Family-run on the east side, Luigi’s turns out stone-oven pies, hearty red‑sauce pastas, and old‑school breadsticks. Recent menus and hours verified through ordering platforms; locals applaud the friendly service and value.

Superior fresh high-quality ingredients - all dishes have made from scratch flavor, superb service, spectacular experience! Very highly recommend - The MOST authentic Italian cuisine we have ever eaten! Amazing experiences - now we have been back several times and have a long list of personal favorites!

Google
The food was very good, service was great, and I loved the Italian Bistro feel of the restaurant. Overall I would say the pizza was pretty average for the area - average is still good but it wasn't anything special. The prices were fair, we will definitely be back. The only real knock was that it took 35 minutes for two pizzas. There are a LOT of takeout orders you have to compete with.

Google
We absolutely love the food and service! We consider Luigi’s like dining with family. 10/10 and 5 stars! Our favorite dishes are the cheese tortellini and you can’t go wrong with their amazing pizza 🍕

Maria Armbrust

Google
Everything was phenomenal! We ordered the pizza soup, the mozzarella wedges, penne al forno, cheese tortellini with chicken and alfredo sauce, and the tiramisu. I literally made happy humming noises with every bite. The staff was super nice and friendly. I just enjoyed everything! 🥰

Google
The bottom of the pizza was way over done! Actually it was burnt and it gave it a less than desirable flavor. We've had pizza here many times and this was not their best effort

Christine Sabo

Google
My friend and I were happy to find a local Italian restaurant that was open as late as it was on a holiday weekend. The portions were generous as well as the food size. Everything was delicious.

Rosa Willis

Google
The dishes were very clean and well taken care of. The waitress was very nice and they both deserve a raise.

Google
One of the best places I've been. Employes are so nice, food is so good here over all wonderful place!

Yelp
My kids and I stopped here because we had a coupon...glad we did! Nice place with easy access off I43. Good service, food and pricing. Nice menu variety as well. We will be back!

Yelp
Food was IMMACULATE!!! It was soooo good!! The service was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! The restaurant looked like I was actually in Italy!!! (Which I've visited many times)! As a true Italian, I feel right at home‍‍ Buenos DIASSSS

Yelp
Ordered a 16" pizza 25 minutes before closing. Staff were very friendly and pizza was delicious! Thank you!!

Yelp
Ordered a chicago style pizza yesterday from Luigis Italian Bistro. Let me begin by saying I am a bit of a pizza snob. This pizza was excellent. Best I've had in quite awhile. The staff was polite. All in all a very pleasant experience. Thanks Luigi!!

Yelp
We were here last and come back for my birthday tonight. Bid difference between the 2 services. Last week was perfect. Perfect cheese bread, perfect pizza. But, tonight we had a much different experience. The cheese bread was good, but the 1st pizza they served us was burnt. Gave us another pizza which we requested be boxed, was undercooked. My wife, when she asked the 2nd pizza to be boxed, saw the crew eating fries while working. Not paying Attention to what was going on. This place needs better management. Will not go back and don't recommend

Yelp
Love Luigi's pizza! Came with a large group of 20-25 people. We called ahead so they knew we were coming. Got apps, pizzas and drinks. Great food, nice location and fantastic staff!!

Yelp
We were happy to find this family-owned restaurant during a recent visit to Green Bay. Our party of six visited in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday. Four of us ordered panini and two ordered pasta. Everything came out in a timely manner. The food was tasty and a hearty portion. The panini are served with fries or onion rings and a pickle spear. Everyone was happy with their meal and we needed 4 take-away boxes for leftovers. Service was good but not intrusive. The Italian Chicken Sandwich had a great taste profile and included seasoned grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts with mozzarella cheese and pesto mayo. The Bistro Meatball Panini my husband ordered had nice large meatballs topped with meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. He said the sauce had great flavor and didn't lack spice.

Yelp
Very friendly staff and place has a great Italian vibe. The food is incredible! The breadsticks are my favorite of any Italian place I've been and the pasta hits the spot too.

Sandra S.

Yelp
Great food. Affordable and wonderful variety of food. Love their pizza--the best in Green Bay.
google avatar

Yelp
Absolutely the best pasta in the Green Bay Area! Honestly can not recommend one dish over another.

Yelp
Love, love, love this place!! The pizza is always delicious and the pasta is very good too. Owned by a cute little family.

Yelp
I have always been here as a family tradition restaurant. They have great service and good timing for food if you are dying of hunger. I recommend this place to anyone who is hungry and wants Italian food.

Rebecca W.

Yelp
We ordered from Green Bay,WI. The food was delicious until...we arrived home with our take-out and I started to dig into my Penne. I found two dark, thick, about an inch long, hairs in my pasta. They were either beard/mustache hairs or pubic hairs. Yes, pubic hairs. Needless to say, I was completely grossed out and threw my food in the garbage. This is unacceptable! Especially since we spent about 160.00 and left a nice tip. Please look into this and also make your staff wear hair nets.

