Mama Lu's Dumpling House offers a delightful dining experience. The beef roll is packed with tender beef and tastes delicious. The crispy shrimp, with a hint of spice, is perfect for boosting your appetite. I also loved the fresh, green vegetables that add to the overall vibrant feel of the meal. Every dish is well-prepared, and the restaurant is clean with friendly service. Parking is easy, making it a convenient spot for a satisfying meal.

Mama Lu's in City of Industry is a great place for Chinese food! I have tried their other location and this one didn’t disappoint me either. The food is delicious. XLB is very good. Yang Chow fried rice is what I order every time. The service is very friendly, and even though it's always full of people, the atmosphere is lively and welcoming. The food was quite quick considering the amount of people in the restaurant.

I was amazed by the juicy pork dumplings and egg tofu top with mushroom. The pork dumplings are exactly their name, so juicy!!! And the egg tofu is so good! I love it! And the server was so nice! They could notice our cups and refill water for us timely. And a very clean environment! Recommend!

Google
This is my go to for take out Chinese food because the wait time for a table can be over 30 minutes. They kept their prices reasonable yet the portions are big and the flavors are so tasty! My favorite is the crispy pork, crispy noodles, Mapo tofu, King Pao chicken and the Sweet and Sour Soup. The dumplings are better if you eat it fresh and hot at the restaurant. I would only hear if I’m with a group of friends and plan to have dinner in advance. The service here is typical fast paced Asian style but the staff is friendly and very attentive. You just have to get used to flagging them down if you need something and being patient to get their attention. Overall, I love this place and I’m a repeat customer for several years!

Upon arrival the staff were accommodating yet efficient. We ordered right away. The staff were friendly and dishes were brought out in a timely manner. It's really tough to decide what to get because in general many of their dishes hit the spot. -Juicy pork and crab dumplings had a nice broth inside that stayed warm and had good amount of flavor. -The pan fried noodles with seafood had shrimp, fish cake and baby bokchoy to go along with the savory gravy which gets absorbed in the crispy noodles. - The fish dumplings and shrimp, chive & pork dumplings were also juicy even though they were not xlb to my surprise. They're great with the vinegar and soy sauce. - The steamed Chilean Seabass was a fave amongst the group. With already delicate flavor, it was enhanced with its light sauce. Separating it from the bones were effortless. - The spicy and salt pork chop was a no brainer when trying to find something guaranteed good, with its nicely crispy breaded outer layer with a hint of salt and seasoning while hot out of the wok. - The mapo tofu is a colorful dish with hints of spice, savory, tangy with ground meat and that cubed soft tofu it's no wonder it's one of the top comfort foods.

I've been to their locations in Monterey Park, Tustin and this spot in City of Industry. City of Industry gives larger portions for about the same price or less than the other locations. Score! The food here is consistently satiating! The pork chop with pepper salt is fire as the kids say. It's glass shattering crispy while being thin, juicy and NOT greasy. The sauteed garlic ong choy is simple and tasty. The house special is fish lightly battered, flakey, sweet and savory. Go with a large group, order a bunch of variety, eat & enjoy life!

Listen carefully because this is one of SGV's best kept secrets for Chinese food. Mama Lu's has been around for YEARS and just expanded to OC so you know it's authentic and delicious. I have SO many favorites, I don't even know where to start, but you'll never see me without my XLBs (soup dumplings) and pork chop w/ spicy salt). Thanks for reading! ^-^

Google
I can't believe I'm the last one to find out about this new restaurant among my friends! I must say, I'm now a big fan of their pancakes. It's not just an ordinary pancake for me, but it tastes really good! The beef rolls had a flavor somewhat similar to the pancake, but I prefer the pancake more. I'd definitely give the pancake a 5-star rating! While I noticed that most tables were ordering fried rice, I opted for noodles instead. The udon noodles had the perfect sauce!

