This place was the go-to chicken spot in LA. Overall, the quality has dropped. Now, the service was already non-existent to begin with. As a ghost kitchen, there is not much service to begin with so any issues go unresolved. The chicken I recently ordered was cold, sitting, and tasted like it had been reheated. The chicken was noticeably lower quality and had more skin and half the chicken sandwich was membrane and fried seasoning than it was chicken. The fries remain great, well seasoned, good portion. The order I received was cold but the fries were still decent. Their ranch and house sauce were usually decent portion and came in plastic containers. They now come in plastic squeeze bag, which did not taste as good. For the price, the ranch is not worth it but at least you usually get at least one sauce with your order. I haven’t had issues with other Main Chick locations, maybe it’s just this one. We’ve ordered here 20+ times and the chicken and taste was definitely lesser.

This chicken is some of the best chicken you can get. It’s still hot and crispy even if you get it delivered. The spice level and flavor is on point with Nashville style hot chicken. The fries also do not disappoint. The portion sizes are large with some of the biggest tenders you’ll come across and ample portions of fries.

Got delivery and ordered a sandwich tender combo with fries and leg quarter on the side. Chicken meat was fried pretty decently, doneness was relatively on point, but the spice mixture isn't that great, just taste like ground pepper. The mild leg I got was a bit better though, tasted a bit more sweetness. Fries were eh. So was the mac and cheese. Overall, not among the worse hot chicken places in LA, but not that great.

The food quality was extremely poor, with excessive seasoning making it inedible. After three attempts to eat it, I was compelled to discard the entire meal. The seasoning was so overwhelming that it felt like swallowing a spoonful of salt, causing discomfort in the esophagus and diaphragm. It is astonishing that the establishment considered serving such a dish acceptable. The fries were also overcooked and over seasoned.

Absolutely love coming here! The food is incredible, and the seating is perfect for relaxing with friends, chatting, and enjoying a great meal. 5 stars!

Main Chick was absolutely amazing, and I'm still thinking about it! I ordered the Mild Leg Quarter, which had the perfect heat for me, and my son got the Medium Tenders meal, which he loved. The flavors were outstanding and left us both wanting more. The customer service was top-notch, especially from the super cute tall guy who delivered our food to the lobby area. He was friendly, attentive, and really added to the overall experience—definitely a 10 out of 10! If you’re looking for delicious chicken with great service, I highly recommend Main Chick. Can't wait to go back!

Main Chick does not disappoint. The chicken has good flavor, crunch and a decent kick (depending on what spice level you pick). I would say it’s almost on the same level as Dave’s Hot Chicken. If they add more variety to their menu such as more spice level options and sauces, then I would be more inclined to give 5 stars. That said, this place is really good. Its definitely the best place I’ve had in “The Colony”. Just know you can’t physically eat at Main Chick, it has to be delivered or picked up. I’ll be back!

Unbelievable. Among the wave of "Hot Chicken" Joints, this one is truly a standout. The Combo #1 is simply perfect. Chicken Sandwich, 1 Tender and Fries. Perfect portioning. On top of that their seasoning is definitely unique balancing full on heat with Flavor depending how spicy you go. Love this place and will definitely keep coming back. Do yourself a favor and let the experience speak for itself!

Your perfect spot for late night munchies. The spot is open late, deliveries, has great tasting food, great portions, and crack sauce. They sell only Nashville hot chicken. Their portions are huge. I recommend ordering an extra sandwich and just sharing the fries with a buddy. The sandwiches are huge. They are messy to eat. Recommend medium spicy

What I Ordered: -Combo 2: 3 Chicken Tenders, Seasoned Crinkle Cut Fries, Pickles, MC Sauce Mild, Medium, and Spicy Tender $19.74 -(2)MC Sandwich (Mild) $15.98 These are the prices for DoorDash. Eating food that is sitting around in a container will never taste as fresh as eating piping hot out of the kitchen at a restaurant. This is a cold hard fact! I always consider that when reviewing orders that are delivered. The MC Sandwich (Mild) is a perfect balance of flavor. A bit of spice, but not overpowerful or overbearing. My wife is picky about food, which I've mentioned before, and she ate it later in the day and still said it was excellent. I thought it was a well-balanced sandwich. The Combo 2: 3 Chicken Tenders, Seasoned Crinkle Cut Fries, Pickles, MC Sauce Mild, Medium, and Spicy Tender was another great pick. I liked that I was able to try one of all the spice levels to see which one I liked the best. I think the medium was manageable for me. I like the spicy and could handle it. The spicy here is not as spicy as Howlin' Rays. I couldn't handle the spicy at Howlin' Rays, but could handle it here. The MC sauce is pretty good. People are saying the ranch is good. I beg to differ, but that's my opinion. I haven't tried so many hot chicken places in LA, but Main Chick is #2 spot in LA. Better than Dave's, but not as good as Howlin' Rays.

