I celebrated my birthday at Lucky Strike Wrigleyville on May 11th, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The service was exceptional from start to finish. They decorated our table beautifully and allowed us to stay longer since there were no reservations after us, which made our celebration even more special. The food was fantastic, including delicious mini burgers and chicken wings. We had a blast with the arcade games and playing ping pong. The drinks were also top-notch. I really appreciated the flexibility they offered, letting us bring our own decorations and cake. Overall, we had an amazing time, and I highly recommend Lucky Strike for any special occasion. Thank you so much for making my birthday unforgettable!

Had a wonderful time out with the family. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. We went in to to play for a bit and to see about booking a birthday party for our eldest. Yvonne at the front counter was so kind and patient. She graciously went above and beyond to answer any and all questions and was very knowledgeable about the party packages available. We look forward to returning with our friends and family to celebrate our child’s birthday.

I really liked this arcade. They have good prizes, and it’s a super clean, somewhat luxurious environment. Think luxury that has been graffitied over. However this place is a MONEY SUCK when it comes to claw machines. I have tried EXTREMELY Hard to win a set of Care Bears and a neon tie dye Hello Kitty from the claw machine’s to no avail. I have wasted so much time, technique, and money just trying to win those plushies. Yes I could buy them, but it’s more fun to EARN them. Having a claw machine with too few prizes inside, coupled with an extremely high payout rate is not only a waste of consumer time, but it makes people like me give up, and go to better and cheaper arcades. They really NEED to do what other arcades have done: have claw machines that are actually full of prizes, that are stacked high enough for a better payout rate. That way kids and adults can win a prize or two and not feel cheated. I actually gave up and went to Hollywood Park in Crestwood just to win what I wanted. Please take these words to heart Lucky Strike: watch what your arcade competition does and learn from them. Yes I know you need to pay your bills, but you will QUICKLY loose loyal customers like me with frequent losses like this. I can’t even avalanche a prize in like at Round 1 Arcade, or have a bounce in win like around the corner at Sluggers. Please, FILL YOUR CLAW MACHINES! Also seriously LOWER the payout rate! Don’t make loyal customers go elsewhere to spend their money. Thank you.

Went to celebrate a besties birthday and our group of friends had such a blast. The drinks are delicious and the appetizers really hit the spot. We all agreed and noted that the service was so wonderful! Yvonne was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I’ve had so much fun and will definitely be coming back!

I came here to celebrate a birthday with some close friends and a time was surely had. The pins fell, the balls rolled, the food was hot & tasty, and the drinks were well made and cold. I particularly enjoyed the service from Yvonne. She was very friendly, professional, and provided all around great service. Giver her a raise or something.

Had my daughter’s tenth birthday party here and cannot say enough nice things about my experience. From Caitlin who helped me book, to everyone at this location, the staff was so helpful and went above and beyond. I was feeling super stressed when I arrived because we had some last minute add ons but I did not need to be stressed. Staff made sure everyone had a great experience. The space is clean and beautiful. Highly recommend hosting your event here. The gaming side is huge! So much fun to be had.

Google
What an amazing vibe! I went in for the drinks, stayed for the friendly staff. There’s tons of fun entertainment here such as Bowling, Pool tables, Ping Pong, and a huge arcade with tons of options! Even the food was incredible. There was a gentleman by the name of Brandon Claton in paticular that went above and beyond for us. He was very professional and kept a huge smile on his face throughout our night. He made sure that Lucky Strike remained clean, and that we were happy with Lucky Strikes services. A++

Had a blast last night, especially with Yvonne as our runner she made sure we were good Everytime she passed by, gave us recommendations (which my group loved) DEFINITELY will come back for birthdays and hopefully have Yvonne again!

Yelp
I always found lucky strike a fun spot for activities. We came here to get a bit to eat. The food was good but I honestly food their menu pretty limited. the service was fast and friendly. We mostly hit the arcade. They have traditional games like skee ball and air hockey. I guess I was a little disappointing in the lack of traditional arcade games. Lots of racing but most of the games are pretty much phone apps on a big screen. We didn't do any bowling but maybe next time! Fun spot!