Yelp
The food here truly hits the spot! The soup dumplings were excellent, but the chive & pork dumplings were just as flavorful and delicious. We also had an order of the Siu mai, and they were ENORMOUS, yet still tender and juicy - definitely a must-try if available. The green beans and fried rice were solid, as was the Kung Pao chicken. But the real surprise was the scallion pancake! It was crispy, light, and packed with the bright flavor of green onions. We loved it so much, we ended up ordering two! Service was decent, though it was little difficult to flag down our server at times. That said, the food came out quickly, and we were lucky enough to go during off-hours, so our large party was seated right away. The ambiance is casual and perfect for a quick, delicious meal that leaves you feeling satisfied. I look forward to dining here again!

Yelp
Service was good, food was just okay. We order the seafood house nodddles which were lacking flavor. We also got Mongolian beef and the house fish special which were the most favorful. I would definitely order the house special fish again. Lastly we got the spicy shrimp wontons and felt like they were missing something.

Yelp
Placed a large to-go order here a couple months ago for one of our kids' birthday party with about 15 family members. The food was delicious. The portions were generous. Prices were reasonable for the speed, flavor, and amount of food provided. We will be back to dine in-person next time. If you're looking for some good Chinese food (sit down, not fast food), I would recommend Mama Lu's Dumpling house!

Yelp
We came here for dinner a few days ago. I know I came in hungry and left extremely satisfied. It's rare that I really love everything we ordered but I was impressed. I came wanting dumplings and they were all so juicy. The green beans were on point and we did ask for less salt and they delivered. Let me tell you about the steamed fish! First bite was wow and I could have eaten the whole thing. The service was on point and they were kind to check up on us. The food came in a timely manner despite how busy they were. If you want to have a nice family dinner, this is the place. It's spacious, clean and a nice atmosphere for family time. Mama Lus has to be on your list if you have not been yet. You will not be disappointed. You will come out full and satisfied!

Yelp
This was my first time having Mama Lu's Dumpling House and I was very impressed. We got seated immediately and was served pretty fast. We asked if they could sautee the green beans with garlic and they agreed and it was incredibly delicious. The Spicy Wontons did not less longer than a few minutes as they were cooked to perfection. They had the perfect amount of spice. The Seafood Udon was delicious and the noodles were just the right amount of consistency. The last item to come out was the Pork Xiao Long Bao which were alright in comparison to the other dishes but were still nice and soft. Overall, it was an amazing meal and I will definitely be coming back!

Yelp
Came in on a Saturday night for a to-go order and to my surprise, it wasn't crowded at all as it usually was. The restaurant is located in a commercial plaza with free parking. The first time I've dined in here, it was really packed and the tables were so close together. That time, I got the Xiao long bao, crispy pork chop, and yang chow fried. They were very good except for the fried rice. So when I came back, I ordered the XLB and crispy pork chop again. The crispy pork chop was definitely my favorite so far; and the soup dumplings were good too, but I wouldn't say it's the best I had. I like that the prices are reasonable, food comes in family style, and the wait time is not bad at all. Not to mention, this is so close to my house. I'm yet to try their other dishes and would love to be back.

Yelp
So glad that Mama Lu's opened a branch in City of Industry. I used to have to drive all the way to Monterey Park. So yes, location, location, location!!! Love the food here! My favorites are the soup pork dumplings, salt pepper pork chops, beef rolls, onion pancakes, pan fried noodles with beef, fried rice and spicy dumplings!! Service is always quick. Usually the place is packed but I haven't waited more that 20 minutes. Ambiance is simple with lots of tables. It's clean, haven't really noticed anything significant about the ambiance. Our go to chinese food place since it's so convenient!

Yelp
Pretty good Chinese food place! I've always been a fan of mama Lu when I tried their beef roll. I was able to try other entrees like beef chow fin, which was good. The clam was okay but we ended up with lots of empty shells. Wings were hot and crispy!

Paula H.

