A Shockoe Bottom staple with a broad brunch menu—red velvet waffles, chorizo frittata, crab omelets—and hearty mimosas. Consistently recommended by local dining editors.

This is an excellent choice for bunch in RVA. Centralized location ( cobblestone pathway so heels aren't recommended) with paid parking nearby. This location lacks air conditioning or a cross breeze, so get ready to be hot. The service is good here too ( just very crowded, so everything took extra time) Although my food was a tad salty, it was executed correctly and overall delicious (I didn't care for the French toast; it was lukewarm, the bread should've been brioche instead of regular sliced bread, and the fruit compote lacked lemon sugar, and vanilla). I would definitely try them again.

The brunch at LuLu’s was absolutely amazing! Our server, Josh, was the highlight super personable and gave us great recommendations that didn’t miss. We went on a Wednesday, so it wasn’t too busy, and the service was fast and attentive. Everything was delicious, and I’ll definitely be back!

Lulu’s is an entire VIBE✨Walk in’s are welcome but a reservation is definitely recommended. Without a reservation you could easily be looking at a long wait—but it’s worth it. Prices are reasonable and the staff are attentive. The food and music are even better! 10/10 will recommend

Great spot! Very richmond-esque, encapsulates brunch in this city perfectly. I got the crab omelette and my partner got the red velvet waffles. Food was solid overall, and the waiter was very nice as well. Vibe is definitely casual, maybe a little pricey for the food to just be alright. Best part of the brunch was the Bloody Mary for sure, will come back for one of those soon!

Really enjoyed my breakfast croissant sandwich! The covered outdoor seating is a nice addition as well. I wish I knew the potatoes were spicy, but they were flavorful!

The food was amazing! Our service was very friendly (shout out to our server Aaron) and our food came out surprisingly quick with how busy it was. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great and I loved the vibes!

Let me be clear—this was not just brunch. This was a culinary awakening. Upon entering Lulu’s, I had modest expectations. I was hungry. I was hopeful. But I was not prepared. What unfolded before me was one of the most profound dining experiences I’ve had in recent memory. Our server, Julia, approached the table with the calm confidence of someone who knows exactly what they’re doing. She had the kind of natural poise that makes you trust her immediately with your order, your coffee, and—frankly—your life. Her delivery of the specials was smooth, unforced, and deeply effective. I didn’t just hear them—I felt them. Then came the food. I ordered the chorizo omelet. And when I took my first bite, I paused. I put the fork down. I looked out the window. I needed a moment to process what I was tasting. It was perfectly spiced, warm, satisfying in a way that felt emotional. I genuinely thought, “This is the best meal I’ve had in a while.” And I wasn’t exaggerating. I’ve dined. I’ve eaten. I’ve brunched. But this—this was different. Julia continued to impress. Her table visits were spaced with surgical precision. Not too often, not too infrequent. Just when you began to wonder if you needed something, she appeared. Not in a performative way. In a necessary way. At one point, my sister was done eating her red velvet waffle. I was not. I reached for it—half as a joke, half serious—and Julia, mid-plate pickup, didn’t laugh. She simply paused, respected my choice, and let the moment unfold. That’s hospitality. All the food was balanced in flavor and portion, the menu was unique without being gimmicky, and the price point was more than fair for the quality. Frankly, if Lulu’s started accepting reservations for dinner, I’d cancel my Friday night plans without hesitation. In summary: • Julia deserves a raise • The kitchen deserves applause • I deserve another chorizo omelet

Stopped in for brunch one Sunday and everything was delicious. We got there just in time, as it got extremely busy right after we sat down. We had the shrimp and grits, and the biscuits and gravy. Both were very flavorful and filling.

