Many Flies flyed around. Even died fly on the plate. Very bad food laugania was not cooked right. Taste like mashed everything together. Rice was not cooked well and very salty. Never go back again. Wondering where the good reviews came from.

Great service. Very friendly. Lots of parking. Fast/no wait. Food was pretty good too, though a little salty. Overall a great place.

I’ve been going to Lugano’s for almost 7 years, it truly never disappoints! The food is incredibly delicious, the staff is very friendly, and we leave happy every time. Their kids menu is $10 for any of the items, they have gluten free options!

My sister and I were so grateful they were able to accommodate our party of 18 on short notice. Everyone was patient, the servers were consistent in caring for the table (there were 2 servers to serve the entire party. We loved being seated in the wine room. It definitely helped my sister's birthday dinner have a more intimate feel. I really enjoyed the meatballs. The bruschetta was not bad; and I am always down for a wedge salad.

I don’t know why it took me this long to make a review for this favorite restaurant of mine. If there was 10 ⭐️ option, I will gladly give it to them, because they deserve it. My wife and I have been coming here for a last 6 years and the food quality has been as good as ever since. Service wise, I am not a picky customer, and they have felt short at anything for me. My favorite is the Lobster and Shrimp scampi. The ambience feels like high end restaurant but the pricing is very reasonable. People come here in casual clothing, so it doesn’t feel uptight, at least for me. This is by far my top 2 restaurant in the Triangle, you shouldn’t miss it. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Google
Dinner here was chicken Marsala and shrimp and grits. It was just ok, not much flavor. Very similar to Olive Garden. Service was slow. Had to ask for a refill. Waitress never asked if I wanted another cocktail. Dessert I should have passed however the bread pudding was hot. Not worth it, took about 35 min. Sorry. We will not be back.

Google
We loved Lugano Ristorante, it was my first time going there it feels cozy, the staff who was serving us was very friendly and suggested some dishes. The food seemed fresh starting from soup to dessert. They also have a kids menu. We specifically liked their Sherry Tomato Soup, Capellini alla Melanzana, Ziti al Forno, Mediterranean Pizza and White Chocolate Bread pudding.

My wife and I went for a date night on a Friday evening. We made a reservation and we were seated promptly upon arrival. We were quickly greeted by our fantastic server, Gabby. Prices were reasonable, the food was excellent and the service was top notch. You can tell this restaurant is managed extremely well as all the staff were always buzzing around the restaurant competing their tasks. We will definitely be returning as the experience was incredible.

Yelp
We went to Lugano a few months back with my parents, in-laws, and baby girl and had a great experience! Lugano is fairly upscale, but still laid back. We went around 4pm, so it was not busy yet. I wish I recalled our server's name; I do not but he was great! Knowledgeable and very friendly! They have a fairly extensive drink menu and I opted for my usual: Cabernet! They bring you out warm, fresh bread with olive oil. Yum! The menu is very extensive, and delicious! We ordered a plethora of yummy dishes: Iceberg Wedge Salad, Spinach Salad, Roasted Beet Salad, Sicilian Meatballs, Stuffed Mushrooms, Pepperoni Pizza, Chicken Parmesan, Eggplant Parmesan, Lugano with Chicken, Fresh Catch Special, and Rigatoni ala Bolognese. The wedge salad was fresh, and enough to share. The Stuffed Mushrooms were some of the best, if not the best we have ever had! So delicious! The meatballs were amazing, our little girl absolutely loved them. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan and it was also amazing, perfectly cooked and flavored, not too breaded. My husband ordered the fresh catch special and was able to get it dairy-free, which was great! Everyone else loved their dishes as well! The only thing we didn't love was the pizza, although flavorful, a bit too salty. Additionally, for our toddler's kid's meal it was a small portion of spaghetti, however, it comes with a drink and ice-cream. I would possibly try a different kid's meal next time. We enjoyed our visit at Lugano and would definitely go back!

Yelp
I went to Lugano's tonight with my sister and two nieces. I have the best Italian food I've had in the Triangle area. The service was phenomenal! There was a mixup when we were seated and we didn't get a waitress for a while. The manager gave us appetizers to make up. Then our waitress, Brooklyn, was so good and knowledgeable. I definitely plan to come back. The service was phenomenal.