i'm a regular orderer & listen... the straw that broke the camel's back was the ube cheesecake. HELLO????????? it's so whipped & airy. and the most beautiful purple. and the crust? perfectly crumbled sweetness. i order a chicken sando (naked) & fries & mc sauce. fire. every. single. time!!! consistent & hits every time. bock buhGOCK, BETCH!!!!

Main Chick is not a stand alone restaurant it's part of a group of different ones but you are able to be in and out pretty quick. Main chick hot chicken makes super awesome hot chicken sandwiches. You can pick the spice level and me being a spice enthusiast I always choose the second to highest level. The sandwiches could have been a bit a crisper but were solid. They had lots of flavor and the sauce that's come on the side is really good. The fries is kinda of were it falls apart because it the seem seasoned enough. And they loose the crispness pretty quickly. But overall pretty solid. 4/5

Worst chicken sandwich u can have! They used to be good 2 years ago! The service is horrible they never acknowledge any mistakes! I just order a box w 2 sandwiches. The sandwiches are ice cold! The fries is literally dark brown and hard! Every time u order it's like a bet u don't know what u getting this time. A customer's cancelled order that was reheated or some chickens that were sitting there for a long time since they fried too many! The sauce is another level nightmare. The price was about .80 but now it is $1.30 and it tastes nothing like before and smells fishy! Eventhough i was a regular customer This would be the last time i order.

Pretty decent hot chicken sandwich. I'm honestly okay with spice, and I got the medium, and it wasn't that spicy. If you love spice go with spicy but it may be too mild for you (options are none, mild, medium, spicy). Sandwiches are a bit small (I got the dark meat one). The tenders are a pretty decent size. The fries are delicious and the ranch is great! MC sauce is good too but more mustard heavy.

So let me explain how I came to a 3 star rating and then you decide. I absolutely love a Nashville Hot Chicken Sando - period. My first experience was a Howlin' Rays in Chinatown and it still remains my top pick. Since they are nowhere near the Westside I found Main Chick and I would say it's taken 2nd place however there's other things to consider. --Not as crispy of chicken or fries --Reheats very poorly (not sure any of them reheat great tho) --Small sandwich in general (not as pictured) but if you get the combo you get a 2nd tendy! --Pricey! I know everything is but $20 bucks. argh! But my Number One reason for the lack of an additional star is their stinginess with their MC sauce. 78 cents per side and their sides were very small in the little plastic containers but now they are pre-packaged in in what looks like ketchup packages (but smaller) and 78 cents each. Now if you use MC sauce for your sando and fries you're screwed. They say it's the same amount. LIES!!!!! I recently ordered the standard combo and you one get one side of MC sauce. I usually purchase 2 extras sides. I use it all or have a wee bit leftover. Not anymore. I barely had enough for the sandwich alone. I'd need probably 8 or 10 more to cover the fries too. Eight would be an extra $6.24 pre tax. WTH! Just writing all this making me want to remove another star but I'll stop at 3 stars. If anyone in Management at Main Chick reads these reviews please consider adding more MC sauces with your orders or drop the price to MAX a 25 cents. Also, how about including a squirt on the sandwich itself. A decent squirt would be one of your sides we pay for. Thanks

This place is atrocious. Too salty, inedible chicken and fries. I'm convinced the majority of 4 star plus rating on yelp are paid for.

This is inside the Colony food hall type of place. You can order online via Colony for pickup or delivery or order in person at the kiosks. In addition to Main Chick you can order from other brands like ramen and falafel and ice cream. Seating is available and there's some parking in the back. Can sit indoors or heated outdoors. Nice atmosphere people can order alcohol and socialize. Food was packaged well for takeout. I got the dark tender sandwich medium. It came with sauce on side and was nicely crunchy and moist.