Yelp
A friend of mine and I try to meet up about every few months. We meet in the Richmond area. We always try to meet up at a new spot. This trip we tried Lulu's. Parking is easier than I personally made it. Ha! 2-3 hour parking is available on the street. There is also a public parking lot just a block away, within viewing distance from the front door. My 4 hours parking in the lot was just over $10. I booked a reservation online with no issue about a week out. We opted for outdoors since it was going to be gorgeous. We were seated immediately on their second patio which is a little smaller with about 4 tables. It was perfect, and quiet. Good area for catching up. Our waiter was great. He had tables both inside and outside and managed them well. I never wondered where he was or needed to wait to ask for something. Now the food. It lives up to the popularity. I opted for the chicken biscuit. It had great flavors throughout. The grits were perfect! The red velvet waffle strawberry shortcake waffle was very filling and heavy. My friend's apple bread pudding was the best of the two! All our food was cooked perfectly. Our favorite savory meal was the Crab Omelette. I've never had one before, but will consider ordering one in the future. Overall our visit was good.

Yelp
Lulu's is a bit hard to find, as it's in a mall area with no signage from the street. We actually asked two men we saw on the street where it was! It's also very popular -- so much so that we were told we'd have to wait 2 hours to sit inside! So, on a very cool Sunday morning, our party of 6 had to sit outside on the patio. There were heaters, but they weren't all that strong because of the wind. They have quite a variety on their menu, and if you don't want the meals they offer, it's very easy to put together something else (as my sister did). I had the red velvet waffle, which was really good. It came with fruit on it, and the sauces it came with (cream cheese with pecan, fruit jam, syrup, and butter) were just glorious. Others in my party also enjoyed what they ordered -- especially the spiked coffee drinks! Lulu's is definitely a place to check out!

Yelp
We had a great experience at Lulu's, starting with being seated immediately despite the place being packed. The service was excellent: attentive, friendly, and efficient. Our food came out surprisingly fast, which is always a plus when dining at a busy brunch spot. Food Breakdown *Potatoes - They were flavorful but not quite cooked to perfection. The peppers were cut into large chunks, making them a bit overwhelming in each bite. They also weren't sautéed as well as they could have been, leaving them slightly undercooked in some areas. That said, the seasoning was good, and they still made for a decent side. *Sausage Links - These were the thick, old-school style links--not the small breakfast sausages most places serve. They had a nice, juicy bite and a traditional, hearty flavor. If you like classic, full-bodied sausage, you'll enjoy them. *Red Velvet Waffle - While the flavor was there, it had a slightly burnt aftertaste, which made it taste overcooked. However, it wasn't so bad that I didn't eat it--I just think it could have been prepared a little better. The saving grace was the pecan cream cheese and other toppings, which were absolutely perfect. The balance of sweetness and texture worked really well, enhancing the overall dish. *Chorizo - This was a highlight of the meal! It tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and authentic. The texture was just right--not too dry or too greasy--and the flavor was bold but not overpowering. Definitely a standout. *Cheese Grits - These were smooth, creamy, and well-seasoned. Not too thick, not too runny. If you're a grits person, you'll appreciate how well they were prepared. Overall Experience: The service really stood out. It was quick, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. I'd give it a solid 9/10. We sat outside, which made for a really nice atmosphere, but I do wish they had umbrellas for some shade. The sun was bright, and it would have made the experience even more comfortable. For brunch, we spent $51 for two people, and that was without any alcohol--just food. Given the portion sizes and quality, I'd say it was a fair price. While the food wasn't perfect, the good far outweighed the bad, and I'd definitely come back. Overall, I'd rate my experience an 8/10!

Yelp
Brunch?! Yes please! This place does brunch so well! Definitely a must try! The waffles were so crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside! The chicken was juicy and flakey, great combo of sweet and salty. Eggs were fine but the star was the waffle, red velvet flavor and paired with a sweet cream to drizzle over! We ate out in the patio and enjoyed the crisp fresh morning air. Service was standard, nothing too outstanding.

Yelp
Amazing food with a cool atmosphere! Went for brunch and it was delicious!! Large space with table and bar seating and beautiful covered front patio!!