Yelp
Love the energy! I always enjoy the fun energy at places like Lucky Strike Social. I like how it provides fun and interactive games and danceable music. We came to Lucky Strikes to celebrate our achievements and accomplishments for the new year. John our server rated an A for service. He started our evening with drinks and then we ordered the food. I ordered the shrimp tacos. They tasted scrumptious! I liked the sauce and the taco toppings. The toppings included chopped tomatoes, Julianne sliced carrots, and chopped cucumbers wrapped in small taco shells. Delicious. Our crew ordered a double cheese burger with fries, beef tacos and monster burger with garlic fries on the side. We all enjoyed the food. We definitely plan to come here again for another event. Come and bring a date, family or friends.

Yelp
We only came in for a few beers following the Cubs game. Like many food service establishments, it's apparent that they are suffering from the difficult task of keeping and employing food service workers. The bartender was just not able to handle the work. I think he was trying, however he could not keep up and left many waiting and waiting at the bar just to grab a few beers. It was not very busy and was clear that another bartender was needed. When we asked if we should wait at our table for a server, he stated that we could but it may take awhile. WTH? Looks like a cool place with bowling, skeeball, video games, ping pong, etc.

Yelp
BEWARE of the hidden charges of this place. To start, I never found the prices listed anywhere for cocktails or beers... my husband ordered us 2 drinks at the bar... comes back to say it was $35... im like Ouch... thats like $17 a drink. Later come home and he had the receipt and they automatically charged gratuity! On 2 drinks ordered at the bar??? We had to tip you $6 plus we left a tip on top of that. Bc who charges you gratuity on 2 drinks. WAYYY OVERPRICED, hidden fees. Not impressed & never going back. There is a reason we were the only people in here.

Cody S.

Yelp
Always love this place. It's so much fun. We usually go for the arcade but we hit up the bowling alley as well. Best view in the city for bowling!!!! The bar is amazing, it's huge with good food, good service, and big TVs for watching a game. One of my favorite places in the city!

Danielle D.

Yelp
Hosted my birthday outing with some friends here on weekday night. It wasn't super busy. Easily made the reservation online. We had 1 lane for 7 ppl and got 2 full games in with minutes to spare so keep that in mind when booking # of lanes We ordered the buffalo cauliflower, sample platter and nachos. All really good. They had a variety of beer and we got a beer tower plus other drinks. Service was good! They set up our section with a happy birthday sign which was a cute touch. They thanked me for reserving ahead of time and gifted us another 2 hours of free bowling for another time and 20 arcade credits that we used after our bowling session. Arcade is a bit pricey. A lot of the games are 5+ credits and very short.

Yelp
My husband always finds the best places to unwind. As soon as we walked in, we easily found a place to sit and ordered a couple of drinks and appetizers. The service was great! He then bought us game cards for arcade games and bowling. Needless to say, I spent my credits a lot faster than he did. Overall, the lighting was dim, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The food was great, the games were super fun, and we had a terrific time! Just keep in mind that parking is not free.

Julia M.

Yelp
Vanessa and Mark helped us sort out our old arcade cards and it was amazing! Why did I have a bunch of old arcade cards you ask? Because I'm a gamer, I love the arcade at Lucky Strike, and have been going there for years now. I've dragged pretty much every friend I have to Lucky Strike to play Pump It Up :) The people who helped us were so knowledgeable, smart, kind, and helpful. Lucky Strike is lucky to have such lovely people working for them. Thanks again Vanessa and Mark!

Yelp
We stumbled on Lucky Strike before a concert at Wrigley and we had two teenage boys to keep occupied for a few hours. The couches at the bowling lanes were super comfy, the pretzels were delicious, but the lane kept jamming up. We wasted a good 15ish minutes of our purchased 90 mins on it. Other than that, the boys had a blast bowling and playing video games. Jenga was a great touch!

