Customer service is very important in my business. On this particular day, I happened to walk into Lucky’s. I know I’ve been there before on a late night when it was jampacked, but I’ve never been there to eat. The chicken wings I got in this place—oh man, they were amazing! The young lady who was the bartender did an excellent job. That’s why I posted her picture; she gave me the best customer service, made me feel very comfortable, suggested some good drinks, and also recommended the chicken wings. I will definitely come back and visit. Definitely a place to check out if you're in town or in the area. Yeah, check out Lucky’s!

This is the ONLY place I will grab a lemon drop with Vodka from. I had regular lemon drops and pomegranate lemon drop. 😊. Food wise: Wings, shrimp and truffle fries are A1. They slap every time. Adrienne was the bestest— very attentive and had a great personality. I’ll definitely be back.

Found out about this place and wanted to check it out. I was more intrigued since it was a black woman owned. I arrived early because I know it can fill up quickly. The bartender was wearing many hats. She was the bartender, host, and server. She was on point. She made very good drinks. I had the sliders and cauliflower arancini(I didn't know what it was, but it was good). On my way out, I found out that the bartender with multiple roles was Lucky.

Would recommend! The hospitality at this restaurant amazed me. The servers and the bartender were well deserved of their tip! The bartender, gave my sister and I free shots! He took his time to recommend a drink (Knock on Wood) based on my taste preferences, and he was spot on! Music was chill and not too loud. The fried chicken has this very tasty dry seasoning on them. Crispy and delicious! The dusted/seasoned fries are so good! Lucky’s sauce is amazing paired with anything! Attached is pictures and the receipt (for two) to give an idea of what to expect. Give this place a try, and enjoy!

So today was the start of my Black owned lounge tour in Brooklyn an Lucky’s was my first choice. So let me tell you I was pleased from the door. The welcome and the atmosphere was on point. The waitress was kind and very pleasant. We was seated and served in no time. As for the food let’s just say we had double portions of those wings and catfish strips.The beef sliders was was popping as well. Let’s not forget that’s that special Lucky sauce. That I put on everything I had. Even the Drinks was worth getting serval rounds. Yes Lucky’s get my vote any day. At the end I found out the waitress herself was the owner herself my hat goes off to you young lady well done.keep doing what you do. You can best to believe I will be back again real soon. I have to try Brunch. Thanks again Lucky Lounge and staff. I truly appreciate you. Try Lucky’s for that special or fun moment you want be disappointed

Place is small and was really crowded by time I got there after work on a Thursday. They tried to utilize all the space but by the door definitely needs to have more room for entering and exiting. The server was nice and even though it seemed like she was the only one, food and drinks didn’t take long. Food and drinks was good. The fries Was really good. Wouldn’t mind trying out the spot again.

Great hidden gem! Me and my bestie have been stopping by a new happy hour every week. We already decided we will be back here next week. The first spot we have chosen to repeat. Drinks and food are great. Atmosphere great! Caribbean music great. Service, great!!

Lucky’s has the best happy hour menu in the neighborhood! Great deals on appetizers and drinks — making it the perfect spot to meet up with friends after work. I’ve been a few times and the service is always super lovely, friendly, and attentive. They have great truffle fries, sliders and cocktails. The music can sometimes be a little loud, so go in knowing the energy is vibrant and fun. Oh, and their backyard is super cute!

Very cute bar, with small yummy plates and tasty drinks. Lots of events and specials for patrons. Not usually the friendliest bartending staff but the owner, Lucky, is great. Always good vibes in here.