Main hot chicken is a must try. I have tried a lot of hot chicken stands, restaurants, you name it I've tried it. These guys breading, flavor, and chicken is totally different. The chicken topped on the breading, then fried is so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, made great. Fries is a must must get with your combo. The fries were as good as the chicken sandwich. Crispy with Cajun seasoning. Can't wait to come out to Sawtelle area and try again. I had ordered it via DoorDash and it came on time, still hot, and still tasty.

Main Chick has established itself as a top contender for my favorite fried chicken. Highlights - Excellent flavor compared to my other favorites (Chick-fil-A and Canes) - Perfect amount of sauce - Tender AND sandwich in Combo 1 - Fries still crispy after ordering from Postmates

Was good food and good quality! Got the sandwich and tender combo. Employees were very sweet and attentive. And was a chill mood, and felt very relaxed.

Got take out from Main Chick Hot Chicken and it really hit the spot! Shared two combos (2 + 3) so we got to sample the sandwich and tenders. You have three spice levels to choose from, and we varied the spice level, mild for the sandwich and medium for the tenders. The medium is decently spicy and a good choice for the tenders especially with the sauce, but despite enjoying a little burn getting the sandwich in mild was the right call. The milder spice didn't overwhelm the other flavors and created a nice balance. Most importantly, the chicken itself was juicy and crispy. The fries on the other hand were thick and dense. Some may like a softer fry but I prefer mine crispy.

Spent $50 on three meals ordered through DoorDash from Main Chick in WLA. Only one meal was correct. Others two were incomplete and made wrong. One of those, made the person who tried to eat it very ill. Tried calling the restaurant, but the number listed is disconnected. Emailed through website, no response. Tried talking to DoorDash and they said it's not their problem and wouldn't give any refund or try to help fix.

Let me start by saying I ordered my food for pickup via Yelp, which is processed by Grubhub. The address listed for the business on yelp is incorrect, the address is actually 375 N. Western in Korea Town. How did I know this? Well, AFTER driving to the address listed, There was a handwritten note on the door stating that the business had moved to the otherwise of town on Western. My order in Yelp sent me to the address listed, and so when I contacted Grubhub for a refund, they said they could not issue one since the order had already been started. Now, I'm 6 months pregnant, and HUNGRY. So I drove all the way across town on the phone with Grubhub the whole time, and when I got inside to the new location I asked to speak to a manager only to find that this location doesn't have one. So the young man that did speak with me had to use google translator since he didn't speak English, and then he brought out Yael, who works in the back and can speak English very well. Yael took the time to apologize, and then offered me water and a sprite, and then took care of my order by making me a duplicate order since he wasn't able to refund me directly. I showed him the app on Yelp, and how it sent me to the old address, and I told him that all the "owner" or "higher ups" have to do is log into the Yelp app and update the address. It's that simple. Yael isn't even the manager, yet he has to deal with angry, frustrated, customers being sent to the wrong address. His demeanor was warm, kind, and understanding. I give him 5 stars alone but Main Chick?! You get a 1 star for not having management on hand and a 1 star for not updating your address on Yelp. Promote Yael to manager, because he's taking the heat for your lack of customer service. The review before me complained about the same thing, I just wish I would've read it before ordering to know your address was incorrect in Yelp. Stop being lazy, and stop being cheap. Hire a manager and get your back office in order. The men in the kitchen are working hard to serve good food on time, and it isn't fair for them to take the heat that the owners should be feeling. Get it together! I give the actual food a 4. It would be a 5 if your staff didn't have to cook under stress. Just like you can taste the love in really good food when who prepares it loves what they do, you can also taste the stress in your food!

One of the few ghost kitchen restaurants that actually serves great food. Chicken is juicy and the seasoning is a perfect balance of spicy and flavor. I usually get 2 leg quarters but the dark chicken sandwich is also excellent. Even better is the price - I don't think there is a better priced hot chicken place in the area. I've been to Dave's Hot Chicken, Howlin Ray's, Prince's and Hattie Bs in Nashville and I honestly think it is comparable to Howlin Rays.

Super delicious!! Super friendly staff!! The cheesecake was delicious and you order on kiosks in the front. The strips were massive (I don't know if you can get strips that big anywhere nowadays) there's no official tables inside but there are a few long tables with multiple seats. Definitely a super casual spot! It was a bit hard to find (look for a sign that says the colony) this is a restaurant with a bunch of other restaurants within it! Definitely a must when dining with picky eaters!

