I hate leaving bad reviews for small businesses like this, but just had an awful experience and honestly seemed to be everyone’s experience that day. 2hr wait for an average smoothie. Visiting from NY, no worries waiting for a good smoothie, just tell the people entering there’s a wait or put up a sign please. The place is deceiving, only had about 8 people waiting, so I decided to get in line, after ordering and paying I had to wait 40 more minutes as customers came left and right that I never saw in the store to pick up smoothies; I’m guessing they paid hours ago. & left then came back. 0/5 experience would never come back, go support the smoothie place out front of Golds Venice, good people, hard workers. Smoothie is done in minutes tastes way better than this. Sorry main squeeze, you’re too busy!

Phil and Lily are so sweet, and the smoothies here are 10/10 amazing 💯!! Their recipes are inventive, delicious, and picture perfect 😋 lots of menu options to choose from, and their smoothies literally make my day brighter and give me a pep in my step 🌈 Main Squeeze smoothies taste better than Erewhon in my opinion (and I’m a die hard Erewhon fan/member!!)

Super mid can’t lie, I mean it’s not a bad smoothie by any means but definitely doesn’t live up to the hype. The whole overflowing smoothie concept was def cool, however, there were so many people in line and only one person working I mean I feel bad but probably took 30 mins to get a smoothie and it wasn’t even during meal time.

Smoothies are amazing!!!! Super delicious. Fair prices. There’s never a line when I stop by. So happy I found this new smoothie spot.

They prioritize online orders over in person - be prepared to wait over an hour after ordering because there’s only one employee making smoothies. If the owners want to stay successful, then staff up. They hype won’t last long otherwise

Shame on me for not reading the reviews before coming in here - avoid this place, no smoothie in the world is worth 50 mins wait. There’s only two people working, and despite this being a busy weekend, the staff is moving with a snail pace. Don’t get me wrong, I am by no means asking them to be robots, but given how much of a back up there is, it’s truly crazy that they make smoothe as if it’s a competition for the slowest timing in the word. The staff was not too pleasant either.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited for half an hour for smoothies. Lack of customer service was absolutely terrible. One person working the entire time and was moving incredibly slow. Smoothies were amazing but not worth it for the experience. (And not to mention the incredibly high price tag) additionally, I found pieces of strawberry stem and leaves inside my smoothie.

This place sells one of the best smoothies in all of SoCal. The ingredients and how the smoothie is made makes it so damn good. I was in the area and decided to try them out and I was not disappointed. All though I did see it was only two people working it’s always best to be respectful and let them work even though they’re super busy. There’s a lot more time than life.

Super quick service and AMAZING drinks! These smoothies are huge and kept me full for most of the day! The date one was pretty sweet and probably my favorite of the two but the green monster is amazing as well!! Would recommend both 1000%

The product in itself is good but I feel like they either need to hire another worker or work with more urgency. The workers just seem way too laid back for the amount of traction this place pulls...which leads to long wait times - honestly it makes me want to just jump in and help cuz they just work so slow lol

/)/) ( . .) ( づ had the strawberry fields smoothie and the green perfection smoothie. Like ice cream thick consistency. Flavor was yummy too and def tastes healthy. Like healthy ice cream :p. Couldn't finish our smoothies because it's so filling and it's becoming too much to slurp the more you drink it. But still good smoothie love how much you're getting!

This place went viral for their famous smoothies-- definitely worth the hype. For it's price, I think these smoothies were worth it. They were perfectly blended and everything felt fresh! I do wish customer service was a bit better though, workers sounded annoyed when asked for recommendations and didn't give us much. Wait was a bit long, but completely understandable since this place is popping!

Was it delicious, yes! we got the Green Monster and the Date Night. Was it cute, sure. Were the folks who worked there pleasant, ya. Am I going to wait 40 minutes again to get my smoothie made, probably not.

Main Squeeze is my smoothie obsession! I love making my own combos, but the *First Date* will always have my heart. Their smoothies are perfectly thick--just how I like them--and packed with fun healthy vibes. Pro tip: go early if you want to skip the lines, because this place gets busy. It's so worth it every time! Making a note that this is a small business with usually two employees working. Have some patience and let people be humans when you're waiting. They are doing their best.

