Run down department store. But do have some good bargains. Just that u need to browse patiently as items are not organized to sizes

Google
This is my first time back to Macy's in Valley Stream in 3 yrs. What a great experience. I was there looking for dresses for my wife . Being clueless, I was lucky that a sales rep named Kiondre stepped up! What a helpful, great person! He made it so easy for me. I definitely will be good back now!

cristine murray

Google
I ordered a dress online and it said to pickup at this Macys. When I arrived to get the item, it was the wrong item. Its a good thing I checked the bag because someone put the tag on the wrong dress. The customer service rep couldn't give me an explanation either. It was from the same designer much different dress and it costs less than my dress. It was very disappointing. If the item was not in stock at this location, I wish I couldve been notified. Please do better and don't rip customers off.

This Macy's has a nice Starbucks on the 1st floor in the women's section. It has a very nice selection of brands. The staff is a bit rough around the edges. The bathroom was clean and well attended. The Mall itself is not my favorite. The parking lot was a bit chaotic. There is construction going on.

Tulsie Persaud

Google
This is the most ridiculous place to shop. I understand now why shopping in stores is now be phased away. I am here to get my watch battery replaced, there is only one lady at the watch counter and she is taking forever with one customer. I don’t understand how they will stay open if they keep loosing their customers.

Barry Childress

Google
If you are looking for maternity sportswear or children's lingerie, that they have signs for. But what we were sent to the third floor for is hidden with no signs. Help is few and far between. The app they have signs for instead of directories is also of no help and not a directory. So if you like things hard to find this store is for you.

Google
I rarely feel compelled to write a review regarding exceptional Customer Service, but whenever I go to the Macy's Green Acres Mall return department I am greeted with professionalism, and a great attitude by two employees especially (Alicia and Donna). They are a class act and should train employees at other stores on how to treat customers!

Angelina

Google
Store is fine but the Starbucks inside has one poor girl working all by herself. The line was super long and wait for service was long because of under staffing

Yelp
I always have a great experience when I go to Macy's at Green Acres Mall the staff is friendly, helpful, and informed with the latest product and merchandise on the floor. They have a wide variety of products and merchandise. You'll find what you're looking for. A little pricey but great quality of merchandise. During this visit, I got facial products and cologne for myself a little retail therapy never hurt anyone, lol. So if in the area, Green Acres Mall Valley Stream, NY. Stop in and check out Macy's out!
google avatar

Yelp
Everything always seems to be on sale "here". By "here" I mean the Macy's is split between both sides of the mall. Women's & children's clothes on the busier side of the mall. Men's clothes & furniture on the other side. The service is actually pretty good and must be easier since there's not many customers inside the stores (compared to 5 years ago). Even if you don't find what you're looking for, check 'Last act' for hidden gems

Yelp
Decided to go shopping to see what 4th of July sales Macy's has. The sales were good. It's nice now that there's a Starbucks now. It wasn't crowded, but there were no salespeople on the 3rd floor. If you had a question to ask, no one was around. The good thing was no wait for the fitting room it wasn't messy with clothes still in the room. The items I wanted to purchased I had to go downstairs to pay because the section I was at there was no cashier. I would be nice if the cashiers would stop trying to push opening a Macy's credit card when I said I am paying cash. I understand that a lot of people are shopping online, but when you want to go to the store to try on the clothes or looking for a certain item it would be nice if employees where around to help.

Yelp
Macys just isn't it but at the same time I don't want it to go away lol is that childish of me maybe so but now and then you can find something you want to put in your wardrobe. Service is scarce unless you're looking for a fragrance those women are still geared to spray you at any moment lol.

Yelp
I had such a terrible experience at the Green Acres Macy's store today. The woman at the customer service area was so rude and unhelpful. I asked her a question and she was so dismissive of me. She practically yelled at me to go find a manager because she couldn't help me. I understand that she might not have known how to help me with my request, but yelling at me is really disrespectful and unprofessional. I heard that Macy's closed about 50 stores this year- now I know why. I will never shop at Macy's again with the poor treatment I received today.