Yelp
One of my favorite places to go and share a meal. It's a family style type of place. We usually order a few plates to share. My favorite dishes are the fish fillet and string beans. I forget what the dish with mushroom is called but also a great one! The beef wrap was average. I would have liked more sauce on the inside. But the wrap was at an excellent crisp! I also like the chicken corn chowder soup. We accidentally orders this corn, vegetable, egg drop soup this one. Service is good and always making rounds. Overall, one of my favorite places for lunch on the weekends!

Erica B.

Yelp
Came here for lunch before running errands. The restaurant was spacious with plenty of seating. The food was delicious, and I look forward to trying other items on the menu in the future.

Yelp
My daughter loves to come here. She recommended this place for their great food and service. I must say I like it now, I been here a few times . The food is always fresh and tasty. The place is big and clean. Great menu with lots of choices . If you're looking for Traditional Chinese family style this is your place to be!

Yelp
Mama Lu's serves up a great selection of tasty dishes. The beef roll is loaded with flavorful, tender beef and is simply delicious. The crispy shrimp, with just the right touch of spice, really stimulates your appetite. The fresh green vegetables add a nice pop of color and flavor to the meal. I enjoyed everything I tried. The restaurant is spotless, the staff is welcoming, and parking is convenient, making it an easy choice for a satisfying meal.

Yelp
Huge portions and great food. This is my go to place for take out or casual meal whenever I am craving good Taiwanese food. Their pork chops with spicy salt is my favorite. They have a variety of dishes here from dumplings to noodles to meat and veggies dishes. Nothing really fancy but you cannot go wrong with anything you choose here.

Lillian B.

Yelp
Moved to the area and was looking for some Chinese food. This location is in a small strip mall. The restaurant was nice and clean. However, the food was awful! worst Chinese food I ever ate! Okay, the only good dish was the Chinese greens! The fish smelled awful and was bland-this dish did not look like what I was used to for fish in black bean sauce. We could not eat it. Left it there. The salt and pepper pork chops were bland, no flavor, no chili peppers and blah chow fun! Never ever going back. Sorry!

Tania T.

Yelp
Out of all the chinese food in Rowland Heights, this place is my least favorite so far. We came here to celebrate a birthday in the family. The tables inside are arranged in a long rectangle rather than the usual round tables found in Chinese restaurants. This makes seating spaces really limited as you're back to back with another family and within our table, you'd have to order 2 of everything or else you'd have to pass so many things along left and right so that everyone can help themselves to the food. I did not take any pictures um because the food does not look inviting or appealing. The Xiao long BAO were cooked really weirdly. The skin looked like it did not steam long enough as the top were still white, not translucent like the other xlb's I've had before. Then the fried udon, had a weird taste to me. I can't pinpoint what it was exactly but it didn't taste right. The only food I enjoyed was the crispy fried pork chops. I was also stuck sitting in the middle of the table so going in and out is not really an option. We had two little ones and it feels like there wasn't even enough room for a high chair. I just feel like the whole place is a bit off and the food was not really as tasty as I'd expected. Not sure if this place is to go if you're in Rowland Heights/City of Industy/Hacienda Heights area. I'd try another place first and I'd go here if this was the absolute last choice.

Dani S.

Yelp
Super disappointed with this location. I have been a fan of Mama Lu's in Monterey Park for many many years. Used to frequent that location and sometimes would wait an hour in order to eat there. Recently found this location and sadly it's nowhere near the quality of the other place. Came here on a weekday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all, the location is significantly bigger than the other location in Monterey Park. we ordered several different things to share, and all of them were disappointing. The beef noodle soup was really bad, very, very, very salty and the beef was overcooked and chewy. Broth was really bad too. Order their signature beef roll, which used to be my favorite thing, and it was also overcooked. The beef was overly salty, and the Bing was way over fried and dry. The only thing that was surprisingly decent was the hot and sour soup. Portion sizes are huge and prices are very reasonable. The menu is way too big, too many items so it's hard to be good for all the dishes it's a hit or miss depending on what you order.