Yelp
Short story: Great bowling. Fantastic arcade (think Dave and Busters) and fantastic customer service! I will definitely be back. Full story: We went to bowl around 11 on Sunday. Very soon after they opened. We bought an hour of bowling. It was fun! Black light lanes (would be cool with neon balls) but was we were having a great time. Lost a few balls to the lane. They just never returned, but no big deal, since not many people were there I could always find a replacement. After 50 min, we got warned on screen we had 10 more minutes and wanted to buy another hour for the lane. After asking the cashier and a review of the book, they said we couldn't do another hour, due to a party coming in. We accepted that and went to finish the last 10 min of our game. After we finished, we took our shoes back and we're prepared to leave happy, but they stopped us and said "We're sorry you couldn't have another hour of bowling. We're going to give you a free hour in the arcade" So completely unprompted, they gave both of us (my brother and I) 60 min arcade cards! We played so many games together and had a great time. The arcade is really nice. They have modern arcade games, all the good ones from Dave and Busters plus some new ones. I was just taken by the customer service. This was my first time to this business, but I am incredibly impressed by that kind gesture. My brother was visiting from Ohio and it was his last day here, so it really gave us some great memories together. I will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone who asks for a fun time in the area! Thanks again!

Yelp
I wanted to like it, but it was too expensive for what it is. First though - our server, Jack, was fantastic! He was so friendly and attentive. We ordered the crispy cauliflower, and it was pretty good. Positives aside - the bowling just for two people was too much money. We went during the day, and there was a kids birthday party, and we probably should have gone in the evening for a better experience. We tried the arcade part, but the tokens were also overpriced. The design is cool, and the location is great. It's too bad!

Sandro J.

Yelp
Bring your kids and have a drink! Best deal in town bonus credits for just $30!!!! Leo our server was so kind and hilarious he has such a good attitude and is extremely knowledgeable.

Orlando M.

Yelp
Cool place to bring the family. Nice selection of prizes with cool games and bowling.

Yelp
As far as food goes, Be prepared to wait. I'm usually a very patient person and very rarely give poor reviews but I was genuinely disappointed at how slow service for food was. We waited for over 45 mins to get a server to actually order our food. Drinks took another 20 mins to even be ordered. I ordered some nachos and honestly they were not that great, they seem to barely have any toppings, some of the chips seemed raw, I do not recommend. We ended up here to bowl and didn't even get the chance to bowl because of the amount of people who were there. All lanes were taken for the night. As far as the ambiance and the place itself, it's a very large accommodating space, the tv screens are big , the place looks good overall. If you're here to just enjoy the games it's probably a good place. I didn't stay long enough to find out as I was already impatient waiting 45+ min for food. If you're coming here I recommend you come with patience, maybe don't eat here? Bar seems ok for drinks, games seem ok too. don't expect to bowl I'm only giving this two stars because of how nice the place actually looks, that def deserves a 5 star rating, but with the horrible service for food, Def brings this down to 2 stars for me.

Yelp
A little pre-game beer with friends, so fun!!! Wishing I took more pictures to share as this is a really cool place to venture into!

Yelp
Took my family here today and had a really sweet time. Our server Lili was super friendly and gave us great recommendations. My daughter loved the chicken tenders. And we all loved the VR racing game in the arcade. Will definitely come back!

C R.

Yelp
Went in while a Cubs game was going on - 2pm on a Saturday - and it was probably only 10% full. Many many open tables. That said, we had our choice and we picked a booth by the window. Our server (maybe her name was Lilly?) took our order and got 2 or the 3 food items wrong. That was realized when she delivered the food. She said she'd take the 2 incorrect items back to the kitchen to fix. On the third, a Chicken Sandwich, the dressing/sauce was inadvertently left off. She said she would bring a side of it over. After nearly 10 minutes of waiting, I just got up and walked over to the kitchen and asked the expediter for that side of sauce - which he was able to give me quickly. When the server returned with the two fixed entrees, I had nearly finished my sandwich. I said to her, "oh, I got the side of sauce from the kitchen in case it you were still working on it." She looked at me and said, quite earnestly, "You don't have to use that tone with me." Like I was the one at fault. "What tone is that?" I asked. "Rude," she said. While I made sure to deliver my first remark with neutrality, I responded most certainly sarcastically with "well, you did forget my request for sauce, which was supposed to come on the sandwich, as well as messing up on the orders. Maybe an apology would be nice." I don't fault someone just starting out, because it was clear she had little-to-no experience. But have a little humility and learn to take responsibility and apologize when needed. If she didn't realize we would have liked to eat together... and the fact that we didn't was on her... then maybe she needs more training. In life. The manager finished waiting on us - never explained why, but I expect the server didn't know how to further handle the situation. Manager was nice but didn't seem to want to hear our side of things (because she never asked). She comp'd a side of garlic parm fries for the bad service and snafus. Not a great resolution... in my opinion.