I've seen this place on IG soooooo many times, and I was excited to try them out. We arrived, and the inside was empty. The bartender was fairly reserved, almost aloof. My friend and I are looking for a regular place to hang out after work. So we rolled with the punches. The space was cozy and cute, but the outside was more vibrant. So, we chose to sit out in the backyard. The fireplace tables were full, so we sat at the tables along the fence. We sat down, and the cushions were wet! This should have been our warning of the experience to come. The lack of acknowledgment and assistance was startling..... the suggestion was to put the cushions on the ground. Ooookay. We ordered drinks and a few "happy hour" and taco Tuesday "specials". On the website, the $5 special is a taco and a shot, and $5 sliders, fries, etc. In our experience, everything was a la carte. A 3oz slider.... one for $5. A skinny vial, half ounce of tequila $5. The only item really worth it was the truffle fries, which were cold (they sat in the window for quite some time, I saw it when I went inside to the restroom, with the inside still empty. This took 25-30 mins even the "shot" and the hard cider. Yet and still..... we were patient. No utensils, napkins (after the food was done). We waited for a sold 45 mins for her to return to see if we'd like more or the check. So we went inside, expressed our desire to pay, and waited 25 more minutes. If we were not good people, we could have walked out. Or, like the ladies at a table, we overheard discussing their disdain for a similar experience. We were completely bewildered why this would be our experience until printing the bill took 5-10 minutes per person (2 bills, with 3 items each) with a 20% gratuity added. I do not take kindly to being taken for a ride, so this will be my last visit. Disappointed is an understatement.

I came here for brunch with two of my girls on Sunday. It Is really cute and vibey inside. We were seated immediately. We did have a few questions about the menu and then began ordering a lot of food. Our waitress stopped us in our tracks and advised us (in a not so nice tone) that we should order a few things now and order the rest later. It almost felt like our mom scolding us for ordering too much food, which made us feel uncomfortable and was a little weird. Even when my bestie asked for extra syrup, our waitress told her to finish what she had 1st so then she can refill the same container (which was small and disposable). We all ordered the chicken and wings, which was reallyyy good. The wings were fried hard but still really juicy, which paired well with the Belgium waffle. I also liked the crab cakes, which came with 2 bite sized cakes. The French toast bites were just okay and a little on the dry side to me. Besides the interesting service we received, I'd come back again to try more brunch items or tapas during happy hour.

I could write a sweet love song about the crispy, fried chicken wings at Lucky's. My friend suggested that we have a bite to eat and cocktails after a really fun event not too far away. We arrived just after 10PM and there was just a handful of patrons inside which was fine by me because we were seated right away. We sat at the bar and started with a hibiscus and champagne cocktail. It was a bit on the lemony side but still tasty. We decided to stick to appetizers- crab cakes, fried catfish bites, shoestring fries, salad and the wings...oh the wings! The chicken wings at Lucky's are sooo dang delightful! Crispy outside, tender inside and seasoned perfectly. I had to stop myself from ordering another batch to go. I definitely would've been munching them on the drive home. The chef walked by while we were sipping on our lemon drop cocktails. I wanted to hug him in gratitude but that would have been weird. All of our other bites were tasty but those wings!!! I see that Lucky's has a brunch menu and I'm told that there's a fire pit in the backyard area. I'm going back for both. Lucky's is a bookmark that is now on my list of faves.

I wish I really could have loved this establishment but I thought it was just okay. My friend and I came here for happy hour and upon entering we loved the ambience. Its definitely a cute place-perfect for like a date. Now for the food, my friend and I ordered wings, sliders and truffle fries. The wings were over cooked, dry and lacked flavor. The sliders were also on the dry side but it had some flavor. I think some chipotle mayo would have been great with it. The truffle fries I enjoyed. It was crispy, hot and delicious. As for drinks I had a mojito, the drink itself was a bit on the tart side. I prefer my mojitos to be sweeter. As for the service, I thought it was lacking. It seemed like it was just the bartender was serving as both the bartender and the waitress. She seemed like she just wanted to get our order in and get back to what she was doing.

Perfect afterwork happy our spot! As a born and raised, Bed-Stuy girl, I'm here for all of the Black owned businesses. Pull-up up for an overdue catch up session with my friend and had a totally enjoyable experience. The bartender was great and the food was good. (My friend is a very picky eater and no complaints). Adding this to my list of recommended spots for sure!