Patrick B.

Yelp
Food is delicious. Ordered take out and the food is always well prepared. The sweet and sour pork chops are

Yelp
The food was sooooo good. I usually go all the way to Chinatown in DTLA for some good Chinese. I completely underestimated the food scene in the West Covina and City of Industry area. Good food and pretty easy to order; menu has English names (if you don't know something, you can always look it up). Restaurant was clean. And of course, they always serve you complimentary tea! Service was great, too.

Lily S.

Yelp
Mama Lu's is a great place to visit with big and small groups! There are plenty of different food options to choose from. My go to order usually includes the sauté string beans (which are a great portion and well seasoned), the juicy pork dumplings (which have yummy broth inside- i pair this with the chili oil on the table), as well as the beef roll. I've been here multiple times and always come back as their service is VERY fast!

Yelp
We arrived on a late Sunday morning for lunch as a party of four. Navigating to and parking here are easy. The restaurant wasn't at full capacity, but there was already a good amount of people eating here already. Jasmine tea and peanuts were ready for us when we sat down, and they both had pleasant flavors. We ordered the chicken and corn soup, fried pork buns, chicken chow mein, spicy and salt pork chop, beef tenderloin, and oyster mushroom with vegetables. Service was good, and we received our food quickly. The portions here are large and family-sized, but they sell at competitive prices. My favorites were the beef tenderloin, chicken chow mein, spicy and salt pork chop, and fried pork buns. The beef indeed was tender and had a great sweet and savory sauce. I also really liked the chow mein's gravy sauce, but I wish the noodles could have come out crispier. The pork chop pieces were large and tasty, but they didn't have as much of a spicy flavor as I'd want it. I prefer it to have more peppers and scallions to add more flavor to the meat. The fried pork buns got served to us really hot, and I enjoyed dipping it in chili sauce. Overall, Mama Lu's is a solid restaurant for family meals especially because of their large portions and choice variety.

Nhi T.

Yelp
Very clean and modern restaurant. Service is quick, they're attentive and food made fast. XLB aka soup pork dumplings: A MUST! Mama Lu has the best XLB. Can't beat the price and taste. Pairs nicely with the black vinegar and chili oil provided. Also sold frozen to go. Chow mein: surprisingly delicious. Sounds like your basic chow mein but it was really good. Not too oily; it's flavorful and has meat and veggie pieces. Crab fried rice: good, salty crab with cucumbers in the fried rice. Not oily like most fried rices, on the lighter side. Salt and pepper wings: crispy, fried well. No flavor, just salt and pepper. Could use a sauce, would skip this next time. Clams with ginger and onion: nice flavor for the clams but it is very heavy on the ginger. Free tea and peanuts to start! Cute touch, much appreciated. They sell frozen items to go. $30 for 50 XLB.

Yelp
After hearing rave reviews from my Elite friends on Yelp, I decided to pay a visit to Mama Lu's Dumplings House. As I pulled up, a wave of nostalgia hit me when I realized this restaurant used to be the beloved Green Island, a spot I frequented over a decade ago that sadly closed down. Having made a reservation for a group of 11 prior to our visit, the staff politely waited until everyone was present before seating us. Once settled, they efficiently took our drink orders and swiftly moved on to our food preferences. Although there was a slight delay of about 15 minutes before our dishes began arriving, the anticipation only added to the excitement. Our feast comprised a delightful array of dishes including crab & dried scallops fried rice, seafood pan-fried noodles, Gadus fish with ginger scallions, pork chops with spicy salt (we ordered two), sautéed Chinese broccoli, house special crystal chicken, deep-fried prawns, juicy pork dumplings, chive fried pancakes, and chive & pork dumplings. Family-style dining made the experience even more enjoyable. The food truly delivered in taste and freshness, hitting the spot once it graced our table. However, it did strike me as odd that a Chinese restaurant didn't offer roasted duck or Peking duck, which I've come to expect from such establishments. Despite this minor miss, the staff maintained good service throughout, and the restaurant boasted a clean ambiance. I left Mama Lu's Dumplings House feeling content and would gladly return in the future. Parking was a breeze, situated in a strip mall among other businesses. I recommend this spot for a delicious Chinese meal without breaking the bank. My Personal Rating : 4.08 Food 4.1/5 Staff 4/5 Price 4.3/5 Ambiance 4/5 Cleanliness 4/5

