I ordered delivery from here and it was pretty good! I’m picky about my food and this was really good. I ordered the gen tso chicken with wonton combo soup and egg rolls. I thought I ordered two and was charged for 2 egg rolls but only got 1. But they made it extra spicy how I like,there was a lot of meat and the fried rice was good! Would definitely order from here again.

I used to live around the corner from here and also worked at the Dawghouse (bar and grill next door) so that'd what started me eating here, but now I don't do either of those things and haven't for over a year...but I still drive all the way there just to get my food bevause so far I haven't found another Chinese food place that does it for me like they do! Always ready in less than 10 minutes and my order has mever been wrong!

Clean establishment. They allow you to watch as they prepare your meal with the open view to the kitchen. Very clean & I tell you they putting soul to they're wings. Lemon pepper the go to. Great job employees floor countertop & tables always conveniently clean just sit down & enjoy.

Sauce from one entree covered everything including donuts. Delivery driver came to wrong door. Entire order is screwed. No one will help or fix. Called both company and delivery service on company website neither are willing to correct.

Excellent local Chinese restaurant-now can order online both delivery and takeout. Makes it convenient to order when it’s been a long day and you don’t feel like making dinner at home. When ordering online food is ready promptly. Be sure you request chopsticks if you want some-not automatically included (probably because most patrons don’t use chopsticks-have run into the same issue at several Asian/Pacific Rim restaurants in the area). Parking can be a bit tricky in the evening-but certainly not impossible.

I've gotten takeout from here several years ago and it was good. I dined in today for the first time since then and it's still delicious. The food was hot and fresh. You get a lot for what you pay for here. They keep it clean. The only complaint I have is they don't have a beverage fountain and that they serve Pepsi. I'm a Coke person.

The quality of food has greatly improved. Fresh rice and veg not frozen. Good portions and not too salty.

Chunks of meat all in the “vegetable spring rolls”. There’s only a few you can see now because I had my boyfriend eat a bunch to determine what it was. We were hoping it was some type of bean. I gave them a call and all she did was say “don’t worry. Spring roll only have cabbage and carrot in them” after trying to explain over and over that there’s something else in them. She said there isn’t because I apparently was lying and don’t know what carrots and cabbage look like. Waste of time and money, will not be back.

I have been a patron of the Lucky Dragon for over 20yrs. Best fried rice in Columbus area. Very consistent. Also the best Pork meat than any other Chinese I have tried

Lucky Dragon is my "go to" Chinese in Columbus. I like that it is family run so you can count on it being consistent. The service and the food it pretty much the same each time; and for me, in line with my experience of Americanized Chinese. I often eat the hot and sour soup and the steamed dumplings. I think both are above average. I also like their moo shu (chicken, pork, or vegetable) and I order it with the sauce on the side. My husband does not eat Chinese so i recently ordered him some wings from here - they were really delicious and well cooked. I have also heard many people order the fried rice while waiting for takeout so it must be pretty good. I have had many, many dishes here and I like that it doesn't feel overly greasy. I also LOVE that I can request sauce on the side for some dishes. Tip... if you like it really spicy like me, the food will not be spicy enough... you can request a side of chili oil or you can add fresh or dried Chiles at home.

Lucky dragons, service and food or number one around this end of Columbus couldn't ask for a better service or attention to detail

No longer deliver so you have to order off of Uber eats or DoorDash where it charges you almost $2 more for everything. Ridiculous how they can deliver last week but not no more as the lady said

This has always been our go too for Wonton/Egg drop soup, Chicken Fried rice and any of the combination plates. Until recently they used to be the first of their type that you could order online and have delivered. Now that Waitr is available you can use that app. Our food is always hot, done correctly and never too greasy. If you feel so compelled you may also want inside which is set up as a small diner.

This store is FILTHY! No way they scored high on inspection! Whoever inspected must not have been very thorough.

Tonight I purchased Shrimp and mushrooms with vegetables. Absolutely wonderful mushrooms were plentiful huge size very flavorful. Shrimp were huge very delicious . Carrots were crispy overall delightful

Placed an order for delivery. They said it'll take 45 mins. Well, it's been an hour now. Still no knock on door. Hoping the food is right and still warm. They came an hour and some minutes late, but the food was still warm and the delivery man was very apologetic. So we were pleased and full. Who knows maybe they were busy or short of staff. Just as long as our food arrived hot and right.

