This place deserves more customers! Customer service is phenomenal. They didn’t have a normal pina colada shush boba so they accommodated with a pina colada milk shake. If you’re visiting and want to avoid the strip I highly recommend this place for something sweet!

Delicious waffles and fresh toppings! Armenian coffee milkshake incredibly creamy and was a delightful addition to the desserts 😋 Harry helped us pick all these items as it was our first time and it was all great. Will definitely be coming back!!

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile & wow, it was so delicious! I got the banana split waffles & didn't realize it was going to be that big! The waffle was so warm and soft, topped w/ the ice cream & all tbe fixing was so yummy!!! The ambience is so cute, i love it! I will definitely be back & recommend this place to my friends & family!

Hubby wanted some ice cream and we googled what was close to us and we found this hidden gem. It was amazing we got the strawberry cheesecake one. Sorry forgot the name. It had the waffle, it was amazing. It comes with black cherry ice cream, but we just got all strawberry cheesecake ice cream. It was so big. Um, I only got four bites and I was full and my husband finished the rest.But it's definitely somewhere where we want to bring the grandkids back too

Santa gave my grandkids gift certificates to this Yummy place. So today all 10 of us went and it was delicious. We totally enjoy the desserts and the service was top notch. We will be back.

You don't get what you pay for as far as the portion size is concerned. Normally, smaller/private owned businesses like these will charge you an arm and a leg for not a very generous size because they feel forced to compete with bigger franchise businesses who are in higher demand and who sell much better, so as a result in order to not lose money and have to shut down they charge a higher price to stay afloat and in business. I get that because of our current state of economy right now there is a higher inflation and tarrifs on certain goods and products, but if they don't stop overcharging and make the items on their menu more budget friendly and affordable for the customer, then they are going to lose customers not gain more of them. This business rips people off, so if I were you, then I would go anywhere else but there that has just as good quality food and drinks for a more affordable price. I paid almost $15.00 for a Milkshake there that was the size of a small milkshake, not to mention half of what they put in it was mostly whipped cream, so you're essentially paying for the cost of a whole meal including a drink anywhere else for a tiny little milkshake that doesn't even taste like a real thick milkshake. Trust me, don't waste your time or money going there! Don't say I didn't warn you!

We frequent this area but have never stopped by to grab some desserts here. Pleasantly surprised! Freshly made and quick service too. Will return and try again

It was there anniversary! When we walked in Jessica had this big smile on her face and explained everything to us in detail as it was our first time there. Her and Milana were just awesome! So friendly and customer oriented! This place is adorable, the waffles are prepared in front of you and the ice cream is delicious! Will be back many times from now on. I was very pleased with my choice and visit!

I was craving ice cream on a Monday night and decided to check out this spot. I went there around 7pm. The place is big and cute. There are a ton of claw machines and a giant rainbow chair. Decided to get the banana split which sits on a freshly made waffle. It hits some high notes with quality ice cream and fresh bananas, HOWEVER, you might want to opt OUT of the syrups. They use WAY too much strawberry & chocolate syrup which end up being too overpowering and messy. We substituted the cherry ice cream for pistachio which I highly recommend. Unfortunately, my visit was hampered by extremely slow service. There was only one person working behind the counter and while there was only one family of four in front of us, we ended up waiting exactly 30 min to get our banana split. They were clearly understaffed and the employee was struggling to keep up with the crowd and the orders. The waffles kept burning and she had to start new ones a few times because she was busy working on other things. While the ice cream is great, I'm not sure if I'd go back and wait 30 min for ice cream.

Visited Lucy's Waffles & Ice Cream for a nice afternoon delight, been waiting to try it with the family. Service was impeccable as we were greeted upon arrival. There were so many menu options so we took some time to decide before ordering. If you're unsure, staff can give you samples of ice cream to narrow it down or there are pre fixe waffles that you can get or make your own combination. There is plenty of parking in front and the inside is a small shop with a few tables. Nice family friendly spot and there are even claw machines if you want to try your luck, a tv for entertainment to watch, and even free wi-fi to use while you have dessert. We had an all around good experience and recommend that you go check Lucy's out!

I loved how Harry explained the menu and even let us pick music to play inside! We've been eyeing this place near our house for awhile now. So happy we stopped by! I also love the arcade games inside.

The staff was so friendly and the store is so clean and so beautiful. It feels like you're in a cute mom and pop shop! Lucy's Waffles is located near 2/15 & Rainbow and they're open every except Mondays!

Amazing staff and amazing ice cream! It was our first time here and Alisson and Harry gave us such good recommendations and were so helpful! 10/10 must visit if you're in the area!

My daughter and I stopped in and we each had the half of waffle with vanilla ice cream and maple syrup. My daughter had the waffle with cotton Candy ice cream and sprinkles. It was soo good!!! We will be back!!

O.M.G. My daughter and I got banana splits (minus the waffles). To say that this was the BEST banana split I have ever had, is a huge understatement. It was phenomenal! Lucy's has ruined all other ice cream for me forever. It's a little pricey, but worth every penny.

I literally just had the best experience at Lucy's. I had been promising my kids an ice cream date after Saturday school and we were finally able to stop by today. I have been to Lucy's several times since moving to Las Vegas but this one was truly the best. Aiden was amazing with our kids and provided the best customer service. We came for ice cream and left with goodies. Lucy's is clean and their ice cream is tasty. I used to own an ice cream shop so that's saying something. Their claw games definitely make this an experience. I definitely recommend this place for date night or family night. 5 stars for this wonderful establishment!