This place has been around for years and never recall ever seeing lines. I've stopped in for the occasional green juice; but seeing all the lines I was super curious what changed. There were at least 25 people milling around inside and out at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon, but only a couple people ahead of me in line to order... little did I know that all the people milling around were waiting for their smoothies. Two employees were working methodically, barely cracking a smile (but they're busy and no doubt have to deal with some cranky, impatient people) when I got to the top of the line, one employee said she'd take my order in a few minutes.... with so many options on the menu it gave me time to change my mind a few more times. The staff has a lot to memorize with the variety of options on the menu and upon ordering "The Magic Bullet" was asked what form of nut butter, protein powder I preferred. Then I waited some more... watching the staff made me wonder why I don't dust of my blender and make my own smoothies, the people watching kept me from getting bored... finally my name was called.... The thick, delicious, cold but not icy, not sweet (in a good way) filled up & over the brim drink made me realize how this place become so popular (and it tastes significantly better than any smoothie I've made at home). My smoothie was filling and not just a snack but a meal replacement. Maybe all those expensive celeb smoothies elsewhere in LA made Main Squeeze smoothies hip & cool too. Don't go if you're in a rush and be ready to wait in line.

A smoothie spot SLAY!! After cleaning up the beach, a sweet treat was well deserved. From the shores, it's a quick 10 minute walk. Staff are nice and they make all smoothies fresh and delicious that are FILLED TO THE BRIM. I later find out from their Yelp photos that it's their signature, a good one to have ;) I tried the Late Night Date, a savory and sweet combination of peanut butter, cacao, and bananas. Smoothie consistency was creamy and thick, extra bits of crunch from the cacao spectacular, hints of salt that helped balance out the sweetness of dates perfect! Imagine a chocolate peanut butter dessert but as a healthy smoothie it's a win win! Their ingredients are nutritious and fresh. So fresh that they make their almond and coconut milk in-house (base milk for their plant-based smoothies) so it doesn't have added preservatives. Can't wait to share this spot with family and friends, looking forward to the next visit.

Terrible customer service. They gave me my date smoothie with peanut butter instead of almond butter when i did not ask. I am allergic to peanuts and when I came back to switch it the worker gave me attitude and did not even apologize for the inconvenience even though they messed up... Never coming here again. Good thing i smelled it before almost killing myself. If i could rate zero stars I would!!!!!! Response: The menu for the late night date does not have peanuts. It has almond butter. Why would I need to clarify that I want almond butter when that's what the menu states. Also I was the first to order out of my friend group then my friend specifically asked for peanut butter. Like I said terrible customer service and lack of accountability.

I got the magic bullet and I loved it. It was fresh, really filling and rich but not too too sweet. The staff were really nice and I was impressed by their ability to manage a lot of orders at once. Worth the hype tbh. You get a LOT so you could honestly ask them to split it into two cups and share with a friend, making it a really good deal.

Wait time was 45 min for 1 smoothie! 2 poor employees working during what seemed like rush hour but then again all the reviews tend to say the same thing. Smoothie was delicious but the place looks run down. The patron after me shared how it became super popular again after a recent TikTok video of their smoothies went viral. They were traveling from the valley! For a local that just wants a Wednesday afternoon smoothie once a week while waiting for their daughter's class to end, this crazy wait time doesn't work and it ruined the experience.

just had a late night date, smoothie and I would recommend me personally mean I like peanut butter so I wish there was more but overall it was a solid eight out of 10 smoothie as for the environment is pretty small in there. There was only two workers so it took around 25 minutes for my order which was fine. I just walked around shopped. I do wish, though that the workers had more support it was kind of warm in there as well. Hopefully they can get AC or fan soon but a lot would be an out of time. I do recommend it was very delicious.

Came on a Saturday afternoon, wait time was about 30 mins. Got 2 smoothies for around 24$. Both were really bland and lacked flavor, the consistency was thick so I expected more as i did love the consistency just not the flavor in both. Not worth it for me though.

Waited an hour for this smoothie, people blocking the walkway, only 2 employees making the long line pass slower, didn't taste fresh, honestly a waste of time and money. The presentation of these smoothies is nice though.

Delicious, creamy smoothie! I finally visited Main Squeeze today after seeing it on TikTok, and I really enjoyed my experience. Before going, I checked the Yelp reviews and saw that many recent comments mention long wait times since the smoothie went viral. While it's unfortunate, it also reflects how popular they've become. If you decide to wait, it's important to manage your expectations, and it's a bit unfair and a shame to put too much pressure on a small business. Today, they were busy, but there was no line. With three staff members working, everyone was really friendly. I'll definitely be returning to try a different flavor --  I went with the Green Monster. Looking forward to it!

one of the best smoothies I've ever had. perfect amount of thickness and not to sweet. got breakfast on the go smoothie with blueberries and almond butter. took about 10 minutes. I was worried it would take a long time after reading the reviews but they made our smoothies right away with no wait time. Not much seating so went to beach to enjoy our food.

