We had such a lovely experience at the Maison Fleuret croissant class. It was the highlight of our trip to Paris. The class was smaller, making it a more intimate setting to learn the intricacies of french croissant baking. Our instructor was wonderful, as was tasting the croissants fresh out of the oven. It was such a special experience. We fully intend on taking more classes with Maison Fleuret on future trips to Paris.

We took a croissant cooking class taught by Manel! She was absolutely wonderful and made the class fun. An experience that will not be forgotten.

I was a little intimidated to push open the door and walk in because it looked so peaceful I felt like I was going to intrude, but the staff were really friendly and the space was so beautiful. I went on a weekday morning so it was just me and another table. It’s close to the river Seine, and just a short walk from the Musée d’Orsay and the Louvre.

The Eclairs and Choux class is one of the best experiences you can have in Paris. Madelle, my tutor today, is an exquisite chef patissier and an excellent teacher. She made everything clear and easy and so enjoyable. it was such a warm experience and a breath of fresh air. Ingredients are qualitative, the setup is pro and you have literally everything you need for a unique experience at the home of eclairs 😍 I recharged with so much goodness besides all the knowledge and fun. just perfect! Will definitely revisit for other ateliers while in Paris next time 🙏 merci bcp pour tout! Mes bonnes voeux à tous de Maison F!!

Absolutely terrible experience. There seems to be such potential but the lack of organisation ruins this pretty place. Mathieu is often seen yelling at his employees and a woman named Alphonsine is constantly gossiping meanwhile the food/drink has declined as well as the overall experience. I feel bad for the nice staff, they seem to have it so hard. A skip overall

Nicholas the barista was so kind, though I couldn’t help but overhear all of his hardships at this cafe. It seems they are under a lot of pressure and toxicity. It’s such a beautiful place but the price isn’t worth the depressing energy, lack of pastries and mediocre coffee.

Barista's were a total vibe! Coffee was alright. Desired a cold brew but had to settle for an iced Americano :/ Dome cup lids and short straws weren't the best combo #sizematters

Quite good coffee here I have to say. But I’ve been here twice and both times the service was very weird. The first time two girls were a bit reluctant to receive me (in general customers I think), and the second time I came in with 2 friends speaking English, one friend started to order and the sir who was taking order starting to giggle and laugh, and he didn’t stop during the whole order of my friend… he was not looking into our eyes either. Until all three of us almost finished ordering he said to us that the staff is very close and they talk to each other while working and sometimes it’s funny. The moment I finished ordering he started laughing without looking at me again, at least I didn’t hear the joke in the room. I asked one of my friend who just came the weekend before that she had the same thing. We were waiting outside for our drinks, the attitude of the person who brought our drinks was also a bit off - like he walks super slowly looking into our eyes and giving the drinks even in a bit “sassy” way. 😅 I’m happy that they are in a good environment and have a happy staff to support each other. But laughing while taking our order would easily lead us to a scenario that you are making fun of us (call me victim mindset if you want), also lack of interaction with customers while taking order and giving “off” attitudes would make us think that you don’t bother to treat us seriously. I think this can be improved a bit. Otherwise nice place if you are here for a photo.
