Mala fama is a club, not a restaurant, no food to be rated . The atmosphere is great. All the lighting is a big attraction service is good and plenty of tvs to follow any sport

Good latin bar. I guess we were early but we didn't pay a cover. Interior is very nice and great for photos. I can't speak on the price of drinks as I didnt pay for any here but its typical of 6th street for drinks to be in the $12-15 range.

I liked coming here, emphasis on the LIKED but the last time I went they charge me for something I didn’t purchase, I only had two drinks at their establishments and tipped but they took additional funds and have refused to respond to any of my messages. Whatever you do don’t pay with your cards here!

TERRIBLE service and awful drinks. Vibe is cool which means it's the ppl operating it. Visited the San Antonio location and had a completely different experience with server Grant and bartender Stevie although same crazy overpricing. Just a bad experience spend your money elsewhere

I want to give a huge thank you to Jesus, the manage of Mala Vida who also manages Mala Fama., and the people from Austin Texas. My daughter was in Austin 2 weeks ago to visit her cousin and was at Mala Fama. She misplaced her purse with her phone inside and was not able to find it that night. She had to fly back the next day so she had to leave without her belongings. I was able to message through instagram and to my surprise, the manager, Jesus ,text me back on my personal number that same evening and was so kind and helpful. He had the purse and all its belongings inside. This does not happen very often where there are still good people who do the right thing. Her cousin, who reside in Austin, was able to retrieve her belongings and send them back to her! Despite the scare, my daughter said that the club was great and she enjoyed herself very much! Super fun great time for a white boy in a LBJ Stetson. Big time energy until church sunday mornings. Asked for palomas and rusty nails all over austin and then this place got me paloma y modelos all night for $20 no tip enjoyably **EDIT**: it was 17 for a real paloma AND a modelo together. Maybe just my price but yeah it racked until morning

Great vibes here! 3 floors, so different vibes in each one, the rooftop banda is a must! It was such a fun time!
