i often refer clients to various spots in los angeles for spa services, actors etc, and now ill only refer them to Ma Maison. Diana and her staff took great care of me, and my client in their new amazing beautiful location. top drawer products, caring and devoted staff and the best care. i highly recommend Ma Maison, their people and all of their services. the new spot is amazing as well. you'll never have to question how you'll feel after, and you'll be addicted after your first visit. you may just bump into one of our clients too. well done Diana. amazing job on the new space, and thank you for keeping your services 5 stars!

I love visiting this house of beauty. I love facials by Diana. My skin feels great, smooth and healthy! Her skin products are great quality. My favorite is vitamins C oil and the green tea retinol. Ma Maison De Beaute is my favorite med spa. It's very clean and the staff are always so professional and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable with my Thermiva treatment, and the results were truly incredible! They take before and after photos if you want to see the difference, and I highly recommend you do because the side by side photos will really blow your mind! I will keep going back because of the results and the amazing customer service.

I am so glad I found Ma Maison de Beaute! I was looking for a oxygen facial as I needed to refresh my dehydrated and sensitive skin. Jessi was wonderful. She was really thorough with my extraction and surprisingly it didn’t hurt. Then she slathered me with all the good stuff for my skin and ended it with the oxygen mist. I walked in only with an expectation to get a good facial but I left feeling so pampered! Thank you Jessi!

I love coming here to spoil myself a little and Stefanie does a fantastic job of it !! I come here for venus laser facials - they're great for evening out skin tone, tightening the skin and, minimizing scar appearance. I told Stefanie that nobody takes care of their clients like she does - she just smiles and says that everyone there is very good and she takes care of her clients' skin like it is her own :) And by the way, she has beautiful skin. This is a lovely, fresh and clean little skin spa, beautifully decorated - makes you feel better just walking in the palce so, if you're ready to be pampered for a little while with delicate and precision care, stop in for a visit - you'll walk out feeling and looking brighter !

Love seeing the staff my go to place for just about everything. On this particular visit I saw Tomoka for a M/P. She has been doing my M/P's for yrs and knows how sensitive my hands/feet are and treats them extra special. Tomoka is one of a kind!! If I could get her to move here to SRQ FL I would she would make a fortune people do not know how to do basic M/P! Miss everyone :(

Do not come here for a Brazilian wax. Maybe it was just the woman who was waxing me - she was super nice so I hate to give this review... but it hurt so. badly. When I got home I figured out why: TONS of hair leftover. It hurt so bad because it's clear that my hair was just being broken, not actually pulled out of the follicle. Although it looks hairless because the leftover hairs are blonde, it actually feels extremely stubbly like a day after I shaved. The amount of broken hair leftover is so SO upsetting and there's nothing I can do about it now because it's so short I can't get it re-waxed. She clearly wasn't putting enough pressure to make my hair stick at the base and just ripping my hair to break it. I'm really upset. it was only my 2nd wax ever in years, but I know that it shouldn't be that stubbly afterwards. only giving the extra star because she was nice. Going to European Wax Center from now on.

My first visit and I LOVED every moment. Sadie at the desk is a genuine sweetheart, kind and helpful; the owner (oops don't know her name) is also kind, sweet, gentle, caring, informative and just lovely! Spotlessly clean with a warm welcoming environment. I made my second appt before leaving :). They get 10 STARS!!!

Came here to try their waxing services after finding them on Groupon. Their hours are pretty limited if you work a regular 9-6pm job so I scheduled an appointment last minute when I decided I was going to leave work early on a Friday night. Luckily they were able to accommodate me 20 mins before they were closing (they close at 6pm) which was awesome since they're close to my office. There is metered street parking right in front of the shop but if you park around the corner, there is free 2 hour parking so definitely drive around to save some money. I found a spot pretty easily. The store itself is very clean and pretty. The waxing rooms are small but has everything you need to get in and out of a wax session. I forgot the name of my esthetician but she was really nice. I'm sure she can tell how nervous I was for my Brazilian. I just never get used to that feeling and it always scares me. Anyways, she was quick with the process which helped. The waxing didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would. I think it's because she said there was camomile in the wax which is supposed to be calming. She was also very good with tweezing out some strays and getting rid of some ingrowns at the end of the process. All in all, it was a great experience and I might make this my regular shop for my next waxing session!

