Where to Enjoy a Glass of Chardonnay This Summer in the Tampa Area | Eater

"Nothing pairs perfectly with balmy outdoor drinking like a 32-inch pizza. Okay, that may be a bit ambitious, but the mega-pie has made this Pinellas County pizzeria famous, landing it on multiple national news shows. If you’re not up to the 32-inch challenge, Madison Avenue Pizza has plenty of other choices, like the Mac pizza, based loosely on the burger with a similar name; the Cuban sandwich pizza; and a fried chicken pizza made with a certain chicken chain’s famous sauce. Enjoy them all at one of the outdoor tables in front, and wash them down with a cold glass of Harken Chardonnay." - Matthew Meltzer

Where to Celebrate International Chardonnay Day in Tampa | Eater

"Perhaps you’ve grabbed a fresh, hot pie of Madison Avenue Pizza from owner Sean Ferraro’s “Pizza Skiff ” as it makes the rounds along the Intracoastal. But even if you haven’t scored a boat day invite, you can still enjoy pies at Madison Avenue’s location in Dunedin. Their land menu is a little more extensive — try out their chicken florentine, buffalo chicken, or pickle pizza alongside your glass of Harken Chardonnay." - Matthew Meltzer

This restaurant is highly anticipated. We were especially excited about the pepperoni chips. They have an array of pizzas. Their specialty pizzas all sounded delicious. I would recommend the garlic knots as they were massive and delicious. Everything seemed to be shareable and in larger portions. The restaurant is set up like a bar and doesn't seem as spacious on the inside, especially for smaller children. Due to it being lunch time and not as busy it seemed like the bartender doubled as the host/waitress for all parties in the restaurant. She did an amazing job juggling everything. She was super friendly and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. She made great suggestions as well.

Google
This is a highly recommended establishment on my end. Talked to the owner and they make everything from scratch. From the dressing to the bread for the subs to real hand cut fries. This is pretty impressive for a pizzeria. And to top it off, everything was excellent quality. We got the Garlic Knots to start along with a side of Meatballs. Both were great. Then we got some of those Hand Cut Fries with House-made Ranch and we were impressed. I’m not a big “Ranch Guy” (my son is) but I really liked this with the Fries. Then came the Sicilian Pizza, and this thing was huge. Fantastic sweet sauce, top quality cheeses (not just mozzarella in this beast). Highly recommend this pizza. Service was super friendly and seemed genuinely happy to work there (can’t say that about every restaurant). Lastly, this restaurant has a cool vibe with the rock and roll icons painted on the wall, large central bar, outside seating and good music playing throughout the night. Loud enough to enjoy but not too loud that you need to struggle to talk to the people at your table. Definitely going to return to try some wings and the Cheesesteak. I love when locally owned businesses do things the right way.

Google
So you are going here for the food. Great choices and the portion sizes are large. We tried their Philly version of a cheesesteak and was pretty good. Plenty of meat and toppings, and they make their own bread. Great side option with tater tots. Pizza was pretty good for Florida. Service was a bit slow, and the servers could have been more personable.

Google
We stopped here after an entire day at the beach and it didn’t disappoint, place was packed but we sat outside and they were pretty quick. We ordered Garlic knots, Old school cheese pie, the New York supreme and an Old school with pepperoni and bacon. Everything was really good and waitress was nice and attentive.

Google
This place was slammed even though we arrived well after 7 pm. Our server was great and did a fantastic job, and everything was delicious. My Italian hogie was huge, and so was my wife's cheesesteak. The tater tots were super crispy, our daughter ordered meatballs and salad, and they were spot on. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Google
We took a family vacation to Dunedin Fl. After reading reviews we decided to give this place a shot. This place has phenomenal pizza. Great environment & staff seemed friendly. We got our 1/2 pepperoni/cheese with extra cheese pizza & Meat Lovers Stromboli to go. We absolutely loved the food & would definitely would recommend the pizza & Stromboli. Stromboli was huge along with the 18” pizza. It fed 2 adults & 3 kids with leftovers.