Yelp
Lucky Strike was a fun night out with friends! Pretty much exactly what you would expect. We had a group of 8 and we reserved a lane in advance. We did not utilize the arcade. I almost wish they had a few more bowling lanes, the arcade seemed pretty empty. Staff were enforcing the vaccine mandate and required us to show our proof of vaccine and our ids. We were there on a Friday and it was surprisingly not at busy as we thought it would be. Wait staff were nice and accommodating. We ordered nearly every appetizer. I recommend the boneless bites and the Mac n cheese bites. Pizza was smaller than we anticipated and a little underwhelming. On the contrary, the nachos are huge and were great for the group. Nothing really to write home about, but decent for a bowling alley/arcade food menu. Cocktails were tasty! I loved the skinny marg, and we had a few good beers as well. They are a little on the pricey side, but pretty much on par for the Wrigleyville area.

Tinisha B.

Yelp
Sweet Saturday's at Lucky Strikes Wrigley are the best. The staff was amazing and very friendly. While waiting on a lane we were conveniently able to dine and have cocktails to kill some time. After having so much fun at the table, we decided to pass on the bowling and head straight to air hockey and Pac-Man. Adult fun is always allowed at Lucky Strikes however this place is very kid friendly.

RICK L.

Yelp
Loud, fun bar with decent shareable menu, and some games, right across the street from Wrigley Field.

Mara S.

Yelp
We had the best time at lucky strike. Mitchell was amazing! So much fun bowling and playing games. Great place to go after a game!

Khrystal E.

Yelp
Great place for all ages to have fun. They got it all- a bar, arcade, food, pool and ping pong! The alley sampler has a good variety of appetizers to share with amongst a group. There's a good variety of draft beers, bottled beer and fun cocktails. Don't sleep on this place when you're looking for a place to hang out and have fun!

Vida B.

Yelp
I had the best time enjoying a girls night out at Lucky Strike Wrigleyville. The music was good, the wings were delicious, drinks were flowing and the staff was so incredibly hospitable! Our hostess Yvonne was such a sweetheart and our waiters Jack & Haley were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Would definitely be back to watch another Cubbies game and enjoy the arcade/bowling lanes. (You can even bring the kids along as accompanied minors are allowed before 9pm) Go Cubs Go!

Bart J.

Yelp
Near the ball field and went here for a business party before a Cubs game and had a great time. What's not to like about food, drink and your very own bowling lane to boot. Start the party here and take it on into the stadium when you go see the Cubs. It does get packed so make sure you have advance plans for this one. Hope you get a strike.

Yelp
Great spot to come with a larger group or for a date night! I came to Lucky Strike with a group of friends on Friday night for some good ol' fashion bowling and we had a blast. If you haven't been, Lucky Strike is a swanky bowling alley meets equally swanky arcade. It's easily the nicest bowling alley OR arcade I've ever been to. Well kept and easy to navigate when it comes to booking bowling lanes or shooting some ski ball in the arcade. We came without a reservation and were good to bowl with zero wait which was a pleasant surprise! The bowling area is complete with large leather couches facing each other and a big table in between. Setting up bumpers for bowlers who aren't the best (guilty) is easy enough, and they come and go depending on the player and their preferences. While we bowled, we had an awesome server who was attentive and had lots of insight on the menu. The nachos were delish, as were the french fries! Drinks were good and decently priced. The arcade side is filled with your classic arcade game along with some fun new ones. You load a Lucky Strike card with money, making is really easy to swipe and play. Overall, super fun spot to come if you want to do more than just sit around a bar and eat. I'm sure we'll be back a lot for a fun night in the coming cold months!

