Macy's

This is my first time actually shopping in Chicago and let me tell you it's been wonderful! This Macy's location has such a vast collection!! Especially if you really enjoy catching the sales and last act items! I definitely recommend coming in to explore especially if the weather isn't too nice outside!

Awesome experience, This past Saturday I was a wish granter for Make A Wish and Macy's took it over the top to make the girl feel great. They gave her the VIP treatment. I will go back to buy things for me since they have 9 floors of things to buy from.

This flagship store spans all eight floors of the mall. While the overall size is large I find it tedious going up and down elevators to shop the store. More over the interior is fairly dated.

If you live in Chicago or the surrounding suburbs, you must make your way to Macy's in the Water Tower. They are closing the store this Sunday, March 21, 2021. The fine jewelry department is now selling their jewelry for 80% off with an additional 20% off. I paid including the taxes $211 for a gold chain and gold hoop earrings. Unheard of. I would suggest you getting there about 10-15 minutes before the store opens and going directly to the jewelry department. I had to wait 25 minutes today (only 40 minutes after the store opened) to get some help ( thats how busy this department was)but its worth the wait. GOOD LUCK 👍

They have a sign that says ALL fixtures for sale and when I tried to purchase 2 of them they said that they weren't for sale they were being transferred. This is VERY disappointing considering that its false advertisement and they could be sued for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I mean signs EVERWHERE.

Love the store! The Christmas decorations were beautiful and they had a huge selection in every Department.

Great perfume prices! Cashier gave great discounts and another of free samples also!

I love Macy's and the Walnut Room at the 7th floor!