Yelp
Came with a group of friends so we were able to try a lot of things. They're known for the honey pork chop and that was really good. Most of the items were tasty and the portions were good. For a place known for their dumplings, though, the dumplings were only okay. (Had the same experience with Mama Lu's in Monterey Park - other food was better than the dumplings). My group seemed to like them because they were gone before I could get a photo. Unfortunately, the salty fish chicken fried rice was a disappointment. Service was attentive and quick, and there's plenty of room for large groups. It was busy for a rainy Thursday night but we got a table quickly. Overall, the food is good and I would definitely come back. I just won't order that particular fried rice and (depending on how I feel), I may get the dumplings or I'll get my dumpling fix elsewhere.

J'aime K.

Yelp
Had dinner with a friend on Thursday night. It wasn't too busy. Service was meh (they were inattentive). Ordered mostly great things: - Eggplant with a little bit of pork added - Singapore style thin curry noodles with shrimp, egg and some other stuff (note to self: no pork mystery spam meat next time) - Sliced ginger in vinegar - 1 bowl of white rice - Tea Meh were the following for different reasons: - Clams with scallions and ginger (served at room temp, not hot) - They were out of ONG CHOI (boo hoo) - The Chinese broccoli was NOT fresh, seemed old, too soft, leafy portion especially had not texture, slimy [we had them send it back and take it off of our check] - The xiao long bao was disappointing, it cooled off too quickly, the skin was too thick (should be thinner) It's hit and miss. Best to order the dishes they are really good at.

Karen L.

Yelp
Food was ok nothing great. Service was horrible if you want some Condiments. I asked for sliced ginger and the lady gave me 4 tiny slices when said not enough need more she lectured me how to use the little bit of ginger. When I told her it's not enough still she was mad brought me another one and same thing which was like nothing on it.

David K.

Yelp
The star was the French style tenderloin. Incredibly tender and sautéed with delicious mushrooms. Shanghai rice cakes were delicious. The XLB was average. I've had better.

Mikayla H.

Yelp
Mama Lu's is a staple in the family, and I'm happy to hear that they've expanded their locations to the Rowland Heights area! We got some dumplings to go and used the online ordering system on their website. Everything was super fresh and took around 15 minutes to get. Here's the food we ordered: - Pan fried dumplings: Loved the sesame seed coating and how crunchy it was! Wished there was a bit more juice but still was pretty good overall. - Spicy chili oil wontons: My personal favorite, there were whole pieces of shrimp and it tasted so fresh. Not too spicy and full of flavor! - Soup dumplings: To be completely honest, I've had better but these were still pretty good. Could have had more soup and the skin was a bit thicker than I normally like. Otherwise, still tasty! Some of my qualms might have been because of the takeout format, so I would give this place a chance in person. Everything was still very tasty and I'll definitely go try this place again!

Vivian N.

Yelp
Mama Lu is a chain and we use to eat it in SGV. Was happy to see one open up in city of industry. It was a large restaurant with a big free parking lot neighboring many other businesses. Food price was decent and food was actually very tasty. We ordered three items for the three of us and we had a little bit of leftover. Would recommend beef udon stirfry in XO sauce, XLB, and Chinese sautéed veggie

Jennifer T.

