This was my second time at Luigi's. The first time was last year with an old friend who loves eating Italian Food. The last time I was here I sat and ate at the bar but this time I sat outside because me and my sister both love to people watch, we get that trait from our mother. Generally the portion sizes are good but for this particular dish it was small, reminds me of the same portion size of when I got it for happy hour the last time. The food was great and the rose to drink it with paired well. The restaurant is small but has an intimate feel.

Little gem on Las Olas! They've been quietly collecting awards for their wine list and pasta a long time. Small enough that staff get to know the regulars. Daily specials are a welcome surprise, but you can't go wrong with the seafood dishes. Fancy but relaxed. Reservations are probably useful.

Another fine meal at LTG! We had the two fish specials - swordfish and sea bass - and both were absolutely delicious. Sat at the bar and enjoyed cocktails with great service.

Thank you to this place for an amazing birthday evening! We loved everything—from the delicious food to the incredibly polite and attentive staff. A very cozy restaurant with a friendly and positive atmosphere! I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again and again. The pasta and pear ravioli were absolutely incredible!

We sat downstairs in the courtyard next to the restaurant which was really nice. The service was great and the portion sizes were huge. We didn’t have a recommendation on NYE and we just showed up, and they were nice enough to seat us. Would definitely come back.

Google
This Italian spot in Las Olas was a good experience. Great vibe, energy, and service. Food was good, but you pay for location of course. We got the Short Rib Ravioli, Calamari, and a pizza. The table bread was pretty unique and delicious.

What a fabulous dinner tonight!!! We are visiting from the Washington DC area and heading out on a cruise tomorrow. We wanted a great meal without a long wait. We were driving around los olas blvd on a Saturday night and spotted Luigis Tuscan Grill!! And what a find it was!!! We sat at the bar and received outstanding customer service from Terry Nolasco!!! From the moment we sat down at the bar to paying our bill, Terry was the best 😊. She made excellent suggestions on both food and drinks - providing us with wine 🍷 tastings. And the food was so good!!! The specials were unique with lots of choices. We decided on the lasagna, chicken parm and rigatoni bolognese. These common dishes were absolutely delicious with us finishing off with homemade tiramisu and limoncello shots. The atmosphere was like Cheers with everyone at the bar knowing one another. And Terry knew everyone which was very sweet. What a great evening. Thank you Terry for your hospitality and making a memorable evening for all of us!!! See you on our next visit. Laura, Steve and Dorothy Ps - enjoy your time with your Mom

Google
What a wonderful experience! From the food to the service, we had an incredible time celebrating my Aunts 50th! Special shout out to Paul, Gabriel and Kris for the wonderful service and treating us like we were family! This restaurant will become a staple for me whenever I am back in the Ft Lauderdale area!

Yelp
My friend in Lauderdale was eager to show me his favorite nearby Italian spot. Luigi's is in the heart of Las Olas with a cozy and intimate indoor atmosphere. We sat at the bar and started out with some red wine. The bar had a social group and a bartender that made us at home. I went with one of their specials -- seafood pasta diavolo. It was a delicious symphony of clams, muscles, calamari, fish and shrimp in a mouth watering sauce atop a bed of black pasta. We had a fun time wandering afterwards and checking out the nearby shops. Great experience with an artful vibe.

Yelp
Good food and friendly waitstaff. We were seated promptly and they were accommodating to small children. Overall vibes are of what you would expect for an older established place. Good food but nothing was a standout. We had the meatballs, chicken Marsala and the short rib ravioli. I did find the prices to be on the higher end. Because of that I probably will not be back anytime soon. There are better priced places around for the same or better food.

Yelp
10/10 experience here at Luigi's Tuscan Grill! This place has such a charm, doesn't even feel like it belongs on las olas! The service is top notch. Should out to Santiago! Very knowledgeable about the menu and patient! He gave excellent suggestions from the wine to the dishes! Now on to the food. They start you off with this garlic bread that is DEVINE!! You may not be kissing anyone after but it's so good who cares! We ordered the seafood pasta, the lobster pasta, and the veal osso bucco special. Everything was chefs kiss! Will absolutely be back.