Should've read the reviews before coming. I hate writing negative reviews but I would absolutely avoid this place. We tried to get two wellness shots and it took 20 mins, the place didn't have air conditioning on a 85 degree day, and were significantly understaffed. The 2 wellness shots I ordered were overpriced - I paid $8 for each and absolutely was NOT worth.

This is (by far) the worst money I've spent on food in my 2 years living in Los Angeles. Where do I start? They overfill their smoothies to the point where it starts dripping on you as soon as you walk out. It takes almost 2 hours to get your smoothie. Why are there only 2 employees working here when your line is out the door? Finally, the smoothies taste like knockoff Erewhon. Never going here again.

Me and my friend waited 45 minutes just to order and in that time the line only moved 3-4 people. There were still tons of people ahead of us, and it honestly felt endless. We eventually gave up--if it takes that long just to place an order, I can't imagine how long it would take to actually get our smoothies.

Their hours are until 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:25 and they said I could not place an order. Doors were open they're are making smoothies. If you don't want to serve that late, close earlier or lock the doors. Businesses are often super accommodating and willing to stay open an extra 10 min to service customers who arrive before close. Very annoying and not very respectful to a customer already in the door. I have been before, the smoothies are fine, nothing exceptional. The girl at the counter was also not at all apologetic. Acted as if it was an inconvenience I had come it at all. The whole experience really put me off. Really not a good vibe here.

Sad bc this would've been a 4/5 for the smoothie but you guys really need to hire more staff! Half of your potential buyers left because there were people at the front of the line waiting 50 minutes. only reason I stayed was because everyone in front of me left lol. it was hot as helllll inside and also the guy blending the smoothies kept looking at the line and shaking his head like he didn't even want anyone's business. Not trying to judge but there is just too much competition in this city to lack in these areas! Time is money, especially here in la $$$$. Wishing yall the best though.

I would not recommend coming here unless you want to be dismissed and treated with complete rudeness and entitlement. I came here with one of some of my friends, and my friend ordered first. she ordered the late night date, which specifically stated containing ALMOND butter on the menu. she ordered that, I then ordered after her and got the late night date as well. i was asked if I wanted peanut or almond butter (but my friend was not asked and ordered it only because it contained only almond butter). the employee then proceeded to make both smoothies with peanut butter without asking. my friend has a SEVERE allergy to peanuts, but she did not feel the need to specify due to the fact the actual drink contained only almond butter. when we realized both smoothies contained peanut butter we brought it to the employees attention. they were extremely dismissive and rude despite it being a complete oversight on their part. they remade the smoothie with a terrible attitude. very crazy coming from a "viral" smoothie shop. awful customer service. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Delicious smoothie, i tried this place one time after a beach walk and it was delicious. I went again today and waiting 30 min for a smoothie no AC in their shop... when I very kindly asked the staff they asked me " would you like a refund "  like no, i don't want a refund I want my smoothie. At that point sure it's very tasty but I'm feeling over heated and deshydrated in their shop... they're victims of their own success they need more staff or new operations

Save your time and your money!!!!! Was very excited to try this spot after hearing it was highly recommended - stood in line for 45 mins for the blandest smoothie I've ever had in my life. Came with two other people who each got different drinks than I did, all three of our smoothies tasted like watery, chunky bits of banana. It was very clearly understaffed and too busy for them to keep up, and while I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, they were not welcoming in the slightest. Such a disappointing experience.

If i could leave a ZERO stars...i would. My friend and I came right before 11am....and the line was out the door. There seemed to be ONLY 2 workers and we waited soooo long and the line barley even moved....that it was already 12pm and we just walked out. There was no instructions from the workers on how much longer...not trying to discredited to employees...but it was ENDLESS AND SUCH A WASTE OF TIME!!!!! TO WAIT AN HOUR AND STILL HAVE LIKE 20 PPL IN FRONT US AND WITH NO MOVEMENT FOR SMOOTHIES IS A TAD CRAZY

Website says you can order by calling or ordering on Grub Hub or Door Dash. None of those options worked.

absolutely delicious smoothies and amazing portions! people complaining about the service need to come back down to earth. yall clearly haven't worked in the service industry and don't understand the stress that comes with the volume they deal with. they didn't ask to go viral and clearly aren't equipped for the amount of customers that they deal with. the least you could do is be patient and understanding. YOU are deciding to go to a place that blew up, and with that can come a longer wait time. Nevertheless, I've had only positive experiences and am so grateful for them and their business!

