I was a little intimidated to push open the door and walk in because it looked so peaceful I felt like I was going to intrude, but the staff were really friendly and the space was so beautiful. I went on a weekday morning so it was just me and another table. It’s close to the river Seine, and just a short walk from the Musée d’Orsay and the Louvre.

Barista's were a total vibe! Coffee was alright. Desired a cold brew but had to settle for an iced Americano :/ Dome cup lids and short straws weren't the best combo #sizematters

Quite good coffee here I have to say. But I’ve been here twice and both times the service was very weird. The first time two girls were a bit reluctant to receive me (in general customers I think), and the second time I came in with 2 friends speaking English, one friend started to order and the sir who was taking order starting to giggle and laugh, and he didn’t stop during the whole order of my friend… he was not looking into our eyes either. Until all three of us almost finished ordering he said to us that the staff is very close and they talk to each other while working and sometimes it’s funny. The moment I finished ordering he started laughing without looking at me again, at least I didn’t hear the joke in the room. I asked one of my friend who just came the weekend before that she had the same thing. We were waiting outside for our drinks, the attitude of the person who brought our drinks was also a bit off - like he walks super slowly looking into our eyes and giving the drinks even in a bit “sassy” way. 😅 I’m happy that they are in a good environment and have a happy staff to support each other. But laughing while taking our order would easily lead us to a scenario that you are making fun of us (call me victim mindset if you want), also lack of interaction with customers while taking order and giving “off” attitudes would make us think that you don’t bother to treat us seriously. I think this can be improved a bit. Otherwise nice place if you are here for a photo.

interesting flavors for latte enjoyers however place doesnt stand out compared to the surrounding parisian cafés i see they go towards the experiments with tastes and textures like the lavender coffee

One of my favorite coffee shop in Paris! The people working there are genuinely kindest, working with heart, helpful and friendly. The ambience is very calm and cozy especially in the 2nd floor there’s a mini library you can read the books. The coffee is a strong game and also don’t forget to accompany with their side dishes cake are delicious. Recommend is lemon poppyseed cake and canele. As a tourist low bat phone is kinda night mare when we don’t know which way to go if we cannot open the gmaps. The lady in charge on the cashier and order is so beautiful and kindest. They’re kindly helped to charging my phone just for a while.

We took the Mille-feuille (napoleon) class with Julie this morning. This is one of the highlights of the trip. Really enjoyed the 2.5hr of the class. The kitchen is spacious and we learned from scratch from puff pastry baking and filling making. Julie is a wonderful person and made the class so fun. Highly recommended!!

Location is great, you could pass in front of this place without knowing there is a cafe inside as it kept the original look of the library that seemed to be here before Place is small but very cozy, coffee and food is good but a bit pricey, service is all right, the people working there are very friendly but sometimes forgetful about details Overall would highly recommend for a nice chat over coffee and cake or quick brunch/lunch Would not recommend for groups more than 4 people