Yelp
The store has gone under some renovations over the past a year and still continue to do so. Not a huge store but its decent. You can access Macy's via multiple entrances. Parking is free and there's plenty but traffic is brutal in this area during rush hours. As for any place if you hate waiting in line and struggling to get past people then come in the morning or 1-2 hours before closing. Oh absolutely avoid Friday-Sunday!!! First floor: handbags, jewelry, makeup is limited (there's a MAC counter located by the elevators going up), footlocker, Guess, Calvin Klein, juniors, last act and Customer Service. Fitting room is located next to Calvin Klein section. Literally this is my section as to where I find everything for myself. Decent selection nothing like 34st Macy's but it's decent depending on what you are looking for. Employees can be rude and I have encounter real rude ones that literally rolled their eyes!! But during my recent visit everyone was like really charming. The security guard was a sweetheart as she was full of positive energy and directed me toward customer service center. Everyone in customer service was nice and helped me process my return without a hassle.

Yelp
I went inside Macy store in the mall valley stream Green acres June 8 2024 Saturday around 1:00 pm went to Mac cosmetic counter and I was asking for help with makeup and the two ladies had attitude like they didn't want to help me I was asking questions about the facial make up which color would go best with my complexion they was ignoring me alo had to ask again they both was rushing me to hurry up and it was nobody else at the counter but me I felt disrespected I still asked with respect about the product they was giving me shorts answers I brought some makeup I been useing Mac for a long time they really made me feel uncomfortable the 2 Africian American young ladies has to learn how to talk to the customer when we spending our money and not be rude talking with attitudes rushing you out when it wasn't crowded I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable the way they treated me was not right at all they need to go to training to learn better people skills when you dealing with customers they both was very unprofessional I don't want to go there at the Mac counter inside Macy to get make up anymore from there they are very rude and was ignoring me when I was asking questions about the product I was buying I'm so disappointed

Yelp
Purchased a farberware 2-4 coffee pot.Not 6 months old & what junk $40 .Doesnt make coffee ,once completed you'll see light yellow color. You call this COFFEE, omg how can you sell this. Cheap junk of a pot and the consumer is the one who suffers.

Yelp
Came here for a return and couldn't find the women's section. We stood on a 10 minute line to return something and were redirected to a different line. The second line took about an hour because only 2 people were working those registers. It moved so slowly. More people left the line than were being helped. Its not the fault of the cashiers...there should just be more people working the registers at this time of year when there are more people on vacation from work and returning items from Christmas. Everyone is antsy and impatient. I was nervous because of all the other negative reviews about returns not being accepted. I was lucky and got the better cashier. She knew what she was doing and processed my return very quickly, but the wait to get up to her was long. The other cashier was giving every customer an attitude. There was a manager/supervisor in a suit who blatantly ignored the fact that the line for returns was so long that it was blocking the main path. He kept drawing with his little ruler. Why not hop on a drawer until the line dies down a little? Isn't that what you're supposed to manage?
google avatar

Barbara C.

Yelp
This Macy's is unorganized and the customer service is lacking. The clothing racks are in disarray. It is difficult to find what you're looking for because items are all over the store and not place back where they belong. The lines to check out extremely long on all the floors

Yelp
I cannot get over the amazing customer service I received tonight - in a busy holiday season. Manager Lisa went above and beyond to locate some of my order (paid for previously online) - they ended up being at the men's store but Lisa spent SO much time with me, making sure everything would be okay. I honestly have to say I have never had better customer service in my life. Lisa is a beautiful, wonderful soul and I am so grateful I was able to meet her tonight. As soon as I got to the Macy's men's store I was pulled off the line by Junelle (I hope I am spelling that right!) because Lisa had already let her know I was missing the mens items in my order. Junelle was also amazing. In my 33 years of semi professional shopping () I honestly have never had better customer service. Lisa you truly made my night and my whole entire holiday season. You are a beautiful soul and I am so so grateful for your amazingly hard work during this crazy, hectic season. Thank you !!!!

Yelp
Isn't it disappointing when a brand you love(d), and use to carry such weight is reduced to feather (not even)? I often wonder how bills, staff are being paid here. I've never actually witnessed a sale transaction at this branch. No lie. Each time I visit, folks are simply walking around gazing into showcases and at racks or like me, have no darn manners and behaviour and is just here for the wifi. Even at Christmas it was super boring. EVEN my family refuse to come to Macy's much less this branch, well as I'm being honest Green Acres Mall is the antichrist to them. Back to Macy's, is it poor management, PR, staff, location? I remember a time (before I was a permanent fixture 'round these parts), there was no way I could have made a trip to NY and not visit Macy's! Are you maaad?!? Macy's WAS NY, Macy's represented US shopping for me! Now, maybe it's just 2015 sucking it to them and like we do with our cassettes, it's nice to reminisce, tell the young ones about the days when...............but guess what, no matter how exciting we try to make it sound, it doesn't seem as interesting as the ipod or whatever it is the children are into these days. Maybe Macy's like said cassettes will soon make a nostalgic funny meme. Girl let's face it, we're getting older and not all of us are brand savy enough like granny Madona at reinvention. (Hopefully not) The End (for them)