Yelp
Love this restaurant. The food is so delicious and the service is fast. We ordered the green onion pancake, filet mignon in brown sauce with mushrooms, salted pepper shrimp and clams in black bean sauce. They were also selling mooncakes in a metal container for $15. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. Walk in and there was no waiting

Anny O.

Yelp
House special fish 5/5 - this is one of my go to dishes here! So good and crispy. A little kick but not spicy at all. Pretty sweet. Good portions too! My family really enjoyed this one Mongolian beef 5/5 - surprisingly the beef was pretty tender! Lots of good flavor too and not too oily which we really appreciated. Udon site fry 4/5 - this was a little bland but portion is big. Good as a side dish

Stephanie C.

Yelp
The dishes we had tonight were pretty good. The crab fried rice and garlic pea sprouts came out first and were very delicious. The prawns were really big and I enjoyed them. They were like honey walnut shrimp without the walnuts. I am surprised I had never ordered these! The beef roll was excellent and the pan fried pork buns were also good but sometimes I wish there was more meat inside so it isn't mostly bread. We also got the House Special Fish Fillet and I thought it was yummy but the rest of my group said it was just "okay." The service was fast. The only complaint I had was we had to ask for ice water a few times before we actually got it. They were great about splitting the bill. The ambiance is like any Chinese restaurant. It's a big noisy room with many tables. This place is a staple for us when we can't think of what we want. It's great for family dinners.

Kristin A.

Yelp
Plentiful portions, chaotic dining room, and service that is a little mixed (i.e. super responsive and then wouldn'tbe back for a while, and then super repsonsive again. And so on and so forth). Three stars more to manage expectations, AND I still totally recommend. The family who had included me said they go there often and I plan to go back with them.

Trinh T.

Yelp
Shanghai Style Chow Mein - (5/5) not too greasy or dry and very flavorful Beef Wrap - (5/5) very flavorful and crispy Pan Fried Dumplings - (5/5) crispy Juicy Pork Dumplings - (5/5) soupy and flavorful **Parking and Ambiance:** Finding a parking spot was fairly easy, and there was no wait time upon arrival. The restaurant seems busy and has a charming Chinese aesthetic which created a vibrant ambiance that added to the overall atmosphere. **Food and Service:** There was a synchronized arrival of our dishes and attentive staff which showcased an efficient food service. The restaurant also serves big portions and I recommend ordering "family style" with your party when you go here.

Catherine N.

Yelp
The food was so delicious! This was my first time here and I would say this place is so much better than the other few places I've tried soup dumplings or food like this in general. I was very full after eating just a few of the dumplings. One of my favorite things on the menu was the beef wrap. It was so filling! The service was also perfect, I have no complaints about it. The ambiance was nice. The ceilings were high and it did not feel crowded at all. My table ordered about five dishes and our bill was only about $60. We were full and able to take home leftovers. I will definitely come back to this place. The parking situation was not difficult either in this location.

Brenda I.

Yelp
I had my daughter call in a phone order for dinner here recently . She was told it'd be ready in 20 minutes. Perfect! I can pick it up after work. I arrived there and waited to pick up my food. The two men who were stationed at the front were not very helpful. (It probably would help if I spoke Chinese, but I don't .) I could see that no take out food was packaged for pick up. So, I sat down to wait. Finally after 10 minutes, I flagged one of the men to ask if my order was ready. I told him it was a phone order. He gave me a receipt for payment to which I promptly paid . I Sat down again to wait .... Wait ...wait . I had to ask again if my order was ready? 45 minutes later it's ready! (Meanwhile , my daughter has been texting me to ask why I'm not home yet? ) My order had been sitting on the pick up table for who knows how long ! *Terrible communication by the staff . * Food was good with generous portions though. However , ordering/waiting for my order was a headache. Maybe , eating in would be better ?

Angela Z.

Yelp
Cost-effective restaurant, large portions, good taste! I especially like Xiaolongbao, which is thin and juicy

Romey G.