This is my first review on Yelp. I was so excited about my results that I want to tell every woman that is going through menopause and having problems with dryness, pain when having intercourse and other menopausal issues down there. When I walked in the office it was clean, fresh and the staff was professional warm and welcoming. Diana performed the procedure, she was Awesome. She made me feel relaxed/ comfortable. I've gotten 3 sessions of the vaginal rejuvenation and let me tell you...it brought my confidence back! This may be TMI but since I had a child my vagina was not as tight but once I had this procedure done and started dating again, I feel like a virgin again! I have been coming here for 12+ years and they never fail to disappoint. The new space is GORGEOUS and bright and airy and smells divine. Today I had an anti-aging facial with Diana and from the minute I walked into her room I was given the star treatment. ********** From the amazing scented oil she rubbed on my arms and hands to the steam and gels and masks. Then I got the new LED lights. HEAVEN!!!!!! I left with a soft clean and subtle glow. I cannot recommend this place enough or give it enough stars. Came yesterday for the first time and was really happy with the experience. The location is in a busier area but didn't have trouble finding parking. The spa was comfortable and decorated well. There was some confusion in the beginning regarding treatment but things got sorted out to my satisfaction in the end. I met with Stephanie who was friendly and fun to talk to. She provided a pleasant experience along with the receptionist. I'll be back again soon

Nurse Stephanie is "queen of lips" I cannot tell you how many people I have referred and still go because her artistic anesthetic work. Her technique is hands down better than most physicians I personally know. She's genuine, personable and all the way around a good human being. I just love her and the owner Diana. Diana is genuine, sweet and as a business owner she's 10+ star. I've ONLY had positive experiences at Ma Maison De Beaute. I am writing a second review for a different person here. Stefani Cotright is a true artist. I've had her do Revanesse to help lift my face and plump my lips and it looks so natural that I feel like I did when I was in my 20's! I am also really picky about what I put in my face and body because I do a lot of on camera work and I am a holistic health and nutrition expert. What I love about this is the hyaluronic acid is something your body already makes! I'm at the point where I just go in and tell her to look at my face and do whatever she thinks I could benefit from because she has an amazing eye for detail and is so good at creating a natural look that I don't even worry about telling her what I think at this point LOL. It's also really nice to have somebody working on you who cares just as much as you do about the end result and is so highly skilled at her craft that you can just relax and let her do as she sees fit! Thank you so much for everything you do Stefani. It means a lot to me and I really appreciate it!

This is my second visit here, and i just love the place. Everyone is so professional and friendly. They deserve a 5 star or maybe more.

Agree with most reviewers that this is a cute spa tucked away in BH. The service itself--got the job done--hair removal. However, during the process I realized that she did not use gloves and was providing the service bare handed during the waxing! At the end, she used a small amount of antibacterial and that was it!?! No water to rinse off her hands! Then she proceeded to touch money afterwards. I would have gone back for future services, but this unsanitary practice is not for me.

Jessi did such an amazing job with my Brazilian. She didn't rush through it like I've noticed many of the chain salons do and I swear it was sooo much less painful than it's ever been before with other places. The salon itself is very clean and lovely and I was so impressed by the host of certifications all their staff have. This is my new favorite spot for sure!

The staff was wonderful. Jesse made me feel comfortable during the entire treatment. The treatment seems effective. The before and after pictures shows a difference but not sure if it tightened things on the inside. Waiting to see if the hubby can feel the diff. I haven't told him about the procedure yet. Hopefully he'll notice after the second procedure. I personally don't feel a difference during sex but maybe after the second treatment. :)

Diana is incredible! By far one of the most beautiful facials I have ever experienced. From the moment my facial began, Diana was unbelievably kind, informative, and exceptional. I could tell immediately that I was in the most capable, experienced hands and that I would be glowing and gorgeous when I left. And that was exactly the case!!! I received a totally customized experience and could not be happier. Additionally, the price of my facial was so on point and fair and that made me want to have several additional things next time! I cannot wait until next month to see Diana again!!! Run to her, you will not be disappointed! And may I say, I booked my facial on a Saturday and was able to see her three days later. I had my first brazilian experience here.. and I feel incredibly lucky to have gone to a someone so talented for my first time. It was a great deal with the Groupon I had at the time, but I will come again even to pay full price. Diana gave me the most PAINLESS bikini wax a girl could ever ask for, and under 10 minutes! Maybe if they do some customer loyalty offer *(hint hint)* I would make this my regular spot. Also.. street parking only, but she was so sweet, and made sure I put in enough change :)

I went in for a completely different service, and Diana, the owner, noticing my brows, offered to fix them for free. She worked her magic and in moments, my whole face opened up. The shape was so perfect and with few simple changes to my brows and lashes and it was such an impactful transformation. This is Diana to a T. She doesn't just "do the minimal service". She notices her customers. She pays attention. She always goes above and beyond. Once you walk in and you're greeted by the sweet and warm staff, you'll see why everyone ends up staying a customer for life.

One of the absolute best things about Ma Maison de Beaute, is Diana, the owner, who is not only gracious, warm and welcoming but also does amazing work and always goes above and beyond what is expected for her clients!!! When you are going to have work done on your face, you need to feel you are in the best hands possible- literally and figuratively- and that is 1000% the case with Diana- her hands are confident, knowledgeable, self-assured and feel heavenly on your face. I feel blessed I discovered her many years ago- I always see her for my excellent eyebrow shaping- and it is easy to see why her spa has such a devoted and loyal following! I decided to step up my game and recently tried ThermiSmooth, a facial rejuvenation procedure, which gently heats and stimulates the skin to increase collagen production.....and I Loved the treatment!! For someone with Very sensitive skin, this is a perfect treatment for me: no discomfort, no downtime, no needles- yay!!- but it effectively reduces the lines/wrinkles around the mouth and eye area. I cannot wait to go back for my next 2 treatments!! The spa itself is light-filled, beautifully designed, spotless and incredibly welcoming! Great customer service- I would give an A+ and the entire staff is super friendly! Highly, highly recommend!

