"After a 10-year run in Lincoln Square, Luella’s Southern Kitchen packed its bags and moved to a new location in Albany Park. Their menu is now brunch-only, but you can expect dishes like crab-stuffed shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, and catfish po' boys. "The Southern restaurant served its last customer at its original Lincoln Square location, closing at 4609 N. Lincoln Avenue in early July; it plans to reopen "in just a few weeks," according to a message on its website. Owner Darnell Reed hasn’t shared the new address with the public, but says it’s only a 10-minute drive from the original restaurant.