Yelp
I'm no expert in Italian food, but I'm fairly certain that there can be diversity when it comes to making sauces. I think this is Lugano's pitfall when it comes to their food and experience. When I walked in for the first time, Lugano had a warm and inviting feel to it. The dining room was buzzing, I was definitely impressed. Lugano's appetizers continued to get my hopes up. First off, their focaccia and olive oil may have been some of the best I've ever had. The bread was warm and airy and the herbs lifted it. We also got some calamari and a Caesar salad for the table. Both were done fairly well with the portions being exceptionally generous. My only complaint was that the batter on the calamari didn't stick so well, but the squid tasted fresh and the sauces complimented everything. The main entrees were when the tides of the meal shifted a bit. While glancing through the menu, there was a theme that I noticed regarding the pastas - they all had cream sauce. Tortelloni - pesto cream sauce. Lasagna Bolognese - three cheese alfredo. Rigatoni - touch of cream. Ziti - lobster cream sauce. Most of all the specialty pastas was a cream sauce, which I found to be rather disappointing. Don't get me wrong, I like alfredo as much as the next person, but my stomach on the other hand has more issues with it. For our table, all of the cream pastas meant that we were in for a heavy meal, with some potential consequences thereafter. I got the Ziti al Forno. Flavor wise - it was pretty good. I really liked all the meats in it, but I really could only eat half. I also got to the try the capellini alla Melanzana (has fried eggplant) and the Penne Sardi. Again, I was a bit put off by all the cream in the dishes, but I would say the Penne Sardi was the best. The eggplant was a bit disappointing, it was super thin and didn't have much substance to it. My mother ordered the grilled pork chops and she wasn't a fan of that dish. The crust on the pork wasn't super appetizing and the demi-glace overpowered all other flavors. Overall, I think Lugano is a great restaurant for a nicer meal out with the family or a special occasion. If I'm looking for some really good Italian food, I might look elsewhere. I will say, I came back with a friend and had some decent chicken parmesan for lunch. Want to know the kicker to that? It also had cream in it. What happened to a good old fashioned tomato and basil sauce??

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday night with reservations and we were seated within a couple of minutes. Restaurant was very busy. Staff was attentive in restaurant was very clean and spacious. The Merlot was very smooth and the cappellini was full of flavor. Bread came out warm and fresh

Yelp
The food was very good - the only down fall was the risotto it was undercooked and salty. The polenta cakes and salmon were so good and so was our waiter Daniel.

Yelp
I was impressed with my first visit to Lugano's. A friend of mine highly recommended this restaurant, so we decided to have dinner here. The restaurant has multiple table and booth seating options. The hostess was very understanding when we asked to be seated at a table instead of a booth. Our waiter, Greg, was absolutely awesome. He was attentive and offered details about some of his favorite menu options. I chose to order the Lobster and Shrimp Scampi. When I say delicious, I mean what I say. I could eat this dish once a week. The seafood was just right and the sauce was flavorful. To wrap up my first visit to Lugano's, I orders the cannolis. The ricotta filling was tasty and the cannoli shells were crisp. It's a great item to have as part of the dessert menu. I can't wait to go back to try another menu item.

Yelp
I arrived here at 7:33pm on a Tuesday night. I made a 7:30pm reservation to celebrate a birthday. After entered, there were 3 people at the host stand and we sat promptly. It was a little busy but not crowded and there were several open tables. The first thing I noticed when were sat was that it was somewhat noisy. Maeve, our waitress, came over at 7:36pm to introduce herself and bring the cocktail menu. We got waters to started and ordered calamari appetizer at 7:38pm. At 7:42pm, Maeve brought compliments bread, which was warm and tasty. The calamari appetizer arrived at 7:46pm. It came with a warm traditional marinara sauce, and a homemade Italian salsa that was cool. The marinara paired with the calamari. The Italian salsa tasted OK, but for me, it didn't pair well with the calamari. Personally, I think it would have been better if it was warm, considering that the calamari was. We both got a glass of wine. They ordered theirs at least 10 minutes before I did. Both of our drinks came at 8:01pm. It took a little while to receive them, but our waitress did let us know that ahead of time. However, it didn't seem so busy with that would be the case. I ordered the Ziti Al Forno and other person ordered the fettuccine with lobster. When our food came, it was HOT, through and through. My pasta was amazing and honestly one of the best pasta I've had. The lobster cream sauce was amazing and flavorful. With the appetizer and bread, we didn't finish our food and got it boxed to go. We did receive and look at the dessert menu. Originally we were going to get the Lemon Panna Cotta but a waiter hyped up the Bombolini, which we ordered at 8:44pm. We received it at 8:53pm. From the description, we were expecting donut shaped dessert but it was more so shaped like a potato wedge. We enjoyed it! The ice cream, however, seemed a little flavorless, which I wasn't fond of. Overall, pretty great experience and i definitely plan to return as I want to try the a shrimp and salmon dish they have. Attentiveness of our waitress was inconsistent with moments where it was great and other moments where there was an extended period before returning. I will note teamwork seems to be highlighted as several people came to the table throughout our visit. The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. They have a full bar and ample dining and waiting space. When I made the reservation, I added a note that we were celebrating a birthday. It was unfortunate that it wasn't recognized. I know some restaurants may not give a "birthday treat" but a simple acknowledgment would've been nice.