New to Columbus. We have tried 5 places in the area and this one is by far the best. If you are in search for great Chinese then do yourself a favor and come here first.

Terrible. Given the wrong order and she acted like it was my fault. Had to pay a difference to get my food. I had no cash I wish they had to pay a fee to run my card for the 1 dollar. Smh.

Horrible, I have ordered a few times and each time is different wings are as big as your hand food isnt always good only sometimes. They keep your change. I called them to bring my change back they never did. I hadnt ordered from them in a while decided to give them another try and they kept my change never again will I order this horrible food with horrible customer service! I still want my dam money but obviuosly they need it more than me. Told me they would bring my money back and never did like they were offended I wanted my change from a 20 and my order was 17 bucks. Food is not worth it I rather go to hibatchi its better quality and better price. Hibatchi is actually cheaper than them and the plate is bigger.

Just really bad Chinese food. I've had the displeasure of eating here two or three times and it's just not very good. Chicken either over or undercooked. The shrimps were not cooked plus the overcooked rice. Just a bad place to eat. I ordered a house fried rice and the food was not good. I did carried that food back. I decide to try a different type of food this time and the lady had the nerves to charge me 40 cents more for the difference of the nasty food I brought back. Very funny!!! The lady up front is very rude too. She has always been that way for many years. I will never spend a brown penny at this nasty place again!!!

Food is pretty good, I always get take out because the restaurant itself looks like it is in desperate need of a remodel.

This place is delicious!!! Perfect spot for take out or delivery. The food is always hot and fresh when you order. There rice is fluffy and moist. Their egg rolls are crispy and flavorful. Highly recommend their sesame chicken. Every time I go, they are always busy taking orders over the phone and lots of people cooking getting the orders ready. Clearly, I'm not the only person who thinks this place is great. Simply delicious!

I was a little skeptical when I found it in a nondescript shopping center next to a Goodwill, but the food was surprisingly tasty, and the portions were the largest I have ever seen for a Chinese restaurant. The triple delight comes recommended by me although the beef wasn't as tasty as the chicken and shrimp.

Very good always fresh Mongolian Triple delight is amazing beef chicken shrimp. Delicious lo mein!!!

This is our go-to Chinese takeout place. We order frequently and the food is always hot and fresh. I LOVE their fried dumplings and I'm pretty picky about those. My daughter always orders the beef lo mein and its always delicious. Not crazy about the egg rolls though. Overall I can't say we've ever had a negative experience and we've ordered well over 10 times from here. I ordered delivery this week and even though they told me 45-55 minutes our food arrived with a smile in 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend lucky dragon.

I would give the food a 4 star. BUT when I called in for delivery I told them where we lived the entire address. I guess the lady who answered the phone didn't listen to it completely. About thirty minutes after I ordered the delivery man called me asking about my address because he was outside of a school. I told him the address again and he seemed agitated but I understood since he had gotten the wrong address from the receptionist. It took him about twenty minutes to get to my house but once again I wasn't upset I understood. My order was 18.06 I only had a 20 so I handed it to him and tried thanking him for the food and to apologize about the confusion. ALL he did was take the money and start to walk away and say ok. I then told him to keep the change as he was rolling his eyes and putting his back to me! I WILL NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN BECAUSE HE WAS RUDE!

Okay sushi for the price that you pay, delivery is a little off but I recommend that you order there and pick up. Other than that, it's okay.

Ordered sushi to go, maybe sushi isn't their thing because it was not very good. Again maybe Chinese is the way to go from this place. Any how, it took over an hour to deliver. Delivery guy showed up with only five dollars change, not his fault, he had more in his car but messed up giving me change once he got more. Not a huge deal, I've worked food service and understand, I was mostly just frustrated with the wait and disappointed with the quality. Next time I will order Chinese from them instead!

Great Chinese. We've lived here a year and we went through soooo many bad places. This place was great. Warm, fresh food! Loved the general T chicken and spring rolls.