Yelp
I really had high expectations for this place so we decided to try it out. We ordered the cheesy garlic bread and pepperoni and sausage pizza. The garlic bread was very good. The pizza, meh, if you want flavor go somewhere else, this pizza didnt have much flavor, very bland. We will not be returning.

Yelp
Mom and pop shop located in a strip mall. At dinner time all the other businesses were closed down so it's pretty desolate. But don't let this fool you. Ordered the spaghetti and meatball and beef ravioli. Side salad was served with your choice of dressing. Breadsticks were soft but I don't think they used butter...looks more like margarine but still tasty. Meat sauce was a tad sweet but I enjoyed it. Best thing was the two meals were $25 including tip and I have 3 raviolis for breakfast tomorrow morning!

Yelp
Stick to pizza here. We've eaten here a number of times for lunch and dinner and it's always been good. Ate there last Friday with a party of eight and not one person at the table could say that their meal was very good. I had the chicken Parmesan and the chicken was tough and overcooked.
google avatar

Kylee W.

Yelp
Yelp was meh, Facebook was great so we decided to give it a try. We got the chicken Alfredo and pizza sauce mushroom deep dish. Pizza was okay. Alfredo had thawed frozen spinach and it kinda overtook the taste. The deep dish had all the toppings slid to one side and we didn't drive like bank robbers on the way home. Overall pizza was okay, but don't think we will be back.

Yelp
My family loves this place! Good Food & family.. always a good time and happy bellies! Order a Luigi's special and 30" pizza for your next party!

Yelp
A legit family owned Italian restaurant. Great service and and excellent pizza, spaghetti w/ meatballs and calzone!! The ambiance is pretty simple but the menu is priced right. We'd eat there again in a minute.
google avatar

Yelp
I have eaten at Luigi's a few times now and have never had a bad meal. Interestingly, I have never had their pizza, which I have heard is very good. My favorite so far has been the cheese tortellini. I was fantastic!!! Very rich and buttery. I also have tried the chicken parmesan and meatball sub and enjoyed both of them too! If I had to give any negative feedback it would be the service. It can be a bit slow and I have yet to find anyone at this restaurant that seems happy to be there! No one has been rude or anything like that, just not real friendly or at least smiley. Here's the bottom line.... the cheese tortellini is so good I would put up even a rude waitress to eat it!

Yelp
Great pizza and friendly service. Stopped here based on Yelp! reviews and our whole travel party was very pleased. (Super cheesy pizza) We ordered the garlic cheese bread and an 18" traditional crust pizza. Fed six.

Yelp
We really enjoyed visiting Green Bay for a family reunion. Our brother in law took us to Luigi's the Friday night before the event, we arrived around 5, put our name on the list and had a cocktail at the bar while we waited. Oh my word, the bar maid named "Kim" was so friendly and kind. We had alot in common like her trip to Europe, and our trip not to mention my husband was born and raised in The Netherlands. Everyone at the bar enjoyed our conversation and humor. I shared a recipe with her for rhubarb barbecue sauce from allrecipes.com. We feel like we made a new friend. Then the all you can eat walleye and clam chowder was served when we were seated in the dining room. We have had walleye from most parts of Wisconsin, but none as good as this. Lightly breaded and thick long pieces piled high. The rye bread was fresh and soft with Room Temperature butter (a major plus in our book) . I had the potato salad and was pleasantly surprised with the portion and it's great blend of mustard, mayo, fresh celery and onion. Everything was hot and most delicious. We will return whenever we are in the Green Bay area and will recommend it to all our friends when visiting the area to see a Packer game at Lambeau Field.

Yelp
This was the second time I have been at this restaurant and this was the second time I have felt ignored by the waitstaff. They never asked how the meal was, and forgot to bring out breadsticks. When the missing breadsticks were brought to their attention, they took a whole $2.00 off the bill. I will probably never go back as I have given them a couple of chances. If you want to feel ignored, then this is the place for you.

Yelp
I once heard someone use the phrase "too much cheese", but I'm not exactly sure what such a phrase would mean. If you are a cheese hater, then maybe Luigi's isn't the place for you. Then again, if having one of the best pizzas in town isn't something you'd enjoy, then why are you reading this? Anyhow, Luigi's has been an institution, ever since it was a dive north of town on 41... you know, the days where it would pop up on you and you'd slam on your breaks and hope not to get rear ended. While it is true that they have things on their menu other than pizza, I'm not all that interested. At it's "new" location on Manitowoc Road (they've been there for years) not only do you not have to worry about putting your life on the line with a sudden stop on a state highway, but they've kept the cheesy goodness that they've always been known for. But Luigi's is so much more than a pizza with a ton of cheese. They have a great hand tossed thin crust, just the right amount of sauce, and the pie is seasoned just right. To top it all off, they have very courteous service and a great value.