Yelp
Horrible service, pick-up. Waited 1/2 hr and no one came to deliver curbside. If you do not offer curbside delivery, do not advertise it. Never had this problem before at Target, Michael's etc within that whole shopping center. That's a damn shame you can't even contact the curbside department on the phone. Have an alternative system in place if you're understaffed and can't produce results. My time is precious to me! I couldn't get out and go in because of my infant son in the car. Today was supposed to just be a curbside pick up day. I work nightshift and on minimum sleep. Ruined my whole day.

Yelp
Macy's has really reached a new low. I went to purchase a gift card. The choices included Happy Chanukah. Happy Kwanzaa, but no Merry Christmas. Have you gotten that politically correct that you are willing to piss off loyal customers like myself? Well, job well done. I purchased ZERO gift cards this year from your store and have encouraged others to follow suit. There are plenty of other stores carrying on the Christmas spirit, and those are the ones I will support. Big mistake, Macy's...HUGE!!!
google avatar

Crystal B.

Yelp
Meh...not the best customer service that I'm use to at Macy's. This is a Backstage store and it's my very first time in one. The prices are relatively great if you can find something you like in your size. People who troll will always get the best stuff first lol. It's a much more widespread store (which I like), lots of space and great new and old designer selections. Most are not stocked in abundance, especially the last act stuff but that's to be expected....they're trying to get rid of it. I probably won't return to this store again because the customer service sucks. The salespersons in the Coach or cosmetics departments are not welcoming or friendly. I'll try the store in Garden City.

Yelp
I wish I could give zero stars terrible customer service from the cashier at Lancome, the supervisor (Mary) and the manager (Lisa). This location is the worst. Dont come here with any returns because they do not take back products that have been used. I dont understand how a customer can find out If they like the product without taking it home and using it for a day. Mary gave me some ambiguous rule that the product must be resealable. Lisa said that I should have known if I was going to like the product when the tested it on me because all allergic reactions come withing 5 to 10 minutes. Where is your dermatology degree? Are you an immunologist? I explained that my skin reacted negatively to the products and she refused to return the products. Worst experience at macys I've ever had
google avatar

Tiffany B.

Yelp
The customer service in this Macy's is beyond deplorable. The sales associate in the Men's outerwear section rushed us to check out in her section because she was about to end her shift and she wanted us to check out with her so she could receive the commission though she did NOTHING at all to assist us and we had more shopping to do. In essence her focus was on what was beneficial and convenient for her not us; that is NOT good customer service.
google avatar

Yelp
This review is only for the MAC makeup section of Macy's department store located by the bags section main floor. Had an appointment for makeup session 1:pm that day because I was headed for a wedding that same day. At first , waited a bit but the outcome of my look had made up for it. The girl did a great job. Got a lot of compliments at the party . So, make sure you get the same girl that did my makeup. Her name was Genesis. Not sure if I spelled it right . Thanks Genesis!!
google avatar

Yelp
Wish I can give zero stars. I only came to this Mac location because I didn't feel like going to the one at Roosevelt field. Big mistake. You go there to get something and it's like you're on a deserted island waiting for someone to help you. All those Mac workers look miserable to the core. I don't know what their problem is. My friend and I waited sooooo long for help until someone finally acknowledged us. We turned around and other people were waiting and all the workers were doing consisted of walking past them and acting as if they weren't there. Horrible customer service. I don't think customer service exists in their company policy. Either Mac/Macy's don't care who they hire or what. Wouldn't recommend no wouldn't return.
google avatar

Yelp
Don't get me wrong I love Macy's well love is too much. But their shoe department needs some Help. The sales associate looks like he just woke up , His hair all over the place , he himself needs to go to the shoe department. Macy's is one of those places that you go for looks, sheekness. Well this department has a lot to learn. And the wall hanging behind the register was tilted. I don't know maybe I'm anal but I come here for the glamour and the excitement of looking good. Please have a manager here on Saturdays before they open .
google avatar

Cortney W.

