I was initially drawn to this store by its intriguing window displays; however, upon closer inspection, they appeared rather cheap. I believe I could find similar, more charming items at any home goods store. The service was exceptionally poor. On my birthday, wearing a beautiful dress, I visited the store to purchase a plate as a gift to myself. Regrettably, I was treated rudely by the staff, who made inappropriate comments about my attire. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will certainly not be returning to this store and wouldn’t recommend others to spend even a minute here.

I've been a longtime admirer of MacKenzie-Childs' unique art style. I truly appreciate the hand painted work! This location truly blew me away! The way everything was arranged and displayed was simply exquisite. I felt like I stepped into an aesthetic heaven. I would literally take everything they have lol. The staff were also incredibly attentive and welcoming, which is exactly the kind of service you'd expect from such a reputable brand. I noticed some reviewers mentioned inadequate service but honestly I cannot even imagine it… soooo if you're in the area, you absolutely have to stop by. Plus, their biggest five-day sale of the year starts on July 17th. Many items available in-store won't be found online, so this is a great opportunity to get some unique pieces. Don't miss out!

The company's lack of emphasis on quality control is evident in the product's cheap quality despite its appealing appearance. Customer service offered me only one option: returning the item without a refund for shipping costs and an additional $7 fee for return shipping. I tried to post pictures in some macKenzie collectors fun group on Facebook, but they immediately deleted my post.

UPDATE AFTER THE STORE’S RESPONSE: **My review is more about the customer service and the experience. The gift wrapping was the least of the issues.** — I was really disappointed with the customer service. I asked to apply a birthday discount to my item, and when I corrected the salesperson to the larger kettle size, he responded in a condescending tone, asking, “Is that really the one you want?”—as if questioning whether I could afford it. He asked me twice, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Because the kettle was quite large, I was told there was no special wrapping option available. Still, knowing my mother would appreciate a video of the wrapping, I asked if it could be wrapped nicely. I had to really emphasize that it was a birthday gift for my mom to get them to take it seriously. For a high-end store, and a kettle that costs $200, I expected more care and consideration. The staff member—according to my receipt, his name was Gregory—handled the expensive kettle rather roughly, and despite my hope to have it wrapped in the store (so I could film it), I didn’t feel comfortable asking because I already felt like I was inconveniencing them. It’s disappointing because shopping here should be a pleasant experience, especially when you’re the only customer in the store. Instead, it felt like I was a burden.

My first time visiting the Mackenzie Store and it was amazing! The store was clean, pretty and every corner of the store was categorized per product or collection. The store manager Lisa was one of the best managers I have ever met, she saw us and let us know that she is there to help, a store manager? Yes, the store manager patiently helped me and my mom to the tiniest detail of everything we wanted to purchase. The team was also really nice and would give us company with deciding on making purchases. They wrapped everything really good! So if you consider to go, get a gift or to buy a gift for yourself, please go you will have a great experience!

Google
Awful customer service and quality of products seems to be going downhill. Teapot spout completely rusted after less then 5 uses and paint now has air bubbles. Since this was purchased as a wedding gift a year and a half ago, they told me that there is nothing they could do and that I would need to purchase a new one.

Google
Shopping for MC products online and on QVC has compelled me to visit their mega flagship store in Manhattan. A bountiful bonanza greets your senses upon entering the store, a true visual feast! The farmhouse in Aurora must be a perpetual delight!! I was starstruck by the Black Santas (pics are included)! And a special acknowledgment goes to MC Team Member Ayana. Ayana made me feel super welcomed and took some great pics of me during my visit. Yay....!!

Wish I can bring unlimited baggage weight. Would’ve purchased a set of plates and everything from here! It’s like a Disney store for adults. However I did not purchase anything due to my baggage limit. Sounds like for shoppers who purchased items here were disappointed. Better research before you purchase, though.

Yelp
If you're a big fan of the MacKenzie-Childs checkerboard like we are, this is your nirvana! Just in time for their Halloween decorations we found pumpkins galore, adorable haunted houses & wonderful witches, ghosts and treats. This of course was in addition to the furniture, picture frames, bathroom & kitchen sets. I could go on & on Best part? Shipping is free when spending a certain dollar amount - which was a no-brainer for us! We get to select all our favorites & don't have to schlep if around the city or cram into our suitcases for the way back? Count us in! The bestest part? All the specific items we'd selected from their shop were sent directly to us. After asking if we'd preferred to have the warehouse send it or they could wrap the exact items we'd chosen, we had opted for the specific selections & those were the very items we received! Thank you for ensuring the adorable Luna unicorn we adopted was the very one that is now living with us! Awesome items! Awesome quality! Awesome customer service! This was good as gets!!

