Lula is owned by 27 year-old Taylor Platt, with an eight-person staff of women in their 20s. The cafe has an eye-catching mural by local artist Tori Kirihara and decor created by Platt and her crew. Lula focuses on healthy drink options with collagen powder lattes and turmeric-flavored options, and uses espresso roasts from Cutters Point Coffee Co. The food menu includes items from neighboring food truck El Chapulin Oaxaqueño, pastries, and bagels. We had a rad experience! This is a fantastic latte spot. Our kids enjoyed the cloud room, both are lattes were richly flavored (dessert like!). We had the Salty Beach (like liquified salted dark chocolate) and the sugar free vanilla. Both had soy milk. Latte mixologists 😂 were kind and patient. I did have a straight double shot and as I’m particular about how my espresso tastes, I would avoid the next time. I can 💯 recommend the lattes. Hot Tip: DoughJoy and Easy Street Records & Cafe are a 30 sec - 4min walk away and worth a visit!

I visited this coffee shop two mornings in a row. The first day, I arrived around 6am when they opened and the two baristas were really nice. The second day I arrived when they opened at 7am. Music was blasting much louder than the day before. Lots of explicit lyrics. I would not recommend this place for kids. It is not family friendly. The only people that were inside the café, where two parents and two babies. I had breakfast burrito and a Matcha latte and it was $14. The vibe of this place must depend on who is working that day. all in all, I recommend checking out Hotwire Coffee across the street.

Great people who make great drinks!! My white pistachio matcha drink was A-mazing!! The toffee butter macchiato was super delish too! I’ll definitely be back! Check it out if you dare to bare the lines!

Tried their white pistachio matcha and absolutely loved it. It’s a woman owned business located on California avenue. The aesthetic is vibrant, which translates on their menu. They also have a drive through which is convenient for those that are driving. Overall, their matcha was delicious and high quality, which can be hard to find.

One word: OBSESSED!!!! I never write reviews but this one is way to perfect to pass up. Coconut cold foam *chefs kiss*, PB Banana shake *chefs kiss*. All the pink!!!! UGH priceless!! I will be visiting whenever I’m in Seattle again 💗

I generally get lattes here and it's always been the perfect ratio and it's really good. The service is consistently excellent. The space feels light and the art on the walls is beautiful. I've visited solo and with friends multiple times over the years and I've never had a negative experience. I love supporting local business with the two most important things I look for being kind/friendly service (not just to me), as well as quality of product. I've always appreciated having that experience here, thank you!

Many sugarfree options. 3 side rooms for fur families to enjoy breakfast together ❤️ the grilled cheese turkey and bacon sandwiches were amazing. Lots of vegan options! 2 drinks, 1 sandwich,1 burrito= $34