Amazing Amanda

Google
Some may say driving an hour out for pizza is wild behavior but I’m wilder 🤣! We came from Tampa to eat here and Madison Avenue Pizza exceed my expectations! The best pizza and philly cheese sub I’ve had yet!! The bartender was so nice and made great drinks. The wings were good also. I was so full after the pizza, wings and sub but somehow found room for the delicious s’mores pizza! What an experience! I highly recommend this place!

Google
We came, we waited, we ordered. It came out piping hot and tantalizing. We did our best just for the challenge of trying (but not the actual challenge)! We were a group of four brave souls on a pizza journey! Some of us fought but were deterred shortly after. With two remaining to try and tackle this beast! We made it half way through but the beast bested us! We may not have won but we were still winners!!! With that said the pizza was DAMN tasty and would go back just to get more even if we did leave with four 14” boxes full of pizza.

Yelp
I can't begin to express how happy I am to have found this place! It quickly became a favorite amongst me and my friends. From the food, the vibe, to the amazing service we've received, I will highly recommend Madison Ave to anyone! We have been getting the pickle pizza every time and it gets 10s across the board. Other pizzas we've gotten are the white pizza, chicken Caesar salad pizza, and the angry Margherita. I highly suggest you try the boneless chicken as well! I haven't had one bad bite since going there.

Yelp
Excellent cheesesteak! My family is born and raised in Philly so I'm always on the hunt for a Philly cheesesteak. This one was ribeye slice meat with Cooper Sharp American Cheese and I added grilled onions. I'm not sure how I have never had Cooper Sharp American Cheese but this was perfection! The sandwich was packed with meat and the perfect combination of cheese and grilled onions. Very impressed! Will definitely be back to try the pizza!

Yelp
Service was excellent, food was good. This place was packed on Saturday night. We went for Tampa Bay restaurant week, so it was a good deal and I've wanted to try them for a while. To be honest, it was good but not great, it's hard to go wrong with pizza tho. To be very picky, we wished that the garlic knots had more garlic. The sauce that came with them was delicious. Our pizza was ok, we wished it had the sauce that came with the garlic knots. It really didn't have any sauce, which technically I could've inferred from the menu description, so that's kinda on me. The pie was good, but it seemed like it was juuust thawed and maybe could've used about 5 more minutes. Otherwise, it is pretty cool they offer a full bar here-- that's not something I typically see at pizza places. And I think their speciality is more non-traditional pizzas, like I was eyeing their pickle pizza. Maybe that's what I should get if we come again. To top it off, our server Samantha was incredible! She was taking care of prob a total of line 30 people while we were there and kept our drinks full!

Yelp
6/18/25 Last night I had some of the best wings, that I ever ate, with a great sweet Thai chili sauce, they came with really good blue cheese dressing, not that bottled, or commercial stuff that a lot of places insult you taste buds with. We also ordered the Sicilian pie, this monster was saucy , cheesy , and delicious with a wonderful, pan baked, crispy crust, when I picked up a piece I could not believe how light it was for it's size, a definitely new pizza taste experience for me. Wednesday night is wing night, I'll be back with No 1 Florida cuz, for some more wings, and we want to try one of their famous cheesesteaks...

Yelp
Our friends took us to Madison Avenue Pizza on a Saturday night before a night out, and it was the perfect way to kick things off! The place was packed inside, so we grabbed a table outside. Honestly, it ended up being a great spot to enjoy the evening. I started with the Greek salad with balsamic vinaigrette (super fresh and flavorful), and my boyfriend had the buffalo wings to start. He and his friend loved them. We all split their special pepperoni pizza with chili oil, and WOW. Spicy, crispy, cheesy goodness. Definitely a standout slice! I also had a glass of red wine, which paired perfectly with everything. The two guys had the rum buckets which I wish I got a picture of them because they were so cute they kept the cups as souvenirs HA! Great food, chill atmosphere, and a fun way to start our night. Would totally go back!

