Ordered several dishes and was genuinely disappointed by the low quality of the food, especially considering it’s The Ned. The service was friendly and attentive, but the food itself was a letdown (2/5). For the price point, it really didn’t deliver and I wouldn’t return.
We ordered a ceviche, and the plantain chips were fried in the same oil as fish, leaving an unpleasant, greasy aftertaste. We let the staff know, and while they acknowledged the feedback and said they’d inform the kitchen, the item wasn’t removed from the bill, even though we didn’t eat it.
Overall, the restaurant was surprisingly quiet, and unfortunately, now I understand why.