This spot is always a vibe! I've come here on several occasions for brunch, dinner, and happy hour, and Lucky's never disappoints. When you're here, you must try the Sliders and Truffle fries. The drinks and eats are very affordable. It's great for catching up with friends, or grabbing Happy Hour specials. There's also an outdoor patio in the back. Overall, this is a great spot. You should definitely give it a try!

This place is so amazing! From the staff to the good and drinks ! Ryan and Jasmine are so awesome! The music was everything & the ambiance was everything. I do not live in NY anymore but this will be my spot when I come to NY.

I like this places especially the light up sign. It is super Instagramable I went to lucky's for drinks and a snack during a zoom meeting I had the clover cocktail the catfish strips appetizer lucky fries the cauliflower arancini The servers for sweet thoughtful and polite The catfish was ok. I prefer more seasoning although I was offered hot sauce I enjoyed the cauliflower potato balls The check arrives via mobile device but 20% gratuity is added to the total and it optional to tip more. Please read the device carefully I plan to come back soon with friends

I visited Lucky's on a Wednesday night for happy hour. It's a cozy spot with a good vibe. Sitting at the bar, the bar tender was quick to take and place my order. I started off with a $9 peach margarita, $5 truffle fries, and two beef sliders for $5 each. My drink was refreshing and mildly strong. The fries were hot and had a hint of truffle seasoning. They were shoe string fries which aren't my preference. The sliders were really good. You can tell they were made in house instead of being prepackaged. The bartender was very attentive, and quick to see if anything else was needed. The only negative thing I encountered was being charged I guess regular price for 2 of my margaritas, and happy hour price for one. My bill was presented on a toast hand held system and it wasn't itemized. I saw the cost breakdown when I received my receipt after paying. The error was only $2 which isn't a big deal, but it would have been nice to see my total bill before cashing out. There's also an automatic 20% gratuity added to all checks. I understand where that comes from, but that should be noted on the bill since there's a section for additional gratuity when cashing out. I was only visiting the area, but I will definitely revisit Lucky's on my next trip.

Met up with girlfriend late Friday evening as she was already there for a few hours. The place was not packed. There were a few tables, benches and a bar. The entire set up was laid back and well put together. There was music I'm the background that played all my favorite 90s and 200s hip hop and r&b. Ordered the Catfish straps and truffle fries. Both were good, but the portion "tapas" size was small. Also ordered the Horseshoe cocktail twice! It was good...but there weren't many special cocktail on the menu. Overall, enjoyed myself but hungry still....

Lucky's Cocktail lounge has always been on my list of places to go...lucky enough for me one of my fav event throwers FWF (fun with friends) decided to have a after work events here, to support black owned businesses. I can't comment on the over all Decor because majority of the tables were moved in order to hold the crowd that was there. I must say I loved the wall decor behind the bar and the wall paint, it was very warm and welcoming. We ordered a hurricane and a margarita which were of course frozen. my hurricane drink was amazing I guess it's their version of a Rum punch. I'm not a fan of rum but I'm surely a fan of their Hurricane. I can't even describe how good and strong it was, I ended up having 2 before my night was over. If you read much of my reviews you'll know 2 drinks will do it for me. We ordered Lucky's fries and wings. The French fries were nice, hot and a little crispy the way I like it. It was a little spicy which was interesting but I loved it. The wings were tasty from what I was told. It was fried to a crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. As we ate and drank the night away, we enjoyed the choice of music that was played by the Dj's of the night. Soca, Rap, R&B and so forth, we danced, sang and mingled with the crowd. The staff was young and very professional, they were swift with our food and drinks, made no mistakes at all. It was definitely a vibeeeee. I'll be back for a regular night if food and drinks. And oh yea they have a backyard but it was too chilly out for me to stay back there. But that's all folks!! I'll be back...