Yelp
I visited Lulu's while in Richmond on a business trip. When I entered I was asked if I had a reservation; I didn't. I wasn't too sure how I felt about being asked that question because it was empty inside. Me and my party were seated immediately. Our waitress made up for overall service because she was very friendly and attentive! She turned the vibe up a notch and made the visit memorable. The restaurant was small but it had charm. The food was ok. I was not overly impressed but it was solid in the taste department. The drinks were really good! I had the Brazilian mimosa. If you want a solid restaurant experience make your way down to Lulu's.

Yelp
The food at LuLu's, Absolutely amazing. I had the chicken and red velvet waffle breakfast, and it was perfection. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and Lulu's, velvet waffle had just the right amount of sweetness and it paired really well with the potatoes and onions. Honestly, I couldn't have been happier with the meal itself. But the service and setup? That's where the ball was dropped. It was December, and they only had outdoor seating available for the times my friends and I wanted to eat. There was only one heat lamp for per tablee, and when we asked if they could add another, they said they couldn't. So we were left sitting in the cold because one lamp just wasn't enough to keep us warm. On top of that, the wind was blowing napkins off the table, which made it hard to fully enjoy the meal. The waiter also didn't come outside very often, probably because of how cold it was. But if it's too cold for the staff, it's definitely too cold for the guests. Adding something like a plastic tent to block the wind and keep the heat in could have made the whole experience so much better. It just felt like they weren't equipped to handle outdoor dining during the winter. So overall, Lulu's gets 3 stars from me. The food was incredible, but the service and setup need serious improvement if they're going to keep offering outdoor seating in the colder months. I'd definitely be back to dine inside or when the weather is warmer the next time I'm in Richmond.

Yelp
It was my first time trying this place. It was yummy! I ordered the chorizo frittata.

Yelp
Omg..so much food! I made my own breakfast with a bisuit, fried chicken, pimento grits and a side of pimento cheese with a blood orange moonshine mimosa. Took most of the food to go and had breakfast for 3 days. Super nice staff too

Yelp
We agreed with such a warm smile when a group of us decided that we wanted to grab brunch at this place. We heard about called Lulu's. The decor was so nice and I love the steam punk vibe of the environment. We decided that we were all hungry but wanted to try different things so we ordered a little bit of everything for brunch. There were so many great options for people who were vegan or vegetarian those who are pescatarian those who were meat eaters. It was so much to choose from. The things that I enjoyed the most were the delicious grits as well as this pecan cream cheese that was so flavorful and nice. If you're in the area or have people visiting from out of town, I think that Lulu's would be a great place to bring friends and family.

Yelp
Excellent service! Delicious food! 2nd time here from New Jersey. Definitely visiting again! Juan & the hostess were very accommodating to our party of 7! Dynamite Smokey bacon bloody Mary's!
google avatar

Alauna A.

Yelp
We picked up a few items, so I'll share their photos & names! Overall, the food was quite tasty. Two of the dishes we ordered came with poached eggs, but we requested scrambled eggs instead. The waitress initially forgot, but she was really understanding and quickly put in the order again with the correct note. I decided to try something new with my drink and ordered a Bloody Mary for the first time. It was good, but I don't think I'd order it again. The waitress noticed I hardly touched it and kindly took it off the bill, which I thought was really thoughtful. It also showed how attentive she was, which was a nice surprise! I'd come again, for sure! Ps- I'm about 95% certain that the sauce says "Lulu's," haha!

Yelp
Waiter OZ will press you for a tip. He stood at the table and asked were we gonna tip he. He then followed us to the bathroom asking did we need change for a tip. Then checked the table again as we walked out and shouted thanks for nothing. 3 checks with a total of 4 ppl, 3 out of the 4 tip with card and the other had cash until he did that !!!

