is excellent!

Yelp
I Love love love Lucky Bakery & BBQ. The food is awesome and the bakery is so good. A friend told me about this bakery a few years ago, so now every time I'm in town, this is a must-stop for duck and their bomb sesame balls! This is my millionth time there... And a plus.. the owner is so nice and bubbly! Love it! They have great customer service! The owners are super friendly and helpful! I started buying their roast pork belly! It is to die for!!
google avatar

Alice W.

Yelp
I LOVE this place, and my family are regular customers here. I grew up in the Milwaukee area having to drive down to Chicago Chinatown in order to get some decent Chinese bakery or bbq goods. I have eaten Chinese BBQ duck probably 100000 times, and the duck here is just as, if not better, than the duck you can get from the best bbq shop in Chicago Chinatown. The pork belly is so good, and if you are adventurous-- try the chicken feet. They are so good; they're first fried and then braised in a savory/slightly sweet red sauce. The bakery items are pretty standard for a Chinese bakery and are very fresh; everything I've tried is good. I usually go for the cake roll with cream inside. The service is also really friendly.
google avatar

X A.

Yelp
A hard-working neighborhood spot in West Allis. The Chinese spices they use for Roast Duck and Derp fried pork are not as intense as say SF Chinatown and easier to take for Milwaukeeans-- less on the Five Spice-- order it whole cut it up at home so you get what you pay for-- best to order ahead for these items but expect a small wait as there will be a line anyway-- upcoming review will be for the legit looking bean cakes and siopao
google avatar

Bridget W.

Yelp
I've come by on a couple of evenings just to check out the bakery (not quite the best time because almost everything is gone!). I noticed that most of the people who came by were mostly in for the BBQ and the chicken feet. The minimum for card is $10 as a note. Most items are only $1 from the bakery. My favorite so far that I've tried is the BBQ pork cake. That crust is so savory. I also really enjoyed the shrimp crepes (pretty cheap!). Happy to stop by whenever I'm in the area (grocery, Sze Chuan, or pho in the same parking lot!).
google avatar

Yelp
Lucky Bakery & BBQ is one of the best Chinese bakeries in Wisconsin! I've been a customer for years. My wife and I used to live in Milwaukee and would frequent this bakery. Now that we're in Appleton, we don't get to go as often but we always make it a point to stop by whenever we travel to/through the area. The owners are always nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Morris N.

Yelp
This is a small shop that sells your typical Chinese BBQ meats (roast pork, bbq pork, roast duck, soy sauce chicken, etc) and Chinese pastries. It is carry-out only. It is conveniently located off of I-41. There's also a Asian market in the same strip mall which is convenient if you're looking to grab some groceries.
google avatar

Jen S.

Yelp
Wow! What a gem! I was visiting family in the area and we got take-out from this place - I live in NYC and this is close to / no different from the Chinese bakeries/take-out places that are in Flushing and other Chinatowns in the city. We ordered the duck, bbq pork, steamed bao (bbq pork buns), red bean pie, egg tarts, sticky rice, and a few other baked goods. Most of the baked goods are savory. The food was amazing - very flavorful and delicious! The staff was really friendly. There's not a lot of seating, it's more of a take out place. The prices are what you'd expect - about $1-2 per bakery item with meats priced by the pound. An excellent neighborhood take out spot!

Ka X.

Yelp
We ordered a whole roasted pork and it was delicious! The sesame balls are amazingly yummy as well.
google avatar

Priyanka K.

Yelp
I really don't know what the fuss is about. The buns were cold when I got them. Looked like they'd been sitting there for hours. They didn't even ask if I wanted them warmed. I also got half a roast duck. Very very mediocre. Granted, I'm comparing it to my time in South East Asia and the West Coast but this food is nothing to rave about. Just sort of ok. Will I go back? Nah.

Yelp
Finally a place similar to the bakery we go to in California & in Seattle, WA! Place is in a plaza across Home Depot... Food is awesome! We got mostly pork stuffed in sweet bread. We also got some pork stuffed in "mochi" type of finger food. Of course we could not resist the roast pork. Needless to say, we will def come back for mor deliciousness! The staff very nice & welcoming. That, of course, is a must for me to come back. After eating a bunch of the stuffed pork in sweet bread, I had to down the roast pork with some home cooked white rice! & it did not disappoint! This Asian bakery is a must stop! So, I posted the place to my FB profile & my friends are now goin to be checking it out by tomorrow! Yum! Yum! Yum!

Yelp
just moved to Milwaukee from Cali. really really miss authentic asian food til i stumbled upon this little gem. sooo happy. i bought a buttload of food for just me for lunch (im pregnant). so far tried the minced pork bun, roasted duck, and red bean paste moon cake (made in house). All were yum!! gonna finish the rest now but wanted to make sure i posted a review before I forget just in case there were others out there looking for real asian food with real asian prices.