Yelp
Enjoyed a wonderful meal here with friends. Our server Greg, was amazing and took great care of us and made sure we were happy. I ordered the eggplant parm served over creamy, delicious pasta. The dish was cooked just perfectly and the eggplant was sliced nice and thin with a golden crust. My friends enjoyed their meals as well. Luganos makes amazing bread with just the right hint of rosemary. This was served warm with butter and a dish of olive oil for dipping. If you haven't dined here don't delay. It's comfortable and inviting. For desert we tried the apple crostata. This was wonderful too.

Yelp
Amazing food, excellent service, lowkey and romantic ambiance. Perfect date night spot

Yelp
Very elegant, romantic Italian date spot. We went for a family dinner and were very impressed with the service and vibe. Our waitress, Gabby was super nice. We started with the stuffed mushrooms, then for an entree I got the spaghetti and mushrooms and partner got lasagna. The CHEESE on the lasagna was unmatched and perfect. Spaghetti had great flavor, and the mushrooms were great as well. The focaccia and garlic olive oil at the beginning were sooooooo good. This will be our new Italian place in the area, for sure.

Yelp
I love local places and was happy when my cousin chose this place over the national chains. The food was outstanding and the wait staff customized upon request. The elders in our party all had the lobster and shrimp scampi but opted out of the polenta cakes in favor of pasta. I had the fettuccini with lobster and the lobster sauce was amazing. My cousin opted for the shrimp and grits and found it quite different from the traditional recipes featured in the south but enjoyed it none the less. A fitting dinner for our last night in town.

Yelp
I like Luganos. I've been here twice and enjoyed the food and the ambience. Although it's not a fancy place (it seems family friendly), there's a classiness about the decor and lighting that seems a step up from some other Italian restaurants. Both times I've been here the Staff have been friendly and the hosts at the front door greeted us on the way in and thanked us on the way out. I'm tropically a red-sauce guy, so I got the eggplant parm. Delicious. The pasta that comes with it is cooked well and the sauce is tasty. There's plenty of eggplant, which also is well prepared. Unfortunately, after the salad I had as appetizer (more on that later), I was full and could only eat about a third of the entree. Staying in a hotel with no fridge or microwave meant that a lot of it went to waste. I was sorry about that; it would have been an excellent leftover. My partner had Chicken Marsala, which they enjoyed. Had the same issue with leftovers. For an appetizer, I had the wedge salad. It's an oversized (it seemed like half a head of lettuce) with a nice amount of onion, tomato, bacon blue cheese and delicious dressing. When the Staff put it on the table, I gasped at its size. She said "yes, we have big portions here." We also tried a soup. It was also very good. I do think the place is a bit pricy, but since we did have lots of leftovers (enough for one more meal each of delicious food), I can't really complain.

Yelp
I'd heard a lot of good reviews about Lugano. I tend to not eat out at a lot of Italian restaurants, but I thought I'd give it a try. The atmosphere can be described as inviting, yet classy. A little but dark inside, but not snooty or over the top. I took a seat at a high round bar table and jazz music was playing over the speakers, setting a relaxing mood. Food wise, the pork chop entree was ok, but really salty, especially with the gorgonzola sauce on top. I would not recommend this one. But they have an excellent creme brulee with actual vanilla bean, it's more than just vanilla extract. Definitely check this dessert out. Server was friendly and engaging, not robotic, which I always appreciate. I was consider returning, but I'd probably change up my order!