Yelp
While MacKenzie-Childs is a boutique home decor shop in SoHo, I honestly felt like I was walking through Alice in Wonderland. The displays are so thoughtfully arranged and in the most colorful patterns. They specialize in handmade ceramics, glassware, furniture, and other home accessories, but even if you're not in the market for one of their unique pieces (it's a bit pricey for me), it's such a fun store to walk through.

Yelp
Pretty cool spot to find patterned home goods. They had many floral water kettles and gridded plates, salt and pepper shakers, and cups. They also sell other home goods. It's a great spot for getting a statement home good.

Yelp
STAY AWAW!!!!!!!!! This company is so full of themselves they won't list a phone number to call regarding an order. After a week my order still didn't ship and no way to contact them and they charged me shipping even though I was within $2 of their free shipping cut off--- I don't have time for companies that operate this way--bad customer service for sure!!!!!!!

Dr. Arezou S.

Yelp
I never been in this boutique. I bought Mackenzie pieces for so long, but my review is related to an item I bought recently which is Mrs. Power kitchen bell in their barn sale and it came defective and when I contacted them with picture and video, they told me they can return my money and take the piece back and I can purchase the item again but double the price since the item took more than 3 weeks to get to me and barn sale already finished. when I told the customer service that I am not happy with this solution they told me they can't guarantee the quality of the sale items!!!!!!! where did the Mackenzie mentioned their sale items which still is expensive it might be defective??? I paid $100 for this piece and is broken!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hsyn C.

Yelp
Mackenzie's policies are super irritating especially on price matching and returns. I have purchased a product and 2 days I have received the actual product, they have announced a discount coupon. I have mentioned that I wanted price match and their answer was that we are sorry but it has been 15 days since the purchase and only if it is within the 10days they would apply the price match. I am like, it is in the firs 10 business days though. And their answer is a rigid no. Moreover, they are like, "you cannot return those items either because they were final sales". I am like, what do you mean, you cannot sell something without return policy... But anyways, it is annoying. You pay 5 times more for the design and thinking that you are getting a design product. In the end you face a money-driven sales company rather than a customer-focused design company.

Yelp
After reading some of the other reviews that had been left I wasn't sure what to expect when I got to this store. I know that I wouldn't have made a special trip to soho if I hadn't just moved into a new place and I just needed a bunch of stuff and I figured the corporate store was the only place I stood a chance of accomplishing what I needed to do. My experience couldn't have been better than it was. The store itself isn't huge but the space that they have was organized and the displays were well thought out and incredible. Every bit of the space was maximized without being overcrowded or overwhelming. My trip was basically focused on kitchen items but they had every single item I was after in stock, plus a few things I didn't expect them to have. Like the discontinued dog treat jar that I had given up on ever finding. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to assist me. Right down to the end of making sure I received every discount I qualified for and then boxing everything up and shipping it to my home. I really couldn't say anything negative of the entire experience. The store & employees 100% lived up to what I would expect a Mackenzie Child store to be.

Yelp
I have been shopping Mackenzie-Child's since the late 1990s! I can't get enough of their pieces! Especially the pieces made in Aurora, NY.

Yelp
My aunt bought me a tea kettle as a gift in the summer. Because of family life and scheduling we did not get to see each other until after the holidays when she brought me the tea kettle she ordered for me. This item was still in the box it shipped. There were two large chips in the enamel of the kettle. When I emailed (because phone calls are not an option), the customer service folks informed me that since it was out of the 30 day return window, there is nothing they could do. Then i made the argument that even if out of the window, this is an indication of bad quality of craftsmanship. If the tea kettle chips in less than a year. ALSO when looking in the box there were no paint chips, so this was also sent in this condition. Their response was to offer me 20% off the purchase of a new kettle. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! So I replied that this is unacceptable and bad business practice. And they said there is nothing they can do. I know this kettle was a gift but i will NEVER purchase anything from this company!! UPDATE: They did eventually send me a gift card to replace the kettle after a few more rounds with their customer service reps.

