The staff is super helpful and making suggestions and the food was delicious! Definitely way more than I can eat in one sitting so there will be plenty of mac & cheese for leftovers!

In short the guy was friendly, the vibe was nice, place was clean, food was awesome. Definitely was surprised how many ways you can make Mac n cheese. Many different options including customizing your own bowl. We got “house Mac with ground beef”, “Buffalo chicken Mac “ and “Colorado’s favorite” all were amazing. I’d recommend the Buffalo chicken…

Got a gluten free buffalo mac and cheese and it was not good, the only part that was edible was the top and the pasta was so overcooked it just fell into pieces when I put my fork into the bowl. The mac and cheese was watery, not flavorful and inedible. I was really disappointed because I wanted to love this place! If you can ensure the gluten free pasta isn’t over cooked I would be down to give it a try again and change my review!

I don't usually like mac and cheese but the variety and uniqueness of their options helped change my mind in that regard. I had the Polish Cajun which had a good balance of spice and flavor. My wife had the Buffalo Chicken which she liked but it was a little too spicy for her. The staff was very friendly and gave us extra dressing.

45-minute drive home and still hot. Amazing mac and cheese with amazing service. I've been coming for years. Mac and cheese is still consistent. The building used to be yellow. I'm not sure if the black works, but at least it's a fresh layer of paint. The parking lot is hard to miss if you are not looking for it.

I love this restaurant and have turned my family into lasting customers! The food is incredible, and the staff and owners are kind and caring. We get the Colorado Special as you see in the photos. SOOO YUMMY!! Please check this place out as they have struggled with the never ending construction on Wadsworth and we don't want to lose a fabulous small business in Wheat Ridge.

Let me tell you....I've driven by a few times but never stopped. Now I'm kicking myself. Wow is not enough. Bailey had customer service perfected- she was thoughtful and friendly. We chatted while she was making our food. I thanked her for the bathroom, as it was clean and organized and even temp controlled! She said she likes to check it each day to make sure it was appropriate since it is located outside at the back of the building. Right on sis! That is such a little detail but so appreciated. She also whipped up a delicious Veggie Mac for me, being mindful of the couple personalizations I requested. And OMG! Delicious! So while I sit here and enjoy my leftovers for dinner (because there was a ton of food), I am happy to report it tastes just as good as fresh. I urge you to go check them out. Loved the food at Mac & Cheezary! A fun, creative twist on a childhood comfort food that will make your mouth water! We tried the Colorado Favorite, Mac Pizza, and Buffalo Chicken, all were delicious. Excited for our next trip to try the others! Staff was very kind and helpful. The restaurant atmosphere seems to be more geared towards takeout, although there was seating available.

Pros: We ordered the polish Cajun and Colorado favorite. Both delicious in flavor and perfectly cooked! First time trying have always driven by. Definitely the place to stop by for some fun lunch. Cons: We thought the menu was limited and lots of spicy options which limits the menu further for people who don't like or can't eat spicy food. But def recommend !

My friend took me here for some really good mac & cheese. They have a lot of options. I told the Mac pizza and my friend chose the Colorado special. Both are very good at a reasonable price. Simple seating. The restaurant was clean and staff was nice. Come here for the mac & cheese and you won't be disappointed.

I am so addicted to this place! Everyone that works here is a superstar and the food is always top notch! Simple interior but it gets the job done. I almost always stop by when I'm in the area. I'm grateful I don't live any closer or I'd be here every day!

An all Mac and Cheese restaurant is right up my alley. My husband and I shared: - Colorado Favorite - All Star I enjoyed both, but between the two, my preference was the All Star. I wish the mac and cheese were a bit cheesier. I guess the toppings distracted a bit from the cheese, but I still enjoyed it.

They have a vegan Mac option! I love Mac and cheese but I don't eat dairy, so it made my day to try the delicious vegan Mac they make!