Yelp
Great food. Service has gotten more responsive on Sundays. Weekdays still need work. Thanks for striving to get better

Yelp
Colin was such a superb waiter. Everyone in my party of 11 were very happy. Gluten free bread was delicious. I had a Beet Salad. There are many gf options - even 3 desserts. Someone had macaroni and cheese and they loved it. Bruschetta was amazing with such good flavors. We'll definitely be back.

Yelp
First time trying tonight and my meal was so good. I placed an order for pick up and it was ready as soon as I arrived. The staff interaction was minimal but quick and it's a really gorgeous restaurant. I'm not sure why I've never gone before but I'll definitely return. I had the salmon and shrimp entree with risotto and it was piping hot once I got home and so delish.
google avatar

Amit M.

Yelp
Parking: plenty of parking space and was located with other businesses around the area. Food: bruschetta was good. Got the chicken marsala and was flavorful and delicious. Mashed potatoes and spinach were a great compliment to the chicken. Service: service was slow because it was a busier night so it took awhile to order food. Also asked for a plate to split the food and they wouldn't allow extra dishes to be given out. Ambience: definitely a larger Italian restaurant, and was crowded. There was a bar area and a wine room which was a unique touch

Yelp
I was in town visiting family and we came here for dinner because it is my Aunt and Uncle's favorite. I am gluten free and the staff were super knowledgeable. They don't have a printed gluten free menu but the waiter was able to point out everything on the menu that can be gluten free (which is a lot of it) and got me gluten free bread--which look like the pizza crust brushed with a garlic and oil sauce but was no less delicious. the atmosphere was dark, intimate and romantic. It would be really good for a date night. I got a seasonal cocktail and the daily special which was halibut over risotto. It was amazing. I will certainly be back. I see why it was recommended.

Yelp
I've been here twice! I'm a pasta lover and honestly the food was just okay. The first time I tried the rigatoni and last night I had the lasagna. I wouldn't order either of them again. My husband had chicken Alfredo and had mixed veggies added in & he loved it. My lasagna was very very dry, almost as if it had been sitting all day & then warmed up once the order was placed. - I couldn't even finish the meal. The lasagna was not picture worthy, I should have sent it back. The bruschetta was delicious and so was the complimentary bread. The inside is nice and our waitress was polite. Ambiance is nice for date night or dinner get together with family/friends.

Mona L.

Yelp
Service was so slow and inattentive. Took us almost an hour to get our entrees. Over 30 minutes to get a salad. Drinks did not get refilled until we asked 3 times for water. Son's juice was never refilled after we asked twice. We started dining early, when the restaurant was pretty empty and were with a child. There's no excuse for everything to take so long. Waiter cracked his knuckles while we placed our orders which was also unprofessional and frankly odd. Food was fine but could not be enjoyed because we, especially our son, were irritated from waiting an hour for food. We will not be back.
google avatar

Theresa D.

Yelp
We ate here for a business dinner & the food was phenomenal! I am not a huge fan of Italian, but this place made me. I enjoyed the chicken Marsala. If ever in town again I'll definitely be back!
google avatar

Chris K.

Yelp
We just don't visit here enough! Lovely atmosphere and excellent service! Thank you, Kira! For the pick two I chose the lobster fettuccine and minestrone soup. Both were delicious and portions perfect for lunch. The sauce in the fettuccine is a bit spicy tho, so be warned. My spouse enjoyed the capallini in a creamy tomato sauce. For dessert the creme brulee is divine and the cheesecake is very good and dense. Don't sleep on this place, it's too good to pass up!