Yelp
Second time here and the food did not disappoint. The only thing I would change is the portion size. That would've made it five stars. Attentive waiter? Check. Fast service? Check. Fresh and delicious food? Check and check! If you want a delicious meal on Las Olas then Luigi's will not disappoint, trust me!

Yelp
Ambiance is pretty and quaint inside! Music is pleasing! Service is quick and professional. The pasta dishes were rich and delicious. The best bread olive oil and cheese ever!!!

Yelp
If you want a lovely Italian dinner on Las Olas, without the 'touristy' restaurant, Luigi's is your place!! I have lived in FLL my whole life, and just discovered Luigi's within the last few years. I found it when googling 'pear raviolis near me.' Thank goodness I did !! Not only is everything on the menu great, the wine fantastique, but the staff are lovely. Gaby always makes our experience feel magical.

Yelp
Hopped in here for an early dinner. Place was clean but dated, it's a FTL staple that's been there for many years. They have a happy hour menu (bar seating only) which I've included a pic. We shared a half house salad and a baked ziti. Both were delicious. The half salad was enough for 2 but the ziti was a bit small. It was delicious though. Also I can't forget the bread they provide, it's crispy outside and soft in the middle. Tastes fresh baked and is bomb. Will return...
google avatar

Yelp
Great Italian food on Las Olas, the bread is the best i've ever had, pasta is perfectly cooked, and service is first class. Upper patio seating is great for people watching, and lower patio great for conversing with friends.

Yelp
We come to Fort Lauderdale annually and love to try new foods spots when we visit but this place will NEVER leave our rotation. It is always where we come our first night and is truly the best start to our vacation. Not only is the food to die for; homemade, authentic, and packed with flavor - but the staff is bar none. They are so kind and accommodating! The owner, Gabriel, is the sweetest man who remembered our faces from LAST YEAR and our server Giovani was so kind, helpful and patient. We were able to slowly enjoy our meal, good company, some drinks and never for one moment felt rushed. If that's not enough to convince you to go here, let's talk about the food. First, the complimentary bread is PERFECTION. It comes out hot. Crispy and crunchy on the outside but so soft and warm on the inside. It is covered in fresh parm and sitting in a delicious spiced olive oil, that I would bathe in. For apps, we split the meatballs and calamari. Both were fabulous! The calamari were big, juicy and not overly breaded or fried and the meatballs were just perfection. I got the grilled octopus salad for my entree, which I got last year and have been dreaming of since. The octopus is so juicy and fresh and grilled PERFECTLY. All of their pasta dishes are 10/10. You cannot go wrong. Sauce. Pasta. Meats. All fresh. All homemade. For desert we split the fried cheesecake that comes with pistachio gelato. It sounds heavy, but it wasn't. Highly recommend trying! Very unique and yummy. Basically, if you're in FLL - GO HERE!

Yelp
Excellent happy hour here. Went Monday and enjoyed the company of amazing people at the bar and our incredible bartender Autumn. She was absolutely amazing and so sweet and gave great suggestions! I had the happy hour tortellini which was delicious! Love it here!

Yelp
Phenomenal Italian cuisine! The food was awesome and so was the service. We were pleasantly pleased with this authentic Italian restaurant! Everything was delicious from the bread to the appetizers to the entrees! They served warm bread in garlic & olive oil covered in fresh grated cheese. We had scallops as a an appetizer and they were delicious! So sweet and savory! The Caesar salad was fresh, but had a hint of lemon or something that I wasn't crazy about, but it was still good. Our entrees were so fresh and full of flavor! We tried a special, the Zuppa di pesce (seafood linguini) which was amazing and the fettuccini Mare E Monti. The linguini was prepared in a light red sauce with mussels, clams, calamari, shrimp and fish. The fettuccini was prepared in a cream sauce with shrimp & crab. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. They explained the differences in the entrees and provided great recommendations! The restaurant has a full bar, inside seating and outside seating facing Los Olas Blvd. It's a great restaurant for friends or a date night.

Yelp
so we were in town to visit a friend and he recommended this establishment We had been here once before simply for drinks and this time we returned for food Our waiter was incredible as was the entire staff we felt welcome and even a little entertained The food was delicious I don't remember what we ate because it's been a couple of weeks ago and I forgot to leave a review but I do remember that it was incredible and I will definitely be back! If you want to try to get a seat at the bar you definitely need to get here as soon as happy hour starts or you will be out of luck !