Yelp
After seeing Maddison Pizza blow up on social media and catching Dave Portnoy's review, I had to check it out for myself and I'm glad I did. I've been twice now, and each visit has been consistently solid. We started with the mozzarella sticks, which were crispy on the outside and perfectly gooey inside. As for the pizza, we've tried the classic pepperoni as well as a half pepperoni/half pepperoni with sausage combo. Both were excellent, great crust, flavorful sauce, and just the right amount of grease (in a good way). The place has been busy both times, but the service hasn't missed a beat, friendly, fast, and on top of things. It's clear they've got a good system going. I've heard great things about their cheesesteak, so that's next on my list. Maddison Pizza definitely lives up to the hype and worth the visit whether you're local or making a special trip.

Yelp
Wide variety of menu items. I had the arugula salad, garlic knots, wings, and pizza. Salad was great I put too much dressing though whoops. The wings are well worth the travel to this side of the bridge. The pizza was a bit on the floppy side, sauce was good and cheese was good. We had a nice waitress and she was super helpful. The decor is electric. One half is black booths the other is green high tops with a pretty gold accent on it... it was too high for the family so we tried to cram into a booth.

Yelp
Suchhhhh a good slice, only 4 stars because kind of expensive!! Love that the ranch is homemade, the sweetness of the onions go so well with the bacon and buffalo chicken. The gluten free crust was a great cracker crust but not burned like many gf crusts are!! The regular pizza was so thin like a New York pizza but had a fluffy crust with bubbles (iykyk) and the sauce had a little tang and great flavor. I mean, it is a pretty big pizza but still like $26 for just pepperoni! And the gluten free was also like 24 or so. Either way, I'll go back. Would love to try the fries and wings.

Yelp
Service was excellent even though they were busy. Tator tots was crispy! Cool, casual place.

Yelp
We actually hired the Madison Avenue Pizza team to come cater a pre-wedding gathering at our house for 80 people. We are so grateful to Sean and his team for working so hard to make our pre-wedding festivities so special, TASTY and fun!! From homemade meatballs, salads, a huge display of charcuterie with a wide variety of meats, cheese and dips, to non-stop, unlimited pizza made in the ovens built into a fire truck they brought on site, the food was just so delicious. Topping things off, they also brought a cannoli bar with so many fun toppings, piping them fresh right on the spot - it was such a hit!!!! Our family and friends RAVED both about the food and the team's service. We have to agree - they did an amazing job!!!!!! They set up, they cleaned up, they took out the garbage. And the staff were just the nicest people ever!!!! We are thrilled that we had the opportunity to work with Madison Avenue Pizza and we can't wait to come visit the restaurant in Dunedin when we have some time to relax. :) We are now looking for opportunities to host another party just so we can have them back!!!!

Yelp
For a strip mall pizza place - it's a cool joint. Service is friendly, attentive and let us know the specials even though we already ordered drinks so we could change it for the discount. Everything came out piping hot. Wings - 8/10 Pizza - 7/10 Philly inspired cheesesteak - 9/10 Bar like atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend.

Yelp
Great Wednesday night out for appetizers and drinks. Toasted Ravioli and Meatballs. 50% off Wine and Whiskey. 2 drinks each and food was more than enough for 2 people.

Yelp
First time there. Of course, had to try the cheesesteak. A slightly different take than say Delco, but excellent. Also, very large portion of meat with some of the best crusty bread I have had in a long time in Florida. Try with the sweet and hot peppers. Good beer selection

Amanda S.

Yelp
To be honest we would not make drive from Tampa for this place again we have better pizza closer to home . Nothing to amazing to write home about for 2 14 inch pizza , 2 appetizers, and a $25 dessert pizza I could have made for $15 Dollors at home and saved on gas and drinks were just ok but no way would I ever spent $200 again at a pizza place for 4 adults ! Server was great food and kitchen were so slow 25 minutes for stale hard cheees garlic knots , and soggy over priced pepperoni "chips" with overly salt ranch dressing! Too over crowded not enough room to walk around or wait for our table to be ready had to stand out in the heat . And no way it took from 7:25 till our apps came out 25 minutes later and our main meals didn't come out till 8:36pm and we didn't get our smors to go pizza till 9:15 pm definitely not worth the hour drive

Anaëlle V.