Yelp
I have been a loyal customer of Lugano for years, always enjoying the food, the service, and the atmosphere. It was my go-to spot, a place I recommended to friends and family without hesitation. However, after my last visit on Wednesday 3-19-25 I will never step foot in this establishment again. While dining, I overheard the manager, Sam, making blatantly racist comments. At first, I couldn't believe what I was hearing--maybe I misheard? Especially because she seemed so nice as she was the one who greeted us when we walked in. But as the conversations continued, it became clear that her words were not taken out of context. It was disgusting, offensive, and completely unacceptable. I have a dark sense of humor and this was not "just a joke" - She was making others around her feel uncomfortable. I don't care how good the food is--no meal is worth supporting a place where racism is tolerated, especially from management. I left feeling deeply uncomfortable and outraged, and I won't be back. If you care about basic human decency, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Yelp
Two of us came here for the first time to celebrate my birthday. Very nice atmosphere, both booths and tables, nice smooth jazz playing but not too loud. We were seated quickly and given menu's which was smaller than I expected yet had good selections. Our waiter was Maleek and he was very kind and helpful. Note: this place does not make their pasta, but everything else is. We started with super good bread and olive oil. Yummy! I had rigatoni that had a meat sauce and lots of sausage. Fresh Parmesan cheese was on top. Very good. Mom had the lasagna and it was a huge serving. She loved it. For dessert she had the bread pudding and I had the apple with ice cream and caramel sauce. Both came out warm. Again, very good. We enjoyed our first visit and plan to return. Lots on the menu I want to try!

Debbie B.

Yelp
We have dined here several times and the food has always been great. Love their Italian dishes along with their specials. Caitlyn was the best server we had. Very knowledgeable and honest with what she has had. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
google avatar

Shannon D.

Yelp
So this isn't what I envisioned when I see meatloaf. There's more polenta than meatloaf by a lot. The polenta got to be too much and didn't really have flavor, the meat did but it's the equivalent to three meatballs. You're better off ordered spaghetti and meatballs because you get more meatballs at least.
google avatar

Yelp
Very good food and service. I joined my team for a holiday luncheon. There were 12 of us at the back near the wine room. Kira was our service. Kira did a great job serving us. I enjoyed my lasagna and the bread provided for the table was also pretty good. No complaints about the food and service. I think some time can be spent cleaning the menus better. I felt the menus felt sticky and I saw visible food on one. Not sure how this happens if the menus are removed before food arrives and cleaned between guests. This should be improved. With the flu and other things out here, it's best to sanitize things well, or else I will question the cleanliness of the entire establishment. I'm also wondering if I picked up something here with this group or from the uncleanliness I witnessed. After dining here I started feeling under the weather later in the evening.

Yelp
The food and service both are excellent. The ambiance is good, too. Definitely, I will go again.

Yelp
The food is excellent! I ordered a creme brûlée and an eggplant parm and was happy with both. The restaurant is clean and the ambiance is wonderful. Riley was lovely too and contributed nicely to Lugano's service.

Yelp
Love this place. Service and food is top notch. Always a good time and servers are great.

Yelp
Our family had a Father's Day lunch at Lugano Ristorante. My father recommended it so we figured it had to be good. This is fine dining at its best, and it did receive an award for best Italian restaurant in Cary, so we figured it had to be wonderful. We were right. Our server took very good care of us and was very professional. I ordered the Eggplant Parmesan and it was fantastic and hot!! All of our entrees were hot and tasted phenomenal!! My brother loved his Chicken Parmesan and my father loved his Chicken Chopped Salad. My youngest niece enjoyed her sundae for dessert. The ambiance is a classic Italian style setting for the restaurant which is nice and makes you feel like you are in Italy. The bread and olive oil were wonderful and very fresh! This was a wonderful lunch for Father's Day and we all enjoyed ourselves very much! If I come back to Cary to visit my Dad, I will want to come back here for dinner. This was simply delightful and delicious!!

Yelp
My daughter who is 6 years old became violently ill after eating here. I have reached out to the restaurant with no response. If you don't want food poisoning, find another restaurant. There are plenty of restaurants in RDU where you can get better pasta and won't be sick afterwards.

Yelp
You will not be disappointed having a bite at Lugano. Pull a little hard on the door walking in or it will get stuck like it did on me. One of the lovely hostesses helped me out and I walked into warmth. I was sat by the window in a booth and greeted by a lovely gentleman that took my order for the half and half. For $16 you can get either a soup or salad and half a sandwich or one of their pastas. He recommended their lasagna. While waiting I was given some of the best bread I've had in a long time. It was thick, warm, and seasoned with rosemary. I tried to only have a couple of bites, but I ended up having an entire piece. This did not stop me from devouring the minestrone soup and lasagna that came out a few minutes later. Everything was so fresh and delicious. And not super heavy, but full of flavor. Every bite of lasagna just got better and better. I cannot wait to come back to this neighborhood Italian joint with so much flavor and flare!

Valerie S.

