Korean BBQ requires quite a bit of work on your part, so this is not a place for anyone who thinks "why would I go out just to cook my own food?" (I do believe that a server will help you if you ask, though.) I enjoy interactive stuff like this, so I love it. They do have a dining area where you can order normal dishes from the menu if you don't want to sit at a grill table and do the cooking.
The menu is really extensive, and there are a lot of options for the grill tables. They bring you your choice of meat(s), start the fire, and you cook it there at the table. You're provided with little dishes of sauces and seasoning. Also included are several side dishes, like salad, kimchi, egg custard (cooks on the grill in these little trenches), cheese corn (cooked in the grill trenches), and a variety of other pickled type things and Asian veggie salads. The combo we've gotten most often includes 5 different meats (pork belly, beef bulgogi, brisket, chicken, and a spicy pork) and all of the sides and it's $89. It's a LOT of food, we always have at least half as leftovers, so I think it's a great deal. (There are many other options that are cheaper.)
The food is great. I've never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and attentive, they always make sure you have what you need and will assist you in cooking properly and will switch out the grill top for a clean one between meats.
I highly recommend this place. It gets pretty busy, which makes me happy for them! I hope they stick around for a long time, it's a fun night out.