Yelp
I got a coffee, friend chicken, biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes, and a screwdriver all for $30!! Especially great deal because it was so much (absolutely delicious) food. The food was perfectly seasoned. Also my friend got this insane bloody Mary with giant piece of bacon. Really great service and a cool spot!
google avatar

Caroline D.

Yelp
The chorizo frittata was delicious! A little spice, but not too much. The guacamole and pico were so fresh and the frittata was served hot! The potato's were great too. I also split a mimosa pitcher with my group and they did not skimp! It was super busy for brunch on a Sunday, but they got a large party sat quickly. Clean and nice outdoor seating as well.

Yelp
Located in the heart of Shockoe Bottom, Lulu's serves up American brunch favorites in an atmosphere. The steam punk wall decor gives the place a fun yet comfortable vibe. The walls are decorated with an impressive collection of vintage baby doll art, up-cycled with bodies made from scrap metal junk such as old feed cans and gasoline receptacles. Metal fixtures and colorful lightbulbs are utilized throughout to add to this cultivated industrial TI OT. My favorite dish here is the shrimp and stone-milled pimento grits. It features stone-ground cheesy pimento grits with seared shrimp, poached eggs , hollandaise and diablo sauce and is finished with some fresh asparagus spears. The pimento cheese , poached eggs, and specialty sauces really make this dish . Runner up, though, is any dish that includes their red velvet waffles (choices are fried chicken and waffles or red velvet waffles served with pecan cream cheese and waffles). Fun, atmosphere and ïṅċṛëḋïḅḷë, inventive dishes make this place a welcome respite from your average diner for brunch.

Yelp
Went on a Sunday for brunch, the wait was about 25 minutes for a party of four to sit outside. It is pet friendly in the patio! The waiter was quick to grab us some water and our drinks and later our food order. The ambience is nice as they have music. Food took a little bit longer than expected but once it came out, it was delicious! Everything was fresh and hot.
google avatar

Christina T.

Yelp
I checked out LuLus for a brunch with a friend & we had a great time! First step was drinks - I had their pomegranate mule. It came in a pint glass which is already a bonus, it was also delicious! Their menu is diverse and has some cool options; like their red velvet waffle! I ended up putting together some side items for my meal and was so pleased! I had a fried chicken biscuit with honey - delicious! Thier biscuits will fill you up and are so good. I also had their cheese grits which they make with pimento cheese - yum!! I would go back there just for these grits! Final thoughts: food was delicious, drinks were great and plenty big, and the cost was lower than I expected!
google avatar

Alma L.

Yelp
Service was slow and unpleasant. It took 30 minute for the waitress to come back to check if I was ready to order again because I didn't want beans in the tostada brunch special order and they won't customize it. After finally getting the food we were rushed out while trying to finish our mimosa pitcher. The plate of oil/ the huevo rancheros photo speaks for itself.
google avatar

Jeanita O.

Yelp
As a first time visitor, the restaurant was packed. The music was not too loud, and was a vibe. Customers sang their favorite lyrics while enjoying their meals. Staff were friendly and attentive. I did not enjoy my drink, meal, or dessert. However, the presentation was desirable, and I may return again in the future to try a new dish. My food was salty and cold. Also, the bread pudding was thick and dry. I poured out my drink and went to a different restaurant.
google avatar

Tracy N.

Yelp
5 stars! Excellent food. Excellent service. Excellent ambiance. I mean, even the potatoes were seasoned to perfection. The eggs were scrambled exactly the way I like them. Melted in my mouth! The sweet mascarpone and strawberry dipping sauce added a sweet touch to the French toast. We will be back!
google avatar

Lauren M.

Yelp
The ambiance small and quaint... Grate for a brunch with old friends or catching up. I wasn't impressed by the food or the service. I went on Juneteenth and although there were lots of people there, it wasn't nearly crowded enough for them to have gotten my order wrong and then serve me cold food. I'll give them another chance. But I'm also not too up to return anytime soon.
google avatar

Teonna J.