Hiroshi A.

Yelp
Fun place to grab drinks and play some games. Can't speak to the food, but I'll be back again!

Shay R.

Yelp
I am so happy they built a luxury style bowling alley in the neighborhood. It helps to eliminate having to go all the way downtown and dealing with the parking situation. When you first enter the building it is luxury all the way. You will he met with a bouncer checking IDs depending on the time of day. They have a few beautiful murals on the walls as you walk upstairs. The bowling alley and arcade is located on the top floor. Unfortunately my group visited on a Saturday night when they had a private bowling party that had the lanes until at least 10 pm or 10:30 pm and the wait-list to bowl was so long the staff commented that we wouldn't bowl until the moment that they close. It was a bummer because you normally come to Lucky Strike to bowl but they have half the lanes available as other locations. My group settled on just going to the arcade and grabbing a few drinks. The drinks were surprisingly affordable, especially when you think about the drink prices at the Illinois St location. I got a mixed drink that was only a few bucks more than the glass of soda that my husband got. They charged $4 for a glass of soda... for that price we could've add vodka for a few more bucks. The arcade area was large, extremely bright, and brought back the days of going to Dave and Busters. They offer a good enough selection of games to play that can keep your group entertained for probably an hour. The games are a little pricey and add up once you find that one special addicting game. I spent easily $30-$40 between my husband and I for the few games we played. We got addicted to the Transformer game which is so fun! This is a great place to visit on a rainy day and you want a chill night with friends.

Nik L.

Yelp
Friend rented two bowling lanes. All you can drink, All you can eat from 8-10. First round of drinks came Out at 8:30. All the food we pre-ordered came out at 9. Manger informed us we could bowl an extra half hour but food and drink ended at 10 even though they were an hour late Our server (white dude with arm tats) told us we could get double (shot) drinks and Venmo him direct after. Staff sucked Food sucked Drinks sucked Manager had nothing to say when politely confronted except that she was busy. Save your MONEY!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Anna M.

Yelp
I came in here on a Sunday evening. No one was at the bar. Bartender waited 20 minutes to approach us. After we finally ordered 1 drink he never came back to check on us, had to call him over ourselves and he processed to say well we are done serving. This was by far the worst service I've ever gotten.

Will D.

Yelp
Very nice, modern and spacious space. All the games and alleys are new. Bars are nice, plenty of screens for sports. Food and drink also good and variety really good. Fun for family!

Gin G.

Yelp
Slow service although the girl was nice n apologized but our drinks took forever (about 30 mins) n it wasn't even busy!! Our food came out it was cold. And the burger I order has a piece of brown lettuce. How do you put brown lettuce on a plate n ask a customer to "enjoy" it?????

Alysha D.

Yelp
You'd be better off going to an old, dive bowling alley than footing the outrageous cost of bowling here for crappy service and overall experience. Prepaid $300 for 2.5 hours of bowling and 2 gamer cards. When seated we were told a waitress would be right over...they were not. No big deal - we used the order online function. Drinks came a bit later (1 pitcher, a diet soda and 2 mixed drinks...$98). Next round put in...after waiting 20 mins I toon myself to the bar to get my own ordered and prepaid drinks (which I tipped on for what because I was basically serving myself). Seems to be staffed appropriately for the day and amount of people here yet service was underwhelming to say the least. (Not even going to mention the fact we got seated next to a large family whose children continued coming over into our lane and there were zero oversight from staff that they had 3+ people throwing balls at the same time on the same lane). Overall, will never be back...this $500 "experience" I could've done way more for way less.

Rebecca C.

