"The owners of Lupulandia Brewing, the Tijuana-inspired brewery located at 2243 Mission Street, are looking for someone to take over their lease, the San Francisco Business Times reports. It’s a 7,000-square-foot fully-licensed brewery with the potential to add a rooftop space, a rarity in the heart of San Francisco." - Lauren Saria

"Lupulandia is a new restaurant and brewpub in the Mission, co-owned by Anthony LaVia, Oso, and Pablo Campos. It introduces San Franciscans to a contemporary side of Tijuana cuisine with a menu designed by Oso that features a mix of modern, hybrid dishes. Highlights include crispy menudo tacos, fried chicken and churros, and a chile-infused tuna chowder served in a sourdough bread bowl. The restaurant emphasizes seafood and serves several of its own beers on tap. Lupulandia is open Wednesday to Sunday, from 11:30 a.m. until at least midnight every night, and until 2 a.m. on Thursday–Saturday." - Luke Tsai

The space is amazing! It’s HUGE - about two buildings worth - right in the middle of the heart of Mission. They have plenty of indoor space for groups, and a small, outdoor, covered patio. There are bright beautiful murals on the walls. The food is delicious and affordable. I ordered three tacos for happy hour. It was huge! Two would have been plenty. The cocktails are also delicious. Highly recommend “La Diana” especially since I share its name :)

In a neighborhood known for its excellent Mexican food, it takes something special to standout and Lupulandia has it. I really liked the tacos, though the Tinga was the standout for me. It had a great flavor, with just the right amount of kick, and the crispy shell made for satisfying snacking. The Nopales and the Kraken were also quite good. I also enjoyed the beer selection, especially the Ponche Villa, which was an excellent afternoon sipper. They have a large inside space, which is great for groups as well as nice patio. Welcome to your new happy hour spot.

The drinks are very well made and delicious. The food is more mexican inspired and pricey but not bad. The atmosphere is fun and quirky yet you can tell Latinos run the place so still feels paisa and hot hipster

The space is nice, the beer just OK. I know the brewery is new so you have to take that into account when rating the beer. The food was interesting. We'll be back to try again the next time we are in San Francisco.

Awesome spot! As a native San Diegan, I can say I'm well versed in the craft beer scene. This place has great beer for $6/ea, a bar & restaurant + cool, swanky vibe. Lots of locals with their kiddos - very family friendly. Funky art, colorful, open & welcoming. Only tried the beer, so I can't speak for the food, but thre dishes being delivered via fast casual service looked amazing.

Visiting from out of town and we’ve eaten here twice in the past week! The nopal tacos and birria ramen are amazing. The cocktails are quite strong. Great casual spot to hang out. Was quite empty during the daytime but had a decent amount of people in the evening. You can definitely walk in and find seating.

We loved all their margaritas! It’s a really nice, open, comfortable space. The outdoor seating is perfect. We didn’t order food but the drinks were perfect.

Came out for their Taco Tuesday special and was not disappointed. Excellent tacos and very flavorful mixed drinks. Really cool vibe too. Will definitely be back