Yelp
Parking: easy and accessible close to restaurant For starters I had high expectations for this place. I took my family and I wish I could say it was a success but it wasn't. As soon as we walk in they seat us in front of the restaurant. We never got the menu until we asked for it. When we did the server only gave us 2 menus . I then asked for another menu and the server was already bothered. Then she comes back 2 min later asking us if we were ready to order. We weren't bc we had just got the remaining menu and hadn't had time to view it. Then time passes and doesn't come back that we had to waive another employee down to take our order. We ordered an assortment of things and I wish I could say it was memorable but it wasn't. The dumplings looked good and steamy but the taste flopped. The chili wontons tasted more like oil then chili. The egg rolls were the best part and my dad seemed to enjoy the soup. Sadly I didn't like the food, the service was inconsistent and the atmosphere was loud.

Yelp
It pains me to give this review! I'm a local and I love supporting the local eats. Perhaps it was an off day, on a Sunday. But I can assure you, what wasn't off and looked consistent, was how unclean this place is. I mean, my shoes are sticking to the floor, the table condiments don't look like they've been wiped down in questionable time, omg the restrooms, and so much more. Entering, it looked like an open food hall. But, instead of comfortably getting a table, you stand at the entrance being looked at a few times until they point a table for you to sit. I appreciate authenticity with even the language barrier - signs it could be legit and just pride of establishment. Not here folks. We sit and sit, and sit some more without being asked for drinks or to order. So I flag someone down who gets someone else to take our order. The main communication here is out loud chatter and likely confusion of how to handle the patrons amongst the waiters in their language. On to the food because it's not always about the exterior and service we ordered Shanghai style chicken noodles, pan fried dumplings and pork dumplings. Presentation is the same as starting experience, not impressed. Quality and taste, it's okay. I guess first impressions are everything in this case, paired with how questionable the cleanliness is, really overshadowed possibly the quality of food. Unfortunately and sadly it's a NO for me here. Surprised by the 4 star rating but glad other Yelpers enjoyed.

Yelp
This location is on the larger side so the wait is always short. The food is solid but I still like the Monterey location a little bit better in terms of taste. The service is typical of a place run by Asians (attentive but maybe not as friendly).

Yelp

Yelp
Delicious, authentic Chinese/Taiwanese food at decent prices! Got seated right away when walking in around 5pm. After you order and get your food, don't expect them to come by your table unless you flag them down. We ordered some waters and utensils for the table but somehow only utensils showed up. I hate having to reorder necessities. Also, we didn't have any sauces so I had to borrow from another empty table. Little things like that need to be anticipated before seating guests. The pot stickers, string beans and pork noodle soup were standouts. Would order again. Bathroom didn't have toilet paper refilled so I went into their cupboard to bring out a roll. By the second time after about 1 hour (I brought my child in this time), everything was luckily replenished. Honestly it should have been that way long before dinner rush as there were not that many parties when we arrived. Very crowded as we were leaving so get there before you start getting hungry. Large plaza parking lot available.

Yelp
I've only come here for takeout. I'm happy that it opened a location in Rowland Heights. The xiao lao bao does not disappoint! Can't go wrong with the Beef chow fun or crispy noodle or the salted pork or shrimp.

Yelp
Came on a Friday evening and it was pretty packed, yet service was quick and food arrived quickly. Unfortunately the only food that was good were the dumplings and wontons. Very flavorful, hot, and the spicy oil on the wontons was not too oily and spiced just right. The other dishes just fell flat. We got the hot and sour soup which was bland and only slightly warm. The beef roll had a generous amount of meat, but got so soaked and soggy, and was already like that when it arrived to the table. The pan fried noodles' sauce was also very bland, in my opinion, making it hard to eat. Its priced very well for the portions, but would only recommend ordering dumplings and wontons.

Yelp
My family and two of my friends families were looking for a place to eat and found this place with a recommendation near Puente Hills Mall. We order about 6 entrees for 11 people. The dishes were good.