We found this place on our way back home. I called ahead to make sure they have gluten free mac n' cheese and YES they do! The girl taking orders was extremely helpful and patient with all of my GF questions. My husband ordered the 'Colorado's Favorite' which has pulled pork, jalapeños, green chilies and lots of melty, stringy, ooey gooey cheese. He said it was spicy cheesy goodness. I ordered the Pepperoni Pizza mac n' cheese which had pepperoni and bell pepper. It was soooo delicious. The next time I go I'll probably order the same thing but ask for the same 'cheese effect' that my husband's had. What a surprisingly wonderful road trip find! (Even though we will be food sleepy anytime now!) Will definitely return.

Sometimes your inner your child just wants Mac and cheese, but your adult brain say make it interesting. This place takes care of both cravings. Their servings are large, so it's easy to split. They have 10 different options of mac & cheese that you can choose from. Including all meat, to vegan. Their service is speedy, parking is abundant, and inside of the restaurant is very clean. Definitely give it a try if you're in the area.

After going to the movies, I pulled up my bookmarks and asked my sister to choose a restaurant from my list. Low and behold, we ended up at the Mac & Cheezary. Parking is scarce with only about 5 spots, but we came around 3:45 and it wasn't busy. The building isn't that inviting and is pretty drab, but the food they create makes up for it. I was torn between three of the options, but eventually decided on the Colorado favorite mac. It consisted of jack cheese, dill jalapeños, green chile, pulled pork and of course macaroni. It didn't have that spicy kick that I thought it was going to have, but still had great flavor. Wish there was more green chile taste though. My sister got the original mac and that tasted very good and cheesy. The food is served in aluminum foil bowls and are easy to take home if you have extra. The staff are nice and the food is out quickly. The price is great for the large amount of food and you won't leave hungry. Overall, a great mac and cheese place that is fast and casual.

The best Mac and cheese restaurant in Denver that I have experienced. The service and recommendation I was given was excellent. I highly recommend for the next time that you are planning on eating Mac and cheese.

Okayyy... We came here because my niece is one of the pickiest eaters. And Mac and cheese is one of the items she will eat. There's a small list of items on her list haha. Anyways...we got the classic Mac and cheese, buffalo Mac and cheese and Colorado's favorite. My niece approved and said it was really good Mac and cheese. So I call that a win! We enjoyed the other two as well. She didn't try those. But they were good. We will definitely be back.

Honestly its a 3.5 star for me. About every reviews thats genuine is pretty spot on. I needed to add salt and pepper for taste, i didnt like the price point for the portion size, didnt like that the toppings or add ons were not mixed in and just on top. Other than that pretty spot on for the amount of cheese "not to cheesy". But great service and a nice cozy spot. If they adjust these thing i feel like it would be a top mac place. They do have a trophy from 2019 and that explains alot they need to update and listen to their customers. Enough people are saying these things that they need to change. Its not like grandmas recipes were it would be an insult if you did.

We saw this place simply driving by. My girlfriend and I love Mac and cheese we we whipped a U-turn and pulled into the parking lot. We actually thought it was closed because there wasn't a single car in the parking lot, minus ours, nor was there any people inside. The sign said "open" so we we tried the door. Fortunately for us, the door opened and we went in. We were met by a wonderful dark haired woman that was extremely polite. The menu was amazing and she explained that we could also order outside the menu and simply have them make whatever we wanted from their available ingredients. My girlfriend ordered a Buffalo cajun and I ordered the classic Mac and cheese to go. At home, we opened them and were amazed by both the quantity of the food and the quality. Both dishes were absolutely wonderful. We highly recommend this place for our fellow Mac and cheese nuts.