Yelp
I placed an order to go by phone. Very lovely restaurant, can't wait to go back to eat there. No one felt like going out this evening. I ordered 5 plates. We picked up the order on time. I didn't check the bags, and when we got home realized one of the Entree's was missing that had been paid for. The manager took it off the bill and gave us a coupon for a future dessert or appetizer. Definitely appreciated the credit for our inconvenience. The food was delicious, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Eggplant Parmesan and a very large Caesar Salad with a very pleasant dressing!

Yelp
Pork chops were great! Was able to walk in no wait on a Tuesday evening. Don't fill up on the bread!

Yelp
Great food, best bread, lasagna was on point. Service was fantastic and not too busy. Can't wait to go again!

Yelp
This restaurant is spacious with several tables inside and has a large parking lot surrounding the business. We were seated with our party right away. When we arrived the limited printed menu for our group was on our table. Due to me being apart of a pre-arranged large group on Mother's Day we were served our salad and dessert family style. We were given the house salad in a large bowl for our table. The salad was mostly just a bowl of greens with some carrots and a few small pieces of cucumbers that you had to search for in the big bowl. We were provided with dressing on the side. I was not a fan of the salad. The servers also gave us baskets of bread served with oil and cheese. The bread was soft and tasted good. After we finished our salads before our orders were taken for our entrees. I chose the chicken Marsala for my entree. The dish was served with several pieces of chicken but it was bland. I didn't really like the sauce that was served with my meal. I have had better chicken Marsala at other restaurants. The mashed potatoes were good but there was a small amount of potatoes served with the dish. I was not a fan of the spinach either. The cheesecake was good and creamy. The bread pudding was ok. I ended up ordering a Pepperoni Stromboli to-go. The Stromboli tasted good even after being reheated. There was lots of cheese inside and the Stromboli was soft. During our visit the service could have been better. I understand that it was Mother's Day and we had a large party but the servers were not personable or pleasant. We had to ask for the same items multiple times before we got them.

Yelp
Well, this was certainly an interesting experience. My husband and I decided to try Lugano Ristorante for the first time the other night, and I rarely feel the need to write a review, but here we are. My husband and I sat at the bar, and it got loud but not overwhelming. We could still hear the bartender easily and have a conversation. The bartender was the perfect amount of conversational, and our food came out fairly fast. Although the service and food were top-notch, the night wasn't perfect. We heard yelling coming from the kitchen throughout the entire time we were there. I understand the kitchen is a stressful place, but this was over the top. The manager was all over the place. I've never seen someone go through all five stages of grief so quickly. I ordered wine, but I think she needed it more. To her credit, she was very kind to us and the other customers at the bar top. Now, onto the food: We had the mussels and the Ziti al Forno, and both were phenomenal. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and genuinely impressive. But as we enjoyed our meal, we couldn't help but wonder if the kitchen staff would make it through the night in one piece. Overall, the experience was good! We had GREAT service throughout the night, and the food was DELICIOUS, but the atmosphere needs to be improved, especially with the apparent tension in the kitchen. If you plan on dining here, I recommend sitting further away from the kitchen to avoid any disruptions. Despite all that, we will return if in town again to give it another try because the food was delicious! Here's hoping the staff made it out alive!

Yelp
Reserved their semi-private dining space for a birthday party, on a Saturday afternoon. Perfect time of day, because they were not busy. We had great service and the food was delicious! Since we were there so early, the lunch menu was being utilized. The stuffed mushrooms were amazing! My family also liked the bruschetta and the calamari. :) Everyone REALLY liked their entrees! I had the Capellini alla Melanzana. It was incredible! Every bit as good as it sounds! :) The pre-meal bread is also delicious! The desserts sound great! But, we brought a cake with us which they very kindly cut for us and brought out with candles. :) I highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely go back! :)

Yelp
This is my family's favorite place in town for Italian food. I feel bad it's taken me this long to have written a review! We all have our favorites and we all seem to order the same things every time! Here's our family favorites: Calamari - excellent! Wedge salad, Caesar salad, & Beet salad Lobster & shrimp scampi over polenta Lobster Fettuccine Grilled pork chops We love these desserts: Bomboloni - deep fried wedges of dough sprinkled with cinnamon sugar with vanilla ice cream White chocolate bread pudding Tiramisu The only thing we find to be disappointing is the coffee. We sometimes order our dessert to take home so we can have it with our own coffee.

