Malibu Wine Tours

We had a wonderful time with our tour guide, Gavin. This is a great tour if Beautiful sights in Malibu. We had a group of 6 and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Gavin took us to spectacular spots with amazing beach views. We also stopped at great spots to dine like Paradise Cove and the Malibu Country Mart. He was a wonderful host and ambassador for the area. Snacks and wine were provided. We also brought our own as well. Definitely dress warmly or in layers because it can get very cold. You can consider bringing a blanket. There are some spots where you will have walking or a brief hike. We highly recommend and would do again should we visit Cali!

Did a tour with some friends here and had an interesting time… overall good for an easy hike with some pretty views when the weather is nice (2 leisurely miles on dirt paths with a break in between). Our tour guide gave us a breakdown of the area. There were some bizarre sculptures placed around the property, and a llama or two (the family moved most of the exotic animals to their Texas ranch apparently). Eccentric millionaire tastes… we were told the picture frame sculpture was the owner’s joke on being framed for selling decommissioned helicopter parts to North Korea (true story, look up the Semler brothers). Anyway, you get to see grapes of different varieties that all look the same to the untrained eye. Some pretty wildflowers depending on the season. The mulled wine was pretty good but the cans we got at the end of the tour were not great. Depending on the price, it’s not a bad way to spend a weekend afternoon.

When I visited the ranch I did the hiking, wine tasting, and visited the animals that they have. The place is beautiful and huge!! I loved it. The only reason for not giving it all 5 stars was that the hiking trails were not cleaned out. I was like walking through weeds and ducking branches left and right. I wished it would had been more cleared out so I would had enjoyed it more. I would definitely recommend. It can be for any ages. Kids will love the animals as they get to feed them. The people who guide our tour were very friendly and informative. There was no rush to get moving to the next spot. They even helped with taking pictures. Shout out to PR a and Hailey.

Did the private wine hike with a large group of ~30 and it did not disappoint! The vineyard grounds are well maintained and the views are beautiful. Our guides (PR and Kurt) were very knowledgeable and friendly!

It was a blast! Really, highlight of my trip to Malibu. I had the best time. All the views... oh my. Hike is not really challenging, but very entertaining. Absolutely beautiful place and our guide Stephanie is simply the best. What a lovely person, great energy and she knows so much about that place. it was a wonderful walk. All the colors, and grapes, landscapes and horses, knowledgeable guide - the best combination. I will come back soon with husband and my friends. Thank you so much. Lana

I had a great time in the Malibu Wine Hike. It's an easy walk with tons of beautiful spots to explore. Our guide was informative, nice and helped take great pictures of my group. The wine was great, though I wished I had packed a more substantial lunch with me. I would definitely do this again. I would enjoy a bit more difficult hiking trail though.

Amazing place, awesome people and fabulous wines

Had a phenomenal time! We did the 4x4 wine tour and it was so much fun. You can dress comfy or cute, there’s not much walking. Our tour guide/driver Joie was amazing! Funny and sweet young lady who took great photos and knew a lot about the property. I highly recommend this activity and will be going back for the hike. You also get to leave with a few bottles of wine. The wine has great flavor. My friend and I have different taste in wine but each left very happy with our bottles. Seriously book a tour!