Yelp
This place is amazing, best pizza I've ever had. The only downside is that it takes awhile to get your order (sometimes longer than the estimated time given), but it's been worth it every time. Unbeatable quality and taste all around.

Yelp
Where have you been all my life ? This is the stromboli i have had a hankering for. Perfect ratios of ingredients, perfect toastiness , perfect marina. All the flavors i've been craving. Service was great and very nice welcoming environment. Dont ever leave me Madison Avenue Pizza !

Yelp
We always enjoy grabbing a bite here. The Caesar salad is excellent, and the cocktails never disappoint. Keep up the great work, Madison Avenue!

Yelp
It was very busy when we were there and took a while to get seated. The waiting area wasn't very big. We ordered wings, pizza, salad, and drinks. Everything was delicious, service was great, and my coworkers enjoyed all their drinks. The restaurant has a great ambiance and we will go again for sure, just not at the busiest time.

Yelp
We were visiting from out of town, and a friend suggested ordering pizza from Madison Avenue Pizza. This turned out to be a fantastic choice! We tried the buffalo chicken pizza and the meatball pizza, and both were amazing. The buffalo chicken pizza came with blue cheese crumble, mozzarella, and a generous drizzle of ranch on top. I was initially concerned about how the ranch would affect the overall experience since I'm used to a marinara-forward style, but it was delicious. The buffalo chicken had great flavor, and the chicken was juicy and perfectly cooked--something that can be tough to find with delivery pizza. The meatball supreme was also excellent. The meatball was fantastic, and the dollop of ricotta was a nice touch, making the pizza even tastier. The green peppers added a delightful crunch to each bite. Florida has plenty of great pizza spots, but if you're in the delivery range of Madison Avenue Pizza, I highly recommend it!

Yelp
First time here! Ordered a Sicilian pizza w extra sauce well done to go! Got home and couldn't eat because so much sauce put on light cheese! Called and was told owner would call me back . No call received and went to bed hungry.I believe who I talked to was Cam

Yelp
Love this place! Some of the BEST Bloody Mary's I've ever had! Pizza is fresh and the toppings are very tasty. I wish the crust was a little thinner but I ate the whole thing. lol Beautiful mural on the wall and the barstool are cushy green velvet. Super close to the Dunedin Causway so you can leave the beach and grab a bite! See you soon!

Yelp
My daughter sent me a link to a bloggers review of Madison Ave Pizza and their outrageous 32 inch pizza. I was intrigued, so I told family if we could muster 7-9 people, including my grandson and his friend both 15, would come. We actually mustered a crew of 8. My daughter, her daughter & a friend, the two teens mentioned before, our youngest granddaughter, my wife and I. So off we were off right after church and called ahead. We arrived about 12:45 and our table was waiting. We discussed which four pizza creations we would get and decided upon Chicken, Angry Pepperoni, Margherita, and Vegetarian. We were going to avoid any starters to do our best to finish the 32 inch. But when we were told the pizza would take an hour, due to orders ahead of ours, we decided to get large antipasto and regular salads and an order of fries. The hungry look of five 14 to 21 year olds was scary! Our salads and fries came and were passed around and thoroughly enjoyed. Finally we were told our pizza was on the way out so I quickly positioned myself to capture the moment on video. Holy Cow Batman! The Largest Pizza in Florida was huge! All enjoyed looking it over and taking pictures, but we were more than ready to dig in! Now was the only negative thing about our visit was that we asked that the pizza be cut in the normal 8 pieces so the kids could get photos of each with a gigantic slice, then we could cut the slices up. It was not. I guess they figured it would be easier to share. We did and it was excellent! However, we did out best but there enough left over to make a medium pizza for the boys to take come. Our server, Olivia, was wonderful. She kept checking on us before and after Godzilla arrived. A bit loud at times but we will definitely be back - just not for Godzilla!
google avatar

Yelp
It's good and very expensive food. We're talking 1 small pizza, a cheesesteak, 1 beer and 1 Bloody Mary was $65.00. I can't afford to eat here ha ha! Pizza was good, the cheesesteak looked dynamite and the service (bartender) was great.
google avatar

Brittany S.