Cool ice cream spot which I stumbled upon after an afternoon tea session. The place is super vibrant inside and has a whole wall of claw machines to try. Seriously, it felt a bit like I was in Japan! The owner or manager (not sure) was extremely kind and eager to help me with anything I needed. I tried and ultimately got a small scoop of the cotton candy ice cream and it was delightful on that particularly hot day. If you are hot and in the area, definitely consider stopping by for a sweet treat.

Absolutely EVERYTHING!! The icecream was really soft and tasty, the waffle was perfectly cooked and yummy! SHOUTOUT TO Harry and Alisson as they let us do samples and was very patient and helpful and calm. Super friendly and we will definitely be back soon

We've been by this place a few times and decided to stop in. First, the customer service is amazing! Cute decor, cool claw machines and more. Next, the waffles and boba were off the charts. Definitely will be back.

First and foremost, the customer service is UNMATCHED. We called at 8:56 pm (4 mins to close) and they stayed open for us even though we told them we'd be about 10 mins. When we got there no one else was in the shop and as soon as we arrived the gentleman asked, "Were you the ones who called?" He explained the entire menu to us and told us to take our time ordering. He asked if we wanted it to go (which to me indicated he would have let us stay to eat) and when we said yes, he asked how far we were going because the waffle would be hot and fresh and would melt the ice cream quickly. He immediately began making our order and told us to take a seat and relax. The place is also really cute and the waffle ice cream creation I built was delicious. I would definitely recommend trying it.

Absolutely wonderful ice cream shop. I drive up and down Rainbow frequently and Lucy's waffles catches my eye every time. One night, it was meant to be. Went into the store and what I presume is the owner greeted us and gave us an overview of the menu. I am a simple gal, so a double scoop in a cup is what I ordered. My husband ordered the waffle with ice-cream on top. Both were delicious, especially the made to order waffle. I admit, I was jealous when I took a bite of my husbands waffle. Next time I will get one. The owner recommended we try the Armenian coffee next time (but earlier in the day- hehe). We will be back and will bring my nephews next time!

Holy moly where has Lucy's been all this time! Wow! Wow! Wow! I hopped on Yelp this evening because my fiancé and I were craving something sweet and who does not love a waffle!? and well Lucy's did not dissapoint what so ever! Freakin delicious fresh Waffles and delicious ice cream! Great choices for toppings! But the star because I am a Boba Fanatic was their strawberry Boba! I'm not even a crazy fan of strawberrry Boba but the touch of passionfruit bits was impeccable! Lucy's is approx 7 min from my house, yes it's been under my nose all this time. I inhaled the drink to the point where all my fiancé had to try was ice- whoops haha. But it was way to delicious!!! Gives this place a shot! You will not be disappointed! Other factors as well!? The service is fantastic!! Very friendly helpful people who are happy to have you there! And I arrived 30 min before closing- so trust me that says a lot! Definetly will be back!

After reading the other reviews I thought, how nice can they actually be? Well the answer is, extremely nice! Super clean and vibrant. The ice cream and waffle were beyond amazing. I can't wait to come back and try the Armenian coffee. If they add Gudetama to the claw machines, I will end up spending way too much money here.

I didn't have dessert at the end of my dinner elsewhere because I had Lucy's in mind. I was in this plaza when Lucy's was being finished before it opened, and I wanted to try it sometime. I am not particularly a waffle person but when in Rome.... I ordered the berry cheesecake which is a freshly made waffle with strawberry cheesecake and black cherry ice cream, strawberries, graham cracker, and strawberry syrup. There was a short wait because the waffles are made to order and they're warm when you get them. You can also do it yourself and pick the size waffle you want and add the ice cream and toppings you choose if you opt not to get one of their menu items. This was a good option for dessert but one which I wouldn't do very often. I can just imagine the calorie count of this berry cheesecake waffle I got. The place is pleasant and done so it's very Instagrammable (which I don't use). The staff was very pleasant and I left full from dinner and this special dessert.

They advertise that they have gluten free options but when u order it they can never fulfill my orders. Twice I've had my order canceled. Take it off your menu if you're not going to ever have it available!

My name is Nina Unrated and I visited this place with Jachai Taylor. It was my very first time eating at Lucy's waffles and ice cream and I must say the waffles and the ice cream were so good. The restaurant is really clean and there is plenty of parking they also have great business hours. I had an amazing time and the ice cream and waffles were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place.

They use thriftys ice cream and overcharge and their claw machines are a complete scam. Paid $10 for 11 tokens. The claw grabbed onto the stuffed animal we wanted 6/11 times, yet dropped it EVERY TIME the claw got back to the top of its cord. Go to thriftys

I work near the area and was hoping to find a place to sit and have a treat before or after work. What could be better than ice cream in this weather? I like the selection of desserts! The affogato with pralines is my new favorite. It was the perfect amount of sweet. The staff is friendly and made me feel comfortable enough to stay and really enjoy my treat. The claw machines are super cute and something I know my younger cousins would be into. I hope to bring them next time!

Being right here in the area, saw this ice cream shop. Whooo, what a cute little place. They have waffles! and you can custom design your waffle ...Not a waffle cone! An actual waffle! I wasn't ready for all that, but I do want to go back and try this one day. They have some different kind of shakes as well. I love trying things that are unique. I'm assuming the gentleman that assisted me was the owner. He was very nice, he told me what the most popular items were on the menu. But all I wanted was a scoop of ice cream.