I came here recently for the Mother's Day Brunch! The inside decor is chic and modern, I really loved the different hues of blue & gold. When it's gets nicer I would definitely recommend a reservation or getting there early because there is limited indoor seating. The server sat my mom and I immediately with a smile on her face. We had their Mother's Day pre-fix brunch, which came with two hours of bottomless mimosas & not one, but TWO brunch entrees. The drinks were flowing and it was small intimate but everyone was vibing. @sbsoundsdjs were the live DJs and the tunes were on point (as per usual). They are at Luckys Biweekly ! Now onto the food, The chicken and waffles were so good! I didn't even get to use the special sauce, because it didn't need it. The waffles were slightly overdone, but it didn't take away from the dish itself. The portion looks small, but it did what needed to be done. I also had the french toast bites (I've been looking for a place that sells these) and they tasted good like I imagined. My mom also had the crab cakes which she devoured and she gave Luckys her stamp of approval. We were switching in between mimosas and bellinis, and trust me they were making them with love!. I definitely see myself coming back here !!

Overall rating: 4.4 - 4.7 I'm so torn on the rating, on the one hand - terrible, service. I went with a group of 6, around 6pm on a Friday & there was only 1 waiter. Absolute crazy town. On the other hand, I have read all of the ridiculous 1-star reviews & am so impressed by the owner's custom replies! So yes, my goal in this review regardless of your service - is to bring its average up. Things to accept: 1. Seat yourself 2. Automatic 20% tip added to your bill If you can't accept this, please, please go to a dive bar nearby. Your energy is not needed. The foood was soo good. Like soo good, I didn't even take a picture! I was a little nervous on the sliders, but absolutely amazing. My friend raves about the wings. And the truffle fries. We ordered 5x. Truly, truly amazing. My one piece of advice, order in 2s. Get 2x drinks, get 2x orders of fries. You will immediately regret it and find yourself in a waiting pattern.

Visited this new #blackownedbusiness with my girls for brunch. This spot does not allow you to make reservations so we walked in about 45 mins after they opened on a Sunday. It's a pretty intimate space & our party of 5 was the largest present. We were initially seated at a very small table & were told we just missed the opportunity to sit elsewhere. In less than 5 minutes we were told we would be moved to the private dining area in the rear and we were delighted. There was a DJ and a 2 for 1 mimosa special which definitely set the brunch party vibes. We were pleasantly surprised to be served by the owner, Lucky, who was very nice. The food was pretty tasty. For the table we ordered sliders, teriyaki steak, wings and crab cakes. Then for the mains we ordered the Avocado Toast, French Toast bites, Chicken & Waffles, and the Fish & Grits. Overall, the girls and I had a good time. The food was good and reasonably priced. So happy to have this spot in the neighborhood!

Good spot for a Monday Happy Hour. Appetizers are great and the drinks are tasty. Good all around vibe.

Luckys has been on my yelp to do list so I was beyond excited to see #fwf having an event there. We arrived early and ordered immediately. Everything we ordered was delicious. Only thing I wish there was sides like mac n cheese & yams. I will definitely come here again. The backyard was a nice little vibe cute sitting area w a fireplace. The even provided us w some off spray for the bugs but there weren't any. We ordered the catfish sliders (wasnt on menu so Id ask if they are available), beef sliders, fried wings, crab cakes & truffle fries. 10/10 for em all. Now I know where to go when Im craving catfish this summer. The staff was friendly. One of the staff members stopped me to ask where I got my jacket from & come to find out it was Lucky herself. Her & Steven were very cool. I will recommend & be returning.