It is dangerous to know that I work semi-close to the Mac & Cheezary.. they may start seeing me frequently for lunch! My sister and I were headed down from a hike and felt like we needed some comfort food. Of course, a restaurant named after my favorite food called out to me LOUDLY. The building had easy parking and it was quick to order. They have 9 main menu options and I will definitely be back to try others, especially the mac pizza. I ordered the BBQ mac and my sister, who is vegetarian had the Colorado Favorite without pork. We were able to walk in and order while feeling safe because all the staff wore their masks and were behind the counter. They even offered to bring it out to our car when it was ready so that we didn't have to wait inside! So thoughtful. It took about 10 minutes and they brought it right out. The BBQ mac was to die for. It was creamy and hot (even after driving home!) with a baked layer of pulled pork above the noodles and a generous amount of bbq sauce to top it off. I really wouldn't change anything about it. It was the perfect comfort food and I quickly at the whole thing... Tip: Don't order mac and expect to save it for another meal. My sister's mac - the Colorado Favorite- was also great. Hers was a little less flavor-packed than mine but was still devoured fast. The green chili was mild and the cheese was nice and creamy. Looking forward to trying this one with the pulled pork in the future.

I happened to drive by this place and how can you not try an establishment devoted to Mac & Cheese? I got the All Veggie Mac & Cheese. It was enjoyable but it would be really difficult to screw up Mac & Cheese and they topped it well with a variety of veggies and dressings so I probably got a massive calorie intake during the lunch hour. The staff was really kind as well. I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time, and one of the employees found my dog who was waiting with her head hanging out the window of the car to be a joy and had such kind things to say about her to me when she entered the restaurant. So then I introduced her to my dog. It was a very positive experience all around. When you look at the fact that places like Noodles & Company charge the same amount or more for similar noodle experiences, you may as well give Mac & Cheezary a shot and support something that appears to be more local and family-owned. Additionally, there's just something enjoyable about it clearly being in what was once an old Mexican restaurant. If the employees ever read this, you did a great job, and hopefully my dog and I can come by again soon to say hello!

Great idea, even for adults, in poor dirty clothes. Not recommended if you're not partial to vegan and vegetarian culture.

Good food for price! You get what you would expect. The veggie Mac and cheese got me through my first trimester of pregnancy.

Grabbed the Colorado Favorite for take out to split with my husband. It was fabulous. Not too spicy either. It was a perfect balance.

Mac & cheese is my favorite food, so I was pretty stoked to try Mac & Cheezary out- and the Buffalo chicken mac & cheese did not disappoint! The Buffalo sauce flavor wasn't too overpowering. The grilled chicken was cut into nice bites. And the noodles were cooked great. They add the in ingredients together and bake the mac & cheese to order, so it's fresh and the flavors are all melted together. I really enjoyed it! The variety of ingredients you can add to your mac is awesome. The building isn't very big so it's not really a spot to go for a sit down meal. But, I got my meal to-go so it worked just fine for me. If you're looking for tasty and unique mac & cheese it's a great place to try.

Well the pros of this place are very friendly staff, clean dinning area, and ample parking. When it comes to the food, it is good, however some of the things they added to our Mac and cheese left us questioning why. I have been to other Mac places and no place I've ever eaten adds celery. It was a surprise and not one we liked. After picking out everything, which I should not have assumed and really read everything in it, the food was decent. The portions are a tad on the smaller size than others which is something we found to be disappointing after a long day of moving. Also if you are gluten free or gluten sensitive this is not the place for you. Which made me sad but I understand. The noodles where okay but nothing to write home about. The cheese felt a bit heavy at times and just oily. More so than normal cheese. I still can't figure out if I was a.fan or not of that. My bf was surprised with the added ingredients aka celery in his. Even I still don't understand adding celery to a Buffalo Mac. Our total wad around 22 dollars for two mac and cheese meals. It was a good quick grab. Would I come again; no I wouldn't but the staff was super nice and it is a all Mac place so maybe if you ask to remove the celery and onion then you will have a better experience with the food than we did.

Had passed by this place last night and decided to order takeout for dinner today through their square app. We ordered the Colorado favorite and Cajun polish and they came out right as I entered the restaurant. Both were very good. The cajun sauce on the polish one was fantastic, and the green chili on the other was great. The portion size was good for two big eaters like us- they weren't enormous so we didn't eat until we couldn't move but enough still enough to fill us up. I liked that it wasn't homestyle mac but the really cheesy kind. I'd definitely go back. And I'd probably ask for the Cajun sauce on whatever I got.