Yelp
Very metropolitan in the Shocktop Bottom strip. is street based and you will have to walk so be mindful of your meters . Very cute, good seating, great servers and hosts. I had the Walkerwoods Shirmp and Grits and it was soooo freakin good. All of the Jamaican vibes came together with the buttery grits to make a delicious bite. 10/10 recommend and yes I'm all 10 lol
google avatar

Walter R.

Yelp
The food is good the waitress are very polite and the ambiance is good I recommend This place

Yelp
Extra charge for eggs in an egg dish. I ordered heuvos rancheros which per the menu description includes eggs. Got a big surprise when the bill came and I had been charged an extra $4 for the 2eggs that I assumed came with the price of the dish since they are one of the primary ingredients in the dish. Otherwise the food tasted good but was a bit too greasy. Won't be returning due to up charges for items that should be included in the price. I understand eggs are expensive lately but this is like charging extra for eggs in your scrambled eggs or omelet....
google avatar

Optasia F.

Yelp
I loved the food here. Everything was pretty delicious & cooked very well. The eggs were seasoned good and didn't require any extra seasoning. The potatoes were one of my favorite side dishes. The service was also a 10/10! Our waitress was very friendly and professional. Give this place a try .
google avatar

Yelp
I'm the researcher when it comes to traveling and I chose this spot for breakfast for our first time here in Richmond. We loved and enjoyed everything - our server was upbeat and knowledgeable, the hosts and staff were pleasant, and our food was delicious. Great way to start our day of walking around and visiting nearby museums. This restaurant and the neighborhood it's in are such a vibe; it kind of felt like we were on a movie set. We ate here on a Thursday morning when they opened and they weren't crazy busy at all. If we had time during our trip, we would've eaten here for a second time.
google avatar

Jerran N.

Yelp
Man oh man! What a GEM in Richmond. I was attending a cheerleading competition for my daughter and knew I had time to burn. I searched yelp for some breakfast spots and this place came up. We arrived at open and were quickly seated. I originally came for the red velvet pancake but was surprised when they said it was just food coloring. I immediately changed my mind and ended up getting some DELICIOUS French Toast and potatoes. The potatoes were nicely seasoned. Country Ham was salty like it was suppose to be. Eggs and bacon were good. I couldn't have been more happier. My mother in law ordered the Chorizo Frittata and it was gone before I could look up. If I visit Richmond again I'll definitely be back.
google avatar

Yelp
Nice I divey breakfast/brunch spot in the heart of Richmond. Great food. Great drinks. Great service.

Yelp
Me and my partner love getting their brunch. They are always popular on the weekends and so I would definitely recommend doing a reservation. Their food is delicious and they have great mimosa pitchers.

Yelp
Stop scrolling and go to Lulu's. We stopped in on a very busy Saturday morning around 11. We were able to be sat quickly. The place is big and has a great vibe. Whomever picked the music did a great job. Alicia Keys, Beyoncé, TLC, and Micheal Jackson for the win. We had the Chicken and Biscuit entree, it is epic. The Chorizo Omelette is delicious, and we did an a la carte biscuit and fried chicken. This place is awesome. Service was good and unobtrusive, food...great, ambience...great. Highly recommended.

Steven R.

Yelp
Oh my goodness. We are from Texas and stayed the night in Richmond before heading to Lynchburg for a college graduation and foind this place on Yelp. What a fun and cute little spot. EVERYONE including the guests are all so friendly and nice. The food is amazing and the bartender(forgot her name) is so on top of her guests. 10 out of freaking 10
google avatar

Erica B.

Yelp
Food slapped & the service was great. Josh was super attentive and did a great job of checking in on us. The atmosphere was pretty chill and the music was a vibe. We also had two different mimosas, the Brazilian & Blood Orange. I love that they provide to-go cups as well. I would definitely frequent again when visiting the area.
google avatar

Keneene L.

