The team at Madeline's is the best hospitality team we have ever worked with, bar none. My husband and I had our wedding at Madeline's in June, and we could not have been happier with how everything turned out. Drinks were amazing, food was tasty, and vibes were high. Brenton and Sam were so lovely and easy to work with and really cared that we had the wedding we envisioned. I highly recommend Madeline's for any event you're looking to throw or honestly, just a fun night out with good drinks and vibes!

Incredible cocktail bar! Perfect for a post dinner nightcap! If you like espresso martinis you have to try the self-titled Madeline. The Clarified Long Island Iced Tea was easy to drink and will get you GOING! Poke nachos were fingerlicking good! Shout out to Jordan the bartender for taking care of us tonight! We will definitely be back!!

If you're looking for a great restaurant and space to host an event - look no further because you found a gem in Greenpoint. We wanted to find the perfect spot for a Friday night welcome party for our 100 guests as we were getting married the next day - and Madeline's blew us away. The food options were plentiful and all our guests were raving about how delicious everything was! Service was outstanding and there was absolutely no shortage of bartenders and servers. The owner of this restaurant is incredibly kind and made the experience so easy for us. He also went out of his way to just be an amazing host to us and our guests. If you want a cozy modern space with style, great service, delicious food, and just a great vibe for a night time event - this is it!

Had noticed this beautiful place since it opened, finally got a chance to try on a Sunday afternoon. The store is well designed with lots of seatings inside. Staff were superb friendly and helpful, we had short rib nachos, which comes as huge plate, despite it is under Snack on the menu, and it tastes amazingly. Highly recommend it. It also has good selection of beers, cocktails and wine. I love their draft beer. If you have space for dessert after, don't miss their unique cheesecake. A wonderful dining experience.

Hosted my birthday party here recently! Overall, I’d recommend Madeline’s as a great option in Greenpoint, particularly because you can reserve the mezzanine for a relatively low fee, and there’s no minimum. I was comfortably able to have about 35-40 people attend, too. Some more detail is below! PROS: - no minimum private area (mezzanine) in Brooklyn, which is hard to come by! - good drinks (the tomato martini was a hit) - the DJ the night we were there was fantastic - fun interior / nice ambiance - owner was quite responsive over email which made planning easier CONS: My main con is that the staff wasn’t the warmest I’ve encountered, but perhaps I caught them on an off night. When I arrived and told the host I was the birthday girl and so excited to be there, she just said something like ‘ok you’re upstairs’ - that’s it. I’m not expecting us to be best friends, but a little more enthusiasm would’ve been nice when someone chooses to celebrate their birthday at your place. Some bar staff were also a bit curt from the get-go. There might’ve been another big event that night, so maybe they were spread thin. I still had a wonderful night and would recommend!

Really cool spot, easy to reserve mezzanine area for functions, and bartenders / ambiance were super cool. I really liked the Madeline II drink (as a tequila hater lol) and the Hibiscus Chamomile Mojito. Lowkey wish I was hungry when I went, food looked great. Bar also does a house pickle brine that they used for pickleback shots, and it was fire!

We hosted our wedding after-party at Madeline’s and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The vibe was incredible—fun, lively, and exactly what we were looking for. The drinks were top-notch, the service was seamless, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. We felt so taken care of all night long. Highly recommend Madeline’s for any celebration or night out—you won’t be disappointed!

The team at Madeline's is absolutely incredible! Rented the back room for my birthday party and everything from the drinks, service, space, and food were all absolutely top notch! Can't recommend it enough if you're looking for somewhere in Greenpoint to throw an event.

What a beautifully structured space and vibe. Came in with three friends looking to grab a quick drink before going dancing and we could not leave. A great DJ to dance to & a team beyond your wildest dreams. Brenton is such an MVP! Will be back... and back... and back

- great service - $10 happy hour specials - alright croquettes - decent charcuterie - lots of alcohol options - drinks could use some more strength - closets in the front are cool - I like the upscale cocktail bar ambiance

The cocktail was AMAZING, I love it when a cocktail is complicated and unique as this one was. The taco was taco of the day and also extremely good, simple and quality ingredients. My partner had a chicken sandwich, that one had too much aioli and fell to pieces after two bites. Service was okay, kind. Ambiance was great, we sat on the street, greenpoint summer is the best.

Hands down LOVE this location. Funnily enough found it on my commute over to another location nearby and decided to give it a shot with a friend. Was not disappointed. The ambiance and interior design of the place amazing and loved the addition of the art and plants (would make for a cute date night spot). The food and drinks tastes wonderful and were portioned in a way that was great for sharing. The staff was warm and welcoming and overall thought the service was great. 12/10 experience - can't wait until my next occasion to come back in visit :)

A must visit. Beyond the welcoming and electric ambience, you find cocktails to die for (Cozy Season - in a league of its own) Everyone who has found their way to Madeline's is there for the very best reason -- to have a comfortable yet memorable night. If you see Brenton, ALWAYS say hi. He's a gift to the bar scene. Amazing place, amazing space

Stopped in for a cocktail with some small bites and I'm a fan! Loved the "Madeline" drink. Try the house popcorn. Looking forward to hopefully seeing the menu expand as this new neighborhood spot gains traction.

Their food and drinks have the consistent quality of better looks than substance. They should really get rid of the brussel sprouts since the dish tasted bland, was glazed with excessive oil all over, and the brussels weren't crispy at all

Been loving going to Madeline's for brunch. They have a great breakfast sandwich and home fries and pancakes. It's nice and light, the soundtrack is hip and homey. It just feels like a groovy and easy spot to get some great food with nice people.

Elegant venue with amazing staff. I reserved the upstairs private room (refundable deposit, no fee) to host a party of 70 with a lineup of DJs, and cake served. The room has its own bar with service, seating, bathroom, and skylight (which we didn't use but I'd imagine would be nice). Brenton, the owner, is super responsive and on top of things. Cheers man!

Hosted an engagement party here back in January ... Brenton was super helpful and accommodating. Food was great, atmosphere was even better. Highly recommend !

All the aesthetics of Ramona (its predecessor bar) with none of the charm. Crowd was very frozen-in-the-trends-of-2010-Williamsburg. Drinks were decent, but you can only get signature cocktails downstairs; upstairs is exclusively "classic" cocktails (which they don't tell you when they seat you up there)