Yelp
Food, Service, and Ambience were all exquisite for a great birthday celebration! Although a little pricey, I think I've now found a new favorite Italian ristorante!

Yelp
I know I said I would not return due to the nasty comments left on a note attached to my glasses by some jackass wait staff ( I left my glasses behind when we came to celebrate my sons graduation in 2022)..but I relented because the hubs wanted chicjen parm...and I mean Luganos has some of the BEST! Tender juicy seasoned perfectly pan seared/fried chickem breast. The "gravy" is robust and verrrry tasty. Hubs thoroughly enjoyed dinner. I had the filet and scallop with creamy risotto which was delish!! (I love risotto!!!) And the arugula brought out the flavors even more. I enjoyed my Italian Old Fashion whuch went down smooth and warm. ALSO Kiera was our waitress...so sweet! She smiled alot and was just so dang nice. How can I stay mad and miss out on all that yummy deliciousness?? Muwah!

Yelp
Nice restaurant, with ample parking and with a relaxed and generous dining areas. We were a table of 7 on Sunday with lunch reservations. The service was quick, attentive and very friendly. We had the calamari appetizer and several other entrees. All were made very tasty and seasoned well. One star was not given because we were very surprised (and frankly disappointed) that our first breadbaskets were clearly old hard bread. When we asked for another, soft, fresh baked bread was delivered...especially at what seems to be a very nice establishment.

Yelp
This is pretty much on point and totally made us want to come back again! From the atmosphere to the service and the food to boot, we may face found our New Jersey replacement! The Polenta was delectable and the focaccia bread was warm and soft. We can't wait to try it again and explore the menu more! Oh

Yelp
We went around 5pm on a Wednesday. So there was no wait we instantly got seated! Our waiter was Brooks and he was very pleasant. He checked on us often but not annoyingly often. He made great suggestions and was helpful. He also let me know there was gluten free bread as an appetizer (which was not on the menu)! I ordered a gluten free pizza & it was delicious! My boyfriend ordered the Italian meatloaf - he said the meat loaf part was good. But the bread it was sitting on was not tasteful & was "okay". The setting was calm and comfortable. Maybe a suggestion for the hosts to greet the customers upon entering. There was another waiter who stopped by to clean off some empty plates. Very pleasant experience!

Yelp
Food was decent. Service was lacking. Ran out of drinks. Waiter never checked on our meal. We wanted some more bread and some of us did not get the drinks we ordered at the same time. We have no reason to go back.

Yelp
One always has a first impression. Walking inside the atmosphere is relaxed with the music at an appropriate level where it is easy to converse. But when walking in, not a single person at the front desk smiled. And the same thing when they lead my two family members and myself to our table. The service was fairly quick with a very nice waitress. But when my beer arrived in a bottle, it was noticeably warm and I had to request a cold glass. The three of us did our own food rating. The Stromboli received an eight rating. The salmon dinner was given a six. And the scallops with risotto was given a five. A five due to a number of hard pieces in the scallops. Not sure if it was hard salt or something else. The seafood tasted good, just not happy with whatever I was biting down on. The panna cotta was our desert selection and it as so sweet that we left at least half of it. The cost for a beer, scallops dinner plus desert was for me $52. In my opinion over priced since I have been to other better restaurants at about the same cost. Will I return? I do not think so.

Yelp
Service: 2 out of 5 We've been here 3 times, but last night's experience was just sub par. Our main waitress seemed like a young high school girl who didn't enjoy working there and had a pissy attitude every time she walked by, gave very fake smiles when serving us. She also forgot 3 simple requests that we asked her for: we asked for extra napkins, she said sure and forgot immediately. We asked her to take a photo of our family at the table, she said sure and she would be right back, but just ignored us completely so we had to ask someone else. We also asked for a glass of hot water but she brought ice water instead. Food: 3.5 out of 5 The food was okay, there was another waiter who brought us extra mussels due to us having 6 mussels that didn't fully open in our order. Overall this place has really good appetizers but the entrees need work. We ordered a risotto based seafood dish and two pasta based dishes. The risotto was overly cheesed up which was kinda disgusting. But the seafood was decent. The pasta was just okay too. You can tell that the pasta itself is not made fresh there. Almost all taste like boxed pasta.

Yelp
Food is consistently delicious. Service is always gracious. A little noisy but always a great experience. My favorite.