Yelp
The hype for this place is worth it. Flavorable pizza. Can taste every ingredient in every bite.

Yelp
Came from Orlando today to try the 32" pizza I've seen on the socials. Their IG also showed fries that looked like perfection. We took a high top table inside, though there's plenty of bar seating and seating outside. We started with the $4.99 fries (not the old bay fries) and they were absolutely 10/10 and were a lot, even for a party of 3. The drink menu is larger and their beer selection is vast, but we went for the voodoo bucket ($10, 32oz) and the rum bucket (also $10). Both were terrific. We were greeted as soon as we entered and offered menus and the drink selections were offered. The staff was also accommodating many to-go orders and doing it brilliantly. We ordered the 32" New York Supreme. Keep in mind, you and a friend can do their pizza challenge if that's your thing... but it is A LOT of food and we just wanted to enjoy it. The pizza can be sliced into large traditional triangle pieces, but we opted for squares to make it easier to eat. And more practical to take home what we couldn't finish. The pizza was a great conversation starter with tables around us and the vibes here are 10/10. Th pizza was 10/10 and I'm definitely willing to drive the 2 hours to come back and try the Stromboli and meatballs next time. Great work, Madison Avenue Pizza!

Yelp
Who has the biggest Pizza in the Tampa Bay Area? I learned that it's Madison Ave Pizza A Massive 32 ' Pizza with huge individual slices is no ordinary Pizza . I got to try this behemoth along with my family and man, it's a huge Pizza! The flavors were Cheese, Pepperoni, MeatBall Supreme and New York Supreme. Along with it, we also tried the loaded fries and mozarella sticks. Definitely a great atmosphere for family and friends

Yelp
Excellent food, really great place to eat in. Friendly staff. Highly recommend for eat in or delivery!

Ellen J.

Yelp
Really was hoping our last couple of orders were a fluck but, we gave them one more try. Very disappointed. Our pizza was sparcely topped, the celery that came with the wings looked like it has been previously frozen. It's a shame.
google avatar

Mike M.

Yelp
Came by on a Sunday about 6pm...the place was packed!! Speaks to how good it is! We've previously been here just for their bloody Maddy's (Mary)... Which are amazing! This time we decided to come just for the pizza, which was good but hard to top the bloody Mary's! despite the place being packed, and hardly a seat in the place open, our pizza was fast and fresh and out to us in about 12 minutes! I will say the pizza was a little bit sloppy at first, but after about 10 minutes, the crust started to set a little bit and not be so sloppy. The taste was good, but do wish there were a few more mushrooms on top as they were kind of scarce that day. overall, a really good pizza, great service, excellent location, and we will be back!

Yelp
Coming from NY, I always am looking for a great pizza spot in the Tampa Bay area. Madisons did just that! I went with other friends that have moved here from New York as well and we were so pleasantly surprised. The service was a little on the slower side. We only got a pie and garlic knots and we sat for a while before out pie came out. I liked the Italian vibe inside, even though we sat outside. Our waitress was super nice! Check out my personal experience on travelingtastebuds_ on instagram! https://www.instagram.com/reel/C_nr7vfxbwo/?igsh=b3BwcHQydjViNDln

Renee L.

Yelp
The 14" pizza appears huge! I could only eat 1.5 pieces and every bite was delicious. I ordered extra cheese and this is one of the few places that actually included the extra cheese. Crust has a great taste as do each ingredient, all being very fresh. Thank you, Madison Avenue!

