"Before Mama’s opened, Cow Hollow was at the heart of a breakfast burrito desert. Today, Mama’s is here and things have changed. This breakfast burrito is awesome and the neighborhood has rejoiced. Soft scrambled eggs, flavor-blasted salsa, and a chewy tortilla do the heavy lifting here — adding Mama’s brisket is well worth the $3 upcharge.