Woman and Black owned, located on Marcus Garvey Blvd, sounds like a black history woman's month callobo eats to me. Lucky's has a couple of events to choose from if your looking for something to do. such as karaoke, trivia, etc. We decided to check them out for brunch. The bar opened at 1, we got there at 1:30 and it was already a vibe. the music was good and people looked like they were having a great time. The music was a bit too loud for us but the server had no problem telling them to turn it down. On Sundays they have a DJ and 2 for 1 deal on mimosas and bellinis ( this deal was worth it, however we did have some hits and misses with the mixing of our drinks). That aint stop our vibe. we ordered a few items: the chicken wings which were dry rubbed with lucky seasoning and crispy, the crab cakes which were really good, the sliders (these were plated well and tasted like sliders should), the lucky fries (slamming) and the teriyaki skewers which were spot on! (cooked and tasted delicious). There is a room where you can have your own private event. The decor has a bar/lounge feel. Overall we had a good experience and we were fortunate to be able to sit and talk with the owner who was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks again Lucky!

I have been here twice. Once for brunch and another time for an event. For brunch my friend and I both got chicken and waffles. When my friend's order arrived the waitress dropped a chicken wing on the table and then proceeded to pick up the chicken wing with her bare hand and place it back on my friend's plate. I asked her to please remove the wing and bring my friend another wing. They brought another wing. The wings were delicious and paired well with the waffles. We paid for bottomless mimosas but honestly I wish we skipped them. The mimosas were really weak. When I went for the event, the drinks were okay but could have been stronger. The lucky fries and truffle fries were really good. The sliders were good also. There was also an incredibly long wait time for drinks. For the majority of the night there was only one bartender working the bar. The place is pretty small but they have a decent size backyard set up with outdoor couches and tables with seating. There are heated fireplaces outside but when I went recently they weren't working. There is one unisex bathroom.

I had a really nice time with friends at Lucky's Cocktail Lounge in Brooklyn, NY. The owner was super friendly and accommodating to patrons. The cozy establishment was packed at the time, service was not compromised. Owner figured out how to get us a seat at a table shared table and make us comfortable. We went to this lounge to support a personality my friend follows on TIKTOK, Karyn. I found Karen to be a natural comedian who offered lots of laughs and a fun time. The adult vibe was nice, the people were chill and all there to support the entertainer. We tried their garlic french fries, sliders and wings. All delicious!!! Place offered a happy hour which included delicious drinks like a pomegranate margarita and a frozen hurricane. YUM... CHECK out this establishment!

I came her with my cousins for National Margarita Day, and the margaritas are good. We sat in the room in the back but felt so disconnected from the rest of the room; that room, I thinkis for a date night. If you want to be private with your boo and talk. Our waiter, the asian sorry, I didn't catch his name was great. He was attentive, and polite brought us the menu and even got us a seat outside in the main room because we asked him to keep a look out. The food was good; the fries, the wings, the fried catfish, and the steak skewers were all good. The decor is cute. It's a must to visit for a date night or out with friends for a drink and some good food.

This black woman-owned establishment is ESTABLISHED - OKAY! Lucky has everything on lock. The restaurant is clean and operates extremely smooth. I first visited last week during a very busy night and didn't think she even remembered me. Today She goes: Prosecco? I'm like how did you remember. She remembers EVERYTHING. This a great Friday after work spot. The happy hour ends at 6 and is quite exquisite. Here are my favorite food items so far: - stuffed mushrooms - catfish - Lucky Fries - beef sliders The stuffed mushrooms are soooo damn good- the caramelized red peppers is such a sweet touch! The catfish literally melts in your mouth Lucky Fries are crispy and seasoned JUST right The beef sliders are made to perfection and taste amazing I love it here, so much that I'm having my masters graduation party here- STAY TUNED!

I always enjoy my time here. This place is my place to come for low key vibes. The staff is always friendly and their food is good here too. The owner Lucky is such a sweetheart. They have a cute backyard and a covered section. There is also a private room where you can have your own private event. The decor in here is pretty and upscale. I'm in love with their truffle fries and the Lucky sauce. Their crab cakes and beef sliders are tasty as well. I heard the stuff mushroom was really good, however I'm allergic so I can't tell I tasted a tiny bit of the sauce of the side and that was so delicious. On Sundays they have a DJ for brunch where Selector Sean does a really good job getting the crowd moving.