Yelp
Went to Lucky Strike on Friday (4/1/22) around 7:30pm. We put our names in for bowling which was expected to be around an hour and a half wait, and grabbed some food and drinks. We got the wings, the nachos, and the mac and cheese bites. They were okay! What you would expect from a place like this. We played some arcade games until it was our turn to bowl and then played a few games of bowling. The only thing I will say is that we paid for an hour of bowling but our lane had many technical difficulties and we only ended up being able to play for about 45 minutes. Also- when we went to cash in our tickets at the end of the night there were no prizes to choose from since they hadn't received the shipment. That wasn't their fault but I would've liked to know that before buying a card to play the games.

Kaush P.

Yelp
By far the worst service anywhere in wrigleyville. So disorganized. Place isn't even busy and people walking around ignoring customers. Hope corporate sees this and sends in a secret diner to see how bad it is.

Kwians K.

Yelp
Great staff head chef she made it feel like home best cheese fries in the game. Better pizza than any of these chain restaurants.

Jaquilla K.

Yelp
Honestly one of the best places on earth head chef made place feel like home personal fav are the stake nachos and the mock tails

Jeremy B.

Yelp
Super fun addition to Wrigleyville. The space itself is beautiful and decorated in a fun way with a Chicago twist. Think city flags, art work, Cubs touches, etc. The Social aspect differs from being just a bowling place. In addition they have all the things you would expect if you have been to a For The Win (FTW): video games, arcade games where you win tickets for cheesy prizes, pool and ping pong tables. The service was super friendly and the food pretty good. Will be back to explore more!

Brandi E.

Yelp
Terrible service. I'm not quite sure where I went wrong but as soon as my family entered the establishment we were treated terribly by the manager and waiters. My family came to play arcade games, eat, and sing happy birthday to our kid on a Saturday around 5 pm. We made sure to come before the late night crowd to avoid the nightlife. During the time of our arrival the team was under a shift change and I was told by a server to place an order at the bar. When I arrived at the bar one of the bartenders pointed me to some of the staff who were just starting their shift. I waited at the bar as I watched one of bartenders help everyone (white patrons) before me. Finally I spoke up and said "hey I hav been here before these other guests" her response to me was that these other patrons had open tabs, which I responded that I was waiting to open one. She never helped me and continued to act "busy" even when she wasn't helping patrons. My husband was able to flag down a manager after the rude interaction and he sent us a waiter to our table but he offered nothing to make up for the mistreatment from his staff. He never came to the table to apologize or even hear the whole story. If my son wasn't already anticipating playing in the arcade I would have left this establishment. Nonetheless, I will be sure to never return.

Yelp
Celebrated my fiancé's 30th surprise birthday party here and I am truly grateful for Kirsten from Private Dining and Chris the GM for taking care of the event! Kirsten was wonderful from start to finish coordinating logistics and details with me and answering all my questions. Brian and Chris also helped me with additional questions when visiting the venue. The entire place was huge and the arcade had so many games! We were able to have bowling lanes, a private dining space, billiards table, and arcade cards for our event. The drinks were strong and highly recommended the cheeseburger sliders. Thanks Kirsten for all your help!

Isaiah C.

Yelp
When I say terrible, it's truly due to the quality of my overall experience, no issues with staff what so ever. First experience going was trying arcade games. Many of these games have an extremely low ticket payout for the price it costs to play. I have years spending majority of my time in multiple arcades in Chicago and this is probably the most expensive on my list. The selection of games are less and pretty generic to any other arcade that you may go to. Don't plan on getting any prizes besides tootsie rolls unless you also want the enjoyment of spending money on a mid arcade. -__- Bar service was a nightmare. The bartender themselves were super sweet though, They are the only reason why I'm willing to give this place a star. The bar was super packed with only one person to service everyone. We ended up waiting more than 40 minutes to order a drink, when even then, a rum and coke cost $9 and a draft beer cost $10. On top of that, there were so many dirty glasses and receipts all over the counter that made it hard to find a seat. Shout out to the bartender for keeping a positive mindset and handling the rush like a boss though. As for bowling, probably the worst maintained lanes I've experienced in my life. There is practically no oil on the lanes which means the surface of the lanes are ruined. The pin setters are strings attached to the pins that sometimes don't work and The ball returns are so close to the foul line that you can't throw the bowling ball without hitting the back of your foot on it. There are so many places with better quality, variety and affordable options other than here. If you really aren't concerned about money and care more about the convenience of an arcade being near to where you live, i don't see any other reason to come here.

