Upscale steakhouse within The Venetian Resort spotlighting innovative, Asian-inspired dishes.
"The Vegas outpost of Majordomo is all about smoke, meat, and huge, shareable portions so it’s no surprise that the cocktail menu includes a smoked Old Fashioned for four. It’s prepared tableside using a smoke gun to lightly infuse Maker’s Mark with a hint of char, making for a very fun scene." - Maddy Sweitzer-Lamme
"Plenty of Vegas restaurants put on the fiery show of lighting up bananas foster tableside. Leave it to Majordomo to take it to a whole new level by adding caramelized Krispy Kreme donuts to the already-rich dessert. After searing the bananas and lighting them up with a (very large) flame, the server adds three entire donuts to the pan, letting them get a little crispy before plating it all up with several scoops of vanilla ice cream." - Maddy Sweitzer-Lamme
"I was sad to see Majordomo close — had some good meals and good times there in the beginning." - Janna Karel
"When it’s time for a big, fancy-ish, fun dinner that you and your friends all budgeted for on your Las Vegas trip, check out Majordomo at the Palazzo. This is the second location of David Chang’s popular LA restaurant and like the original, it’s best enjoyed family-style. Share larger format dishes like the smoked whole plate Korean barbecue and Texas-style short rib, along with starters like the buttery bing bread (get the fancy foie) and corn cheese gratin. If you really want to make a night out of it, reserve the secret karaoke room and sing the night away between cocktails after your feast." - Milena DiFiore
"Thanksgiving dinner at this David Chang spot in The Venetian means Thanksgiving with an Asian twist. Majordōmo Meat and Fish by David Chang is providing table-side service with the Mishima Chateaubriand featuring grilled porcini-tamari, rose vinegar, foie gras bordelaise. Or choose the spicy bo ssam family-style with cornbread and sack sausage stuffing, fresh oysters, rice, kimchi, lettuce wraps, and condiments. This menu is available November 25 through November 28, in case you sleep through Thanksgiving or just want a redo after the big day." - Stephanie Carter