Yelp
Great food, service, & atmosphere were perfect for my friend's birthday brunch! Highly recommended!!
google avatar

Vasilis M.

Yelp
This is a go to brunch spot for us as temporary residents of RVA. The food and mimosa pitchers never disappoint. The specials are always on point, the potatoes are delicious with peppers and onions, the biscuits are moist and flaky, and they always make our mimosa pitchers with light OJ. It's also always a great vibe. The staff is friendly and there's always great music.

Yelp
BLUF: Ok food. Normal drinks. Slow service. Food (3/5): I got the country fried steak and was very dissapointed with how small and tough it was. I asked for my eggs to be over medium (their menu states to ask if you want your eggs done different than over easy) and they came out over easy. I hate the over easy texture. I was disgusted by it. Ambiance (4/5): loud music, typical brunch place, not too crowded (had a 15 min wait for 2 people). It was a modern yet normal looking brunch spot, nothing that stood out. Service (3/5): Service was slow, but they seemed short staffed. Our waitress was good, but I ended up getting my drink after the meal was done. And I kept getting an evil eye from one of the waitresses. Not sure what that was about. Biscuits (3/5): They had a sweet flavor and were undercooked. The gravy on it made it very soggy.
google avatar

Cassie M.

Yelp
The food simply wasn't very good. Our waitress was kind, peppy, & helpful. The food came over fast, but a little too fast if you know what I mean. It appears they may prepare a bunch of brunch dishes and then serve as ordered. The food however was overpriced & disappointing. I got the Atlantic omelet which was flavorless, even worst though my friend got the chicken & biscuits & it was truly the worst biscuit EVERRRR. You basically had to saw in to it, to even get a bite & then the texture was beyond off & I would've never guessed it was a biscuit.

Yelp
I loved Lulus ...and not because my name is Lucille ! Richmond has a great food scene , and this is one of my favorites . Lulus is a true breakfest / brunch place, open from 9-3. Your choice to dine inside or outside ! Casual and cool vibe ! Even the servers are cool, but warm ! Friendly , welcoming , attentive . Bloody Mary's were well balanced , with a nice kick. I had lulus benedict , because it's so hard for me not to go that route! eggs perfectly cooked , hollandaise rich , buttery with that zing of lemon , country ham and toasty english muffins . My son and daughter had the chicken and waffles ! chicken juicy and tender , waffle fluffy and light . Also included , 2 scrambled eggs and a side of sausage gravy . Food timing was perfect . Food arrived hot , a must for me ! A reservation would be helpful , it's a hopping place .

Yelp
Joshua was a great waiter! He was attentive to our needs and came to check on us in a timely fashion. The customer service this time around was great and the food was good as usual! Check out Lulus!

Yelp
Most popular place we found in the area. Good food, good service - loved how lively it was in there. Good spot in a quiet part of the city.

Yelp
In this April's installment of New Dining Adventures, we went to Lulu's. The menu was intriguing, and included many GF options, so we checked it out. The neighborhood Lulu's is in is so much fun, with so much personality. The restaurant fit right in. It was busy for Sunday brunch, but we had reservations and the layout of the dining room didn't feel crowded. Our server Rasheedah took excellent care of us. And her recommendations were spot on. My chicken and waffles were tasty, but Friend's omelet looked amazing! Everything was well prepared and we enjoyed it immensely. Lulu's is definitely on my go-to list now for brunch. And I absolutely WILL be getting the Atlantic Omelet next time.
google avatar

Shyra N.

Yelp
Brunch is my favorite meal of the day and Lulu's did not disappoint. I was just visiting RVA and wanted to eat a place that had outdoor seating. I ordered the French Toast and added eggs, potatoes, and sausage. You also can't forget the mimosa and mine had a floater shot of rum. I will definitely go again when I'm in town. Josh was my waiter and he was great! He was knowledgeable about the menu and didn't rush me as I was trying to enjoy my morning!
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing and quaint place in Shockoe! Apparently the home of red velvet waffles. I went there for my birthday celebration and they easily accommodated a group of 6 with a table and let us eat my cake! I enjoyed my meal there. Very nice atmosphere. I think the grits could have used more seasonings and salt though. Fairly bland.
google avatar

Tenshi S.