John D.

Yelp
This place sucks. Service is terrible. Ambiance and seating is awful. I don't recommend the pizza either. Plenty of other better options. Next time take better care of your customers Mr. Owner instead of leaving when things were tough. See it through. You messed up our order twice on top of the delayed food and drinks. We spent a lot and deserved better.
google avatar

Eric L.

Yelp
First time here, will definitely be back. Service was excellent. We had wings with garlic parmesan and five boroughs sauce (amazing), along with a bbq chicken and angry margherita pizza. Some of the best pizza we've had in a very long time.
google avatar

Jennifer W.

Yelp
Loved the crab Rangoon pizza!!! And the garlic Knotts were great! Kids loved the cheese pizza and my hubby loved the spicy margarita!
google avatar

Duane D.

Yelp
Recently discovered this place and it is a hidden gem. All the food and sauces and dressings and such appear to be made in-house. Even the mozzarella sticks are hand-made in the restaurant. All of the food quality is top notch. An interesting thing about Madison Avenue is the variety of interesting pizzas. There is always a weekly special that is something interesting, like Chick-fil-a pizza, complete with chicken tenders and the signature sauce. My favorite is a regular menu item which is the "Angry Pepperoni." It is spicy, but really not overwhelming. More like annoyed than angry. I love it. The only downside to this place is it can get busy on the weekends. Lots of locals frequent this place, which is tucked away in a older strip mall not far from Dunedin causeway. The plaza doesn't look like much, but the pizza is definitely worthy. Highly recommended!

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised with this pizza. I am from New York visiting a friend down in Tarpon Springs. We went to honeymoon State Park to spend the day at the beach and on the way home we stopped to get a gift card there for my friends parents because they do enjoy this place I wanted to give their pizza a try to see how it compared to New York pizza I'm not sure if it's supposed to be a brick oven like pizza or not, but it did have a little bit of that burnt brick oven taste to it and look, but I'm not a big brick oven pizza person. This one was very delicious. It actually had very good taste. The sauce was good not too acidic. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised they serve singular slices before 4 PM so I was able to get one and try and it's a very large slice for only about three dollars. I believe all in all I definitely would recommend this place. The lady who took our order was very nice and got us the gift card only thing that I don't love about it is that it's kind of dark in there. I understand they have a theme going on but I'm just personally not someone that likes dark places to eat. I do like a little bit more bright and light, but that's just a preference.

Yelp
This place was awesome. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Great happy hour and weekly specials. Great beer and whisky list. Pizza was good. Wings were great. Would certainly recommended as a spot to eat in.

Yelp
We have been wanting to try Madison Ave for a few months now and finally did . The staff was friendly . We ordered the dry rub wings which were great. Then we had the cheese garlic knots they were okay but the cheese could have been a little bit more melted once you took a bite it all came off and then sadly the pan at the bottom was covered in oil . But it's okay . Then for our main meal we ordered the meat lovers pizza and that was delicious we all enjoyed and not one slice left behind. Have to come back to try some other pizza and the calzones or maybe even a sandwich. All in all it was some good food and we were all happy and full. We definitely will be back .

Yelp
Great brick oven pizza, good variety of beers, friendly and fast service! I highly recommend this establishment!

Yelp
‼ Hold up! My gluten-sensitive friends are gonna love this! Madison Avenue Pizza has NOT ONE, but TWO types of gluten-free pizza crusts! They offer 12" GF crusts and 10" cauliflower crusts (also GF) with your choice of toppings. Don't worry! They have a full menu, including traditional pizzas with toppings, appetizers, subs, salads, strombolis, calzones, desserts, drinks, and more! Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was fantastic! Lemon Pepper Wings (GF) Loaded Fries (Not sure if GF or not) GF Meat Lovers Pizza (GF) Cauliflower Crust New York Supreme Pizza (GF)

Yelp
Went tonight for the fantastic $1 wing wednesdays plus half price whiskey and wine. Im here every wednesday. Well im waiting for a seat and Dave Portnoy walks in. He gave them a 7.7 which is really good on his scale. This place is awesome. Their pizza is awesome but their wings are really really really good also.