Yelp
Real Italian ambiance, wonderful staff, very attentive waiters. Reminded me of when we were in Pisa and Florence a couple of years ago. The food was fresh, well prepared and delivered in a timely manner. Then they sang Happy Birthday to me in Italian. Wonderful evening. Thanks Husband for taking care of me and spoiling me rotten

Olivia W.

Yelp
Very authentic Italian. Their bread was absolutely wonderful. I got a margarita pizza and it was very good.

Debra S.

Yelp
Octopus and bean salad is fab and the vibe is always lively I come back here every time i am in town

Yelp
We had an amazing night at Luigi's on November 13. Surprised our bartender friend Daniel who we know from the Boston area. Dan has spent 19 years at Luigi's and is adored by his GM and fellow staff, many of whom we met and left with new friendships. The food was amazing and I'm glad I left enough for today's luncheon leftovers! Go to Luigi's and sit at Daniel's bar for an all-round great time with all.

Yelp
Came here for Valentine Day with my husband and were sitting outside by the water. We ordered the veggie pizza and a pasta to share. We were given a special Valetine day dessert and I received a lovely rose. This place was so romantic and had a beautiful view while we enjoyed dinner. The waiter was extremely kind and attentive to our needs. We had a lovely night.

Leonard S.

Yelp
The whole experience was a delight! Chris the server was great. The food was 10 stars. Our daughter and grandkids from Colorado loved it. The zucchini flowers were amazing. Best Italian I've had since the North End in Boston
google avatar

Carin T.

Yelp
I got the parts with pear sauce and was absolutely amazing. Second time I went I got an stroganoff which was delicious also but I still think the pasta with pear sauce is the winner.
google avatar

Danielle R.

Yelp
Food was fantastic, we sat immediately and the weather outside was perfect. The service was a little all over the place. They kept bringing us other tables dishes. As we were waiting for our own. I ordered wine with my meal and I gave him some highlights as to what I was looking for and he brought out a full glass of what idk he never specified . Did he care weather I liked it or not IDK‍. We had to ask several times for a dessert menu and got it on the last try. And then as we paid the check the server was nice enough to bring back the money book and let us know 20% tipping is the minimum . Cool good to know

Yelp
We stopped by after attending the Los Olas art fair. This place wasn't crowded and was on the way back to our car. Service was great! Server was attentive and stopped by often. We split the small Caesar and it was more than enough for two. And the bread they serve was sooooo good! We also split a margherita pizza. It was a little crispy on the edges but still very tasty. Sauce was good and everything was fresh. We would stop back if we were in the area.
google avatar

Yelp
Lovely red sauce establishment with a non-pretentious vibe and good food. Much prefer the vibe here over other local more scene alternatives.
google avatar

Nerina B.

Yelp
This place a small but cozy. The waitress was so nice, and very attentive. We shared the Caesar salad. It was big enough for at least three people. It was good but the dressing was very sour. Too much vinegar in the dressing. It was ok. We then ordered the clams as an appetizer. It's was a small portion but enough for two. The clams were in a tomato based sauce. Unfortunately it was a little bit to salty. We then ordered the salmon dish. Again a little bit to salty. The salmon came with mashed potatoes and asparagus, which could have both used the salt. The service was excellent, however the food was ok, but not that great especially for the price.

Yelp
Came with a group of 4 on a Friday night and was able to be greeted and seated within just a few minute. The service was friendly and very attentive throughout our time there. I had a lemon drop and a spaghetti carbonara, both were fantastic. I would definitely recommend if you are in las Olas and craving some tasty italian!
google avatar

Yelp
Came here before theater. Lovely spot with a little outdoor dining area overlooking a canal. Busy spot with a very good wait staff. They serves a very good small loaf of garlic bread. My wife loves Eggplant Parmigiana, thinly sliced and layered organic eggplant, mozzarella, and San Marzano tomato sauce served with spaghetti. The pasta was hot but the eggplant wasn't so she sent it back and it wasn't much warmer the second time. So she told to takr it back and they comped it. I tried the Spaghetti Alle Vongole with little neck clams, garlic, and EVOO over pasta. Just fair. When the Manager came to table and asked about dinner and my wife told. He sent over dessert.

