I visited here on Christmas Eve at 4:30pm for an early dinner. We had two starters, and the candle thingy was complimentary from the restaurant - they put a wax thread in the beef fat, and it melts like a candle. Then you can taste it with the bread. It shows how confident they are with their quality!
The steak was good as expected, but there's one thing I wanted to highlight - the bone marrow with the raw beef. I'm not a big fan of raw meat, but this dish just took my breath away. The combination of pomegranate, beef tartare, and the marrow really shows how well they know their ingredients - they aren’t just showcasing the freshness of the food but also telling the story of how you should enjoy your meal!
The steak was phenomenal; every part of it was cooked perfectly - medium rare, with no part overcooked or undercooked. That's what you call dining, not just having a meal.
I enjoyed the experience, and everyone made us feel welcome. I'll definitely come back next time!