Yelp
I have to say and I always say when I go to this Macys' location. Ready for it?! It's too hot! I cannot understand why a store would have the heat up so high. Granted winter is coming. But yesterday was 50 degrees + out. So you picture the scene. Rather, let me set the scene for you. 1-it's Black Friday 2-It's crowded 3-People are rushing everywhere 4-Did I mention it was Black Friday? 5-IT'S HOT! The selection of merchandise in the shoe area was eh. Shoes were littered all over the floor. It was a big turnoff for me. The 50% off sign didn't inspire me to trip through the mess. The clothing sections were better organized but with the heat, I didn't feel like being bothered in that area either. All in all, I've experienced better.
google avatar

Tianara H.

Yelp
Worst service ever. It doesn't seem like all the workers fault but every time I come here I have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes to get some help! There's always only ONE person assigned to a specific area. I'm sorry Macy's management but one employee to man the shoe department alone is ridiculous. Especially on a Saturday night. Hire more people! No wonder the turn over rate is so high.
google avatar

Melia B.

Yelp
This Macy's hardly accepts returns. It is the worse, and the staff is very rude. I was told I was unable to return my shoes from supervisor TASHA in the shoes dept. because I did not have the box, despite having the receipt and method of payment. Refusing to accept a return because I do not have the shoe box is like refusing to accept a return because I do not have the Macys shopping bag. I pulled up Macys policy online and asked Tasha to show me in the policy that having shoe box is a requirement. She was unable to answer me and refused the return. I left and contacted corporate. I was able to return my shoes at another location. GREEN ACRES MACYS DO BETTER!!!!!! - Non Returning Customer-
google avatar

Ester B.

Yelp
I like this store. Acceptable. They have some good sales, Their associates are nice.
google avatar

Chrissie D.

Yelp
Two words: Absolutely ridiculous. I dread having to go to this Macy's for ANYTHING. Majority of the workers there barely look like they're interested in doing their jobs let along servicing you. I went to pick up an online order and waited an hour just to be told to go to a different register across the department. This Macy's is severely understaffed and the workers have such nasty attitudes.
google avatar

Marina C.

Yelp
Once again I came to return a ton of stuff that I bought online from earlier this year. I love how convenient it is to return anything I don't like. I never shop at the store unless Im helping someone. It takes too long to look for things, it's faster online and I always read reviews before buying anything. I mostly buy stuff for the kitchen or try to find really great deals. All the staff we dealt with yesterday were very nice even with all the holiday craze. There aren't that many cashiers at each dept., so the lines are always so long. A few of the customers...have a bit of an attitude toward the staff, perhaps they've been waiting for a while or they're always so grumpy.

Carrie O.

Yelp
I live in California and wanted a suit jacket that was only available in New York at Herald Square or Green Acres Macys. Since the jacket wasn't in any local stores, my only option was to call a store in New York & see if they could help me. I started with Green Acres and spoke to Mary, one of the managers. She took the information & said an associate would call if they had the jacket. The following day, she called. She found the jacket & was able to ship it to me. The entire transaction took place over the phone. Mary was kind & funny, she treated me like I was standing there in the store. I left a review on Macys.com and within a few minutes the Store Manager, Phil called. He thanked me for leaving a review when really I should have been thanking him! This is the kind of service that makes Macys stand out. They go above & beyond to help customers! I noticed some of the reviews for this location are low. Given my experience, I would recommend reaching out to Mary, Phil or another member of the management team. They want to make your shopping experience magical! They made it easy for me to shop at their store & I'm 3000 miles away.

Yelp
The Junior section here is pretty much disgusting so I don't even walk over there. Make up and perfume is cool. Always smells scrumptious. And you have a million\ girls trying to draw you a new face and of course another one trying to spray all types of stuff on you. The usual. The show section on the main floor.. by the Coach is lovely. The sale shoes are pretty decently priced and all the regularly priced ones aren't too bad either. They have some beautiful shoes. Right around by the watches. They have pretty nice watches and the watch workers are usually pretty nice. Kid section up stairs is usually pretty wreck. You'll have SOME friendly folks and some NOT so friendly. ANDDD I guess I'll share, some worker stole my mom's card! Getting all these weird charges. Little missy bought gift cards with my mom's card. Security was on top of that though and she was arrested.. but jeez! That's not nice. Aside from their theif, not the worst macy's on earth.