Yelp
Love their happy hours. Bartenders are excellent, food consistently great! Always made to feel at home!

Yelp
One of the best Italian places I have been to! The food was very authentic and so delicious! The service is what really made dining there even better. Shot out to Terry and Daniel at the bar, they were absolutely lovely! Will definitely be back!
google avatar

Monica R.

Yelp
Has a family event so it was 11 of us and the service was excellent! The server gave us great attention and make sure we got all of our food in time . I order the baked ziti and it was freshly baked. There's great food options for an Italian restaurant and plenty of drinks and wines to choose from . We all enjoy the service and the food !

Clevis F.

Yelp
I live off Las Olas and went there on purpose on a Thursday night. I wanted to sit at the bar and order a few glasses of wine and a pasta dish. I arrived 28 minutes before closing time and the hostess told me it was too late. That's not how closing time works. For the sheer annoyance of this I don't give this restaurant a second chance.
google avatar

Amanda R.

Yelp
Very authentic Italian food and great service. The bread is absolutely amazing! Chicken Milanese Breaded Chicken

George M.

Yelp
Perfecto - service and food. Wait staff made effort to make each patron feel special. Veal osso buco one of the best. New York feel to the place.
google avatar

Tim B.

Yelp
Always a joy to dine at Luigi's! Food is excellent and service is superb! The eggplant parm is my favorite.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised by Luigi's, but how the heck have I not heard of this place earlier?! Our server was super friendly and on the ball. We had a larger party and I felt like dinner went smoothly and was also delicious. We started with one of their specials a truffle burrata. I am reliving the tastes now and could easily head right back to experience them again. The burrata was perfection. Super smooth and enhanced by tomatoes, prosciutto, pesto and some balsamic glaze. Yum! I also chose my entree off their list of specials, a short rib accompanied by a truffle risotto. The short rib was tender and served with a wine reduction and the creamy risotto complimented the dish marvelously. We sat outside on a patio just down the stairs from the entrance of the restaurant. The ambiance was great. We had a wonderful time!

Josephine C.

Yelp
The food was very delicious! I had the seared bass. The brea is to die for. I plan to come back when I am down in South Florida
google avatar

Michelle D.

Yelp
Food was amazing. Eggplant rollitini is the best I've ever had and the sauce was flavorful. Our entrees were equally impressive. Service was excellent with close attention to detail. I loved that the space had a secluded feel. The restaurant was clean and cool. I didn't feel sticky even though the humidity was very high outside
google avatar

Amanda N.

Yelp
My husband, my best friend, and I went here for dinner on a Friday night. We were able to be quickly seated without a reservation. The ambiance was romantic and intimate. The food was outstanding! My husband and I just got back from a 3 week Italy trip, and the food here tasted very authentic. Service was timely, and the general manager seemed very nice. The only thing I didn't appreciate was our waiter (and older man from New York) continuously called me a "trophy wife" which was very rude in my opinion and embarrassing in front of my friend who came to visit me. I work very hard, and these remarks were just not needed. Despite this, my husband and I still tipped 20%. Our 2 apps, 2 pastas, and 1 fish with sides came to about $140. I would come back but would definitely make sure we had a different waiter.

Yelp
It's usually impossible to find seating for 12 people last minute in Fort Lauderdale, but this past Saturday Luigi's went above and beyond to accommodate our large party on a very short notice. We ordered A LOT of cocktails and a few bottles of wine, the servers were very attentive and quick to refill. The food was excellent and the completely bread is dripping in garlic butter.... So good. Also wasn't that expensive either! Would definitely recommend for great consistent Italian on las olas
google avatar

Yelp
On her 24th birthday we treated our lovely daughter to an elegant dinner at Luigi's Tucson Grill. Nestled on the corner of Las Olas restaurant row and the river the outdoor seating offered a magical touch for that special birthday dinner. The staff was charming and informative offering all menu items and specials as we settled in. The wine selections are premium the pours generous complimenting the dishes we had ordered. Premium experience with a grand finally birthday with candle and cake for the little princess turning a young 24 year of age. Thank you for the great dinner and experience.