Yelp
Great pizza , terrible service. So this week their specialty pizza is Chik fil a pizza . I have been wanting to try this pizza for a long time! I called ahead to make sure they had it and let them I wanted to eat there. The person on the phone taking my order said it's an hour and 30 minute wait because of how busy they are. I told her I was fine with that, as we will be getting there at that time too. I get there , we get seated down. Then immediately the manager comes to our table and says we can't do that because there has been people here waiting for their pizza and it's unfair to them so we have to leave to get our pizza. She said we are taking up a table for the sever and it's unfair to the other guest who have been waiting. I was so confused why the lady on the phone never mentioned this rule or anything about this when I called. It was a terrible first time experience I would def NEVER eat there again. We still waited when we got there . Do not recommend for the service. The ambiance was very off and the service was terrible. We didn't get our water refilled at all and they served us in a to go box and were very rude about it as if we inconvenienced them. The pizza was great tho! I just wish we had better service and not treated as if we are not paying customers. I would not recommend to anyone for the service.

Yelp
I am only giving Madison Ave less than 5 stars because of the wait time for receiving our food and the fact that they use paper plates. We were greeted right away by a friendly hostess who offered us a seat at the bar or offered us the wait time for a table. We chose to sit at the bar and the bar tender was very attentive. The seats were comfortable. Everyone's food looked delicious so the decision was difficult. We went with the Stromboli. It came with everything we wanted on a pizza. It was cooked nicely with the ingredients being warm and melted all the way through with a crisp, not overdone, crust on the outside. The sauce provided had a great taste. It had a little sweetness to it and was not too acidic. It was more than enough to share and we even took half of it home to split for lunch the next day. It took almost an hour for the Stromboli to come out, which was a long time. I heard a waiter tell another table the wait time for food based on the number of 36" pizzas ahead of their order so I am assuming that's why our Stromboli took so long. If I went again, I would call and order ahead and I would not come hungry. It was worth the trip and if it was closer I would order often.

Yelp
The food, service, and atmosphere is great. We drive over an hour when we come here and it's well worth it every time.

Yelp
The food is wonderful. The pizza is just like the pizza you get in New York. The meatballs are amazing.

Yelp
This place is legit! I love the vibe and staff is always friendly. You really can tell they use top quality ingredients. The proof is in the flavor. I'm always intrigued by their creativity with their pizzas. They offer weekly special pizzas such as a spin on chick fil a, or a Mediterranean pizza. The owner Sean and head of the kitchen Mike are always hard at work making sure each patron enjoys their experience there. I highly recommend Madison Avenue pizza!

Yelp
Love everything about this place. Great pizza, great wings, great ambiance and the staff is super friendly. also love that when the wine bar next door is open they'll deliver your order there so you can enjoy a little finer bottle of wine with dinner. Delivers to Dunedin which is awesome too!

Yelp
First off, I want to talk about the aesthetics of the restaurant. Freshly renovated. It has a a classy laid back atmosphere with beautiful wall art. Kelsey was incredibly friendly & always wore a smile when we talked to her. The owner Sean was also very nice as he came to our table a few times to talk to us, and give us recommendations about what's the most popular pies. Had fun chopping it up with him! Kelsey was very attentive as our drinks never hit rock bottom & was constantly anticipating our needs. The Chik Fil A pizza was insane!!!! A one of a kind creation with everything made from scratch minus the authentic CFA sauce. The flavor was intense! Very much a Sunday craving, satisfied. Only available sporadically, btw The other pie we ordered was a Chicken Florentine on a cauliflower crust. Super clean, light & tasty. Low carb. Lower kcal. Delicious! Overall I had such a good time visiting Madison Ave. 11/10. I absolutely recommend visiting if you're in the Pinellas / Hillsborough county areas! Signed & sealed, GTB