Yelp
Some of the better Italian comfort food in town. I used to work over in the I-43 business park, and Luigi's was our restaurant of choice for business lunches. Portions are generous, everything seems fresh, and the selection is great. My favorite dish is the carbonara with pepperoni soup. We also used to order their pizza for office parties, meetings, etc. Definitely one of my favorite pizza places. Our whole office is bummed that we moved far enough away that it's not convenient to go here regularly, although we do make a special trip from time to time. As for the owners, yes they can be a bit cold at first. But talk to them a little and they open up. It's a family restaurant, and has it's ups and downs just like a family. Heck, I've even played with their kids while I waited for a pizza! It's a refreshing change from some of the colder chain restaurants like Olive Garden.

Yelp
Always good to be back at Luigi's. Great pizza, great service, friendly staff. Obviously take pride in providing a great customer experience. Best pizza in town!

Yelp
Stopped here on a Saturday evening on our way to Door County. My brief review will cover two things I liked and two things I disliked. Likes: 1) My dish was delicious. Very tasty Chicken Caesar Pasta. The white sauce of the dish was creamy and flavorful. 2) The decor was pretty. The place was decorated tastefully. Dislikes: 1) Service left something to be desired. Very young staff that didn't seem to understand the basics of serving. 2) We were first seated at a booth, and halfway through my salad I glanced to my left on the floor and saw a swarm of ants all over a piece of food on the floor! Not sure how I made it through the rest of my meal at that point. So, we told them about the ant problem and they said we can choose another table. Nothing else was said about it (would have thought the manager would come over and say something). I wouldn't go back.

Yelp
Nothing more disappointing than going to an eating establishment and NO ONE even bothered to acknowledge our being there for FOOD and DRINKS Walked at 20 minutes On to a place that cares!!
google avatar

Gary F.

Yelp
Just picked up a pizza for takeout. Delicious as usual. Nice to have a place that is so consistently good.

Yelp
Tried to order delivery for a hungry friend who is a patient at Aurora Bay Medical Center, and the woman on the phone refused because she's "unfamiliar with where that is." Seriously? It's one mile north of your restaurant. Thanks for nothing!
google avatar

Matt P.

Yelp
The restaurant itself has a strange ambiance, and I have never had anything besides their pizza, but it is the best pizza I have ever had. I live in Chicago, but everytime I come to Green Bay, I stop at Luigi's. This is the type of pizza that I wish I had down the street from me. It's absolutely perfect.
google avatar

Jim C.

Yelp
My go to place for affordable Italian dining. Friendly service, great pasta dishes and pizza.

Yelp
my first impression was a little hesitant. this is in a strip mall and just looks a bit iffy from the outside. inside however, is nicely decorated and very clean. we got the honey nuggets as an appetizer and they were so good! they were nothing fancy, just bits of dough covered in honey and cinnamon sugar....but they are so addictive! ordered a traditional crust 16" and we only managed to eat a couple pieces and we have plenty of leftovers for the next couple days. overall some of the best pizza you can get in Green Bay! and it's nice that it's family owned, so you're keeping your $$ within the community

Lori R.

Yelp
Usually love going here but we froze to death while eating are meal. We had a large group and had called ahead to make sure we would have tables they sat us in the back room took about 10 minutes before wait staff came to get our order I think they we're arguing over who would serve us. Waitress did not seem happy she had to serve us ( I guess she lost) The room was colder than outside finally at one point the waitress came in with someone and they looked at the thermostat but really was not too apologetic for being so cold we had a tiny baby and seven small children which we had to keep coats on during our meal. Could not really enjoy our food ( adults also bundled in coats)in future before being seated in back room ask prior if heat on a table came in after us and sat back there for about 5 minutes and asked to be moved which that waitress was very accommodating. never apologized for cold to us --cold day before we go back! Sad when you spend that kind of money and have to freeze while eating probably been warmer if we ate outside!

Barth L.

Yelp
Great pizza and cheesy garlic bread. I've beee. Coming here for many years. I can not vouch for any of the other menu items. My family comes here for every graduation or birthday celebration.

Jason O.

Yelp
Luigis's Bistro is our go to pizza joint for real pizza. We have never had anything bad from there in our years of eating there and taking out. Their Tuesday special is on of our favorites.

Scott C.

Yelp
My work is right across the street from here, so I've been here a couple of times with coworkers. The staff recognizes us so we always get great service. I like to consider myself a pizza connoisseur so that's what I've generally get here. I'd suggest getting the cheese burger pizza. Everything you'd get on a cheeseburger but in pizza form. It's recommended to get ketchup and mustard on it which totally completes the pizza. Another good one to try is the BLT Ranch pizza. Same concept, all of your favorite BLT ingredients on a pizza. There was a little too much L for me on it, but still a really good choice.