Immediately walking in there was no host to greet us. I ordered a rum punch and it tasted nothing like a rum punch. I ordered a lemon drop instead and the waiter never took off the rum punch although it wasn't touched. I still paid to not cause a scene but i would never come back. I would have been better going to McDonald's. And the DJ was not it !

Place was nice, great music selection and drinks! I just wished they had a larger selection of food, but what I did order(sliders and truffle fries) was enjoyable. Check it out if you're ever in the area.

Really enjoyed y visit to Lucky's! A friend and I came for Happy hour which was a great deal. The restaurant as intimate yet chic. For food, we ordered the wings, sliders, truffle fries, and crab cakes. All in all, I would definitely go back for the truffle fries and wings which had some type of old bay seasoning. I also want to try their beef skewers which looked good. If you're into drinks, definitely try the Paloma! It was my fave. I'll definitely come here again, especially for the all day happy hour on Mondays!

I've been coming here randomly since the pandemic as my neighborhood bar and one thing is certain - they are consistently GREAT. Whether it's only a few people there or a packed house - the service is excellent. Ryan is always great. The Happy Hour is unmatched in the neighborhood and the Lucky Fries are DELICIOUS!! It's been nice to see them gaining popularity and momentum over the last year. Wishing Lucky all the best!!

I love patronizing good businesses. Lucky's is a chill small neighborhood bar with good vibes and a cute patio. I visited on different days during the week and the best days to visit are on Wednesday, there is a live DJ and they offer specials for teachers. The menu is pretty light, but they have some good options. Hey The crab cakes and wings they are delicious. The crab cakes are always fresh and they don't use breading as a filler--you can taste the crab and it is reasonably priced. It's definitely my go to meal, however I do recommend trying other menu items as well. A friend told me they recently started an unlimited mimosa brunch, I am excited to check it out.

I was in town visiting my best friend and we were told to check this place out. I was excited because I really enjoy supporting black businesses! We arrived around 730/8pm on a Friday and it was just starting to get busy. We were greeted immediately and sat down in a booth towards the windows. The ambiance is really nice, even though it's a smaller atmosphere; there is a DJ who was playing really good music too. Our server did not come back to our table for at least 20 minutes to take our orders--this was a bit frustrating. He was very nice and did seem to be a bit overwhelmed (he appeared to be the only server in the front). We ordered the wings, fries, and crab cakes. Everything was so good and so flavorful. The chicken wing flavor was elite and the drinks were unique and strong! If I am ever back in town I'm sure I'll be back for another experience.

Luckys is a little gem in Brooklyn. We had a chance to actually meet the owner who gave us her history on the place. It's great to see young black entrepreneurs giving back to the city, and I was glad to meet and support. The food was great, with some kinks in service times but I will chalk it up to the busy brunch service. The door to this place never stopped opening. The steak appetizer was really good and the wings were great. They have a trivia night that I am definitely going to attend soon.

Lucky's is great for a quick bite in a really chill atmosphere. My friend and I stopped in before a comedy show, and enjoyed the drinks and shared a few small plates. All of the food was tasty and fresh, but not especially exciting to me... my palate is a little crazy. Nevertheless, that doesn't mean that the food isn't delicious. Overall, our experience was great and we will revisit and try different plates. Lucky's hosts events and has great music and service. Definitely a keeper!

I should update this to say the last time I was here I did enjoyed myself. The music wasn't rattling my brain and I was actually able to converse. The drinks were good and strong and I enjoyed the appetizers they had. I went on a weekday and it wasn't packed at all when I came or when I left but it did pick up somewhere along the way as I sat at the bar enjoying the vibe. Definitely back on my list.