Georgiana S.

Yelp
Slow customer service, workers are not time efficient at all and the managers do not utilize workers to full capacity. They have more than enough staff, but half the staff moves like sloth's and gives a bad rep to the girl/guy that are fast paced, and yes I did not put plural guys and girls because I only notice 1 of each that work properly.
google avatar

Tee F.

Yelp
Got my makeup done here yesterday for a wedding. I was the maid of honor so I wanted it flawless and that I got. Domonique did it and I hope she will be there for a while bc my face was the talk of the wedding. Even the bride wanted to know if I was trying to out do her lol. Thanks D for a job well done
google avatar

Ed T.

Yelp
As a side note... the staff in this store doesn't represent the demographics of the surrounding communities. True as in other reviews. Workers in general are poorly trained. Have bad manners, don't make customer happy in most areas. I have chosen to ignore these Employees and try to buy the best values without their commissionable help. That's the sticker they put on every item they ring up telling management how good they are at helping customers buy! BULL they do nothing.

Nick S.

Yelp
This store has to be closed and people need better customer service training. I was returning a purchase and had to go to HR or Customer Service dept. Had to wait 40 min. Manager Patt was extremely rude. She didn't wan't to explain why she doesn't accept the return, turned her back to me and walked away.
google avatar

Patricia L.

Yelp
I went to cash out my outfits and the lady who serviced me named Pamela, didn't know what she was doing at first she said two of the pieces I picked up where wrongfully tagged, stating to me that the prices was incorrect. I then asked her what are the prices for these items? She says one is50$ and the other is 15$ with no proof. She made up the prices for both of the pieces. Maybe that's why the tags are not correctly marked cause you keep changing them. After I cashed out luckily I found another one of the jacket that I left back with the correct price of 20$. She tried to rob me and failed. Stupid old lady you need to have ethics. If you don't know the price of something, DON'T MAKE YOUR OWN PRICE. Are you the founder of Macys to mark your own prices on merchandise. Don't think so get your old ass to retirement and stop robbing people dumbass.
google avatar

Marie P.

Yelp
I wish I could give this Macy's in Valley Stream, NY no stars because it is the worst Macy's on the planet. Rude people, a mess. I live a few minutes away so come here for returns only. I'd rather drive to any other Macy's to shop. My favorite is in Bridgewater, NJ when I'm there on business but I typically go to Roosevelt Field...any place but Green Acres!!! I feel like I'm putting my life on the line anytime I have to go here. The service is awful and the workers don't care. Oh.. And you have to go to the other side of the mall to go to the men's store!! idiotic!!!
google avatar

Ying S.

Yelp
very bad experience. I bring the receipt and bags to return so I can buy the skincare at Estée Lauder. They refuse to do that, cuz they don't wanna put their numbers down.
google avatar

Sparkles D.

Yelp
Macys at this location really need to get their act together . This location has changed ALOT ,the employees are not courteous at all. In the children's department they have teenage employee that don't know how to be professional at all. I was purchasing some items. The cashier all she was doing is chewing gum like she never had gum before in her life , and was acting all ghetto fab ... The only reason , I went there is because u don't have to pay for parking ...
google avatar

Cynthia R.

Yelp
Let me be clear, I hate ALL MACY'S even online. I am only here to return some overpriced earring that are made from cheap material. Whenever I see a sale associate they always seem to be running away. The "coupons" do not work on nothing in the store. I will never make the mistake to purchase anything from Macy's again.

Yvette O.

Yelp
Never going back to Macy's in green acres mall again. Cashier in children's department had no interest in helping me on 12/19 at 9:27am. When I asked about discounts if I used my card, the response was "I don't know" and then she SLOWLY proceeded to scan my items before she looked for a bag to place them in. It would have also been nice to have been offered a gift box--not that they had any when asked.
google avatar

Kaf S.

Yelp
I seem to have had only good experiences shopping here. True, it can get very busy as certain times of the year simply are. But the quality and prices are hard to beat. You get great selection and better prices (when on sale) than other department stores for Men's clothing.
google avatar

Riccardo S.