Placed an order for pick up. I love that they have combo options that come with both a sandwich and a tender. The sandwiches were a little smaller than I expected (think more Sammie size) so get 2 if you're really hungry. The sandwich was good with a nice level of heat. I enjoyed the fries and it came with sweet pickles as well.

Pretty good fried chicken spot. The sandwich was seasoned perfectly with a nice kick and the sauce ratio was on point. Next time I'd rather pick it up myself the food delivery takes too long and I think the food gets a little soggy. Pretty on point krinkle cut fries and the kids loved the Mac n cheese too. It's a solid option with no frills, decent pricing and easy ordering. Will def be back.

All I have to say is, WOW, definitely one of my favorite places to get spicy tenders at now. The fries are so deliciously seasoned, and that sauce is a perfect combo with the tenders. The medium spicy level is hotter than Dave's hot chicken medium, and according to the workers there, their spicy is spicier then Dave's hot chicken. The medium spicy level definitely had a nice kick to it, and I thoroughly enjoyed my food. Can't wait to come back!

SERVICE: 1* FOOD: 4 About the service, there is a rude, condescending, dismissive young female employee with long black hair. When asked, she wouldn't give me her name and her ID card on her lanyard was turned around. Coincidence? After asking about my order, 10 minutes after the estimated pick up time, she opened the swinging door to the kitchen, took my bag off the shelf and handed it to me. When asked how long my order had ready but not given to me, in a couldn't care less tone, she told me if I order on ChowNow it's MY responsibility to check in on the status of my order (as opposed to getting notified if you order on their kiosk). *Now before ordering I spoke with a young male who showed good, professional customer service to myself and others waiting for their orders. That is the ONLY reason why there's one star and because my order was correct, though cooled off when I ate it. My chicken sandwich was small. Picture the bun as the small size for a McDonald's hamburger. If you are hungry or have an above-average appetite, you'll need at least two or a combo. Both the MC and ranch sauce were highly reviewed, so I got one of each. I preferred the buttery ranch to the MC, which tastes like Thousand Island, a little sweet. But the sweetness tempered the Medium level spiciness of the chicken. The chicken was good and tender and Medium had more kick than I expected. It comes with iceberg lettuce, pickles, and a few carrot slivers - way to make it healthy, LA! I agree with many Yelpers that the prices are steep. A side of fries is $4.75 and the combos start at $14 with no drink. The $6 dark meat sandwich is a good buy though sauces are extra. I've craved hot chicken ever since going to Prince's and Hattie B's in Nashville. Main Chick's quality and taste are good and I will continue as a customer for The Colony ghost kitchen, their location. But for Nashville hot chicken there are plenty of other great places to go to, like Al's Hot Chicken, Dave's or Howlin' Ray's. MC may have good food but who'd wanna return for terrible treatment?

Wow. Needed an easy late night delivery dinner and this didn't disappoint. Two mild tenders were DELICIOUS- a little spicy with a touch of honey. Not oily at all. The Cole slaw was fresh and sweet. I destroyed the pickles - wish we got more. Obviously not your healthy meal but will happily order from here again.

I have been looking around for the best hot chicken sandwich in LA. And this brought me to my next stop here. To be honest it was mid at best. I don't like that dry rub because it was feel very dry.

Food is great if you can get it delivered by grub hub drivers. Today is the second time the driver did not deliver the food and claimed they did but at least grub hub is honorable and will give you a refund. Not sure that is really enough since you order and pay and wait for the food and then wait and then no food is delivered. That is it I am done tipping any drivers on any apps.

Just ordered on their website just for them to cancel on me. On top of that no response I called 5x and they haven't gave my money back. Just straight up stole my money. This place is very good but the customer service is horrible. Almost like they are avoiding my calls

As someone who's lived in LA for 4 years and counting, I've tried my fair share of hot chicken sandwiches, and I was definitely blown away by the quality of @eatmainchick . Their chicken sandwiches and tenders were definitely some of the BEST quality that I've ever tried, and I love how you can select from dark/white meat, as well as a variety of spice levels. Everything I tried was seasoned and fried to tender perfection, and I would highly recommend any of their combos, which come with a generous serving of fries + their signature sauce.

Looks scary and uninviting from outside but it's cute once you walk in! It's not just main chick-- it's a whole kitchen with different options & self-checkout kiosks. The people giving out the orders and kind too!