I believe this is a Black owned Business. It is a cute spot right in the middle of Bed Stuy serving really nice cocktails and small plates. We came for happy hour and snagged the last two seater. The music was a smidge too loud to me and when we came in some really aggressive rap was playing which didn't match the vibe of the decor. But they quickly switched that track. The music is definitely a hip hop R&B vibe which I like but just that specific track was a bit too much so I'm glad they noticed. Prices were really great and the food was cooked well. I'd definitely come back.

Came here with my two best friends since we were long overdue for a link up and would be in the neighborhood already. The entrance is full glass and you see the inside decor from the outside. However, It's dim with neon lights and the ambiance gives to the overall aesthetic. We were excited about the menu prior to getting there and we all pretty much were thinking of the same items so we ordered everything to share. Initially, we ordered sliders, catfish strips, wings, and two orders of truffle fries. Omg everything was on point! We demolished everything. We realized everything was so good and we wanted more so we ordered another order of fries, another order of catfish strips, and Lucky (who was actually our server and was amazing, funny, and so personable) suggested we get the catfish sliders since we loved the catfish strips. They weren't on the menu so we didn't know about it. Lucky did not steer us wrong as we all collectively agreed the catfish sliders were life changing and along with the truffle fries were our favorite. Everything tasted so good, even the salad plated with the wings. Our drinks were perfect as well. I had the No 7 with coconut rum, passion fruit, pineapple juice, and orange. It wasn't overly sweet and the rum was the perfect pairing with those fruit juices. They have a lot of big things in store and we are looking forward to going back and making this a staple spot. I definitely recommend coming here!

This restaurant is my new favorite. I'm so impressed the food, the service, the environment was so pleasant , the people i met, the music it's so much to talk about the owner was so sweet and welcoming. This Is definitely the best restaurant i stopped in. The happy hour is all day Monday and it did not fail. Very easy to use get a table . We completely canceled our next spot after eating here. I can't wait to go again

So i came on taco tuesday ....Paris was our server and she was amazing she even made my drink which was the N7 and it was delicious...food was amazing i had the sliders ,catfish taco,fries and steak tacos...to go to a black own business great service and good food 10/10 the ambiance was nice aswell ....i will be coming back and i know mondays its happy hour all day....wish i took pics but i will next time

Luckys is a cute, black owned, dimly lit lounge in bedstuy. A lot of places are closed on Monday, but Lucky's is out here offering happy hour all day on Monday! There's a good size list of drinks for pre pandemic happy hour prices ($5-$9)! The food menu doesn't have much on it, but what I did have was good (wings, sliders and truffle fries). Will def be back.

I went to this bar close to closing but was was able to have a glass of prosecco and another prosecco based drink with gin and hibiscus. I only got to try the French fries but they were perfect; crispy and hot. I can't wait to come back so I can try other cocktails n food. The vibe was chill and relaxed. It's Black woman owned. Yasss. I'm here for that! I can't wait to try more items so I can update my review.

Customer service training is needed! Im never going back. I love the idea of supporting local and black owned businesses but today was not it. While you have the capability to make a reservation, YOU WILL NOT BE PROPERLY ACCOMMODATED! Part of our party showed for our reservation on time, the remaining within 10 mins. We were seated in a random back room where they "host all large parties". There were 7 of us, it's legit just a room almost mimicking where they might have stored things in the past and realized they could capitalize off of it and now use it. The area had two random guests seated a table which should have been apart of our reservation. I was very confused and asked the owner about our reservation and seating arrangements. She proceeded to go back and forth with me about how and where I should seat KNOWING there are not enough seats to eat and drink! She never took accountability for not honoring the reservation which was made the week prior. The customer clearly is never right which is poor business practice and trust Me I was very polite. This is the second time our reservation was pushed to this back room. This interaction was the worst of it all. The tables were uneven, not enough seats. So of course I asked if they still honor reservations, THE OWNER says yes. Clearly it was not honored, they don't respect your reservation. They are thirsty for money and the sad part is, they don't have to be. I'm disappointed, the owner tried make it seem this terrible setup was acceptable, NEVER AGAIN! It's a million places like this especially in New York! DO BETTER!