Consistently solid food upon delivery. I'll admit with the Covid Crazy we live in i have not been able to experience the dine-in vibes but am always very pleased with the few deliveries I have had. I have tried the buffalo chicken Mac, polish cajun Mac, classic Mac, and the BBQ Mac and have been pleased with each. Hoping to actually dine in as things get a bit less crazy. If you love Mac n cheese and aren't afraid to get a little wild with your pallet this is the spot. Grub hub driver was a bit strange but I digress...otherwise, Recommended.

Customer service was nice. The gentleman working was very welcoming. I gave two stars because the food really wasn't good at all. I ordered the Colorado favorite. You can tell how poor the quality of ingredients are. Not only that but it was $15 for a medium sized dish of just Velveta mac and cheese with stadium quality toppings. Wish the ingredients were higher quality and these could be some very tasty dishes.

The service was surprisingly so slow for how empty the place was; we were the only ones there. The advertisement had it look amazing but when we received our meals, it didn't look that appetizing. I guess it's more of personal palate preference.

We had a really good experience here for lunch today. We stopped for a quick lunch before shopping. They have many types of mac and cheese and you can choose one of their options or choose your own toppings. I got the vegan mac with veggies green chili sauce. It was really good vegan mac but next time I will ask they leave the chopped red onion off as I am not a fan. My significant other got the mac with polish sausage. He said it was some of the best mac he has ever had and is excited to try some of the other types of mac they have there.

Who doesn't like mac and cheese, right? Mac & Cheezary may just have a winning formula, a fast food mac and cheese restaurant. The idea is almost like pizza but use mac and cheese as the base and put different toppings on it then baked to golden brown. I ordered the Colorado Favorite which had pulled pork, green chili and bits of jalapenos pepper. The mac and cheese base was very creamy, good enough to just eat by itself. The cheese was melted on top over everything but was browned too much, became crusty and no longer stringy. Since the whole thing was flash heated in a conveyor oven, the mac was not completely heated through. I would also prefer some cheese to be in the sauce instead of just on top. Overall it was still a very good mac and cheese.

Wonderful food and service. The staff members are very helpful and. Would go there again. I got the classic mac & cheese. The only thing I think needs to be changed is the bathrooms because they are in the back of the restaurant and you have to go outside to access the bathrooms. Other then the bathroom issue, everything is great! Would totally recommend and go back again.

First time at this joint and enjoyed the meal. I'm not a huge fan of Mac n cheese (mnc), didn't grow up with it, don't seek it out on menus, but I'll eat it if it's on the plate and I've had "mixed" Mac n cheese with add one like lobster, difference sauces and the like. Cafeteria style set up with a small dining area but not to cramped and outside seating is available. Staff is friendly and helpful with navigating the menu which is fairly basic but they allow to interchange ingredients between dishes or make your own. Dishes are made to order so you'll wait a quick minute for them to prep it and it comes out hot. Good overall taste and good texture. Not too mushy as some MnC can be or too firm as if it was made in a massive pan and sat out for half the day before being served, and not a gutbomb either.

The restaurant is cold, so if planning on going in the winter wear a coat. The Mac and cheese was alright. Nothing that I would brag about. I'll stick to making homemade Mac and cheese at home. The serving size was worth what you pay. And the service was alright. Again nothing to brag about. Glad we at least tried it. Won't be going back though.

Very simple menu. There are nine items two vegetarian and one vegan option. There is no alcohol so don't expect craft beer with your Mac n cheese. I had the veggie option and it was fine but the onions were overpowering. The Colorado Mac was also delicious and not too spicy. They also have a plain Mac, bbq pork Mac, polish Cajun Mac, Mac pizza and buffalo chicken Mac. Options for everyone. There is not much seating inside. But there is a huge patio if the weather is nice but it does back up to wadsworth.