This place is located in a ghost kitchen called the colony. I normally come here for chicken sandwiches because its close by to where I am located. I normally order a chicken sandwich, fries, and the MC sauce instead of the combo options. The chicken sandwich usually has a massive fried chicken patty. The patty is always crunchy and well seasoned. The fries are inconsistent in quality. Some days I get fresh hot crispy fries and some days I get warm and semi-stale fries. Some days the fries are heavily seasoned or underseasoned. The MC sauce does make up for it with its unique taste, which I always dip my fries and chicken sandwich in. Overall, this place is a solid chicken sandwich shop. Ordering is relatively easy off the kiosk. Parking is easily accessible and does not require street parking payment. If the fries were more consistent, I would be willing to give this place a 5 star.

I had a few UberEats orders from here. The delivery process is kind of weird because it works by text and Uber said it is Main Chick workers doing the delivery. Thus, they text you for contact, and you can track the order by coco delivery. The food can get a bit hard and chewy once cold. I have only gotten medium spice for the regular and dark chicken sandwiches as well as the chicken tenders. The combo deals are great: French fries and 6 tenders around $32 or fries and 2 chicken sandwiches (white or dark) for about $18. I think the most popular deal has one sandwich, one tender and fries for about $15-$16 (again on UberEats). I thought the dark meat chicken sandwiches were best to be honest. The sandwiches are more like sliders though (pretty small size). The fries are crispy and have seasoning but can be dry/hard once cold/left outside for a while....Same with the tenders and sandwiches. So, my rating may have been higher if I had eaten at the location rather than thru delivery. Still, decent choice once you have any delivery deals on board! Just be sure to eat on arrival haha Pro-tip: You can ask to replace the M sauce with ranch for the products that come with a sauce. So, if you get two items and/or combos you can get ranch with one by asking for it and keep the M sauce for the other!

This place kills it every time. It's like daaaaaaamn. So tender so crispy so much seasoning! Love this place. Can't go wrong with anything you order. Warning the spicy levels get spicy pretty damn quick even if you think you can handle it. I don't think you can handle this. I don't think you're ready for this chickie. Medium is one spicy meat-a-ball! The tenders are incredible, sandwiches are fantastic, the leg quarters are also amazing. Great sauce. They are located in a building that has a bunch of other restaurants and you just let them know which restaurant you are ordering from/picking up from. There is indoor and outdoor seating available.

Decided to check this place out since my partner and I are obsessed with Nashville Hot Chicken. In terms of location, it may be easy to miss. It's in a building with a bunch of other restaurants (though there's only one pick up counter and ordering station). They have an ipad where you can order there or you can order online through their app. My partner got one of the combos and I got an A La Carte sandwich. Their chicken itself was very juicy! The crust part is very powdery with flavor. Their fries are also really powdered with salt and flavor (which makes the fries a little too salty for my taste but that's based on preference I think). But they did seem fresh out of the oil since they were so crispy - I loved it. The sauce was good! It's similar to like a Canes sauce. The chicken sandwich without it is pretty dry so you need to add it on there or dip it. Their tenders were good as well! They don't go too heavy with the batter which I like. Do note, the tenders and sandwich are quite small. That makes this place a little pricey. The sandwich is not a typical sandwich size, probably 2/3 of what you'd expect. The tenders aren't extremely big either compared to other hot chicken places in the area.

Bogus $10 loyalty discount! What a wildly shitty way to show appreciation for your regular customers. Really disappointed today after years of loving this place. I was sent a notification that I had earned a $10 discount for ordering X amount of times over $20. The gesture was kind, I'd never gotten one of those, and I had forgotten my lunch so I was down to order MC on a Monday. After years of ordering from MC many times ...including my roommates and coworkers...I received scraps. I wish I would have taken a photo of the 1st sandwich (lunch) but honestly they looked the exact same. See photo. The chicken is normally overflowing on every side. This is not the quality Main Chick we've loved for years. It was a chicken nugget sandwich To management: I'd rather pay full price and receive an extra "loyalty appreciation" item than be lied too! I didn't get a discount. I paid fair market value for the tiny #6 chicken nugget scrap sandwiches.

My favorite place to get hot chicken sandwiches! I've been to Nashville and have had hot chicken there that doesn't not even compare to Main Chick! I always get combo 6 with an extra sauce. They have Mac n cheese that's pretty good too!