Yelp
Quiet, intimate atmosphere. Perfect for a delicious Italian meal. First started coming to this location after purchasing a Groupon for two $15 vouchers for $14, and have since made this a regular date night spot! We've had the same waitress every time we've been there, and she is excellent, and always fast. Would definitely recommend the pizza, cocktails, or any of their appetizers!

Nancey M.

Yelp
Awesome people very helpful. The food was very good. The atmosphere is friendly, clean and comfortable. It is a chore of love that produced this very nice restaurant.

Arnie S.

Yelp
Our Order was skipped. Others around us got their pizza before us and they ordered after us. When the pizza finally did show up, it was undercooked. Waitress knew. Flavor so so. A lot better places for Italian. This was my first and last time
google avatar

Jon E.

Yelp
I give this place 5 stars because of the professionalism of the staff and quality of the food. I ordered a personal pan style pizza with sausage and bacon and a order of mozzarella sticks. The food was outstanding! Will eat here again!

Yelp
I won't lie. I've been a frequent customer of this restaurant since it opened but after my experience Friday night, I will NEVER go back. Is their food good? Hands down. It is terrific. However our experience on Friday, cancels that out. My husband and I stopped in for a well deserved date night. I ordered the cheese tortellini and he ordered a small sausage pizza. My pasta came out first (although judging from the look of it, it had definitely sat under the heating lights for a while) and since the table next to us had their pasta dish come out a good 10 minutes before their pizza, I went ahead and began to eat. The waitress didn't return to find out how my pasta was nor did she deliver his pizza. My hubby and I were chatting so we really didn't notice the time go by but suddenly the waitress appeared an mentioned that she was surprised that his pizza wasn't out yet. She was surprised? So were we. So she went to go check on it and returned a minute later and said that his pizza was in the back and that it was boxed up for us to take with us. Then she left. Five minutes later (if not longer) she returned with our bill and an apology that the pizza never was made and therefore it wasn't in a box nor were we being charged for it. Um, duh? Why would I pay for something I never received? She kept apologizing but did nothing to right the situation. I even paid for my dinner!! On our way out the door I turned and got the attention of the owner. He knew that we were the table that never got our food and apologized. Again, never once did he try to fix the situation. No offer to comp my meal, no offer to make my hubby a pizza to go, nothing. He blamed his servers for misinforming him and that was all. He didn't seem to disappointed that he was going to lose two regular customers. Shame on him. I wasn't looking for a "free meal". Honestly, all we wanted was my husband's meal. But we didn't even get that. Someone else posted that they didn't understand why it wasn't busy on a Friday night? Perhaps this is why.

Gene B.

Yelp
Saturday night vist at 830, a party of 4. They are open till 11 and one of our party wants a burger, nope fryers down and won't turn on how about a pannini, nope fryers down how about pasta ,nope fryers down, how about not giving us a full menu and the only thing the cook wants to make is pizza??? We, left and felt sorry for the waitress. We thought we were in a Saturday night live skit ,no hamburger, pizza. No pannini, pizza, no pasta pizza. Anyway since when do you fry pasta? We won't return!

Yelp
I stopped in last week and the service was horrible. Slow and completely impersonal. I know quite a few other places. Try Rosati's !!!!

Yelp
Love this place. We live in MN and when we are in Green Bay visiting friends and family it is a must stop!

Christine F.

Yelp
We went to Luigi's years ago & were kind of underwhelmed, so never went back. They offered a Groupon recently, so decided to try it again for lunch. Beautiful atmosphere; very clean; loved the Italian music in the background. Appears to be family run - complete with a couple of kids who were very well behaved. Service was acceptable; we were very early & you could tell that they were working hard at prepping in the kitchen. Ordered a pizza. Fresh mushrooms, which is always a plus in my book. Lots of cheese. I really liked the sauce, it had a slightly sweet taste to it that was different, but very good. It's the crust that once again made it less than perfect. It honestly tastes like something you would buy at a grocery store & then add your own toppings. It was "too" perfectly round and had no taste; certainly doesn't taste like it is freshly made right there. Other noters have recommended the deep dish, so maybe that is what they do better.

Ruth S.

Yelp
I have tried the food here a few times. I have never been happy with anything I have gotten Here. This is not like the Louise's out in Suamico. This is not homemade, home grown food. It is also overproced. I will not be back.

Yelp
By far my favorite pizza place. Luigi's special is mine and my boys favorite thing to order. Waitstaff is always friendly and inviting. Great family owned business.

Yelp
Having lived in Italy for several years, I love linguini con vongole. It turns out that this is one of the few places in town that serves it. It is the only thing I have tried here. It is good, but not great. I agree with comments about the service, slow and inattentive. One of these days I'll try something else on the menu.