Yelp
My favorite Bakery is their Egg Custards which is freshly made in the kitchen. This is the only bakery in Milwaukee, who makes Egg Custard with flaky shell at the bottom instead of hard shell. Since I found this place, I don't drive to Chicago anymore for this type of egg custard. Besides egg custards, they also have different variety of foods for dinner like, BBQ Pork, Roast Duck and Chicken, Salted & Soy Chicken, Roast Pork etc. If you don't feel like cooking for dinner, stop by and it won't disappoint you. Everything is freshly made in the kitchen. I wish they will also make Birthday Cake one day.

Annette D.

Yelp
Was looking forward to trying this place . thinking would be a quick meal preparation for a busy day and love duck and pork with crispy skin. Found out today that you have to order it only at the place because don't even try to phone in order when the people running the place are not able to talk to good of english. Many things to try but knew what I came in for would be a starting point. Took home the duck dinner, crispy pork and bbq pork for my husband. The duck was good and crispy pork had a lot of fat that should have been crisper so put it in convention oven for a while but still very greasy and fatty but meat good. Both were salty from brine which is something I'm not use to. So will be back for duck but may have to try the pork stomach which others talked up on reviews...

Yelp
I was extremely dissatisfied at my experience yesterday. Before I tell you of yesterday's experience, let me give you a background of my previous visits. I AM/WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER. This bakery offers delicious roast duck, roast pork, and buns. I like their food so much that I've bought 5 ducks in one day, and have even asked if I could place an order of a whole pig (which they didn't provide at the time, although it has been a while since I've asked.) Whenever my family from out of town visit, we always buy our pork and duck from here. Yesterday, I took my brother here for the first time. There was a couple in front of me, so I just PATIENTLY waited for my turn. When they left, I started placing my order. I asked for a pound of pork. The slab I chose turned out to be 2 pounds, which I said was fine. Then my brother and I chose buns. The employer/owner bagged my things and asked if that would be all. I confirmed and took out my wallet. Next thing you know, a customer walks in the door and starts talking to the employer/owner in their native tongue (I don't understand or speak their language). They just keep talking as I'm standing at the counter. I stayed there for quite a while, thinking they are probably just saying hello. However, the employer/owner starts bagging up buns. My gut told me (remember, I don't speak or understand their language) they just allowed a customer to skip me. When I looked at the total that she rang, it was $77. I asked why it was so much, the employer/owner confirms it wasn't my order. During this whole ordeal, I wanted to leave. But I stayed because I gave the owners the "benefit of doubt" that perhaps there was a miscommunication (because I don't understand their language), or perhaps this lady ordered first and just went out to her car before I came in, or perhaps I was just overreacting. After analyzing it all night, I have concluded I most likely was not overreacting, and any normal person would have just walked out of that establishment. For if it was a misunderstanding, the employer/owner would have said something. However, the employer/owner never explained what was happening, never asked me to wait, and never apologized to me. I live a good 30 minutes west of this bakery, but I would rather drive to Madison or Chicago than return here.

Yelp
Since this is only the second time I've found such goodness in Milwaukee, I'm going 3 stars for good. The early days of Pacific Produce were good. Chicagoland Mitsuwa is 4 stars. The pork steam buns my hubs loved. 6 for $4.25. They were hearty, he ate two and meaty enough. I tried the hot dog buns, beef dog was oniony and not overly salty and that sweet fluffy bun, I love them. $1.00 each. The pork crepes were delicious, I love the gelatinous texture a few minutes reheated in the microwave gives them. The are a bit heavy handed in the sesame oil use. The flavor is prominent, but I added a little chili garlic paste and a even smaller amount of soy sauce and they were delightful. I did not care for the thin sauce that came on the side. I think they were $3.95 a package of 6 or 7. I bought pork hocks, simmered in a very heady 5 Spice sauce. Sold by the pound, it was two servings for me in a 1 lb, $4.95. I added a little leftover beef gravy I was lucky to have in my frog, it tamed the sauce down. I will figure out a quick way to prepare something to tame it, maybe milk and mustard? Not sure yet. It is served hot. The others items are not that we bought. Like I mentioned in the check-in, will be regular customers. They had hot Peking Duck and Pork belly and ribs too. Other bakery items and fluffy cakes too.

Yelp
How long has this place been here? I was in the same strip mall doing some shopping at the little mart when I saw this place. Maybe it's always been there and I just never knew. There were two words that drew me in: "Bakery" and "Bbq" Within seconds of my eyes skimming across the sign my brain did one of the most important computations of modern time. Within nanoseconds my brain said "BBQ Pork buns". That was it. That's all it takes and sure enough I was right. There is a nice selections of delicious treats including variations on the stuffed bun but I was slightly in a hurry. Ladies and gentlefolk the pork buns are $1. This is an absolute no brainer. Just go there and eat this food. Very pleasant customer service here and tasty treats. I won't be verbose. It's pretty tasty!

Yelp
Ordered a BBQ pork bun thinking I would be able to enjoy my snack on the drive home, but nope. I got slapped in the face when I was directed to reheat my bun before eating, as they had just been pulled from the freezer. OHMYLANTA. Verdict: The taste wasn't bad, but the meat was a bit on the drier sider. Just a little bit more sauce, and this bun would have been perfection! I'll be back though to try some of their other baked goods.