Yelp
Fun venue with a lot of potential but staff was an absolute nightmare. I get that the talent pool sucks but even management seemed lazy and disinterested in providing a positive guest experience. They were more worried about closing RIGHT at 10:00 and not a minute later. Myself and 5 guests with me were practically pushed out the door. Servers and bussers started grabbing anything and everything off of our table while we were still eating and finishing our drinks and this was 15 minutes BEFORE close. Could not have had a more negative experience and this was most of our first times and we all work at Wrigley Field. I would assume if the owners were aware of their staff pushing out paying customers after a rough fiscal year that they would fire everyone if they could afford to, but I very much sympathize with the struggle to find people who want to work especially in hospitality right now, but this issue starts with management. Saw the managers walking around helping to close as quickly as possible and not bothering to check on the remaining guests. Also this was on a Cubs game day (that got postponed) as well as a night of an NBA Finals game so there was absolutely still money to be made.

Yelp
My daughter left her phone here. After spending 150 dollars We live in the neighborhood. After 10 minutes we called and the front desk told us " we are too busy". It was Tuesday just after Christmas. We waited on hold for a manager for 20 min. No answer Save your time and money. This place is not looking out for you

Yelp
I had my birthday here and Katrina was the sweetest! I insisted on taking a shot so she finally broke and rookie a water shot! Made my night, service was 10/10. Would definitely recommend!!!

Yelp
The atmosphere here is great and the views are awesome, plus its location right by the Addison stop is unbeatable. The food, however, is another story. We had pepperoni and cheese pizza that was, for a lack of better words, disgusting. Clearly overpriced, super poor quality, frozen pizza. We also had the Mac and Cheese bites that were way more breading than Mac and Cheese. The brussel sprouts were okay, but still ridiculously salty. Go there for the bowling and games, but then head to literally any other place in Wrigleyville for food.

Yelp
We were in Chicago with teens and staying in Wrigleyville. This was a great place for dinner and games. The place was pretty empty given the Cubs weren't in town. I can see this place being crazy busy during game days.

Yelp
Went here last night for the first time in months. It will be my last time. I'm consistently disappointed by the way I'm treated by their waitstaff. I have patience for slow service these days, but no patience for slow and rude. This place doesn't deserve your money. Avoid.

Yelp
As of 10/1/23 the corporate management has changed things at Lucky Strike. Games are more expensive and there is a new machine for the arcade. Arcade cards are now up charged a service fee of $3 per card. Menu is different and there are no vegetarian options, just bar food style. Food is horrible as well and cold when you receive it. And big swarming, EVERY bill is charged 18% gratuity. We were told the wait staff gets the gratuity, evenly distributed. This does not allow good service to be tipped to a particular waitstaff. Good and bad servers will get the same tip amount at the end of their shift. Don't bother talking to management. They recite a scripted corporate response ("we will take your suggestions back to corporate "...blah, blah, blah). We will not be returning to Luck Strike again (and we used to be regular customers). You should NOT go here. We believe these changes were made due to competition from the new Draft Kings across the street.

Yelp
This place is SO much fun!!! We had a work party there today which included 2 hours of bowling, 2 hrs of unlimited food and drinks. The margarita pizza and fried Mac and cheese were the highlight! So yummy!! It definitely was an upscale bowling experience. So nice to sit in comfy couches vs hard plastic chairs that hurt your back. Our team had such a blast! The wait staff was awesome!!! Our servers were extremely attentive and nobody was ever hungry or thirsty. I wish I remembered the guys name to give him a well deserved shoutout, but he was seriously so kind to us. Always made sure we were having a good time. Me and a couple co workers stayed after to play games and had a blast. Really excited to come back again!

Yelp
Arcade was still fun even though there weren't that many different options on games. Food was just okay, not really worth it. Most beer choices were unavailable. The place is beautiful, and there's a cheap parking lot nearby! As for the customer service, it was just okay.