This place was awesome! Make the effort to get through the road construction and enjoy the different styles of mac and cheese. I thoroughly enjoyed the veggie with gluten free noodles and also added chicken. Ya gotta eat here!

Egh, overrated. Best Mac and cheese place I been to so far is in Wisconsin Dells. This placed lacked flavor. I ordered the pepperoni and my husband Colorado favorite and his was better than mine, but not amazing. I went because of the ratings and was not impressed. Plenty of parking on the side of the restaurant, small place inside but plenty of space for seating and a few tables. Kind of quit in the establishment so any convo is not private unless you are whispering.

Solid Mac and Cheese joint! They're so friendly here. They are open to customizing any of their Mac and cheese options. I love that they have a picture of each of their Mac and cheeses. They also always have a secret menu item on hand so make sure to ask about it! I got the polish Cajun and it was fantastic. The sausages are good and the Cajun spice flavors are on point. Definitely on the cheesier side which is my favorite! 100% should give it a try!

Delicious! I'm a sucker for some Buffalo chicken so I loved this dish! My kids split the pizz Mac and it was really good could have used a little more seasoning or flavor but they loved it and that's all that mattered. My husband got the class Mac and it was good but he said he was hungry an hour later because there was no protein. Which you might have been able to ases I'm not entirely sure.

Think Old school comfort food with the mix and match convenience of a Chipotle. These folks have their flavors down and they are so willing to customize. The gluten free Mac is the bomb, and it's so good to have that option. They also have a vegan version, which I haven't tried but it's noteworthy!

I tried this spot out for the first time today. I love the pierogi place that used to be here but that moved down the street. So impressed at the quality! I had the all star: ground beef, bacon, melted cheddar, pickles, and thousand island. So cheeseburger mac & cheese. As a pickle lover, the idea of pickles in my m&c sold me. Super tasty! Your topping options are melted onto the top over a base of noodles in a cheese sauce that is not too thick or thin, and also not overly greasy for what it is. I appreciated that this Mac & cheese was equally as good from the first bite to the last. Certain mac & cheese hardens as it cools. Not delicious. Luckily this is not the case here. Additionally, I noticed vegan, gluten free, and even dairy free options. The staff was super friendly and the food came out quickly. This spot almost definitely sold tacos at some point lol, and it definitely has that local hole in the wall vibe. All the same, the delicious Mac & cheese speaks for itself. The only small gripe I could find is that there's only one size option. A smaller choice would be cool. All the same I will be back for pretty much anything on the menu. Really, it all looks great!

Mid, the only cheese flavor I got was the cheese they melt on top. but great place for the grandparents that think salt is spicy.

Was pleasantly surprised. Got takeout since my grandma raves about the place. She got the "All Star" which looked decadent with hamburger, bacon, pickles and Thousand Island dressing. While we're not vegan, we got the vegan mac with "Honest Stand" "cheese" which was surprisingly creamy and cheesy, would definitely recommend!

Just okay. Pretty unique lace that serves only Mac n cheese. My Dad and I both got the colorado green chili bowl, it was not that spicy and didn't have that much flavor. The best one was the All star which is like a cheeeseburger, we all tried that one and liked it.

How this place has over 4 stars is wild. Very subpar precooked food sitting out. Poor customer service and dirty kitchen. Found hair in our food and they could not care less

Great meal! Loved the unique options, and enjoyed tasting several combinations. We each ordered something different and shared them all! We'll definitely be back when we are in the area again.

Got the BBQ Mac and it was quite tasty. Super friendly folks behind the counter and not a terribly long wait. I sort of just thought the price was a little high for something as fast-casual as mac and cheese.

Mac & cheese is my favorite food, and I can confidently say that this is THE BEST Mac & cheese I've ever had! We ordered the buffalo chicken mac and the Colorado's favorite mac. Both were fantastic.

Creamy VEGAN and non-vegan MAC and Cheese is on the menu and it's AMAZING!!!!!!!!! How cool is it to eat mac and cheese with the family and be able to eat it too, THANK YOU!!! Lots of non- vegan options too!!!!!!!!