The honey wings were delicious! Food came within a decent time after delivery order was placed and the staff were polite! I will definitely be returning!

Food was worth the money. Unfortunately, it took over an hour and a half for the delivery. In the middle of the day not in a lunch/rush. Knowing they only had to drive five miles and with traffic it may take ten minutes. I was very dissatisfied with the timeline.

I really like the food here. The portions are generous and the food is very good. I've only ordered food to go but the staff seems very friendly. The dining area could use some TLC but it's very clean.

One of the best stops in town or take out or delivery. I was completely impressed with their prices and how quickly they came on a delivery. I highly recommend the general tso and grab ragoons. I am a huge fan of crab ragoons and very picky about where I go to get them! Lucky dragons were thick, cooked well and overall delicious!! Recommend to everyone!

Being from out of town we were not sure but the food was delicious! We would order take out again! Sichuan chicken, dumplings, general tso and egg rolls and rice were perfect! We actually had way too much food!

My large family has always loved Lucky Dragon. We are vegetarian and enjoy the vegetable options, tofu, rice and noodles. The food is abundant, fresh, tasty, prepared quickly and fairly priced.

Our go to Chinese restaurant for take out or delivery. Fast service, usually call on the trip home and picking up hot food 10-15 min later. You get the best Value for you dollar here even if it is delivered.

Have ordered from here before. Hasn't always been the greatest food. But I took a chance again and surprisingly it was really good. So you never know. Maybe they have a new chef.

Delivery was fast. The food is good and the portions are good. The combinations are cheap. This is a solid Chinese restaurant.

Placed an order Togo, and they said it would be 10 minutes. Got there and they were locking up and turning the lights off. They said they just didn't make it. Excuse me? I took my time to call and order and drive out here to get food and you decided that you were just not going to make it. At least have the decency to call and let me know. Very very very angry and will never take my time ever again to put it into this restaurant. If they had any other social media I would go around and post this so that everyone would know never to order from here. They may not even make your food so don't even take the chance.

It has taken 3-4 restaurants to find a good Chinese food restaurant. Well we finally found it! We enjoy the mongolian beef, sweet and sour chicken, beef and broccoli, wonton soup, and egg rolls.

We used to really enjoy this place. It has really gone down. We ordered special fried rice and it only had 4 shrimp and almost no meat in it. Ordered soup and they did not send the wonton crisps to go with the soup, which we really like. We also ordered egg rolls. They did not give any condiments , such as spicy mustard. We were very disappointed with our meal and will not return to this restaurant.

The crab rangoon is my favorite. The egg rolls have a peanut taste. Maybe fried in peanut oil. It's great. I've had the Mongolian Beef, which was a bit too salty, and Sesame Chicken which was dark meat, fried, with sauce. Strong 4 stars.

I'm sitting at the restaurant as I write this so that should say something. I ordered pick up and she told me it was $16 and some changed. I go to pick it up and the lady at the front tells me it's $32 something so I tell her the lady I spoke to on the phone told me it was only $16 and politely asked if she had the wrong order. Then she snaps on me and repeats my order with a terrible attitude. I was so taken back I just looked at her and said I'm sorry I was just double checking. She then took my food and remade it? I'm assuming the correct order. I had to wait an additional 15 to get my order that I ordered over 45 minutes ago. The food is amazing but the service is why I will never be going back.

Very crappy customer service and I would use stronger language but will not go to this restaurant's level. I placed a large order online and gave a large tip only to find out that I was missing an entree. Yeah was only ten bucks but ten bucks is ten bucks and my daughter was expecting this food item. I called the restaurant and had a lady ARGUE with me that a lady had called the order in and was informed that the entree was not available. I USED THE ONLINE MENU SERVICE THIS RESTAURANT PROVIDED and no one here called an order in. I was NEVER informed of any of this though you have to provide a phone number when placing the online order. Bottom line: I WAS STILL CHARGED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER AND NO APOLOGY OR ANY ATTEMPT TO MAKE UP FOR THIS AND THIS RESTAURANT IS FIVE MINUTES AWAY FROM ME!!! No customer service at all. Guess I'm just a one unsatisfied customer that they will just blow off because, hey, my money doesn't matter.