My husband and I were looking for a black owned place to grab a bite and drinks. We came across Lucky's. The vibes were right! There was only one waitress on the floor but she was moving and attending to all patronsin a timely manner. We went on a Saturday evening, it wasn't packed at all. At some point my husband and I and another couple were the only ones there. They had a DJ so we got to make special requests for some Beyonce songs which was fun they also had a small art exhibit in the back that we visited to support them. Drinks and food was great. Not a large food menu, just tapas but it's perfect. That's all they need. All in all it was definitely my kind of time and I'll definitely be going back

Sooo it was ok. A lil nice spot to get a couple of cocktails and continue on to your next destination I guess. Will I be back ummmmmm I don't know I might. Food was ok nothing to brag about.

Came here after work with my lady. We immediately were greeted by the host and was given the option to sit where we liked, so we chose the bar. First off the decor was beautiful! Cushioned seats at the tables and cushioned stools at the bar, which not many bars do. Hanging dim lights at the bar with a winged piece that protrudes from the wall over the liquors. Happy hour was until 7pm, and the drink and food menus was muah! We ended up getting catfish sliders, truffle fries, and drinks ( No. 7, Whiskey Sour, and Grand Marnier on the rocks). They did not disappoint! The sliders were larger than usual sliders so you'll definitely be satisfied and the drinks had me nice within the hour. The waiter and bar tenders were attentive which is a plus and there music was on point, not over powering to there point you can't hear or talk. The age crowd was a grown and sexy, don't have to worry about getting mean mugged or a fight breaking out about stepping on someone sneakers if you get my drift. You would never think you're in the middle heart of Bedstuy. We'll definitely be coming back!

Happy hour here is a good deal. The drinks are strong and the food is good. We came here on a Friday afternoon and when we first got here, it wasn't too crowded but there was an event happening. There was just one bartender and the place quickly got slammed. Lucky was there and she is a great hostess and personable owner. However, we did end up waiting over 45 minutes for our second round of drinks and longer for food. Not sure if this was a one off or an indication of bigger issues but I would definitely give Lucky's a second chance for sure. They have a lot of potential.

The sliders are delicious!!! They have the option of either beef or catfish (I believe) and neither disappoints! This is a lovely place to go if you're watching the game, meeting p with friends or going on a nice date! Lucky (the owner) is very pleasant as well. The service is pretty good, just expect a wait time,but it's not long at all.

Another review guys , went here last week Saturday as I thought It was brunch, turns out they only have brunch on Sunday's , not sure why, any who , when I arrived they just opened , my fault , I thought it was 3pm they opened and when I arrived it was about 4:15pm.. Normally when I go to bars and sit at the bar , I sit where I want to sit , however the bartender , before I asked her name , pointed to a seat for me to sit at , I looked at the sear and said "self" that's not where I want to sit so I sat at the seat beside that one , wasn't any issue , then I asked the bartender her name she said "lucky" I figured she was the owner or maybe it was just Named after her , she didn't really say so I just ran with she's the owner ... moving right along , Atmosphere and ambiance is nice , drinks are ok , I had to ask for a shot of Tito's for a drink called No7 nice taste . I ordered fried wings which were $13 @4 pieces and they were so small , uhmmm should have given an extra 2 . I just bought wings from the grocery store the day before and they were like extra small . I still ate them cause it was slamming . Lol also ordered truffle fries which were excellent . Overall , I would recommend this place to try for the food , I was a little disappointed there's no brunch on Saturday's .

Amazing customer service. Great drinks flavorful food , playlist was on point also! The owner Lucky is so sweet and friendly. 10/10 would recommend!
