Mama's Crawfish and Seafood House

Ordered take-home seafood feast from Mama’s Crawfish and Seafood House. The fried calamari was perfectly golden and crispy, freshly made with excellent flavor. The seafood boil with house special sauce was loaded with shrimp, clams, corn, sausage, and even some broccoli — everything was fresh and seasoned supper tasty . I added a lobster tail, which balanced the flavors beautifully, and the portion size was generous. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing and paired perfectly with the rich seafood. Definitely worth it if you’re craving a hearty seafood spread. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing seafood boil spot! Their house special sauce is delicious and the boil combos are more than worth the price! Great value in terms of juicy and fresh seafoods. Highly recommend checking out their combo options as they offer a bit of everything and is very filling. Friendly and fast service. Great open interior and clean dining area. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Amazing food and amazing customer service!! I got a combo number 2, noodles, and a Thai ice tea. The noodles were a little overcooked but they were great with the sauce. I got the garlic butter sauce in medium, it was pretty tasty! The waitress there recommended I try the house special, which had tamarind. I didn’t choose that one initially but the waitress that served me offered me a side to try. I’m glad she did because it was sooo good! A little sweet and a little tangy, I was concerned the tamarind wouldn’t go with it but it really works. Apparently this place only opened a month ago, I think it’s going to become a neighborhood spot soon! Great seafood at a more affordable price than I’ve seen other places. It would be interesting to see if they expand their seafood options/ sauce options. It would be nice to order seafood by the half pound, as I was told you can only order it by the pound. But no complaints here! Will definitely be going back ☺️

This place was amazing! We walked in a whim and definitely don’t regret it. The shrimp fried rice was sooo good. Like good enough that I would be really happy if that’s what I received at a fried rice place. And the boil was delicious!! Have had seafood boils in many places and I can say this has been my favorite! Wasn’t planning on posting a review at all so only took a picture of the food after we started 😅

Mama's Crawfish is amazing! The snow crabs and crawfish with house sauce (level 3) were perfect. Friendly service, great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I had a truly great experience at The Boiling Crab. The food was incredibly delicious, and all the flavors were rich and satisfying. Everything I ordered was cooked perfectly, and I enjoyed every bite. I’d definitely come back again and recommend this place to anyone who loves seafood.

The catfish was really good - Generous portions. A lot of variety in the seafood combos - We got combo IV in medium. It wasn’t too spicy, so we probably could’ve gone for hot or very hot. The mussels were huge. The sweet potato fries were good too. Strawberry lemonade tasted really good too.

Absolutely delicious boil! This is the only place in the downtown/cap hill/belltown area you can get this and you will not be disappointed. Ample food options including po' boys and other small plates. 4 people can eat for around 150 with tip, while having plenty to eat. Service is warm and friendly and music playlist is at a nice hum conducive to conversation at the table. Very excited to have this in the neighborhood and will be coming often! No beer/wine yet, but license application is processing so you'll be able to enjoy that shortly too!

We had a bit of a wait before anyone acknowledged us after being seated. I get that the place was busy, but it still took longer than I would have expected. I ordered the seafood boil with crab legs and shrimp, while my wife got the same thing but added eggs, I went with corn only. I've got to say, I've never been to a seafood restaurant that only gives you one piece of corn with your boil. The restaurant itself is cozy with nice decor, but parking is a real challenge. There's rarely any meter parking, and the ramps nearby charge quite a bit. The one we parked at didn't even give an option for just one or two hours we had to pay for 14 hours just to eat at Mama's Crawfish & Seafood House. So definitely plan ahead or consider taking an Uber. As for the food, it was decent but nothing that really stood out. The sauce was too sweet for my taste and the corn was overcooked, but everything else was fine overall.

For Seattle, the prices were quite reasonable and the ambiance was fun with a reasonable volume. Service was also amiable and efficient. The quality of the food, however, was mediocre. Ordered the Po'Boy, Grilled Catfish, and Shrimp Fried Rice. All were adequate. We ordered the a Pilsner and Lager as well from Draft, and both were subpar. We did not try the boils, which seems to be their main differentiator. We'll try it next time and may update the review after that. However, the the rest of the menu did not wow me and their are alternatives in the city that do the items we tried better.

This spot went in where a Mexican place used to be. The food was pretty good, but the portions for price are maybe a little steep. The service was lovely and they brought out a bib and gloves and table cover for the seafood. The inside has a lot of fun maritime decor.

Wow the food here is soo good and I've never had food like this in Seattle. My friend compared it to a Texas boil with Asian influence. The only other place this reminded me of was crab pot but their house special sauce is way better! It's made of a tamarind sauce which reminded me a lot of these clams I used to get in Cambodia which were so good! What's great about this place is you can order whatever you want by the pound. So we ordered 2 orders of snow crab, 2lbs of clams and 1 lb of catfish. We also ordered corn and sausage with it. It was Soo good!!! The secret though is ordering some noodles after and mixing them around in the sauce. They're ramen noodles and soo good! Overall, I definitely recommend this place for anyone who enjoys seafood and south east Asian cuisine. I'll definitely be returning here. Also everything is 10% off since they just opened!

The food is super good! The server is also very friendly and nice. The ambiance is clean and bright. The server also mentioned that they are just open only a month and they might be OPEN on Christmas Day!!! Yay!

Foood was so flavorful and portion was enough to share! Customer service was A++. The atmosphere was perfect, music wasn't too loud so we were able hear eachother talk and enjoy each other's company.

Absolutely amazing! This was our first stop in Seattle after a quick flight & we were starving! I got a crab boil with the sausage/corn/broccoli/potatoes. This place is highly rated for a reason! The girl working was so sweet and my order was ready right before they even opened (I should've checked the hours lol). I'm hoping we can stop by one more time before we leave!

The staff was friendly and attentive. The food came quickly and the house sauce for the boil was very good. We also had a basket and the sweet potato fries were done well - crisp but not overcooked.

Loved the vibe. Service was attentive and comfortable and the food was outstanding. We had the fried chicken platter and a lb. Of mussels with broccoli and noodles (based on an earlier rec). Batter on fried items was perfectly light and crispy and not greasy (sauces were great). And noodles with the mussels boil were so so good. We will be back-happy to have this place in the neighborhood.

Everything was amazing! The boils were good but the grilled catfish with the veggies was delicious. I was mad I didn't order the grilled catfish. The boil was really good. Add in the ramen as it gives it a different taste.

Authentic piece of Louisiana bayou located in Seattle. Had the Shrimp Poboy and Crawfish/Shrimp boil. Food was very good. They even snuck in a couple of hush puppies. Service was awesome. Definitely recommend Mama's.

The grilled catfish was great. It wasn't too salty and veggies were perfectly seasoned. I ordered to-go and it was ready super quick.