Yelp
Excellent customer service!!! Parking is always hard to find in this area pretty much like anywhere else in NY! However, I got super lucky to find parking right outside the store after making a second round. I've tried to, in the past but could never find parking so I would end up looking at items online only. The employees are amazing, warm and welcoming!! Kevin Sherry helped me so much. He reminds me a lot of Monte from say yes to the dress! Kevin was kind, extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store and attentive! He's a sharp cookie + observant. He's the star of the store! He knows how to talk to people, and takes customer experience to a whole new level, since I was observing him communicating with others before he assisted me! I got a kettle that I have been eyeing for a while now from their flower market collection. Can't wait to add more stuff from this collection in the coming months! The store is beautiful, and I've been a fan for years!! Will surely return again!

Yelp
My husband and I were in NYC visiting and stopped at the Soho MacKenzie Childs to look around. We had a return (which we brought), and a gift certificate. The woman who helped us went on beyond what we would have expected. She very graciously took our return. We shopped and found several treasures which she offered to ship and waved the shipping fees. I have no idea why anyone would give them anything but a stellar review. If this is your taste and you love MacKenzie Childs, you will enjoy your visit. Author Jacqueline Gillam Fairchild

Yelp
I received the Mackenzie-Childs Backgammon Set, Item number 38004-0006. This set was never described on the MacKenzie-Childs website with the following warning: " WARNING: Lead & Chromium-Cancer and Reproductive Harm"; however, the warning label was prominently attached to the product at delivery. Additionally, the backgammon set has a very offensive odor, which can only be described as dirty athletic socks. I really expected better from Mackenzie-Childs.

Yelp
Walked in to buy a cake stand. The sales rep (very very loud man) showed us a stand he said was ~$100, and pointed over to the ceramic stands that were $400+, so "this was our best bet." We hesitated on the stand since we found the pattern quite unattractive, and he did not miss a beat to tell us "or you can go to bed bath an beyond and get one for $9.99." Not sure if his offensive comment was motivated by seeing two small BIPOC women. We left immediately-- obviously we were not welcome there.

Yelp
Gorgeous new location in Soho, worth a visit, to be sure. It is May 2019, and after walking around inside this LOVELY, GORGEOUS, SPACIOUS (by NYC space standards, versus any other state, where folks are used to an abundance of space) THIS STORE IS BEAUTIFUL. And inspiring. I highly recommend a store visit, whether you need to buy something or not...it is just that lovely. Altho it is May, during my visit, I could not help but make some mental notes for holiday gift giving!! Yes, that is right, I have started my holiday shopping already! I even treated myself to a beautiful kitchen dish towel for $15. I love it! And who doesn't want to be happy in the kitchen?!! This dish towel makes me happy. Beautiful things can do that to me. There is so much here, I think I'll just list some of the items you can find here; all are lovely. Well, for me, the big news was that now, in addition to the famous black & white MacKenzie-Childs checkerboard, you can now also buy blue and white MacKenzie-Childs checkerboard!!!! Gorgeous furniture , lamps, colorful huge tassels, lovely kitchen hardware such as hand-painted knobs for cabinets, or drawer pulls, teapots, place mats, napkins, place settings, chaise lounges, picture frames, serving pieces, serving utensils, potholders, drinking glasses, candles, candle sticks, so much to see. And more. I love this store, I will be back, for sure. There were items for under $20, under $50....and on upwards. Suggestion for store--it is helpful to see a price for an item, so that I do not have to keep asking, 'how much is this'. Some items were marked, but many were not . Perhaps they just have not gotten around to tagging or marking all items...or maybe they do not want to, in order to engage the customer. Whatever the reason ...I know I plan to shop there again, and I look forward to it. (Shhh, don't tell anyone, but for stressed-out folks from anywhere, do yourself a favor, just set foot inside this lovely store, and you just may feel like you are on vacation!!! Shhh.) TOP-SECRET PERK. I saw a potholder unlike any other I have seen, and I will go back for that asap. Love this store. If you need a gift for a chef, visit here. New home gift, foodie, home-cook, person who never cooks, but orders take-out, designer, artist, person who has everything, person who doesn't need anything...oh yeah! Visit here. (For person or family that only does take-out food , well, how lovely to gift some beautiful fabric, easy-care (machine wash) napkins. Perfect way to dress-up your take out food meal. And for workaholics --eating at your desk, whether in a corner office or a cubicle, treat yourself to a beautiful fabric napkin. Remember --machine washable, and it'll make your lunch or dinner break so much nicer!! And YOU, especially you, the workaholic , you need to set foot inside this store, and it'll totally take your mind off of work, for a little while at least ...when you can't get to a beach or garden. Visit here!