I came here for a Brazilian and had the worst experience of my life. In short, they tore my labia and tried to say I did it to myself. After the tear happened I stopped the service. I should have known the service would be bad as she didn't properly sanitize- didn't wear gloves and double dipped into the wax- disgusting. Diana the owner came to speak with me and apologized for her incompetent staff member who did this to me. But later when I asked to be reimbursed for doctor visits and medications from the infection her tone changed and they became absolute jerks. Avoid this place at all costs. I feel so stupid for ever coming here.

I haven't experienced any actual services from here and have decided not to pursue them.The staff are all pleasant and the space is very nicely decorated. It is very hard to schedule appointments here, it has to be weeks/months in advance and getting ahold of someone to actually get something on the books is hard. They advise to text, my experience was that only about 1/2 are received and certain services are only available at certain times, so trying to figure out what is available when is a major process. After several months of this I get an appointment at a time that is very inconvenient for me, but I wanted to get in at some point. Once seated, my make up was removed and then I find out that the laser machine isn't working. So all the schedule rearranging was for naught. Absolute waste of time and effort. Hopefully most people have a better experience.

This is the place I come for all of my beauty services . I've seen a few of the ladies here for all my waxing and other services for years and years ! Everyone is professional and helpful and the space is beautiful ! I highly recommend this space over any in other place in the weho / Beverly Hills / west side place They take care of everything here so why go anywhere else . Amazing skin care products as well . The person I have seen for about 8 years here is Janice . She has helped me with everything she has a depth of knowledge about skin care and what new treatments out there are B.S. or if they really work . She taught me how to take better care of my skin and uses amazing products for her facials . My skin looks so much brighter and amazing after I see her ! She also does all my waxing , she does amazing eyebrow shaping , bikini , basically anything she can wax she will wax for you . Also eyelash tinting is amazing ! No makeup needed ! Lasts about two weeks and is a vegetable due so it's non toxic . I could go on and on about this janice and the team here . Haha check it out . It's an amazing space .

I have religiously been going to MMDB for 8 years and so lucky I found a place this amazing. I do all my beauty stuff here from waxing to facials to cosmetic dermo. Literally everyone here is top of the line stellar at what they do and so incredibly friendly and warm as well. The staff has essentially become my family! They also sell the best products including their own line and epicuran, my favorites. They offer endless services as well such as vitamin drips, Venus legacy and PRP which I can't wait to try

I found Ma Maison De Beaute through Groupon and was able to get 3 brazillian waxes with Jessi. Its almost a year later and I've become a loyal client! Jessi is professional, welcoming, and lovely. She knows whats she's doing and is amazing at it. And I have had my fair share of horrible waxing experiences so it says a lot that I'm continuing to go back to them ever few weeks! This place is amazing! Diana is an absolute gem and went above and beyond what I was expecting! She fixed a little issue I had for years and I couldn't be more happy about it! Lots of places only care about making money and will try to up-sell you a bunch of useless crap but I was never pressured into anything and it was much more relaxing that way. I had Thermiva done by Jennifer and the results are amazing. I've been wanting to do something for a long time and tried MonaLisa Touch didn't do anything. But the Thermiva changed everything. Ladies you have to get this done I'm 20 years younger in my tidbits!! Jennifer was very kind and gentle totally calmed me. All the girls there were very nice. I love it there. Cat wait to do the second round.

I have been getting Brazilians for a long time, but Ma Maison, and especially Jessi, are as good as it gets! I would go as far as to say that I actually enjoy (lol) my appointments, and it is 100% because of how quick and relatively pain-free she makes it... I've been seen on time or early for every single appointment, and am out within 15 mins, which is a huge bonus! The staff at Ma Maison are incredibly amazing, talented, and very kind! This is your one-stop shop for all your skincare needs! I am prone to acne and started coming here a while back and I have seen an enormous improvement in my skin. They have a skincare menu to fit all of your skin care needs, and even though I live in Orange County now, I still make the drive once a month to receive my facials and skin care products here. My close friend had never had a "waxing"..not real sure what it all entails, but we booked an appointment at this special place on recommendation from a very dear friend who is in the know for such things. It is a quaint, former home.Very nicely appointed. The vibe is great and the smells delightful. I've been coming to Jessie for my bikini waxes for at least 5 years now. She is absolutely amazing! Fast, talented, and kind. The salon is always super clean, there are cookies, and everyone is SO friendly. It can be hard to find an amazing salon in the BH area where there's zero attitude. This is the one!