I can vouch for Olivia C. Odd that the owners would go so far to say she wasn't there upon writing a bad review, but this place really isn't worth it. If this was in a Jamba Juice branded cup I wouldn't bat an eye it tastes just like it. $13 and 1 hour later, at least I sweat out some water weight. Cannot recommend!

Waited 45 min even though there were only like 6 people in front of us. Only two workers and one of them was washing all the dishes so only one of them was working on smoothies. No AC so it was super hot the entire time we waited. And the smoothies didn't even taste good. Could easily make at home.

Was excited to go, Service was very long over 1 hour on Sunday. Similar to other comments not sure id come back given so many options in the area.

Should hire more staff - 25 people deep and they didn't take a single order for 20minutes, zero sense of urgency from the staff - 10 people left in the time, lost business! It's a shame because I came a ways over just to try this smoothie - consider me de-influenced!

where do i even begin... main squeeze has the slowest service in the history of the world. my friend and i were waiting to order for 10 minutes and the employees had zero sense of urgency. after we finally ordered, it took 40 minutes to get our smoothies and it wasn't busy at all (2 people ahead of us they don't take online orders) ... and guess what all of that for the smoothies to be so mediocre and flavorless. a waste of money and time, go anywhere but here

It was super packed when we got there with people waiting for their smoothies. No one was in line to order so we walked up and stood there. We stood there for about 15-20 minutes & neither of the employees even acknowledged us. We then proceeded to order & our drinks came out. I was super confused where I was supposed to get a straw because there was a bunch of trash right next to where all the straws were & again staff seemed annoyed when I asked for clarity. Totally get being overwhelmed with customers etc. but the service was bad. Smoothie was fine for price point - probably wouldn't go back!

I saw that they make just about everything here from fresh juices, açaí bowls, teas and snacks around the shop. They were very friendly and nice here. There is limited seating inside. They only have bar stool window seating i believe 4-5 stools? Parking can be tough as this location is on a main road. I got the berry smoothie was was ok. A bit bland for me and cups get sticky to so grab some napkins! I had to go back and get a couple during my walk to wipe the cup during my walk. Berry smoothie rating 7.0/10

You'd think with the level of hype this place has gotten and with the long lines , they'd hire more than just 2 employees. It's over an hour wait just to place your order and when you do it's another 30 min wait for a smoothie. Ridiculous. On top of that the inside of this establishment is filthy. The containers holding straws are rusty and worn down. The bags of protein powder are falling over each other. There's no AC and definitely sweat drops dripping into the smoothies.

The waiting process is a nightmare! Waited an hour in line just to order plus an additional 30 min to get my order. Just 2 workers making smoothies, no one to take the orders which makes the waiting so much longer. Very unfriendly and unpleasant workers. Makes you really not want to come back here or give them business. They need to do better! This is not cool

2/5 stars. There were only 5 people in front of us and it took 35 minutes to get our smoothies. When we finally got our smoothies, our straws literally snapped and broke?!?! How cheap are they that they can't buy some quality straws. Honestly disappointing but what can you expect for a place that's viral just for filling the cups to the brim. My advice: head across the street to Junior Cookies 10/10.

it was a good smoothie overall, but you can find better where the service doesn't take 50 minutes. for $13 the workers should have more urgency in making the orders. it tastes good but is not mind blowingly worth it

The workers have zero urgency. Taking their sweet time when the line is out the door. Would not come and waste my time again.

Overall -5/5 Drink - 5/5 - I ordered the Alkalizer, a drink with ginger as their main ingredient. AMAZING. I love any and all ginger drinks. My qualm with most is that not enough ginger is used, or that the ginger isn't fresh/strong. But the one at main squeeze is fresh ginger in your face (which is exactly what I enjoy and was looking for)!! The drink also had apple and other ingredients. I still crave this one, never had a juice like it and can't wait to be back in the area to order this one again. Made me feel refreshed and energized. I also really enjoyed that the juice was freshly made and COLD. Service - solid, the person who helped us out was fast. Ambiance - Main Squeeze is located on Main Street. The store is on the smaller side, so if you want to sit down and enjoy your drink you can do that. Alternatively, you can walk around this neighborhood and enjoy the the ambiance it has to offer.

Update your hours on Google. Showing up when you're "open" to a locked door is not fun

I can't get enough of the green monster smoothie. It a local family owned business, highly recommend going to Main Squeeze instead of any chain juice bars.

This place makes some of the best smoothies and juices. All natural and very healthy. The baristas are always kind and friendly. I highly recommend you stop by and give them a try!
