"At this tea shop with two west side locations, guests relax at two-hour high tea seatings while servers pour unlimited hot tea from a selection of more than 80 choices — black, green, mate and oolong, herbal, and pu-erh tea. Courses of fresh fruit and salad or soup arrive before the main event, when a tiered stand lands at the table with an array of dainty finger sandwiches and sweet treats. The shop makes its own chocolate truffles with spices, herbs, and botanicals, which serve as a sweet cap to the English-style tea service. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free versions are available for an additional fee." - Janey Wong

Sometimes, you really want to love a spot and it just falls short. I want to support POC/women owned ventures and was excited to learn that Mamancy had opened a new location. The shop is lovely and surprisingly spacious. The service was fine. I ordered the strawberry matcha tea and it was watery and too sweet. So definitely inquire if sweetness level can be toned down. The chocolate truffles are a visual delight in the case. I bought the earl grey latte and chai latte truffles. The flavors are strong. The earl grey was bitter. Will not be buying truffles again. This is definitely a spot more geared towards for enjoying time with a friend in the store for an "experience" vs a to go order.

I had my first high tea today. The service was lovely and I really enjoyed it. There were several 4 sandwiches. Of the 4 my favorite was the roast beef with tomato and the cucumber cream cheese. There was also 3 savory bites including a stuffed mushroom, samosa, and bruchetta Bite. The mushroom was mt favorite of these. Creamy and delicious. The scone that came on my tear was pumpkin, served with an orange marmalade and a cream. It was soft fresh and delicious. The tier of sweets had a lot of variety. The apple carmel tart was my favorite out of this. I brought alot of the sweet treats home and shared with my husband who enjoyed them also. Of the teas, I had green energy tea that had pineapple and peach flavors, along with vanilla roobios. I would do this again. I really enjoyed it.

Brought my BFF here. It was lovely for a first time experience at this location, but it's not worth the money. I've done high tea before, there are other places that are way cheaper & just as nice.

I stumbled upon Mamancy tea and chocolate when I was in the area for an appointment. Small personable cute establishments like this make me smile. Wanted to purchase a box of chocolates as a gift and ended up purchasing an additional box for myself, too. The red/cream/goldish dome caramel chocolates were not only stunningly beautiful but also delicious. The lip shaped dark chocolates are filled with marzipan and also wonderful. The owner (Anne) was welcoming and lovely and I will definitely go back to try the tea (and for more chocolates). ❤️

This owner has taken advantage of 4 young women that I know of. The later woman is my daughter. She worked 6 days a week for a month and was never paid for her services. Well, she did receive one check that bounced. This owner, Anne Johnson has made no attempt to pay my daughter or make a payment plan in good faith. She has used these young woman to run her store. Just wanting to warn others in the community.

It was fine. I expected more. We had a high tea experience and paid $62 a person. The food was mediocre though the staff was friendly. I just expected more both in terms of quantity and quality.

I ordered the loose leaf tea advent calendar from Mamancy this year, and the selection of teas have been so delicious so far! The tins provide enough for multiple cups so I will be enjoying the tea for a while ❤️

We accidentally went to the wrong location but after calling, the Lake Oswego location was super accommodating by letting us show up after our scheduled time. The tea we ordered, turmeric chai blend, was great! We found out it was custom made in the store and we ended up drinking 4 cups. There was a orange white chocolate included on the snack tower that we could have eaten 20 of, it was so good. Overall great experience and service!