Yelp
After a long day of work I walked 20 minutes to the Mackenzie-Childs store just to realize they had closed 1 minute prior for a private event. Not being from NYC, this was my only chance to go to the store this week before Mother's Day. I was heartbroken because I went there for a specific gift (the 4x6 checkered picture frame). The store manager, Graham, was extremely kind and though he had turned others away, he let me in because he could see how badly I wanted to buy this present for my mom. I was in and out within minutes and the present was wrapped beautifully. I'm so excited to give it to my mom on Mother's Day. Huge shout-out & special thanks to Graham, and the other workers who were patient with my request to come in even though they were closed to the public.

Yelp
Ordered and paid over a month ago. Part of order was delivered. I've been trying to get a hold of them about the rest of the stuff I've paid for with no success. I've signed on to my account on their website but my order doesn't show up! They don't answer their customer service line - just give you voicemail and they don't return calls. Their emails say they will answer you but they don't and it's been weeks. I've spent a lot of money with these people and now am wondering what kind of scam they are running.

Yelp
This is an amazingly beautiful store! It is like stepping into Alice in Wonderland! Big patterns, lush colors, whimsical designs. I had to cling to my daughter to keep her from touching the beautiful furniture and glass. The prices are on the higher side but not totally totally outrageous. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This place is a definite feast for the eyes and a bit of a famine for the wallet.

Yelp
Fabulous ... Last Sunday I finally got to visit my favourite store in NYC after 3 years of trying and was not disappointed! Thank you Helen for all your help and amazing wrapping skills; everything arrived back in the UK in one piece! Kind regards Carole x

Yelp
When I was gasping in this utterly gorgeous SOHO store today, I wanted to set up a, "go fund me! "

Yelp
This Fifth Avenue furniture store fits the definition of "whimsical." It is boutique and trendy yet the pieces you will find here can also assimilate into Grandma's parlor. Its signature checkerboard pattern can be found on 75% of its items, from rugs and bathroom vanities to kitchen whisks and cookie jars. Walking into the store reminds me of walking into a fantasy world - colorful chandeliers, multi faceted mirrors, spiral staircases. We visited this store in the early afternoon on a Sunday along with no more than 5-6 other customers, likely due to the higher prices on individual items, compared to a conventional furniture shop. Justin, the manager on duty, was extremely helpful and friendly, and we ended up going home with several adorable additions to our kitchen!

Yelp
I had the pleasure to attend their annual designer showcase reception recently. With free champagne and hors d'oeuvres, my friend and I had a blast hanging out and chatting while the servers brought us yummy nibbles. The products were adorable! I felt like I was in Wonderland. It was very whimsical and fantasy inspired. The elevator was awesome! They are all quite expensive but given the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into each product I would say they are rather reasonably priced. It would make for great gifts for sure.

Yelp
I would give negative stars if I could. The customer service from the people who work at this location is embarrassing. I received gift items I did not like so was told it was okay to return, I was then emailed a return label. Someone was supposed to call me back for an exchange option and never did. I sent the items back regardless. Once received, someone at the store had the audacity to tell the purchaser of the items that I sent them back used and stained! (FYI they were taken out of the box, placed aside and repackaged!) I called and asked to speak to the manager about the comments. I was told she was in a conference and I will get a call back. I was not asked for my number and hung up on. I called back again! Explained how they didn't ask for my number, and sarcastically they apparently read it off of the caller ID. Fast forward 24 hours. I still did not receive a call back so I called again! This time Greg answered the phone. Apparently the manager was still in a conference (interesting). I explained why I was calling, how I was still waiting for a call back, and I wanted to know why the purchaser was told the items were received damaged. His response was immediately rude. He yelled at me saying that a refund was already issued, and that's all that matters. He continued to yell, and even said to me that he was yelling! I also heard his co-workers in the background making snarky comments, so I wouldn't be surprised if he had me on speaker phone. After 10 min of pretty much being verbally disrespected on the phone, I never had the chance of speaking to the manager or the person or made the comments about the items being used. I was also told with an attitude that I held onto the items for 2 months. Meanwhile the return date was 2 weeks prior to the purchase date, so please explain the math there. Overall, if you choose to go to this store please stay clear of Greg, Kevin and Emily. Their knowledge on being professional is embarrassing, and their customer service skills lacks in every way possible. (This is coming from someone who has spent thousands of dollars on merchandise.)