Stopped by for a quick bite and shared a chicken sandwich combo with a friend. Service was okay, interaction was limited (may be a good thing?). You ordered on a tablet and waited for your food on the side. The wait was a bit long, around 15-20 minutes. There is a decent amount of outdoor seating to the side, which was quite nice. The food itself was quite good although inconsistent, the chicken was delicious (hot, crispy, and nicely spiced) while the coleslaw and pickles were a great pairing. The fries were okay and I wanted to like them more, they were too salty but the rest of the seasoning was nice. Sadly, my buns were burnt while the other chicken sandwich's bun was fine. Overall, I'd probably explore other options before coming back when I'm craving Nashville style fried chicken but it wasn't a bad experience. Don't forget the yelp check in for a free soft drink!

I've been ordering from these guys for 3 years. Multiple times a week. I get the combo, two sandos plain with medium heat and fries. Always tip the DoorDash 20+% cause I bartend and I know the deal. They do great work this place. Tonight my Roomate made an order and it was wrong, I called, ordered again and tipped the guy fat because I knew was an it was out of the way to do. Manager or owner called me said I tried to fraud or whatever and wouldn't make it right. Lmao. I bartend I know the deal, for this to happen when I order as much and tip as much as I do, this is silly. Lost a loyal customer tonight. And that's saying something coming from from me who I'll Never complain, and always tip heavy good or bad, this was weird tonight, I won't entertain ever again.

I thought it was just meh. Firstly, I ordered via coco at about 10:00 pm, it was convenient and it came pretty quick. Food was warm. But for $16 for chicken tenders and fries I wasn't blown away. I liked the fries more than the chicken tenders perhaps because I accidentally ordered the spicy, and meant to order the medium. I could only get through one chicken tender, they were inedibly spicy, not even a type of spicy with good flavor. Just an uncomfortable intense burn. And overall, the quality just wasn't there. I was in the mood for boneless buffalo wings and thought I would given main chicken a try. Next time, I think I'll just opt for the traditional thing.

Tried the main chick collab with Ginza bread :( I have never been sad after eating a chicken sandwich before... extreme disappointment. Pepper Jack with that bread and quality was sad..... I rarely give one star reviews. But for $19......... this sandwich was a complete disappointment. I would of been satisfied with 2 McChickens.... Service was nice though.

Came across the Colony Cooks - which is a smart kitchen, basically a bunch of restaurants (over 12) sharing one store front. We chose Main Chick Hot Chicken because I love me some chicken sandwiches. Self serve so placed order over an iPad - was able to select different items from different restaurants with just one payment, very convenient! I got the Combo #3 in mild which is 2 chicken sandwiches, crinkle cut fries, and a side of MC sauce. Order came out pretty quick. I'm usually pretty critical with my fries because I can only enjoy it when it's fresh and crispy.. boy oh boy! These have got the be the best crinkle cut fries I have ever had - fresh, crispy, and seasoned perfectly. The chicken sandwich was good too. Pretty impressed and def would come back!

This is my new favorite chicken sandwich! I always order the two sandwich combo that comes with fries. I can eat one sandwich and save the other one for later or you can share with another person! I'm so glad I found this place! So much faster than ordering at howling rays. I love the spices on the chicken, the French fries, and the sauce! I only thing that I wish they would provide is giving out two sauces per sandwich since I only get one sauce for my two sandwich combo. For parking, there's a back lot for Uber eats/postmates pick up or street parking in the front if you're picking up for yourself!

There are so many hot chicken places it's hard to say what really good or bad. Main Chick at least is pretty fast with service and is reasonably priced, so hard to complain about them? The spice levels also are pretty reasonable and things are overall tasty enough. Colony Cooks isn't my favorite location for all the various ghost-kitchen-food-court-type places, but they at least have a public parking lot right behind them so their lack of a proper pickup area is at least somewhat ameliorated.

Huge portions and great seasoning on both the chicken and fries, but the chicken was a little dry (I did get delivery, so maybe that's why but it was pretty quick and I wouldn't imagine the chicken to be that unsavory just because of delivery). It kept well the next few days and I found it didn't seem that bad reheating. Ordered delivery: Combo 4 (6 Tenders, Side of Fries) - medium, and 2 side orders of the chicken sandwich (1 mild, 1 medium). Mild is pretty spicy already!

Delcious and fast food! I normally don't get fast food or order out, but today was one of those nights. We ordered food around 8, got our food around 8:30 and it was still fresh and hot. Chicken was crispy and juicy and not soggy. Fried were good and the sauce was great. Super good food for a cheaper night out and a cozy home in.