Yelp
When me and my friend got here, the vibes were amazing! and the hostess that greeted us was so nice and so was our server! the music was nice but it was kind of really loud in there but besides that everything was great! the food was also amazing it was my first time having biscuits and gravy and i loved it. i would definitely come here again!
google avatar

Santana L.

Yelp
Came here for brunch because it was very hyped up but didn't necessarily live up to it. Nothing was particularly bad, the food just lacked in flavor & that's why I'm giving 3 stars. I wouldn't come again for the breakfast/brunch menu. The Bloody Mary was also very watered down & lacked flavor. The place was cute and clean though & the service was wonderful. Our server was so kind and accommodating when we needed suggestions/had complaints.

Yelp
It's been YEARS since I've been to Lulu's and I was excited when my friend suggested we meet up for a good ol Sunday brunch at this RVA fan favorite. Unfortunately, my experience recently put a bad taste in my mouth. For starters we ordered a picture of Brazilian mimosas which was supposed to have rum in it but it tasted watered down. Womp. My friend who is a regular said it's been better. For food I went with the steak special that was to be served with eggs and potatoes. Can't go wrong with steak and potatoes amiright?! WRONG. When my meal came out it LOOKED good.. however after moving the mound of eggs and potatoes to the side I noticed I was only given 3 baby slices of steak?! I guess they tried to cover it up to create an illusion that I had more than what was actually there. I decided to take a little nibble on one of the pieces while my food was still hot and it was TOUGH. Now looking back I should have changed my order when the waitress said I couldn't choose the temperature of my steak. Genuinely curious I asked for my waitress to ask her if this was all of the steak I was to be given? When she came up she looked at it and said "I'll go get the manager".?!? Odd interaction because I felt it was a question she should have been able to answer or at least go get the answer from the kitchen. I just wanted a yes or no lol. At this point I stop eating the potatoes/eggs so they can see what's on my plate...Y'all, it was at least 15 mins before this manager came to my table. During this time I noticed my waitress was huddled in a group of other servers looking back at us?! Just weird. Anywho the manager shows up and do you know what he said? Nope not hi simply "who is complaining about the steak?" My friend and I were both thrown off because is that how you greet your guest! I corrected him and said I wasn't complaining I just wanted to know if this was all of my steak. He then proceeds to tell me the waitress said I ATE A PIECE?!? Lmaooo Iucky for him I take pics of all my food so I proudly showed him what I was given verses the steak still on my plate. Him: "oh yeah, that is a small piece, we can send another piece out for you" . At this point I'm thinking they'd remake it bc I waited so long and my food was cold! Y'all .. they sent out the smallest overcooked little end piece of the steak to make up for the one I bit into.. I couldn't help but laugh. By this point I was over it. Kept it cute, tipped well, &mentally decided I will not rushing back smh. Positives : Music was good!

Yelp
I don't ever send food back, but this wasn't food. This is what they're selling as the crab omelette now.

Yelp
Very packed during a Sunday brunch but they seemed to try their best to get you seated. Food took a while but that's expected at a busy place. Got the biscuits and gravy... wasn't impressed. Biscuits were very dense and just wasn't a fan of the sausage. //Overall the atmosphere was nice, but the only thing on their menu I'd maybe go back for is the french toast.

Yelp
Lulus is such a cute place and I love that they do reservations for brunch. We went at 10:30 on a Saturday and it wasn't too busy which surprised me. We were sat quickly and our drink orders were taken. We ordered the French toast, Benedict and the chicken biscuit. All of the food was good. The pomegranate mule was great. Only downside is our server kind of vanished and didn't return mid meal to give us an opportunity to order a second round of drinks.