Yelp
God help you if an item is on backorder. We purchased a pitcher in the Fall for a bridal shower and were told LAST WEEK, months AFTER the shower, that the item was on backorder. We finally figured this out despite the item being listed as an open and in progress order online. At this point, we're lucky if it comes in time for the wedding. Thing is, we have no idea if it will because they have NO CENTRAL INVENTORY. The store told us that if we wanted to see if the item was available at other locations, we should call each store and ask. In. What. WORLD. Is that acceptable? Please tell me. I'm waiting. Just like I'm waiting for your pitcher. I'm not calling your stores. You do the legwork if you want the business. This is as efficient as basing your business on carrier pigeons. Ye Ol' McKenzie-Childs Haberdashery - nothing changed since the 1890s. Send us a telegram!

Yelp
Awesome, Awesome customer service provided by Kevin at your New York store! He was thoughtful and made helpful suggestions while not being pushy!! What an asset he is to Mackenzie Childs! I'll be ordering through him from now on!!

Yelp
I had the best costumer service from this store. I called looking for an item which was discontinued but they had in store. Very helpful staff. Beautiful service!

Yelp
I have purchased a number of items from this store over the years-specifically pieces for my mom who has multiple collections from MC. Today was an instance where I felt discounted by the service folks here from the minute I walked in the door. I came in today and asked about one of the collections and the sales woman informed me "ugh, we haven't carried that it years!" And rolled her eyes. So I asked about the other collection that I know of and again, this woman rolled her eyes and said "yeah, that's another one we haven't carried in forever." Now, I purchased something for my mom two Octobers ago. I wouldn't say that was "forever." But the rude way in which this woman dismissed me was enough to ensure that I will start my mom on a new collection out there, one that doesn't involve rude customer service.

Yelp
Very funky home accessories. Mostly table wares. Very colorful, handmade stuff. Most of the stuff is something u can use as an add on to ur summer outdoor stuff. Not sure who would be buying the lighting etc.

Brittney B.

Yelp
Like many other reviews have already stated, the customer service is absolutely terrible. I needed to return an item I purchased for Christmas. I understand that returns are not free, however, most retailers will include the label for convenience. Not seeing a label, I called to make sure it wasn't missing and that I did need to go ahead and print a new one. The customer service rep on the other end of the line was extremely rude, unapologetic for the inconvenience and could only tell me that "they aren't the only ones who don't include a shipping label." I think I'll go with one of the "others" next time I'm choosing a gift.

Yelp
MacKenzie Childs has a VERY particular aesthetic, but if it is your thing, the store will not disappoint. It is beautifully and meticulously arranged with a very welcoming atmosphere. I came to pick out a wedding gift for a very close friend, and one of the salespeople was very helpful in putting together a set from the Parchment pattern and a few other accompanying items to help me find a really wonderful gift within my budget. She also did a really wonderful job with the gift wrap and I was able to deliver my friend's gift right to her apartment without any other touch-ups or add-ons. They have a little water and cookie set up- just a nice little touch and the cold water was so appreciated after a hot, humid and sunny walk up to the store. If you are not familiar with MacKenzie Childs, prepare to be a bit overwhelmed by the many patterns and arrangements in the store. If you are familiar with the product (as I became after spending some time online looking at gift options), you will love seeing the many beautiful items available in the store. I would recommend MacKenzie Childs for a unique gift for the home for a wedding, birthday or shower.