Barbara D.

Yelp
A lovely Italian restaurant on Las Olas. The service is one of the best I have ever experienced. The food is unbelievable. What a lovely place. I am from Miami and will definitely be back.
google avatar

Kelly S.

Yelp
Outdoor seating on a large patio. The ambience is nice and it doesn't feel like you are on the side of a busy road. Mood lighting reflected in my photo. Service was very slow. We asked for a wine recommendation and were basically told to read the menu. We ordered a bottle of wine and they were unable to locate it in the back so they brought us another random bottle. Despite the other issues, the pasta was homemade and tasted good. I ordered the Pear Ravioli and my friend had the Gnocchi. The garlic bread was also delicious.

Gabriel C.

Yelp
Had dinner with my wife for our anniversary. The restaurant was small but felt very welcoming. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and seemed very happy for a busy evening. Our waiter was kind and patient with great recommendations. Bread and antipasto was great and we nearly finished it before our mains arrived. My wife had the gnocchi and I had the short rib ravioli. Dessert cake and gelato was the cherry on top to a great meal. I will definitely head back.
google avatar

Chad H.

Yelp
This was such a fun little dinner spot. I think part of the magic was that nobody.... Literally nobody else was sitting outside. So we had the whole outside dining are to ourselves, by the water. It just made for a quiet, fun private dinner. The food was good, I got spaghetting with meatballs, my wife got the baked ziti. Both were yummy. The bread that they bring to the table was so dang good. This may have been my favorite part . I was disappointed in the tea, I asked if they had iced tea, they said they did but then I got a glass bottle of some flavored tea. Yuck. Not brewed ice tea like I was hoping for.

Yelp
The food, the service, and the ambiance. Perfect!! This small town gem is not only a fantastic place to eat and drink, but a great place to meet new and old acquaintances. Highly recommended. Oh, try the veal parmesan. YUM!!

Rickard O.

Yelp
Great service and great food, reasonable pricing! Great location as well at Las Olas.

Mike M.

Yelp
Great food, drink & service - from Paul Donahue and team! Nice table on the patio (with fans) added to the evening
google avatar

Sarah B.

Yelp
We had dinner here without a reservation on a Saturday evening - waiting 15 minutes for a table. While we waited we had a drink at the bar and then we were led to our table outside on the sidewalk. The service was very attentive and the food was delicious. I had the whole wheat pasta primavera. It's unusual to see this dish on a menu and I was excited to try it. It was delicious- lots of vegetables and not too oily nor too salty. If I lived in this area I would be a regular for sure!

Yelp
What a great experience. From the ambiance in the restaurant, to the AMAZING Expresso martinis, you can't go wrong visiting Luigi's. Our server was very knowledgeable about all menu items and even brought us some limoncello to cap off our meal. The garlic bread comes out sizzling and is a tantalizing start to your meal. Our server recommended the fuscili pasta and the chicken Milanese and it was fantastic. The pear and ricotta ravioli was unlike anything I've ever had. I highly recommend you try it as an appetizer for the table.

Yelp
i have never written a negative restaurant review because we all have a bad night. BUT...Just left Luigi's Tuscan Grille with a party of 17. Service great / foid generally good -as dinner was served king tides brought water into their dining area-we laughed st first but it progressively moved to a height of at least 1 1/2 inches halfway civrting tge shoes of four of us -waiter moved tables a bit and maitre'd came over to say sorry and oh it happened last night. DUH.. tides last for several days -move the party, adjust the tables, make the berm higher. We rushed through dinner and asked for check. I never ever look for s freebie but thought at leadst a gesture for a bill close to $1,000.00. Nothing! No apology, no gesture, nothing. Well we paid the bill, left the full tip snd left - waiter said he coukd call nanager but he didn't what was going on. it happened yesterday, forecast was the same, you placed a large party in the same precise spot ( btw-plenty of room to move us - never offered) My advice -check the tidess before dining here - better yet , skip it -we have plenty of better, customer oriented restaurants in Fort Lauderdale.