Yelp
Disinterested staff in a location which has fallen into significant disrepair. The place is usually not well-organised, and has acquired a dingy feel to it. About the only use I have for this Macy's is that I return items to it which I've bought online and found I didn't like. For actually shopping Macy's, I'll go to Roosevelt Field or NYC.
google avatar

Yvonne A.

Yelp
I love this Macy's sometimes staffing could be a little better had a free make up at the Mac counter recently I was sold brought a set that same day

Yelp
Terrible customer service, especially the credit card. I was going on vacation for 4 weeks, wife wanted a swim suit. We have in the past shopped there a lot without a Macy's card. We bought the swim suit. Wife realized after we got home, it looked a bit dirty, so in a hand wash, cold water, it lost half its color, say what? hand wash cold water and the color came right out,,, a swim suit ? really what type of Chinese made junk would that be. Yes I know (credit card problem)?, well, the card they talked my wife into for a small discount on the suit. I told the lady, when she was getting it, we were going for a month right, well, the morons closed that months books the next day, billing us so by the time we got home we were 30 days late. Then for a 35 dollar swimsuit, (it was Chinese made junk on sale), a thirty dollar charge for late even though we returned the suit for being junk. Called they said yep and basically "that's the way it goes". I will never buy anything from Macy's again ever, if my wife suggests, they have a sale maybe we should see what they have, I will have to say to her , are you nuts, I hope they go bankrupt soon.

N M.

Yelp
MAC counter - Priscilla is truly a gem! She did my makeup for my birthday and I felt completely confident in her skill level. She managed to do my makeup all while assisting other people with their requests. I couldn't believe it. She never got frustrated or rude; she simply smiled and handle everything and everyone with kindness and grace. I look forward to coming back because of her customer service!

Yelp
Went with return merchant certificate a week ago with a balance of 217.00 spent 54.00 had the difference which was suppose to be printed and given back to but wasn't. We first time in this sort of confusion Bare in mind Green Acre boys Dept cashier had no clue what this was had to call a manager then a third because they couldn't understand this price of paper, it's like I made it myself... ughhhhhhh Anyways they give me back the original certificate and send me on my way saying I could use it, I should hv tried it back the same day, but bc they kept me there over an hour trying to figure out this merchandise return certificate I was exhausted and went home. We went back today to use the balance which is like 157 or so and OMG - they asked about some other receipt that I should hv gotten that day, from another cashier, who as well is lost abt this topic, sent us to human resource Tasha, 2nd floor green acre mall, who instruct us that this certificate is not valid and another 1 is in the mail and will come to us, I asked if when the new 1 comes will they know what to do and if we used it and another balance will that make use hv to wait on another 1 to come again Is this for real, are we living in a third world- so frustrated wanted to scream hard at everyone for they have no clue and made this a mess - like why so much untrained non professional called customer service the 800 number and they said I need the receipt from the first purchase where I used it Omg smh upset

Yelp
This Macy's is by far one of the most unimpressively staffed for the size. Upon entering to pick up an online order I couldn't find an employee easily, no one could direct me to the correct place to pick up my order. After waiting for the employee who was helpful I was directed to the Macys on the opposite side of the mall. Macy's I still love you but step up your staffing game at this location!!

Yelp
This Macys sucks. I don't have much to say about it. The customer service is dull. The cashiers have an attitude all the time. The only floor in this Macys thats actually fun to shop on is the first floor. Thats where the juniors, shoes, handbags, comestics and fragrances section is. Housewares in the basement has good customer service though . People down there are very helpful. And they are knowledgable about the products. I will be returning here by default , because its close to my house.

Yelp
Very interesting store and layout. This has a feel of an older run down Macy's which is in dire need of repair. The ceiling tiles are either water damaged or missing in general in many departments. The store is smaller than the Roosevelt Field store so I feel the product selection reflects that. As for employees, like most stores in the area I feel like it is hit or miss. Sometimes you get that great employee that wants to help or you can easily get the employee that makes you feel like you are inconveniencing them by asking a question. I come here for the basics, but head to Roosevelt Field location if I want to shop.

Yelp
Allowed a charge of $308 on my credit card, and I live at least 1000 miles away from New York, when I called the manager, he did not care, said file a police report and cancel my card. When my bank called there, they directed them to Macy's credit card division, to no avail, first of all I do not have a Macy's credit card, and second of all my bank was calling pertaining to the card issued by them. Obviously they don't care, don't listen, and will not train their associates on taking credit cards with verification.