Yelp
As to be expected MacKenzie-Childs has a beautiful showroom/store in Midtown Manhattan. Only a few blocks from the R/N/Q line it was very easy to get to. I went in with the hopes of exchanging a wedding gift I received for store credit and I was able to do so without any objection. The credit is good up to a year and I'm sure I'll be able to find something* for my apartment. The inside of the store is something like a wonderland with its whimsical designs on everything from dinner plates and platters to socks and dog beds! Even if you aren't planning a purchase you should make it a stop on your tour up 5th Ave. *This comment is geared at MC as opposed to this individual store. As I wandered around last night looking at the different items my eye spotted some lovely place mats. Everyone needs place mats right? Ha! These babies were $50. EACH! So, for my table of 4 they would cost me $200. That is c-r-a-z-y! Are there people who purchase these? MC- what are you thinking?

Yelp
I have never received such poor customer service as I did with MacKenzie-Childs. In relation to a promotion run earlier in December to spend $150 for 20% off a later purchase, I was told I was ineligible. This was because of the $158.34 order that I made, only $148.50 was pre-tax and pre-shipping. I was not aware of these fine print details. When I did not receive an email with my discount code, I reached out to customer service and spoke with a representative. She told me she did not have authorization to grant the discount code and that she would contact me the following day to confirm either way after discussing with her Manager. After not hearing back, I reached out again and spoke with a different representative. She tracked down the first representative and informed me that the Manager would not grant the discount code. As a very faithful customer over the years, I even had my wedding registry here, I am so displeased with this service. All for $1.50. I've never felt so short-changed.

Yelp
Love this shop and it has a great corner location in SOHO! You can't go wrong with MacKenzie-Childs from florals to Courtly checks. The personal are super friendly and helpful. I wanted to buy so much but I flew into NYC with a small carryon. Love the new butterflies for Spring!

Yelp
I haven't had customer service so bad in my entire life. Over thanksgiving, my gratin dish cracked down the entire middle while being cooked at 350 degrees. I called the designated line for help. Over the phone with the designated service line, I had a disgusting woman who was condescending and rude. She kept asking for an order number, which I don't have because it was a gift. She told me to bring the dish to a store because there was "nothing she could do for me". Then, I was running late to try and get to the Soho store, and I called ahead just making sure the store was staying open until it's 6pm close time, and I was given excuses and gross behavior by the store employee and manager, saying that they may not be open all the way to 6pm because they have to "close the register". Sorry? Doesn't that happen after closing anyway? I managed to get to the store with 10 minutes to spare, and they didn't even mention the behavior I was just subject to on the phone. Thank god I got my replacement because I'll NEVER purchase a Mackenzie childs item again. In 2019 snooty employees are not necessary to get a nice dish.

Yelp
I have purchased products from M-C for years. I bought the Flower Market Tea Kettle for $135. We diligently took care of it as instructed - dried it out between uses etc. The blue crystal finial disc on the lid disintegrated one day. I called customer service, they said this has happened a lot. They had no replacements. They told me to call this store. Called the store. They did not want to discuss it. They did not care. The lid is now wobbly and a pain to use. They would not help at all. BEWARE - they do NOT stand behind their products at all!!!!

Yelp
Brides- Do not register here. They very often do not take things off the online registry, so you get two of an item and then will only issue a store credit. It took me 4 follow up calls for them to tell me that "absolutely not" in regards to making an exception on a $525 wedding gift that we now have two of. Many other stores carry MacKenzie Childs, so my suggestion would be not going through their direct store. Awful customer service and even more awful return policy. What a shame..

Yelp
Beautiful stuff - friendly staff for the most part but I have been snubbed at this location before. I'll put up with it. Bad service is everywhere and if it's once in a blue moon I'll give the company a pass. It's fun to come in here and browse. I try to get one item a month from this place to build up my hope chest.

Yelp
First of all - I have always LOVED Mackenzie Childs. I live about 90 minutes from their Aurora, NY location, and it is always fun to go visit. I was recently, however, very disappointed with a large purchase. I purchased the Flower Market Outdoor settee. It looks very majestic and beautiful, and I could not wait to get it. I thought about it long and hard - as it is a "splurge" for me at $3,100.00. Upon arrival, a "made in China" tage fell out of the box - very disappointing for 'handcrafted' goods. But the worst part is, the cusion quality is terrible. The welting/cord is loose, stitches are very poor - looks like a child made it in middle school home ec class. I have sent pictures to the home office, notified my sales associate, and now I'm one month in with no resolution or word back other than "we are trying to find you a replacement cusion". I would be very cautious about buying the "handmade" story in the future! If it were truly hand made, they would make me another cushion for my settee!
